Hi,

My customer id :[protected].

I gave a disconnect request on Feb 2012 and i have not noted that reference no, at that time of calling they said next 6 or 7 working days you will be getting verification call but i have not received any call from reliance broadband. After that March 4,2012 i have called to customer care and asked about my disconnection request but they said that there no such request for me. then again i gave disconnect request on March 4, ref no:[protected] after that also no response from your side. After a month, i got a call saying that need to pay your bill that time also i have explained the same and she said ill escalate this issue. After that no calls from your team. After 2 months i got call from billing team and he said that if you not pay your bill then we will file under civil so i called him to my house and explained all then he said ill go and escalate but then also no response again. Again Jul 3 ref no[protected], i called and escalated the same but no action taken. Again today (Aug 8) called and asked but that person saying that you got call and cancel the disconnect request. But i have not get any call from your team then how i can say like that? last 6months i have not paid my bill and ill not pay until i get the correct response/action.

    I have recharge of Rs 401 as the message come in my mobile number ([protected]) i.e you have get benefits of Reliance number to reliance number unlimited call free all over in India on recharge of Rs 401, I had confirm from customer care (dial *333) on date 06/08/2012 on time near 2:45 PM,The representative has assured you have get message (see on screen on their computer system) and replied surely you will get if you would recharge Rs 401,After ensuring from representative I recharged Rs 401 after half an hour but still not got any benefit and balance for talk time.I also complaint (Complaint number :[protected] in reliance customer care they replied me that you will not get any bonus and benefits and you will not get any refund,I also spoke to higher authority of reliance customer care with having call record and transaction record but she (Mrs Vidya Gaikwad) replied me that you not get any refund amount…Please help me for this injustice.I want my money (Rs 401) back or I should get corresponding talk time value.

          Dear Sir,
          I have a major problem from reliance network as both of my contact numbers are from reliance and whenever there is no electricity supply in doomdooma town ( rupai siding) . There is nil network on both the mobiles. This is the unique problem i hav come across ever in my life, I have asked from local people and dealers, they say there is no ELECTRICITY GENERATOR facility in tower. Earlier i was using IDEA but recently i converted my number to reliance .But never thought this horrible problem i have to face. This is such a cheap reason that reliance is not having any generator facility so that their towers work properly.

            I M UR RELIANCE CUSTOMER & NOW I M SUFFERING WITH THE SERVICES OF RIM.             Reliance Communication — Not functioning of sim card

            I have brought a two reliance GSM card on 1march 09, One card is working But another GSM card is not working because It was barred by Reliance Communication .They were saying that They did not find identity proff for the sim card, but I had already submitted by ID for sim card, yet I have given again new ID for My sim card(the no is [protected]), But yet my sim card is not working and when I contact to customer care for this they are saying that you have not submitted your id but Retailer saying that I submitted your ID, So what can I do For This.
            please see to it that why my phone is not working as i have submit my documents three times and now again my incoming and outcoming is not working and my cell is going temporarily out of service customer care people are saying u have to submit ur documents but i have submit three times if not received then why they activated at that time i am really very upset due to this reason please salve my probvlenm and activate my cell soon as i am suffering a lot coz of this and insulted too my no is [protected]

            SIM CARD — not working

            Reliance Mobile — Sim card is not working

            My Mobile is not working from last 10 days. My Mob. No. is [protected], I had place many complaints to customer care no. from another no. becoause from my no. I can not call even cutomer care also.
            I am at roaming pls. help me.
            I purchased a Reliance Sim ( Life-time validity upto 2023) on 26.1.2009 and topped the same. The mobile No. is [protected]. I used the same uptill May 2009. I was shocked to see the same was deactivated when I used the same in November 2009. Simultaneousl, I was given to understand that if the same is not used and recharged periodically, the account will become dormant and terminated. Immediately, I lodged a complaint with the Reliance outlet in Pondicherry on 14.11.2009 for reactivating the same along with proof of my Identity. So far, no action has been taken to reactivate the same. Having a life-time validity, I wish the same will be reactivated soon.

