my call waiting feature is diabled, it is not enabling even if calling at *311 or enable from the cell feature, i hav called costumer care many times but they r not responded and tell to try dialing *311. i hav mostly needed of this feature. plz

*311 is working for my handset. i am having a reliance cdma handset only. i always use this code to activate call waiting on my device. try to hard boot your device by removing theh battery and then try *311.

    Today I, kuldeep maloo, mobile no. +91-[protected], received message from 52345 on 17/06/09 at 06:10 AM that your caller tune is downloaded or renewed on 2009/9/15. In fact I never call to activated such caller tune and when I had a talk with customer executive of Reliance CDMA they told me this caller tune is downloaded from my side and don’t pay much attention on compliant. This scheme is activating one more time in past but due to some personal problem I not take it serious. But now I want full explanation on this issue as soon as possible with refund of charge that u will deducted

        reduce my balance without my knowledge

        on 14th june 2009, i saw that, there was 40 or 50 rupee sort in my balance. so, i call customer care to know detail about this. they said, in your no. CRI PACK is activated. but i was not activate... My. Compt. No.[protected]

        I Nitin Kushwaha using Gsm No [protected] having Balance 33 Rs and now it is showing 8 Rs and i have talk to reliance Customer they are saying caller tune is activated and they have deducted 25 Rs from my balance and i have not activated caller tune from my site and the ring tring tring is still ringing when ever we call on my no. So i kindly request you to look in to the matter and refund me my 25 Rs in my Balance.
        You can type UNSUBS CRI and send the SMS to the number 536363.
        Got a confirmation SMS from Cricket club that I have been unsubscribed. Posting this hint after several trials since BSNL cricket club sms service had merely sent details to activate the service and nothing about de-activating it. This is against good consumer practice. I hope several readers will take note of this and file a PIL against this service .

            I B.P. AGGARWAL bought RELIANCE CLASSIC 161 model I.M.E.I. No-RRTHSK[protected] from one of your dealers 'SHREE RAM TELECOM WZ-110 gali no.1 sadh nagar palam colony new delhi-110045.ph nos.([protected], [protected]) on 27th March 2009.I operated it next day and it was not working properly from the next itself.It switches off as soon as i receive a call.It never switches on sometimes after so much of effort.I complained about it to the respective dealer and he told me that the stock is not there but after a week he denied to exchange the set.he told us to contact the company so i am complainig you because all my work is getting affected due to this problem.kindly look into the matter as soon as possible otherwise i have to take up legal steps.

            please look into the matter seriously as all my work is getting affected.take the steps as soon as possible otherwise i have to put the case in consumer court..

              Hi there...
              I've been using BigTV -my smart card no is[protected] quite satisfactorily for some 6 months, had a little bit of bad experience with their customer-care like they didn't know about the current packages, their systems down...I mean of general, poor service quality-as-usual-slack-type of my country!

              Since I'm not a much fussy TV viewer, I had it continued - watch whatever comes up - some news channel most of the time in evening.

              Then around a week ago BigTV decided to stop that too...started giving a message on blue screen, saying "Please subscribe to this channel" - on all the channels, including the Preview (101), Help (999), except the 556 (Gyan Darshan).

              Since then I've been calling them continuously - getting a new complaint reference number each time I call . Have done all the factory-resets, plug-outs-and-then-restarts etc. etc.

              not able to see TV and yes, they are deducting money too from my account!

              Just a few questions:
              1. Is this a regular thing or am I among those lucky (Huh!) chosen ones?
              2. How to get my channels back - any jugad-type idea or any channel of complaining them?
              Or
              How to complain to say, TRAI or any other ombudsman kind of guy who can look into this?
              3. How can I get it discontinued...as per one of the articles I found on net, customer shall get his money (I think not entire, but cost of set-top and antenna) refunded (Ref: Trai directs DTH cos to offer refunds )

                dear sir
                my cell no [protected] .the sim no[protected]. i procured gsm sim at malur kolar dist, bangaluru, karnataka by april 2009.by 10th of may it is showing no service, i made a complaint, they need the address proof&photo.when i purchase the sim i had submitted the relevent document. again i submitted address proof & photo .then 10th of june on words it is showing no service.again i regitered a complaint.the same recorded message that you have to submit id proof & photo it is a life time card every month they need id proof means what can i to do, also the id proof is not ok how it was worked for two and half month

