Greetings from susheel!

This is susheel kumar

I used cdma lg phone.

I took reliance sim ([protected]) on the january 2009 it work onle one month and then it stop taking service area and thus i was not being able to call/receive.


I complain 100 times each time they says that it will start working after 24 hours but it never started.


In the may 2009 i buy another sim [protected]. But this become same as first one.
It also do not take the service area i once again complaing but it yet not started.

Since i used cdma lg phone so it do not support any other connection so not it is useless for me.

    Sir,
    I have Recharged My Reliance Prepaid Cell No. [protected] From Neelam Watch Company, Opp. City Police kotwali, Barmer, Rajasthan. Recharged Balance 799 Rs. On 15 April 2009 at 7.22 P.M. .In 799 Rs. Scheme reliance provide 30 days full rel to rel unlimited calls in India.This Scheme is valid for 30 days.But From 9 May 2009 Cell is Not Working & Shows error that you have insufficient Balance & call can not be completed.
    I have talked to costumer care at *333 three times but they says they can't help me.& I have to recharged again.
    Please take suitable action.

    Dear Sir,
    I faced a wrong Behave from customer care executive.
    My Reliance number is [protected].i called to reliance customer care regarding my account balance but expect give me any information about my problem customer care executive “Mr.Deelip” start misbehaving and arguing with me and he give me wrong information and he told me “” and also abusing . This is not accepted from Reliance customer care. I already made a complaint about this bad experience and complain number is 99977573.
    I recharged my account with 490 and in that’s we able to talk with Reliance to Reliance 2000 min free but and its valid for 30 days. I used only 20 days and now its Shows error that you have insufficient Balance & call can not be completed. I just only information and details about that Please do needful about the same.

    Hi All,

    Actually reliance services are the worst services i have ever experinced. Whenevr i call on *333, I got a voice that "No serveices are avaialble for next 2 hours due to emergency Evacuation". I don understand that How many times do they people do Evacuation. I want Itemised bill for my Preppaid mobile but as there is no such service online. I need to call Customer care.. but eveytime i got message of Evacuation. I feel very irritated from their services.

      I've a reliance CDMA phone, for which I've given DND(Do not disturb) before 2.5 months back. Relaince's web site says, it will need 40 days to get this activated, however even after 70 days, DND is not activated for me and I still get hundreds of SMS and calls on my mobile. When all these unwanted calls and SMS will stop?

      reliance cdma — dnd not activated

      im fed up of messages from 5999 telling that welcome to kerala and welcome home...even if im in ma state also they will welcome me to kerala...i have asked to activated DND...but its not done even after 45 days

        Hi,

        Reliance Communication is cheating people. I have contacted with reliance communication offices their customer care centers and e-mailed a lot of time. But nothing worked.

        I am Pawan Gupta, a valid user of reliance from last 5 years. Few months back i wanted to changed my reliance post paid plan to prepaid one. I contact to Reliance Communication office located at opposite to Raj College in Raipur(Chattisgarh). that time reliance communication executive told me i had to wait for 6 months & then only i can change/terminate my current plan.

        But when 20 days back when i had talk with customer care executive on contact no. *222, he told me i can change/terminate my current plan any time but with this information i went to Reliance Communication then Reliance Communication executive told me again to wait whole month for bill generation then only you can change/terminate the plan.

        On the day (08.05.09) of generation of bill, he told me wait for one more day. On the same days when I went to another Reliance Communication office to change/terminate but they told me change/terminate plan from same place from where i had purachsed the plan.

        Today(09.05.09) I went Reliance Communication office again they told me it is not possible to change/terminate the plan & i had to pay coming month bill as well(of May - June 2009). When i told to talk with Reliance Communication Customer Care Executive with my mobile, this Reliance Communication executive not even wanted to talk with Customer Executive & not even bother to check with Customer care Office as she & their Boss are very arrogant. they told me Customer Care Executives knows nothing & they keeps on wasting our time.

        All the other Reliance Communication offices in Raipur are telling me i can change/terminate plan from only same office from where i purchased the plan. How can these people talk in this way with customers? If i wanted to change/terminate my plan i should be able to do this from anywhere in india.why shuold i had to go from one office to another office after i am paying my bills regularly.

        I called to customer care executive to terminate this connection but they are telling me to you have to give an application to local reliance communication office only. and nobody is accepting my application in local Reliance Communication offices.

        I am Unsatisfied with the services provided by Reliance Communication executive and its customer care services.

        Please consider this mail as request to terminate my Reliance plan & please do this as soon as possible. My reliance mobile no: [protected] is to terminated. Also take the necessary actions against this people.