            Dear Sir,

            I have purchased a Reliance GSM SIM card (Mob No [protected]) on 10.8.10. at Bandra(E) , Mumbai from Reliance outlet. It works properly up to 21.08.10 and from 22.08.10 onwards it was disconnected both incoming and outgoing calls without intimation or SMS from Customer Care . I call to customer care they told your documents are not matched again u have submit .I told already i have submitted my documents i.e Driving license and PAN Card. Again I went to retailer regarding issue he said he wants local address proof documents i.e Mumbai address so that your sim will activate... but same issue i discussed with customer care they also told for prepaid connection they need local address proof. Basically I am from Andrha pradesh(Hyderabad) but due to some office work i came to Mumbai. so i have only documents of Andra pradesh i.e Driving license and PAN Card..
            But before i taking SIM card i have visited Reliance communication webiste( i.e http://www.rcom.co.in) here for new prepaid GSM connection they mentioned below documents
            To get a new prepaid connection you need just to fill up Prepaid Customer Application Form (CAF). You can also pick one from any Reliance Mobile Store.
            Along with the duly filled CAF documents required:
            1. One colour/BW photograph
            2. Any one document from the list
            Passport
            Arms License
            Driving License
            Photo Identity Card having address
            Election Commission ID Card
            Any other document containing photograph includes.
            Ration Card with photo and address applicable for person whose photo is affixed.
            Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS)/ EX-SERVICEMEN CONTRIBUTORY HEALTH SCHEME (ECHS) Card
            Certificate of address having photo, issued by MP/MLA/Group A Gazetted Officer in letter head
            Certificate of address with photo from Government recognized educational institutions (for students only)
            Certificate of address having photo, issued by Village Panchayat head (for rural areas)

            I have fillup the form ,attached color photograph and submit my Andhra pradesh ID pfoof i.e Drivning License adn PAN Card.
            In web site they cannot mention need Local address proof for GSM connection ...
            Due to this reason i struggle lot of problems and in my mobile already i have recharged Rs. 200/-

            mobile sim card — Sim Card not working

            Dear Customer Forum,

            I recently shifted to Delhi from Bangalore and hence purchased a new sim of Vodafone from "Amarjeet Communication Center,20/6,Adchinni,Sri Aurobindo Marg,New Delhi-110017" on 19th June 2011.All the documents(Photo copy of Passport,Voter Id Card and two photographs) asked by the vendor has been duly submitted by me and i was assured that the sim will be activated in one hour and as promised the sim was activated after one hour.For two days it worked fine and after that Vodafone deactivated by caller identity service,i enquired about the same from the Amarjeet Communication Center and they responded that the documents have been submitted to the vendor and the problem will be resolved next day.Next day problem was not resolved rather i was unable to send messages and was unable to call anybody from my sim.I was again falsely assured by the Amarjeet Communication Center that the problem will be resolved soon.I was also told by the Amarjeet Communication Center that the dosuments have been given to Vodafone on 21st June 2011.

            .I was repeatedly told by Amarjeet Communication Center that the documents have been submitted to a Vodafone executive (Name: Rajeev,Mob:[protected]) and he has not done the activation yet.
            As a customer i am suffering from the inefficiency of Vodafone and to an extent from the Amarjeet Communication Center.

            As of now my mobile phone is of no use and i am spending extra money from my pocket to call.I am also not able to call back to missed calls as caller identity service has been deactivated,due to which i have missed certain important information and oppurtunities.

            As necessity of mobile phones is unquestionable,i reuqest you to take action against the service provider.
            Kindly register my complain & take necessary action immediatly.

After a week sim was not showing network on it. then i contact to retailer he advise me to resubmit the document and 100 rupees with it, soon after it starts working. then again it is not showing network on it.