                Reliance GSM SIM — Sim Registration Fail

                I am using Reliance GSM Service since 9 years, My Number is [protected]. On 3rd Dec 2010 morning my Sim gave me error that Sim Registration Fail, i have buy a new Sim from Reliance Express (Lewis Road Bhubaneswar) on 3rd Dec 2010 around 11 am, but till 6th Dec -2010 evening the problem was not solved, still it saying that Sim registration Fail. My whole business depends upon my phone. So I am using this No for such a very long time. I have also called Reliance people several times but no result.
                just wait till 20th january when number portability is to be provided sir and you wont ever face this problem

                  i'm from pune.i purchased a sim 2 weeks before.The cost of sim is 49 in which i m getting lifetime service n 90 days reduce call rates.i recharged my mobile with 21(free night calling after 11pm) 2 days after the purchase of my sim.its now 7-8days since my complaint is not being resolved.i called more than 15times to cu care.they always say that you will receive an sms soon.yesterday agin i called cu care they told tht u have to wait for 72hrs.The cu care is not able to handle my problem.Some of them don't know how to talk.
                  i think it is the worst service for a customer.
                  the night calling is not free.the call charges is .05rs/min.i recharged my sim with 21.night calling is free with 21 recharge.
                  The cu care told me tht u will get ur money back.

                      Surrender of Telephone No.[protected]

                      Inspite of my repeated complaints, even after surrendering above telephone on 1st January 2009, i am still getting bills for the said telephone.

                      It is seen that inspite of surrender said telephone is being misused by somebody. Also it is seen from your bills that somebody is making the payment of some bills . My mail correspondence in this respect with your noddle officer is being attached- which is self explanatory.

                      Since the matter is serious, kindly look into this on war futting.

                          Sir,

                          This is to bring to your notice that relaince communication has adopted a unique technique of earning in lakhs from the customer without their knowledge. The reliance service provider activates the caller tunes without customer knowledge and charge the end user Rs 30/mth. When i asked the customer care they reply saying i have requested for the same but they refuse to provide me the details of request like date and time etc telling us they do not maintain this service records (mandatory as per law).This has happen second time with me and i have to pay the cost without asking for the same.
                          This rs 30 for single customer, think the amount they will earn from lakhs of their subscribers.

                          PLEASE TAKE SOME ACTION/STEPS TO STOP THIS HARRASMENT BY RELAINCE COMMINICATION

                          Reliance / Mobile — Dispute In Bill

                          I am having Reliance Corporate A/c /(Number - [protected]). I am facing few issues which are below :-

                          1. On 12th March, 2008, after getting my dues details from Reliance Webworld, East Of Kailsh, I have transferred Rs.4818/- from my HDFC Bank thru Netbanking.

                          Bank Statement & Reliance - View Online Transactions). Both are showing that amount was reduced from my HDFC A/c & Reliance has received the amount.
                          But my Outgoing Calls were blocked since yesterday 8th April, 2008 night . I spoken to Customer Care today 9th April, 2008 morning. I was told that my previous dues of Rs. 4729/-
                          were still pending and my last transferred amount is not reflecting in Reliance System. What is fault of mine ??

                          2. Our office address got chaged from L-11, South Extn.-II, New Delhi to A-34, 1st Floor, Kailash Colony, New Delhi-48. Intimation on Letter Head was given to Relinace Webworld @ South
                          Extn.-II. But still I am not geeting my Bills on our New Office Address.

                          3. While checking my bill details on Reliance Site, it doesn't show correct picture. Find attached herewith screen shot of Reliance Site (Reliance Bill Details) by using my phone number and
                          password. What I can do in this ??? Will Customer tell Reliance to get it checked ?? If Yes, I had informed your customer care last month only but why still the situation is same???