        I am not going pay any bills o[censored]pcoming DAYS/MONTHS.

        This is true over here in bangalore too... once it happend me to be in one of the relaince care shop and i have seen people commin with same case ... and every one of them were disappointed, , i did not see any happy customer goin out of the show room...
        i was amazed for the arogant response of the employees and their carelessness after the cusotmer goin off the shop(show room)
        I am a reliance customer for last 7 years and I wanted to change to pre-paid plan and had the very same experience and now I will send a registered letter to them requesting termination of connection.
        I have been requesting for service termination of post paid SIM for past 4 months again gets reactivated without intimation

          I used Reliance Communications WLL Phone number[protected] yesterday (10 May 2009) at 21:50 hrs to call a BSNL Land Line, which is about 25 kilo meters from my place. The call lasted for about 50 minutes. The Reliance Communications deducted Rs 45 from my Prepaid WLL Account instead of deducting Rs 15 (for <50 kms the rate is 90 paise for 180 seconds).

          I request other Reliance Communications Customers to be very alert and use *333 or *367 frequently to check your balance after every call. There are numerous complaints in the Internet and at Reliance Franchise Shops about Reliance Communications starting several paid services on their own and charging the Customers. Whenever the Customer asks, they lie that the Customer has started the service.

          I suggest the affected Tamil Nadu Customers (other States please refer to http://www.trai.gov.in/sp/RELIANCE.pdf) to Email their complaints to the following Email addresses,

            Sir/Madam

            I have been using Reliance mobile since it was launched in India and use a postpaid plan in which I can make free calls to any Reliance number in India. My reliance number is [protected]. The issue is that nowadays Reliance has found a new way to cut their costs.

            You would be surprised to know that most of the time when you make free R2R calls, their server is busy and there is a reply "All routes are busy please try later". Moreover, this lasts not for sometime but for hours(i faced this problem for 8 hours) and that too after every one or two days. Their customer care also responds similar to their IVR that they cannot do anything and have forwarded the complaint to the concerned department.

            I would urge people to stop purchasing Reliance connections even if they offer you free calls to Reliance numbers as they are of no use anyway.

            Pity on a company like reliance that they have to use such tactics and harass their long trusted customers.

              Hi, I have a Reliance CDMA Prepaid (lifetime) phone no. [protected]. This phone was purchased by submitting my aunties documents.. actually it was her phone.. Then she gave it to me and now she is Out of country.. I was using this phone and there was no problem and suddenly they stopped my services (Incoming and Outgoing Both). I had a talk with Customer Care, they said got o Reliance Web World.. they will help u out!.. I went there and had a talk, they said they want that same auntie's ID to restartt the connection to resume the services. Now I have a complaint against them how it is possible to go U.S.A. to collect the documents to restart this Rs 5000 phone. I requested them that I will buy a new connection on this CDMA phone.. They said "WE CANT HELP YOU"

              THE Customer Care executives are seriously illiterate!

              Please help me to get my reliance CDMA phone

                I have been facing network issues in Dombivli for the last 3 days. I have been visiting Swastik Telecom a franchisee of Reliance Communications for the last 3 days for resolution. I was told that because of Reliance's GSM launcg at Ulhas Nagar there is network issues for the last 5 days and there are many customers who have reported this problem to them.


                Today i visit them for a resolution/update, this is what I heard from them...


                If you wish to cancel, here is the form, fill it up, we will disconnect your line. I have been a subscriber of Relaicne without any default for the last 15 months. This is a crazy response that I could ever receive as a customer of a service provider whose market is highly competitive.


                I would want immediate resolution and a wave of monthly rental for this month and the next six months. The two of them I was involved in conversations were,

                This is how I as a customer of Reliance can be addressed who has been without any defaults. FYI from the same Dombivli Swastik Telecom, I receive calls for payment reminders from them well before I have to make payments because I have made payments there and they have my profile. They juz need money and does not want to support a customer. Just bluntly ask them to cancel, as they cannot provide service.


                As a service gesture, I want my rental waived off for the next 6 months.


                What more, as a service provider you are giving me a service of 50p for local and 1 Rs for STD, for that i have to pay Rs. 49/- every month. AND for the same, a prepaid subscriber has to pay Rs. 540/- life long. I have paid Rs. 49/- at least for the last 6 months. Where am I, AT SOUP?


                For all this inconvenience I need a immediate action against the people at your franchisee and action against them. I need a written copy of the ACTION against them. Also, I need a compensation for whatever inconvenience caused.

                  even i registed a complain against it in 16th and he said the matter will be resolved.. today again i called *333 and therepresentative put me on hold for infinite time..

                  again i called the cc and talked to them very politely and mentioned my prob about 59059 and also mention without using the exact galies.. as" One of you motherBEEP bastBEEP representative has put me on hold and didnt reolved my issue and also he was ryde while talking..