                Reliance communications provides tunemaker services where you can create a tune of your choice and set as your caller tune. I uploaded a customized tune on rworld , the tune was suppose to get set within 72 hours . It has been more than a month after uploading the tune , and still they are unable to set it . The tunes satisfies all the criteria required for tunemaker.

                For last 1 month the issue just revolves around . Today they closed the case without even resolving my issue. Some other tune was set as callertune on my phone. I am being charged for the caller tune which I did not request at all , I requested some other tune. I checked on net , my tune status shows 'in progess' for last one month.

                I am tired of this sick customer service.

                M a user of Relience GSM (Assam). I got my new Sim card Activate on 13 july. After 1 month passed i realised that Daily 1 rs. cuting from my account. I call customercare and ask them, then they said your callertune has been activated from 13 july. I dialed to chek it out but there is not any song
                played. They gave me this facility whithout i need that. They cheted customers.

                  My RELIANCE broadband ID:[protected] landline No.30226255. this telephone has not working since 19th July 2012. it is 20 days now the
                  phone is not working. many complaints have been on email. no result. initially they said there is a technical problem in the area. i shall be
                  claiming rebate in rental once the phone is restored.

                  from 5th 12th June 2012 (8 days) both broadband and phone were not working. for this also i shall be claiming rebate in rental failing which i shall
                  be approaching concerned authorities for compensation for deficiency in service.

                    my friend, SOMA NANDI, possesses a reliance no, [protected].on 04-08-12, yesterday at 04:14:05 pm she got a msg from reliance fun service ,bearing portal no.,RM58787, stating that she had been successfully subscribed to reliance fun service and a sum of rs 30 is deducted from her balance.
                    to her astonishment she found the next msg from the same reliance portal at 07: 11:35 pm on the same day which betrayed that she had been successfully unsubscribed from the aforesaid service of the named service provider.even though she insisted on saying that she never instigated any kind of adv lure of the company.
                    therefore, i, on her behalf request you to kindly take fast action into this matter and direct them to refund the amount, deducted.thanking you ,

                    Reliance — illegal deduction

                    Hi!
                    I want to share reliance's worst customer service with you. I am facing a hard time with reliance. I called customer care a lot of times but all in vain. Since last 1 or 2 months they have been deducting the balance illegally. Today again Rs 30 has been deducted from my account, I called them they told me that it was not refunded and disconnected my call. Every time my call was released without intimating me. I have call recordings. Can anyone help me? My cell no. is [protected], [protected].

                    Reliance — illegally subscription of services

                    Without my notification ,subscription of Good Morning Greetings services has been started and i have been charged Rs 30/- . My number is [protected]. This matter if not taken seriously would be taken to further level. May be i'll be complaining in TRAI about this.

                      it is very shamefull for the company that they disconnected my connection after 3 months o[censored]sing it by giving reason that your id proof is negative and you have to submit it again
                      reliance is a big cheator and making fool of the public and telecom deptt
                      my business of aprox. 1 cr per month is effecting due to this and i want reimbursement of losses incurred to me for these type of irresponsible acts
                      such companies are giving slap on telecom deptt
                      please do the needfull by disqualifying the licence of this company

                      Reliance GSM — sim card failed

                      respected sir,i had made a complaint earlier,regarding my gsm sim card registration.sim no [protected]. its my vapi no and for almost two weaks my no is discontinue and i am suffering many problem for the same.i dont understand if all works are computerised now a days why the webworld is not able to give me the replacement for my cad, and if regitration failure is network problem why the comp is charging for the same.my only request is please give me the replacment as i am in mumbai (roaming)and my card is disconnect ple activate my card.my alternate no[protected].hope ill get the responce or complain no for futher step

