[Resolved]  Reliance Communications Broadband — Deficiency in Service

Dear Sir,
We have taken Broadband connection from reliance communications months back. It was ok
till April month last. But the problem started from May 2009 onwards. And
my daughter with cust id.:[protected] has been complaining about mail facility provided
to us as not working since May 4th 2009 ( last one month) but authorities at [protected]@relianceada.com reliancecommunications receive the complaints but do take
measures to attend to for the last one month. But the monthly bill for the last month is charged
as usual thogh there is deficiency in service. Please arrange to look into.

Reliance Broadnet — Refund of Deposit

I am in Ahmedabad and had a Reliance Broadnet connection since last 12 or so months. In april 2008 the Local Cable Operator who is a partner of Reliance to provede the service in the area switched off his equipments. After 2 months of followups, Reliance finally said that they are withdrawing the service from the area and will refund the deposit. It has been a month now and they are still sitting on the customer's money without giving any concrete conclusion to the problem. Since last 1 month, I have been talking to LCO Manager Mr. Sanjay Ray in Ahmedabad, his boss, Mr. Malay Joshi and they just make me running round and round and round. Today I got a call from an executive, Ramesh Chavda that since service is terminated by LCO, it is not the problem of Reliance.

I am so fedup with the (lack of) service that it is not even funny anymore. The amount of that you get from these people is such that you can literally run a gobar gas plant for the whole city!

I just wish that I get contact details of a RESPONSIBLE person in Reliance Broadnet who ACTUALLY cares about the customers and can help out.

My name is himanshu kabra i had terminate the connection RELIANCE BROAD BAND phone for which i have given deposit of 1000. Since last two year i had visited reliance web world more than fifty times and every time the say your request is in process but still i did not got my refund alog with that i have lost the interest money as well on that and my precious time as well as petrol but still they are not responsing . A very poor service by the company. Really RELIANCE is a THIEF COMPANY. I Am using the companies various service in telecoom sector since the day the company incorporated then also such a poor service. That Phone no. is[protected] My no. is [protected]
Seriously relinace is a Chor company .
Relliance communications has been attending to it for the last one month but not rectified yet.

Reliance Communications Broadband — iam not refunded my deposit,though i terminate net

hello sir,
iam senthil kumar from pudukottai.i terminated wireless broadband by giving a letter to pudukottai sub office on january 2009 for trichy branch office that asking to terminate broadband, refund deposit amount rs2700 by getting back modem.then i contact trichy office, they assured that they will refund.but yet iam not refunded and iam not getting proper reply.moreover iam receiving monthly bills also without using internet.so how to solve the problem and get refund, handover modem.

Reliance Communications Broadband — Refund Of Excess Payment

Please refer the mail written to Reliance Communication Broadband.
Despite writing many mails to customer care my refund has not been processed.

i have still not received my refund till date. please do the needful as i will be forced to take legal action against reliance communication.

Reliance Broadband — Reliance not refunding my excess payment

I made an excess payment of Rs. 5450 and reliance is refusing to refund that to me.
My broadband connection doesn't work and still I have been paying bill regularly and making complaints regularly.
Whenever I mail them they say that it would be corrected in 24 hrs but that never happens. I am fed up of this connection and want to get this terminated. Even for waiver they ask me that I need to log in a separate service request. Do I not have better things to do in this world.
I just want my money back (Rs. 5450). They are simply denying that and saying that it would be adjusted in future bills and I don't want that.

Please help me get the money refunded for this good for nothing service. In spite of numerous complaints/calls/mails nothing improved and went degrading.