                    I was a customer for many years with Reliance Communication using the above mentioned telephone. Since I wanted to discontinue using the service, I returned my telephone equipment along with a letter to the Reliance Communication's outlet in my town, Kovilpatti-628501three months back. I reieved bill again and complained to the same outlet, who then tlaked to Tirunelveli office and said I can ignore the bill and need not pay.Now I have recieved a 'Dues Claim' letter from Tirunelveli Office with monthly accumulated rental bills.How can I be made responsible for them having someone irresponsible at their Kovilpatti outlet and office at Tirunelveli?
                    I wish somebody responsible in Reliance Communication to look into this concern. After being a customer for so many years, this is the treatment the company will give me? Please intervene and address by grievence to avoid some irresponsible person spoiling the company's image.

                      I have Recharged my prepaid a/c with 550 jadu pack..in this pack call rate would .50/1..At the starting time it was working, but from last few days ago i realized the call rate is higher(more then double).when i called at customer care..he was agreed that reliance cut more amount from my a/c...and he has no answer about this and he was unable to rever my old amount...such a third class mobile company and service..thats why i am going to take airtel gsm and broadband connection soon..

                      Reliance — amount deducted

                      My self Shashi Choudharya My RIM mobile no is [protected].In my mobile Mantra and Jobalertpack was activated voluntarily by the reliance service without even asking me, further, they even charged me 30/-Rs.on 5sep and 30/- changes on 8sep.
                      I also spoke many time to the customer carte that I don’t want any pack and any services but they have not taken the action to deactivate. Sir /Madam It have happened much time reliance activate pack and reduce the amount.

                      I also have risen complain in customer care the deduction is ok but they have not refund my balance.

                      2nd problem


                      In the last mounth I observed that the caller Tune service has been activated on my cell without my knowledge and the service has been charged to me. When I brought this to the notice of the Customer service staff he was not interested in my problem and simply tried to convey me that the service has been activated from my side and he would not take any complaint regarding the same. Than I called senior executive told my problem. then reliance refund my payment . She also told my one pack caller tune and another mantra pack also activate. Both r activated out of knowledge. Than madam help me and refund my payment. In spite of me explaining it to him that the service was not activated from my side and I wanted to lodge a complaint regarding the same he bluntly refused to lodge a complaint. I am surprised by the attitude of the customer service executives and the supervisors as they simply don't lodge a complaint on the said problem.
                      I look forward to a solution on the problem as I have been cheated thrice by Reliance communication, Rs-30 many time deducted from my balance for a service which I never subscribed and regarding the Customer service which simply does not take complaints on the problem stated

                      I m fed up of these deductions of balance for the unwanted services.

                      I m requesting to please look into the matter and kindly do the needful.

                      Reliance — Amount Deducted

                      Dear Concern

                      My Mobile no is- [protected], I have recharged it with Rs. 650/- plan (Night calling free 11:00pm to 6:00am, India calling card) on dated 8th Sep, 09. I was usually doing the call on only one std number that is GSM no- [protected] and it was absolutely free in night time.

                      On 28th Oct 12:45AM I made the call on same no and my all amount was deducted, I launched the complaint to the customer care, they said that we have some technical problem and your amount will refunded you very soon, but till date no amount get credited to my no, even I am unable to make the call due to Zero balance in my no.

                      Now when I asked at web world they are saying that that plan was for CDMA to CDMA not for CDMA to GSM. Then tell me how can I was able to make those call previously at free of cost and without any intimation how can suddenly amount was deducted?

                      Please investigate the matter and reply me soon with some valid reason.

                      I have reliance conection, and reliance company without informing deducted amount from my balance. I have recharged Rs.50 dated:-25.12.2010. Now I have balance only Rs..2.21.

                      I talk with customer care executive, they unable to return my deducted amount. No information or sms regarding deducted amount and against which service.

                      Can I cliam the deducted amount ?
                      Reliance is big company and they cheet to customer very easly.
                      Pls. tell me how can I recover my amount.

                          Without my request started “Astronomy “ & " Voice chat" in my phone and started charging money
                          Respected Sir,

                          I am a prepaid mobile holder from Reliance India Mobile and my no. is [protected]. I am holding this mobile no. since 2004.

                          I phoned to Reliance Customer Care several times to clear my doubts of repeatedly reducing my prepaid balance and then I come to know that my phone number has" Astronomy" & “Voice Chat” facility activated from May 2009, so they are charging Rupees One for each day and every day it is being deducted from my prepaid account balance which I never subscribed for.

