they started love tips service on above no. by themself.
n now when i contact there coustmer care they tell me to send a message on 57333 but on this no. messages doesn't deliver.

    I, Amit Verma, had been working with Reliance Communications, plot no. 17, phase 1, industrial area, chandigarh under the employee code: WAPS 02633.

    I had applied for the release of my provident fund on Feb 8, 2009 and the referance no. of my file is : MH/VASHI/118056/826 but till now I have neither received any amount nor I have been intimated by the concerned/dealing officer of the said office about the status of my provident fund.

    The dealy was from the reliance communications' office in filing my case. My case was forwarded one month after I had applied for the provident fund.

    Apart from that I have paid many visits to inquire about my Provident fund. I am always asked for a week's time yo get information which, I never get.

    I know that it hardly takes a month or so for the release of the provident fund and in my cas, it has already been four months that I have not even been given a single clue about my fund. Why and what is this delay for? When will I get my Provident Fund?

    I request the authorities to look into this matter at the earliest possible.

    After so many request on phone to Mr.Duggal - [protected], Mr.Amit-[protected], Mr.Talwinder - [protected], [protected] my problem is still there.

    I have purchased Kothi no.1122, Sector 67, Mohali on dated 2 Sept.2009. In the month of October I have received a cheque for Rs.1800.00 in the name of Mr.Amarjit singh the old owner.

    I have submitt this cheque alongwith Copy of Registry and NOC from old owner to Mr.Talwinder Singh personnaly at your office Plot No.17, Industrial Area Phase 1, Chandigarh and request to change the name as Jaswinder kaur w/o Gurdeep Singh in your record and send me further rent of junction box.

    Now from October to March 6 month my request is still pending and rent of 7 month is also not paid by you. I am not able to continue your junction box connection. It is last request you to kindly do it within 7 days otherwise your connection will be disconnected.

      dear mobile operators STOP sending such sms this shows that you are concentrating in other feilds of Flesh business and such MAST BAATEIN is not the INDIAN Culture.

        SMS reads "sex health tips u always wanted to know ! Getting TIPS made easy forward this message to 56506 or sms sex and send to 56506 rs 3/sms rk56506 "

        WHY a mobile company is sending this sms to millions of youths in india. The TRAI has issued licence to reliance for mobile operations. The company should simply concentrate on the network. The company is duping crores of rupees of the fellow subscribers by sending such irrelevant sms regarding health and sex tips.

        Why the consumer forums are overlooking such issues and not taking actions agaist the mobile companies. The database is also shared with the other marketting companies without subscribers consent.

        The mobile bill can be printed and posted to the subscribers in weeks times why the DND activation takes 45 days.

        Grahak manch and the consumer courts should look into the matter and any such activites should be banned immediately

        i m your prepaid user ([protected]). i m using prepaid number from 2.5 years.
        This airtel card is AirtelFriends Card.On this airtel number their are two airtel
        services activated (1.Airtel Frnd Chat and
        2.Airtel Spicy messages service).I have not sent any message on my number to
        activate these
        services and in last weak my balance deducted Rs:10 for airtel friend chat service
        as well as Rs:10 for Airtel Spicy Message service,
        But I dont know how these service on my airtel prepaid number and
        also i m not know these services activated on what time.
        Please check my airtel number detail and solve my query.
        i also called to custemer care executive(Sachin Bhosale)
        but my request was not satisfied succesfully.
        then after 10 minutes i was again call to customer care executive at that
        time my request was not fullfilled.
        Please Refund my balnce and Stop these services.
        will you ask first before activatins of that type of services.
        i hope my request will fullfilled by you.

          For the past 2 weeks I have been receiving unwanted calls on my Reliance GSM number. The person has been calling me from 3 different numbers and has been using abusive language. When I called up the service center, the representative over there states that they have no facility to block these unwanted calls.

          Is this how customers have to suffer at the hands of these telecom companies? They are aiding in violiating my privacy by not enabking a system to block unwanted callers.

          Who can help in this case?