                          Reliance made this portal for Customers and Customers are being cheated. Request please help me on above issues

                          Reliance Communications (Mobile) — Bill dispute, Deficiency in service

                          Dear Sir / Madam,

                          I have reliance post paid connection (No. [protected]). Few months back I had requested Reliance to discontinue one of the packages (Unlimited Finance Pack) on my number which costs Rs. 99 per month. In spite of repeated requests made to Reliance, I am still receiving bills with Unlimited Finance Pack charges. When contacted Sinhgad Road Reliance Web World personally I was told that they have taken my request and the pack would be discontinued on my number and also as a compensation Rs. 100 worth of SMS charges would be waived monthly for next six months. Still this month's bill shows the inaccuracy. I have lodged a complaint many times on phone and on their web site but no response. Now my outgoing calls have been deactivated causing inconvenience to me. The concerned request numbers are 96687000, 91307494.

                          Request your intervention as I am suffering due to deficiency in service and lack of appropriate attention towards customer grievances by Reliance Mobile.

                          Reliance Communications (Mobile) — Customer Care (?) Cares *&%$ for its customers

                          I have been using Reliance Mobile number ([protected]) since 5-6 years now. I have never had this issue with their people till they changed my billing due date from 5th of a month to 29th of a month, that too without informing me.

                          These people at call center start calling me to pay my bill since 25th of every month. After repeat requests which eventually became very ugly conversations over a time, they still wont stop calling since 25th and will go on till you wont pay, which is not before 2/3rd in my case as I am salaried employee.

                          Not only this staff at Borivali Webstore is Mannerless, but is also such a put off, that eventually they have pushed me to think of abondining this number which I have been using this since a long time now. I have decided to gradually stop using this number and for my peace of mind, I dont mind even if my investment of Rs 16000 for a HTC phone goes waste in just 6 months.

                          Reliance staff from Borivali Webstore is succesful in pissing me of and truly wish that this company keep loosing customers purely becasaue of their customer service staff.

                          They nailed me down with my above decision when they sent a personn over to my house to collect a mere Rs 650 when my credit limit is more than Rs 2500..

                          I truly wish Reliance Communications guys be doomed, soon.

                            I brought a Reliance GSM Prepaid connection with number [protected] from Sai Baba Telecom, C1, B4, DDA Market, Keshavpuram and submitted the passport photo along with the Govt. Company ID Card as address proof. Next day my connection was active and i could do calling and recharged it for Local Call and STD pack. Suddenly today i.e. on 11/06/2009 in the morning i was stunned to know that all my calles from that number is barred and i have to contact customer care. I went to the aforesaid shop and enquired about it to know that he has not submitted the document along with the application form yet. As a reason he said that the collection boy is not coming to shop and he is not able to submit it. I took the from and document from him and tried to submit it in R-world located in Dariyaganj near to my office. They refused to accept my form and when i asked them your customer care email id to complain they didn't gave it to me also. They also tried to persuade me mot to give any complain as its not going to help me any way. More over they were not able to give the address of your corporate office at okhla. So help me so that my number gets activated as soon as possible.

                              cheating by Reliance company for not disclosing for not receiving SMS from other operators.

                              I have been lodging complaints past three months as I not getting SMS from Airtel as they are not in a position to solve my problem as the customer care is of no use and the Reliance comm is a fraud company by cheating the customers and becoming No 1 richest personin India.

                              Public beware before buying Reliance product as they are cheaters

The bill copy is not coming from our billing address. Hence every month we are facing many problems.                                   I have stopped using reliance data card from the month of January.
                                  I submitted the request[protected] to terminate the connection on 3rd March 09
                                  On 4th march i paid the outstanding bill.
                                  The reliance web world representative told me that I will get a confirmation call in 15 days.
                                  When i asked why there is a delay of 15 days, he said thats how the company works.
                                  So desperately i was waiting to recieve the call
                                  I received a call from their representative in around 10 days.
                                  I said that i want to terminate the connection.
                                  I again received the bill for that month.
                                  I paid that bill to foolishly .
                                  Next month i was surprised when my parents told me that some reliance recovery guy visisted my home and asked them to pay the bills.
                                  I checked with the reliance web world and customer care . SHOCKED to find my connection has not been terminated.
                                  On enquiry i was told that i have opted for continuing the connection.
                                  I was frustrated again i gave a request for termination again as i did not want the reliance guys to harass my parents.

                                  Today is the month of June, i received the call today that i have to pay the bills.
                                  I went to the reliance web world the lady told me she cant do anything.i dont understand what they are doing sitting in the web world.
                                  She gave anumber of her seniors s senior who never recieved my phone calls.