                          I made an argument for the reversal of such amount which they are charging for a service which I have not subscribed for. The customer care executive took action against my first problem and de-activated “Astronomy Service” from my mobile but even til today, the Reliance Communication has not refund my balance.

                          Today on May 8, 2009, without my consent or approval the Reliane Communication activated “Voice Chat” service and deducted Rs.30/- from my account balance, after getting this message, I had been trying to contact to Customer Care since morning to to till 1:00pm, but there is no any response. I am feeling very disgusted how Reliance Communication activated such service without my confirmation and deducted my balance.

                          I really very disgusted, please lodge my complaint and try to give me relief.

                          reliance India Mobile ( pre-paid) — Very poor service, acc.balance deduction with no resaon

                          Sir,
                          I am a reliance india mobile user since 4 Years But i m very much dissatisfied with its service last few month . My prepaid balance is automatically deducted with no reason. I have not subscribed reliance hell tune but my balance deducted. Today i have recharged with top up of Rs.555 & get a main balance of 493.95 & a promo balance of Rs.94.06 . After some calls my main balance was Rs.480 but after some time i got a message from 53030 regarding subscription for FM india pack which i have not subscribed.
                          And when i checked my balance surprisely it is Rs.456.68.

                          I am a reliance india mobile user since 6 Years But i m very much dissatisfied with its service last few month . My prepaid balance is automatically deducted with no reason. i got a message from 53030 regarding subscription for FM india pack which i have not subscribed.My balance got minimised and also I have tried to call 53030333 as mentioned in the SMS but it gives message that this is a toll free number. My balance got deducted on 26/09/08
                          Aha! this is not a new thing, I am being screwed by taking a new relaince number (under 555 plan)

                          Without making a single call teh balance keeps on decreasing

                          I have been using AIRTEL from last 3 years & i must say Just go for Airtel and good on my side I dint purchased post paid from reliance else i would have to take aloan to pay my bills

                          This is to state that reliance communication is stealing money from its user by activating services without user approval ... On 17th of october i got a message frm reliance that news letter is subscribed on my mobile no and Rs 30 is charged frm me .. When i call their customer care number the message was i hav not been subscribed to call them .. how come u subscribe for customer care no ..Transparent these guys r robbers ..

                            Dear Sir/Madam
                            My Reliance GSM no. [protected] has been causing shortfall in network connections consistently for the last 45 days. I have contacted my local Customer Care Executive but they are not ready to register my complain saying you have already registered a complain regarding network connection. This is not a logic to reject my complain because when second time shortfall in network connection takes place then why second time this complain will not be registered. I had a very good opinion and experience about Reliance GSM service earlier but it is loosing my confidence for the last few days. No body from the company side is ready to solve my problem. I have been disconnected with my concerned for the last one and half month. This inefficiency of solving problems does not reflect the positive side of Reliance GSM Service. I am hardly able to be connected by the Customer Care Executive as they don't receive the calls easily also the network connection makes me unable to have a detail discussion with them.

                            Hoping for your kind Perusal this time.

                            A line of confirmation and an early response in this regard is highly appreciated.

                            Network connection in Salboni, Dist.-Midnapore (W), West Bengal is consistently causing problems. I have been wearing this kind of problem for the last 45 days. I have contacted the Customer Care Executive so many times but they are not ready to register my complain. Sometimes they are disconnected during the mean time due to this problem. I had a very good opinion and experience about the Reliance GSM service but from the last month I am loosing my faith towards its service. I am totally disconnected with my concerned for the last one and half month and no body is ready to solve my problems from the company side.
                            Sir Iam using Reliance Sim Card since 2007, But now Relianc network is not good in my area, So kindly try to improve network in my area.

                              I think you proved that no one should go for company's name or brands. There are more than 15 days passed but till now i am unable to use my broadband connection due to many reasons i.e, 1.) No Connectivity, 2.) No servicing or replies, 3.) Due to manager's availablity in the branch offices, 4.) due to document updation, 5.) Finally when they came at home they told me that my computer has some problem they have good services... Please let me know what step should taken by me now...?

Finally they are passing the time and not giving the proper answers Please let me know what step should taken by you now...?mr prabhakar is a head of technical department and he always cancel my broadband connection and the cheque ihad given is clear but thr is no installation is thre kindly pls check and revert me back as soon as possible
                              completely agree. Even I have applied 25 days back with no connection, but the money has taken. I have called them morethan 10 times just to hear ' will pass it to relevant dept with high priority' do they really know what is priority and customer service ? How about suing them or taking legal action.