          Reliance Prepaid Mobile — Cheated me by unwanted promises

          Sir

          I was cheated by the Reliance Customer Care.
          I recharged my mobile for RC 399 for free Reliance to Reliance
          and for 175 Rs. Talk Time that would be available till the validity expiration of the main account...
          This was confirmed by the Customer care twice. and I got a recorded Information of the Customer care speaking so.


          But.. they cheated me... and took away the balance saying the balance is only valid for 1 month.

            I have reliance gsm[protected] in Punjab near Ludhiana and i have taken Reliance India Card for night STD free (rel to rel). While talking with my friend some person from Reliance Telephone Exchange interpretes the call and passes abusive coments. Even he has sent dirty messages to my friends' reliance no. This is happening since last 3-4 days. A Very Serious Action is needed as he abuses and harrasing sexually my friend and spoiling my privacy.

            THE RELIANCE TOP MANAGEMENT HAVE TO THINK ABOUT THIS AND TAKE IMMIDIATE ACTION ON THE CULPRIT OR BE READY TO GO IN CONSUMER COURT AS I ALSO HAVE PROOF OF THE MESSAGES ( Abusive ) SENT BY THAT PERSON TO MY FRIEND with the no of RELIANCE

              Hi,
              I activated my no [protected] aprroximetaly 2 months before...right now my outstanding amount 671.00 for last two invoices... I have lots of complaints such as...
              (1)My o/g & I/c Service has been barred...Without any bill sent @ my mailing address.. or on my email address..I received a call before a moth for my first invoice fm MAYUR(an outbound agent asking for bill) I requusted to him to send in bill Which i still not received lwant to esclate this to the higher management...
              (2)I am unable to call customer care from 1st day..wanted to activate many vas services like MISSED CALL ALERT services..gprs.. callerd tunes ...etc.
              tried many options to get in touch with cusomer care...such as *222#...Billed & unbilled info to 54321 or 51234..lots of L/L nos dialed & got connected with prepaid customer care...each time ...
              (3)While dialing this no 9595...Almost 60% of my family, friends are unable to connect in 1 try(they all have different service operators, , , & differnt error msgs such as plz check the no. this no does not exist, ,
              ) Can you just look after this query..?
              (4)While dialing any no fluction is their so u can check my call history many of my call dropped before 1 or 2 minutes tried no i different mobiels..
              (5) Getting lots of disrtibutors msgs for varoius prepaid schemesfm reliance.. which is a real hedeache for me...can you stop those eritating massages for me..?
              (6)I am very annoyed with the front office agents behaviour with me.. When i went to pay my first bill @ ChavanNagar Relainace communication(satara road, pune43)..The manager asked me why i had Reliance rather than any other service operator because this service needs to upgrade...& that might take 12 to 18 months which is quiet long..Is their any fact..So would like to dosconnect my no on immediate effect..Can u help me with the procedure..?

              & if you can help me with above mentioned issues that will be a Long Relief for me..i can pay the bill whichever i have used Beacuse the second invoice was genrated after barring my o/g services..& I/c I was struggling to contact with you..So my Humble request is to you to call me on my friends no [protected] (rohit chavan) & if it is possible You can release my I/C & o/g Services..

                I have taken a reliance netconnect HSD data card from a retailer at sanjay nagar, delhi-33 and this is my first month o[censored]sing this product but since the inception it is not working properly. the worst part is that the issue has not been taken seriously and including the retailer no one is taking its responsibilty and escaping themselve from being answarable to it. this is realy irritating.

                I purchased Reliance Data Card in hyderabad & the same is working fine till last month. Bills has been paid without any delay, but now the connection has been disconnected due to the change of address.

                I have shifted to Villupuram, inn Tamilnadu.

                SO pleade guide me, so that my address could be changed & the connection can be acctivated.

                Hi Pankaj, i agree it might not be working properly but only when i[censored] do not select proper mode while installation; if you have desktop then select "HSD" mode, if you are using laptop and accessing internet while travelling then select "hybrid" mode, else select CDMA1.x mode. I tink delhi have wide coverage network of reliance and most of the HSD consumers are from delhi. also make sure that
                operationg system support and antivirus you are using that block internet access.