                      This is third time I am Complaining for the Matter but I dint got any Response for the Same.My Rim Gsm no [protected].(Gujrat Circle)my Sim Card Registration failed this is my Business no its almost a Month My No is Deactivated no calls no communication I Earn 10 to 15 Thousand in a Month but I lose that because of this issue. I Want know who is Responsible for the same. when I was in roaming(Mumbai) I went Sion Web World for Replacement of my card but they told me that Gsm card is out of stock while in front of the WebWorld there is a Reliance Gallery theres the card is available.The WebWorld exec told me to come on next day I went there again they gave me the same relply. They took almost a week and after that they told me that it cant be done from Mumbai you have to go vapi for activation.i just want to know if it cant be done from Mumbai why they told me to come on next day and they took four to five days to give me the reply.and pls tell me tht if a Costumer is in Roaming where he should go for his Problem,no contact no phone calls what should he do for the same? Why it cant be done is there system are manully or computerized and if its computerized why they dint activate my Sim Card.from the first day I told them that my no is from Vapi,they told me that I should have told them first only. I just don’t understand when I gave them my no why they could not recognize that the no is from Vapi. I went Vapi for Replacement for my card (Vapi Reliance Gallery Chaar Rasta) near Paradise Hotel.there the store manager MR RAHUL ROY he told me to go there from where I have purchased the Card,go to the agency where I have Submitted my CAF and after four to five days Mr Rahul Roy told me that verification doesn’t match. I request them that the card is on my name, I gave my Licence Xerox (which I have Submitted) at the time of Purchasing the Card but he (the Store Manager)he refuse to check the Licence and to verify the same. The Store Manager told me go wherever you want and gave his name RAHUL ROY.
                      I want to know whether I had made a mistake choosing reliance?
                      I am a subscriber am I fool?
                      Who will going to bear my loss?
                      Plz take futher step and kindly give me my reference or complain no against the same.

                              I recently bought Reliance SIM and got it a 3g internet recharge done. The internet speed is not satisfactory enough,it doesn't cross mere 16kbps in maximum network and reliance boasts of a whooping 21 Mbps.I am very disappointed in their customer care as well as they don't know anything about how to get it working.I called them about 10 times and always I get negative response from their side.My number is [protected].Reliance has been the worst service I have ever used.I would like them to fix it for me.

                                I have registered for Rs 82 roaming plan on 28th may 2012 in my prepaid account no. [protected] according to which my charges in phone should be 1.2 paisa per second for one year. Till 29th july i was getting the special rates but from 30th july the plan changed and i am charged with higher rates. I spoke to 198 customer care, they said i have never used this facility and they didnt register the complain on 4th of august. I have sms confirming the same and my charges before 29th of july could be checked that i was availing the facility.

                                Now i have recharged again of Rs 82 plan. and the rates are 1.2 paisa per second.

                                My complain....



                                1. how come this have changed automatically

                                2. why 198 didnt register my complain

                                3. why they dont have the records conforming the same. there is some fraud in the same system.

                                4. my additional charges should be reverted back from 30th of july till 4th of august.

                                5. rs 82 which i recharged again on 4th of august

                                6. compensation for the strain and harrassment from your customer care people



                                I need an explanation for the same.

                                The fraud in reliance prepaid system for which i have proofs could be enough to redress the problem.

                                Please explain what kind of revamp is going on that takes 3 days and keeps your system down ? Is this what Customer Care is for ? I seriously doubt the credibility of awards Reliance Comm. boasts to bag.

                                  My name is Dinesh Siwal I have buy a netconnection from your Reliance
                                  web world in paschim vihar New Delhi 110063.
                                  mobile broadband connection number is [protected] and billing cycle is
                                  18th of every month.

                                  I have serious problem with reliance 3g connection I have been comited
                                  that I will receive the speed of 7.2 MBPS with my reliance 3g net
                                  connect upto 5gb download.