                              Should have gone to Airtel, My friend applied for Airtel Broadband and got the connection in 2 days. Now this is customer service.

                                A TEMPORARY CARD WAS ISSUED TO ME BY NUMBER:- [protected] ON 14/062008 FROM THE "RELIANCE ONE" AT: I.R.C. VILLAGE ; NAYAPALLI ; BHUBANESWAR-751015 ( TEL. NO:[protected] AND I WAS TOLD THAT WITHIN 2/3 MONTHS I WILL BE ISSUED WITH THE ORIGINAL(PERMANENT)CARD. HOWEVER AFTER REPEATED FOLLOW UP OVER THE SUBSEQUENT MONTHS THROUGH THE OUTLET AND DIRECTLY BY ME OVER THEIR TOLL FREE NUMBER:[protected] I DID NOT GET THE DESIRED RESULT . EACH TIME THEY HAVE TAKEN ALL MY DETAILS OVER PHONE AND CONFIRMED THAT I AM ELIGIBLE FOR THE ORIGINAL(PERMANENET) CARD AND IT WILL BE DISPATCHED TO ME SHORTLY . THAT SHORTLY HAS BECOME VERY LONGLY NOW. TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ORIGINAL CARD.

                                IN THE RECENT PAST ON 19TH MAR'09, I GAVE AN ULTIMATUM AND HAD A VERY DETAILED DISCUSSION OVER THE TOLL FREE NUMBER WITH MR VIJET ARYA AND TOLD HIM THAT I SHOULD BE FINALLY GIVEN AN SMS OR CALLED OVER MY MOBILE LATEST BY 21ST MAR'09 AND HE FINALLY AGREED TO THAT. NO SMS CAME OR NO PHONE CALL WAS MADE TO ME TILL DATE.

                                BUT, ALAS IT WAS NOT TO BE AND THE FINCTIONARIES OF RELIANCE ONE( RELIANCE FRESH) EITHER AT BHUBANESWAR OR AT THEIR CALL DESK HAS BEEN CARELESS, IRRESPONSIBLE AND CALLOUS IN DELIVERING THE DESIRED SERVICES TO ME.

                                I NOW SUGGEST THAT IT IS A FUTILE EFFORT TO GET SERVICES FROM "RELIANCE ONE " AND THE ONLY SOLUTION LEFT IS TO CANCEL THE CARD . HENCE, YOU ARE ADVISED TO CANCEL MY CARD FORTHWITH UNDER SMS AND E-MAIL TO ME AS ANY PRODUCT WHICH I DO NOT WISH TO USE NEED NOT BE OUTSTANDING IN MY NAME.

                                ALTERNATIVELY I MAY BE PROVIDED OVER SMS THE TELEPHONE/MOBILE NUMBER OF A TOP EXECUTIVE OF THE COMPANY.

                                    Hello,

                                    I purchased a Reliance Netconnect 3.1 Mbps Broadband card after paying Rs 3, 500 3 weeks ago. . My usage plan, as discussed with their executive at the time of purchase was a monthly rental of 1099, which gave me unlimited usage ( or 10 GB ) per month. I have used the internet for 6 days. In which it has worked perfectly for 4 days, maximum. Today, my Broadband services were disconnected again ! You can imagine the shock I received when your customer care executive informed me that my bill has been generated and I have a due amount of Rs 13, 449.65 ! My usage is being shown as 9, 000 Units ( MB ) which is absolute hogwash. Very, very deceitful behavior on Reliance's part. Now I list my complaints with it.

                                    1) Though untrue, even if the usage is 9000 Units, it still falls into my allowed free quota.

                                    2) Why have been my broadband services disconnected ? Does Reliance enjoy putting their customers in such incredible amount of misery ? Or is it the only way customers are informed of the bill ?

                                    3) Why wasn't I informed about my usage exceeding the allowed credit limit? ( Considering my usage did cross the allowed free quota ) . This was answered by one of their nodal officers, they said I was 'expected' to know how much I was using or downloading !

                                    I am distressed, very disheartened and horrified by Reliance's behavior. I intend to file a consumer courts case ASAP.

                                    Reliance Broadband — Overcharged for Non working services

                                    I have reliance Broadband since last two year. Everything has been goin good until June-2011. I have never any issue with billing and i have never delated any bill payment for them.