                HDS supports only :WIN 2000: service pack 4 and above version
                WIN XP: service pack 2 and above.
                It doesnt work on Linux.

                Dear sir,

                I have taken a reliance netconnect HSD data card from Vriti Infocom PVT Ltd. Noida, and this is my first month o[censored]sing this product but since the inception it is not working properly. the worst part is that the issue has not been taken seriously, i asked o customer care, they suggest me go to reliance Web world, but they are not responing even vendor(vriti) is not picking the phone. and including the retailer no one is taking its responsibilty and escaping themselve from being answarable to it. this is realy irritating.

                Now i want to return it back only. no other option i can adopt. i am irritate from this.

                  Respected Sir,
                  Being Cheated by the Relaince network (Smart netwok) I beg to have your kind concern. I am feeling helpless so seeking your attention please. I am a customer of Reliance Smart Network (Mobile No.- [protected]. Just before 1 months 15 days ago in the morning I received a Sms from smart network confirming that you have downloaded a hello tune and they deducted 30 Rs. For that. I was shocked because I havent done any thing for the hello tune. I instantly call there in customer service notifying them I didn’t want this the hello tune. I havent done anything then what is this happening? They told me to wait for 7 days and assure me that the complain will be resolved ( complain no[protected]. After few days on the previous month 16 th they informed me that the problem has been resolved. The hello tune has been has been deactivated. I asked for the previously deducted money. But they refused, believe me sir I am not at all interested for such service. My logic was very simple while I havent done any thing to have this service, then why should I pay? Although they refused and assured me after that no money will be deducted for this service. But the most pathetic thing is that they didn’t deactivated that service which they registered for their own interest. Every day they are still deducting the 1 rs/ day for that hello tune service. Sir I am a student, our economical condition is not good at all. Every day I am calling in customer care dept. they are only giving 48 hrs. – 72 hrs. time not doing any thing! I already informed this issue to the west bengal nodal officer, till I didn’t receive any response from him. This hello tune service is totally computer operated, not in hand of customer.They can activate it from their end so I hope You can very well understand what they are doing with me is just for the business interest.
                  Sir I am a common public of this Indian Constitution. I have no influence power so I have been being decieved in such away. Please help Me to have proper Justice. Sir, please help me out, I am too upset. This customer care people behaveing roughly when ever they are hearing this issue, not helping me at all. I hope this time I will get proper justice.

                  Reliance smart network — deduction of money in improper way

                  I am a customer of reliance smart,i am from coochbehar just before 7 days ago on 30.6.2010 i got a sms from reliance(56694) saying " thank for subscribing MBGO where you can upload & download videos from your mpbile" and then they deducted 30 Rs. from my balance. I was schocked because i have not done anything for the MVGO, because i know that my mobile set does not support GPRS.

                  I am a customer of reliance smart gsm service (my mob no- [protected]) of coochbehar.yesterday at 5:09 pm i got a call from reliance company(no:[protected]) ,but i did not receive the call.at 6:30 pm when i checked my balance i see that it is -8.96 Rs. where as i had 20 Rs. before.then i call the customer care & they tell me that i subscribe some mantra service through that call.but how is it possible as i did not receive the call. i have proof my mob call register shows that call, as a missed call,so how can i subscribe? they cheat with me & deducted 28 rs of mine.it happening often with many reliance smart customer.

                    There is guy Ravi and Zubair they give me fake information about reliance postpaid plan 995.
                    They tell me that in this plan I got reliance to reliance std and local free unlimeted calls & 995 calls free ( local and std) but customer care clearly tell me that they dont have information about 995 calls free they only tell me about 995 sms are included in plan not 995 local std calls.

                    2nd thing After hearing the plan from Ravi I tell him that i m intersted in the plan and I applied prepaid to postpaid on[protected] but they give me brand new no that is [protected].

