i had recharged my mobile online from rcom.co.in on 12 aug 2012 with 3g data recharge of 650/-,for 3gb data .in that recharge i was supposed to get 300mb data free.after transaction i got 300 mb data but didnt get basic 3gb data that was i had paid for.i called customer care many times but they didnt respond....

Inquiry No. 139 at 4.08 pm from my reliance Mobile No. [protected] but never the calls are responded for any time whereas charge has been deducted for every call. I talked to Monirul over *333 number at 5.37 pm to day. He told "You Called and money is deducted, this is all"
My prayer is that this should be verified and the culprits...

I am surendra using a postapid internet through usb device and no is [protected] and i have complained earlier regarding the late payment bill charges that i am not recieving the bill to my address and i have paid it for two months with extra charges and when i called to customer care they told that it will be deducted in the next bill but still the amount is not reflected