                                    Since June second week my Internet stopped working. I called up first time but the customer executive said the system is down and did not register my complaint. Due to other personal work i couldnt call them for next two weeks. I called them on July 6th and register the complaint. I waited for couple of days but nothing happened. When i called up to check updates, the customer care told me that the problem is resolved and call is closed. Although i have never received a call from them OR the connection has restored.
                                    Frustrated with things and miss coordination between Reliance customer care , i register a ticket to disconnect my services. I have also mailed multiple times to they Nodal Officer and higher authority multiple times. I have called the customer care at least 20 times so far. My connection never got disconnected since now but i have been receiveing bills with charges for all this period, with late fees and also the legal notice. The only request i have is to correct my bill for over charges of services not used ( if not earlier take it from the date when i open ticket for disconnection) and i will pay the corrected bill. But the horrible customer care never understand that so far. pathetic experience with reliance and the way they treat customer who use their services for two years or more.

                                        My name is Arpit Gupta. I have taken a reliance broadband connection after trusting on their false marketting words given by their dealers outside and the fake pamplet they are shedding at every door step.
                                        "Download speed of 75kbps, unlimited plan, 499/month" .
                                        Well, to the other part of the story - they have the really bad customer representatives, dont have the way to speak. Even on urging and pressing them down to connect to their heads, they intentionally never do that.
                                        Problem facing -
                                        1) "Slow speed, really slow speed. I have taken the plan of - '75kbps, unlimited, 499 pack'. I get the maximum speed of 9kbps for just surfing and downloading forget it. Reason their manager, floor head, team lead, customer representative highlighted - sir, its ok i[censored] are getting this speed as technically its like min.1/9th the downloading speed and of the plan you have taken.
                                        2) Every week disconnection of the connection. After their 24hrs time layout, their local technical executive have no respect towards their customers. They sometime ask that they can come 10pm in the night or if whenever the times it suites to them.
                                        3) On asking them the problem and resolve the problem permanently they says directly - " that is something that cant be done, permanently" Reason - " We are the workers and thats the company (reliance) fault that they have used such cheap instruments like - boosters bought from cisco and making our life hell. Your connection is connected to the last port of the booster box which is there on the top of the building and due to high load the ports disables and that is something which is the fault of the reliance, not ours.Its better you tell them not us"
                                        4) Now, they have started the new policy - " I last complaint I gave to them - complaint no.[protected]. Also spoken to their customer representative head - Ms. Naina.

                                        My words to Niana - "The executive who came for solving the problem - had disappered without doing anything making me wait for him, sying that he is on the terrace to solve the problem."
                                        Naina words to me - " Sir, the complaint has been resolved as the executive himself closed the complaint saying that he has solved the complaint".
                                        Me- " But, nothing has been done"
                                        She-"in that case, you have to launch the complaint again"
                                        Me- "that means I hav eto wait for next 24 hrs"
                                        She- "next 12hrs"
                                        Me- "Ok, then now you see the consequences"
                                        She -" please, i'll do that and make sure to solve the problem"

                                        Its a real bad experience with reliance. This company should stop their broadband connection and should change its name from Reliance which means "truth" to something else.

                                        Worst internet connection one can ever have. Bad customer representatives, Bad Service.

                                        TATA Indicom — without information changing the schemes

                                        I did purchase a phone which was from tata indicom, the No is=[protected], the conversion was at that time that u have to use this phone without any disconecting the phone, and the phone will the lifetime phone in the end of 12 month of purchasing. But right now when the period is on ending they r saying me that u r not able to creat ur phone for lifetime. I was requested to the costumercare but they r also saying that our sheme has been changed right now and u have to pay again for lifetime.

                                        What i do in this time because i think that this not the right way to change any of their schemes without any conversion and without any information.

                                        Kindly help me for this thing because the big companies doing exploitation of the small people and they r thinking that no one can do anything against them.

                                        Reliance Broadband — Reliance Broadband is a cheat

                                        Its been over a month since I applied for a Reliance Broadband in Mohali(Punjab). My cash has been encashed yet no sign of any connection. There is no number on the receipt or any reference number because of which the Customer service cannot find the status. They ask to call the local executive who contacted for the sale. He either does not respond or makes one excuse or the other. They are not even refunding the money. Its outrageous and fraud and cheating the public.can anyone advise where to get justice from?

                                        2. My address displays an incorrect street name which I had advised at start to remove - not done
                                        3. No manual or help of any kind given, neither any tariff in writing as offered - I guess Reliance plans to cheat us tommorrow. A fact of this theory is when Reliance communications went live 10 months later they lost all billing data except for the amounts - a know fact that many were charged highly - apart from
                                        Rs 1,200 mobiles sold at 6000.00 - and the comapny breaks even within a year, when for that industry it was around 6-7 years.


                                        4. As no service provided though I was told at time of connection, I had no tech no if phone broke down, no customer service no - nothing.
                                        So called a week ago and spoke to someone at 3033777 who finally trabferred me to your terminations as i was going to through the phone out on the street. I was on hold for 10 -15 mins - so I hung up. No one bothered to callback.