                    & still my prepaid no [protected] is prepaid.

                    Now they are not picking my phone.

                      My wife's phone deactivated from 9 pm on 31/5/09 due to document problem.I enquired about that and found that this is mistaken by M/s Bito Byte Communication, 139 Feeder road, Belghoria, Kolkata-56., west Bengal from where my wife purchased the mobile with prepaid line.
                      I talked with there customer care of reliance 7.11 am on 3/6/09 and get replied from them that they have found the difference between name of purchaser and document which my wife submited.Without knowledge about the incident, how there customer care say anything. My wife left her mobile to the above said shop and demand the refund of mobile phone but propriter refused to refund the money though kept the mobile. What wiil we do? Pl help us. Thanking you.

Several times contact has been made with Reliance Customer Care Executive told that as per their system number is working. Whether number being used or not can easly identified from Reliance IT system.

                        Now we want to surrender number but Reliance says to deposit amount of Rs.1400/- as full and final settlement which is not acceptable by us. Product is not giving satisfactory result even after making timely payment to Reliance is clear example of molest, despite of requesting for surrender the connection imposing unjustified amount cause mental depression.

                        I had applied for Reliance data card via net on Nov17 for which I never received a return email or call regardig the receipt of the payment or when will the data card be sent to me. After 1 week I get a call from one of the representative Mr Sandeep Tripaty reg my data card which was delivered on Nov 25th without the phone no and pin when contacted he said to talk to Mr Paras regarding avtivation of the card and they have my phone no & pin and will do the needful on Nov 27th I tried to install with the help of instruction provided by Paras. The data card was helpful only for installation I was unable to connect to the net and the data card just went off. When complained Paras said Sandeep T will collect it and give it to the service center as there may be minor problem in the data card and the same will be repaired or replaced.

                        He took my data card on Nov 30th and by this time the status shows that my account is active where in I have not yet used my account. I was assured that I will get get the data card within 2 days but till date I have not received every time I have to call up Mr Sandeep or Paras to check the status secondly there is ignorance of my calls and the way they speak it makes you feel that we never told you to purchase the card since you have purchased its not our headache. I have once been advised to go to the service center get the status.

                        I have been following up with the call center whose service is worst luckily I got the complaint department no[protected] this number is either switched off or engaged one has to keep on trying. On this number I spoke to a officer Mr Abhay Kamble and logged a complain[protected] who took this matter little seriously but no success.

                        Can Any one at Reliance take serious action on this matter??????

                            I took a new Reliance mobile from Pune whose model no. is Classic 161.
                            It costed me Rs. 1150.
                            It was a packed brand new piece. But when I started using the mobile it gave me many problems within a week.
                            It switches off and on again and again. I returned it to the shop and they sent it to the service center.
                            They delayed it for 2 months and then finally when I got my mobile it still has the problem and now the keypad is also not working properly.
                            I'm fed up with this problem, and I want my Rs.1150 back.

                            Yes!! I agree with him.. they self start random services and deduct balance. When asked why the amount was deducted they just say its a mistake and revert it back! They do this every month. I don't know how many customers notice it. But it is a big theft Reliance is doing.

                            Please someone take step and stop this. How can we force them to stop looting people?

                              This is regarding the 650 rs std calling card, i am a reliance prepaid user, i used to recharge with 650 rs e- recharge and got the rs 589.30 balance & night calling Rim to Rim free,

                              two days back i saw this recharge details again on your website, and again got confirmation from customer care executive that this recharge is available,

                              Today (4 june-09) i recharged my number with the same 650 rs amount through E-recharge, but i got only rs 428.30 balance in my main account insted of the actual scheme.I am having the confirmation sms for the same, i called in customer care i did not get the proper resolution regarding the same.

                              I need the rs 589.30 calling card balance & as well as free night calling, please do the needful, because the disatisfaction level is increasing day by day.

                                I had invested in Reliance Power Diversified MF and redemed my units online on 28th May, 2009 and even received SMS on 2nd June, 2009 about it. But till date I have not received funds into my bank a/c.

