Unfair deductions by Reliance Communications

I used Reliance Communications WLL Phone number[protected] yesterday (10 May 2009) at 21:50 hrs to call a BSNL Land Line, which is about 25 kilo meters from my place. The call lasted for about 50 minutes. The Reliance Communications deducted Rs 45 from my Prepaid WLL Account instead of deducting Rs 15 (for <50 kms the rate is 90 paise for 180 seconds).

I request other Reliance Communications Customers to be very alert...

SERVER DOWN ONLY WHEN YOU MAKE FREE R2R CALLS

I have been using Reliance mobile since it was launched in India and use a postpaid plan in which I can make free calls to any Reliance number in India. My reliance number is [protected]. The issue is that nowadays Reliance has found a new way to cut their costs.

Poor Service by Reliance Communications

I have been facing network issues in Dombivli for the last 3 days. I have been visiting Swastik Telecom a franchisee of Reliance Communications for the last 3 days for resolution. I was told that because of Reliance's GSM launcg at Ulhas Nagar there is network issues for the last 5 days and there are many customers who have reported this problem to them.

Billing after discontinuing service

I was a customer for many years with Reliance Communication using the above mentioned telephone. Since I wanted to discontinue using the service, I returned my telephone equipment along with a letter to the Reliance Communication's outlet in my town, Kovilpatti-628501three months back. I reieved bill again and complained to the same outlet, who then tlaked to Tirunelveli office...

Unnecessary amount deducted

I have Recharged my prepaid a/c with 550 jadu pack..in this pack call rate would .50/1..At the starting time it was working, but from last few days ago i realized the call rate is higher(more then double).when i called at customer care..he was agreed that reliance cut more amount from my a/c...and he has no answer about this and he was unable to rever my old amount...such a third class mobile company and service..thats why i am going to take...

Shortfall in network connection

My Reliance GSM no. [protected] has been causing shortfall in network connections consistently for the last 45 days. I have contacted my local Customer Care Executive but they are not ready to register my complain saying you have already registered a complain regarding network connection. taken 500/- but no net usage because of services

I think you proved that no one should go for company's name or brands. There are more than 15 days passed but till now i am unable to use my broadband connection due to many reasons i.e, 1.) No Connectivity, 2.) No servicing or replies, 3.) Due to manager's availablity in the branch offices, 4.) due to document updation, 5.) Finally when they came at home they told me that my computer has some problem they have good services......

I purchased a Reliance Netconnect 3.1 Mbps Broadband card after paying Rs 3, 500 3 weeks ago. . Worst service and cheating the customer

My name is Arpit Gupta. I have taken a reliance broadband connection after trusting on their false marketting words given by their dealers outside and the fake pamplet they are shedding at every door step.
"Download speed of 75kbps, unlimited plan, 499/month" .

No sms service

i am from siliguri, west bengal. whenever i try to send a message it says "Service not Available" and my settings are perfectly correct and my message service center no is set at "[protected]". whenever i call the customer care no 1 picks up. my sms card validity ends soon and i have no way to use my balance. they are cheating me of my money. i tried to send a complaint through their website but they never accept it...