                                        5. Today I called at about 11.55 AM and spoke to a Abdul who offerred to provide another friendly number, as I was not interested to transfer me he wanted to do security.
                                        I gave my address - tokd him street name was a Reliance error and not correct - but he persisted - kept asking
                                        I then refused to give my date of Birth - who knows he may pass it on to Al-Qaida to make documents for their people.
                                        All this as he refused to give his second name - why should I?
                                        Abdul kept repeating address did not match - dont you have worarounds when a cust explains. You have a bunch of sick people.
                                        He was having fun - Reliance wont when I throw the instrument out tommorrow and will not pay for your Misdemeanour and fault inspite of being told/ informed.
                                        I had to tell the Robot like person of his possible Al-Quaida conn when he hung up.

                                        I called back and spoke to Roopali and asked to speak to a manager, after haggling - why do theywant to know - do we have to repeat to eveyone -she tried to connect me, not sure as I was on hold for 10 mins - she came back and said it would take time - said a maanger could not callback!!
                                        Gave me this id instead.

                                        If the phone os not taken back within 2 working days, it will be thrown out in the best way possible - do not ask for bills - your not going to cheat me.
                                        Dont run up fancy bills as a cheat company like yours may.

                                        Reliance Broadband — Lousy Customer Care

                                        I have been using Reliance broadband for more than a year now. Their connection is quite reliable with minimum downtime. However their customer care is pathetic.
                                        In January 08 for the first time my net connection went down. After numerous calls, complaint numbers, reminders and what-not I got my net connection back after 3 weeks.

                                        Now again 3 weeks later its down again and it seems to be the same problem as last time. My modem is not getting any response from their server.
                                        I called the customer care and my complaint number was taken down and my request forwarded to the Technical team. I was supposed to receive a call within an hour from this team. Yeah right! Its been more than a week and still no call. Since then ive called them over 10 times, spoken to 3 of the floor managers: Sagar, Susheel and Sanjeev and all of them are equally incompetant.

                                        If anyone can provide me the contact number/mail id of any senior official in the Reliance broadband department id be grateful.

                                        Ive decided to switch over to Tata Indicom. From the complaints ive seen here there isnt a single service provider who offers decent net connectivity. Guess we as consumers are resigned to a fate of terrible service as long as there is no governing body to overlook adherence to SLAs.

                                        Reference to the above, I am your customer of Reliance Communications. I have a taken 300 Kbps Flat Fee plan. I regret to inform you that with the involvement of your staff duplicate receipt against our bill for 822/- issued to us on dated 11.06.09. A phone call received from your staff that your man is coming for Bill collection, please pay him your bill amount cash. He will come at 4.30 pm. He came on time and collect the payment from us. He had a Reliance ID in his Neck and ask for 822/- Rupees which was our Billing amount of the month. He give us the Original Reliance Receipt (Scanned Photograph Attached)

                                        of Rs 822/-. But even depositing the amount I Recieve a phone call from your Billing Department regarding to Deposit the Bill. So i give them the Receipt Number to them. But the phone calls does not stop, They were continuesly saying to deposit the Bill and i was telling them that I had deposited the Bill and giving them Receipt Number again and again.

                                        Finally I reach at your Reliance Communication's Mall Road, Office. Where i show them the Receipt which i have. They tell me the Receipt Date is 11.06.08, But I had taken my connection from December 2008 which can be varified from your Records. Then they tell me that Receipt is Genuine But is from their Lost Receipt Book and they also say that the person who take the money is not from Reliance. Sir, How on the Earth One (Your Customer) will know wheather Some Receipt is from lost Records or not? and How any one can get My Billing information (i.e. its Amount is 822/- and My telephone Numbers etc). Can anybody get your Reliance ID card so much easily? Why should customer bear such kind of loss? What is my fault? and even if you had lost some Receipt Book why are you sending your representives for door-to-door collections of Bill? When i ask these questions to your Billing Staff they even stop giving response to me.They give me the creeps. When i oppose they Copy the Receipt that i have and said they will do something in next some days to solve this problem. But nothing had been happened till now.

                                        My Internet and Telephone services were first Temporarily disconnected. Then i received your raised bill of 1823.66. I don't deposit in protest, I had received many phone from your Customer Care where i had mentioned the problem them but they had not taken any step, infact they call me many time and i have to repeatidly tell them what had happened with me again and again. I also write to your [protected]@relianceada.com. At first they response me that they will help me, But it was also only assurance. Nothing happened again. I receive another Bill No.[protected] dated 23-07-09 for 2541.61.