                                  but the problem is since I have purachased this connection i never
                                  achieved the speed of even upto 3 MBPS till yet I purchased this
                                  connection on 2nd July 2012 from then I was receiving the speed of 2
                                  MBPS till 7th of july 2012 I made call to your customer care on this
                                  particular customer care number[protected]. some of your executive
                                  told me that I have consumed my all 5gb data thats why my netconnect
                                  speed is slow I told him that In just 5days I have not consumed my
                                  all 5gb data and that must be a technical problem I told him to
                                  provide me the details then he said he can not provide me data details
                                  and for details I must go to the website of rcom and visit myservices
                                  section in that.

                                  But the heartbreaking thing is that there also is technical problem
                                  so you cant show me data that I have consumed.

                                  Then I thought that may be possible i had consumed and from next month
                                  I will receive the good speed and i will make sure that i do not
                                  download enough things to cary it upto one month.

                                  But I took up by surprise when I got my bill on 1st of August and my
                                  mentioned billing cycle on that 18th of every month.

                                  I was not surprised because my cycle was 18th every month but I was
                                  surprised bcos in that period from 8th of july to till now I never
                                  achieved the speed over 70 KBPS I repeat 70 Kilo bytes per second.


                                  I called your customer care number again some gayatri picked the phone
                                  said me that I have consumed my 5 gb for this month also thats why I
                                  am receive such kind of problem.

                                  Can someone tell me a person who has never achieved the speed over 70
                                  KBPS in that period how he download full 5 gb in that short period
                                  but the man issue is that I have never achieved the speed even after
                                  getting started of second month in the row.


                                  I told gayatri to provide me details of data which I have consumed
                                  because I know never downloaded anything in that period of time. she
                                  transferd the call to his supervisor my chandu who told me that he can
                                  not tell me his employ code and also told me data he is also not the
                                  concern person and i will always receive such type of speed because
                                  minimum speed for this connection is 15 to 20 KBPS and that took me of
                                  and break my heart twice from reliance side you always comit in your
                                  netconnect ads on t.v. that your the best but now this type service
                                  show us what a fake comitment you guys to on commecials on t.v.

                                  I request you again to provide me my data which I have consumed in
                                  this month or increase my netconnect speed otherwise I have to go to
                                  consumer cort and file a case against your mind me i dont want to this
                                  bcos i have others works also to be done but you force me and do
                                  harassment of mine then I have to take a strict action.

                                      I, Sucheta Bhattacharya, am using reliance prepaid services through the no. [protected] for quite some time. last 3-4 days ago in my phone no. for the first time Bhakti services were activated. and were charged Rs. 3 per day for it. when i complained my unwanted services were stopped. today in the morning at 10:30 or so i saw in my cell phone Film Services were activated for 1 month and 30 Rs was deducted. after half an hour or so the service was also deactivated automatically. when i complained not only the customer service people at R care and 198 left me in long wait but also refusd to give back my money. the justification provided was that it was not automatically activated. who in his sane mind would deactivate and activate the service just for the fun of getting Rs.30 deducted. i am gravely shocked with such services which has a clear intention of defrauding consumer.if my grievance is not solved i wish to take this complaint a way further.

Then again Recharge Rs.50 on 15.12.10 then same day amount is vanished. But when I call the customer care assistance not talked me properly and he give me the detail about deduction is are as follow:-
                                      Rs.15 on 2.11.10 for Mis call alert
                                      Rs.10 on 7.11.10 for mis call alert
                                      Rs.10 on 9.11.10 for Voice chat
                                      Rs.30 on 16.11.10 for Panchang
                                      Rs.30 on 29.11.10 for Voice chat
                                      Rs.5 on 10.12.10 for Mis call alert
                                      Rs.10 on 15.12.10 for Voice Chat
                                      Rs.30 on 16.12.10 for punchang,
                                      Firstly these services are activated without our information then deducted the
                                      The total amount is Rs approx 150 for these services. But I want to know why they activated these service us when we have no requirement of it, and where is the remaining balance.No one is giving me the full details of the deduction neither the Reliance store executives nor the customer care executive. I want to refund the money back. And the amount is vanished after every rechage now it showing -11 balance. Please do the needful as soon as possible.