                                I had called up your call centre on 3rd & 4th June but they have asked me to wait and my bank says only RMF can do in this regard, as they have your transaction id and status of fund transfer.

                                    I start using reliance broadband from 2nd june 2008 and I got first bill in month of july for 2nd june to 23 june 2008 and in that bill they claim that for 3 min usage i downloaded 800 MB data which is impossible at speed of 2mbps. I complaint many times but they are doing nothing just calling me to pay bill.
                                    on 20th august 2008, they bar my connection from there side.
                                    when i ask they said pay bill then your connection will be restored.
                                    i asked them give me correct bill but they are doing nothing.
                                    in month of oct, suddenly i got bill of rs 7800 for month of august, in which they mention that i use internet from 1st sept to 10 sept 2008 for rs 7800. if my connection is barred by them n 20th august, then how can i will downlaod data from 1st to 10 sept.

I was told by reliance dealer that by taking this plan i dont have to play the first 3 months bill. 2 days back somebody from reliance came to give me the bill for payement. I told him come tomorrow beacuse i am not supposed to pay it, that guy dint turn up yet and on top of that my INTERNET CONNECTION IS BEEN DISCONNECTED.

                                      The Reliance Broadband and Telephone combined service that I am using for the last around one year has given me more harassment than satisfaction. Every other day either the broadband or the telephone goes dead. The company has established franchises in different cities, including Ajmer(Rajasthan), where I live. These people are least bothered about complaint redressal. They are concerned with only making money by seling new connections or 'recharge coupons'.

                                      As the last communication for my complaint I am pasting the e-mail I sent just now:
                                      NOW IT IS MORE THAN 32 HOURS THAT THE PHONE IS DEAD AND THERE IS NO ONE TO ATTEND TO MY COMPLAINT.
                                      Dear Mohan ji,
                                      It is more than 24 hours that there is no response from the local office. The phone is dead. It is every few days that either the phone is dead or the broadband is dead or even both are dead. I went to the local office which is closed, may be due to sunday. For an essential service like telephone and broadband to be out of order for hours on end and there being nobody to respond, it is a highly pathetic state of affairs. If you cannot manage the services it is no use trying to harass the customers. Why should I every other day go on requesting my tel. & Broadband services. If I had been given this information right in the bigining than I might have not got this connection of yours.
                                      I request you now, under the circumstances created by your own staff, to please refund my initial depossit of Rs. 1500 plus the balance remaining as on 08-05-09 and disconnect the service immediately. I called you also three times but always there was "No Response" and your caller tune of 'Masaqualli...' I had to bear.

                                      Dear Mohan Ji,
                                      It is only 2-3 days back that my both phone and broadband were dead till 10 p.m. Now today also the phone is dead. Please record the complaint and get it corrected soon.

                                      In these days people shall not go with only the company name. I want a efficient service which is available to me 24 hours a day. My complaint should be attended immediately, with due respect and consideration. I am 60+ of age and I shall not allow them to make me run after them for providing me tel. and Internet for which they are charging in advance. It is their system of franchises, which is letting them down. The Rel. Care service is also not o[censored]se as they also refer to the local franchises, who is irresponsible as far as complaint redressal is concerned.
                                      Either they provide me the service regularly or refund my all balance and advance deposits so that I may switch to another Internet Service Provider organization(ISPO).
                                      I invite Reliance Communications to respond.
                                      After 54 hours the phone line is restored. This is hell of inefficiency. How can a user of Telephone service cope up with this state of affair. Pay in advance for some service that you are not using??

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        Myself Kailash chandra panda having share certificates of Reliance Comp.
                                        1-Reliance Capital Ventures Limited with folio no[protected], qty-18nos(Issued-DT[protected]
                                        2-Reliance energy ventures limired with folio no[protected], qty-18nos(Issued-DT[protected]

                                        I have send it to India infoline ltd. to dematerialise these two certificates but they returned it to me with reason of old certificates.
                                        so pls kindly do the needful and suggest for the next steps