                                  Customer care again recorded my call and told me that the connection will be terminated in next 15 days.
                                  This is end less i have atleast 10 differnet service ID s or whatever.
                                  i am constantly tortured by the services.
                                  i am disturbed by the harrasssment caused to may parents.

                                  This is the worst service i have ever received.
                                  Peope are rude and they dont knnow about there systems atall.
                                  they enter wrong data or whatever and ask us to pay the bills.

                                  Please suggest someone some way to come out of this S**t.

                                      Dear Sir/ Madam

                                      I had applied for the release of my provident fund in the month of February and I had been promised by the H.R. Head of Reliance Communications, Plot No. 17, Phase- 1, Industrial Area, Chandigarh, Mr. Tej Singh Mann, that, I will get timely information about the status of my application.

                                      But, till now I have not got any intimation about my fund.

                                      Mr. Tej Singh Mann does not pay heed to my requests about intimating me the status of my case. He would keep asking me to see him at his office abd when I go there, he does not treat me well and does not bother at all about my humble requests.

                                      He has even started telling others, who are also a subject to his procrastinations that, all of them will have to pay some sort of commission to a person whose name is Gurmeet, at the Provident Fund office, only then we can get the Provident fund released.

                                      I am being harassed by Mr. Tej Singh Mann who, always with his words, takes us for a ride.

                                        I bought Reliance Netconnect brodband device out of greed for mobility on last friday . I had paid 3500/- & have been told by the person that within 24hrs it will get activated i.e, by saturday afternoon. I have given all the documents on friday itself. But to my surprise till now after 5 days it is still not being activated. Customer care is the worst i have ever seen . MOST FUNNY PART IS IT ALWAYS TOOK ATLEAST 10 MINS TO GET TO CUSTOMER CARE THEN THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT IT CANT BE HEALPED AS THE MDN number I AM GIVING THEM IS NOT UPDATED IN THEIR SYSTEM.(EVEN AFTER 5 DAYS) MDN number will only be updated in their system once you do the activation. As per them activation is pending because THE RIDER WHO HAS GIVEN ME THE HARDWARE & TAKEN THE DOCUMENTS HAS MET WITH AN ACCIDENT WHILE RETURING FROM MY PLACE & THEY HAVE LOST ALL THE DOCUMENTS!!! I HAVE SEEN THE SAME GUY IN MY NEIGBOURHOOD SELLING THE SAME PRODUCT!!!

                                        As per them it will take one more day to verify the address !!!

                                        I HAVE DECIDED NOT TO USE THE RELIANCE NETCONNECT NOW EVEN IF MY HARD EARNED 3500/- RUPEES WILL GOES IN DRAIN. STILL BETTER TO LOSE 3500 RUPEES THAN HAVING TO DEAL WITH THE WORST CUSTOMER CARE WHICH CAN GIVE YOU REASONS WHICH ARE BEYOND IMAGINATION.
                                        i am using reliance net-connect from last one year & the problem is as following which is only due to the irresponsible people of customercare & due to their incomplete technical skill:

                                        1.after getting it recharged with a proper amount the service become unavailable. when i call customercare at *369 or *333 they always ask for a time period of 30mins, 1hr, 24hr, then 48hr, 120hrs. In spite of having the sufficient time period for solving the problem they become unable. After that they avoid the calls & i become totally helpless with "RELIANCE Net-Connect". My request is either you solve these problem or you stop the services.
                                        My Story is the same. I bought the Datacard and given the money and documents. The guy who taken my documents and money lost his phone. and he tell me that he cannot contact me. he need some more documents...I gave hi the company letter head and the sign and seal of our manager.But he is saying after 5 days that it is xerox! I told him to return my cash. After that he didn't call me...Now i am going to web world again for activation. What a useless company and crew...
                                        i decided to use internet with reliance brodband. i contact with reliance customer. he came my house and taken rs 500 in advance. i filled all the documents correctly. next day i recevied the call of rel. company. i got this call on 8th september. and now today is 14 november.there are no responce from company & that person. i contact with that person many time but they do not help me. i want my cash return early as soon. help me. my no. is [protected].