                                        Now i was fed up, I decided to pay whatever the amount is (infact of depositing my Bill of 822/- and two months disconnected Internet's Amount) and disconnect the Connection Permanently. I again reach at the Reliance Communication's Mall Road, Office. Where i meet Your HR Representative and tell him that I want to disconnect My Internet + Telephone Services forever. When he want to know the reason, I tell him the entire situation that had happened with me. He gave me your Email Address (on the condition of Not mentioning his name) and tell me to mail you all that happened with me. He said I will definately get some solution from you. So I am writing this letter to you. I am also attaching the Scanned copy of the issued Receipt. Now Please give me your reply, So that I can decide what to do next?

                                        I hope that after considering above circumstances you will do the needful and support & save me and all of your other customers.

                                        i had applied for tata indicom flash 384 in which i get 384 kb/ps and from 10p.m to 8 p.m i get 1.5mb/ps scheme for 5 months.As per condition i paid amount of rs in advance.After that for 2 months all went well according to plan and then after the company changed our plan to infinity 750 Plus without prior information and then informing me that mine plan was changed to infinity 750 plus and charge was also increased.I have inquired for that they that they are migrating every customer to that scheme but one of mine friend still using same plan of mine at present time.

                                        So its point i felt myself to be deceived by the concerned company.

                                        My self Ashish Kaushik from Coimbatore and i had applied for Internet broadband connection on 15th Oct 2009 and submiitted all the required documents and cheque of Rs 500 to reliance executive and till date i have not recd internet connection and beauty is i have called up in customer care number of times and they dont give any complaint number to their customer.Everytime i called up in customer care i have to inform all the story again and again to them and their reply is simple "sorry sir and get back to you shortly" but nothing happened till date even they had taken the payment of Rs 500 from me but no one is bother after all what is happening in internal system as they have already taken payment but not issuing connection.Even no one has called me up for any updates till date everytime i am following up with them.

                                        Really i got frustrated and cant imagine that this is working style of company like reliance.There is no commitment level and no customer values.Totally irresponsible management.This is the company who makes the people fool and earn the money and making Mr Anil Ambani richest person of World.Great Going Reliance........Keep it up.
                                        Its all true.I got a broadband connection which promises 3mbps (max) speed but it has never exceeded 120 kbps.That too first 3 days of getting new connection.Its been no connectivity or speeds as pathetic as .05 kbps-20kbps since then.So much for relying on `Reliance`.The first and last time i would invest on anything with the name RELIANCE on it.Not a single buch..forget 2 thousand of hard earned money.

                                        I was buy relaince broadband + netconect on[protected].the plan is 8 gb use from 6am to 10pm & 15gb use 10pm-6am at the speed of 3.1 mbps.but since I buy data card I was suffering for low speed.the speed was 112 kbps!!bt recently from last 2-3days I was unable to connect internet..unable to connet with customer care..I was complaint abt this prob so many time...bt my prob is not solve yet...so plz plz plz help me.

                                        Hi,

                                        I am from Pune. I got the new Reliance BB connection 3 months back. At that time, their representative told me that if I pay 3 months rental in advance, the installation charges Rs.500 will be waived off and adjusted in the bill of third month. But I clearly mentioned that if you mail me the same then only I will believe else I am not interested in the connection. As I insisted on it, the manager dropped me the mail clearly mentioning that "IF THE CUSTOMER IS GOING FOR A QUAREARLY/HALFYEARLY/EARLY, PLAN WE WILL PROCESS FOR A WAIVER OF THE INSTALLATION CHARGES RS/- 500 WHICH WILL BE ADJUSTED IN THE BILL." (This is taken as it is from the mail)
                                        I paid the advance rental for 3 months including the installation charges. To my surprise, no waiver is provided in 3rd month's bill. I launched a complaint and received the response saying that the charges are correct and no waiver will be given. Then I forwarded the mail received from their own representative (Manager) promising me about the waiver. The next reply is that “they forwarded the issue to the concerned team.”
                                        While I am waiting for the reply, just to add to the frustration, they temporarily suspended my connection without even informing me.

                                        My name is lalit last year on feb 2013 i got the reliance netconnect facing lots of problems my plan was in unlimited Rs 750/- on december 5th 2013 i got the bill Rs 1980 for two months my usage not even a 1 GB per month i agreed i paid then i requested to change my to Rs 450/- at punjagutta reliance office and they asked me Id proof xerox copy and photo copy also i submitted and on january my bill generated to Rs 942/- and on feb 24th my total bill Rs 1784/- then i visited to reliance punjagutta office they are saying that i have not put any request for changing plan..how cheated to the customers..very big froud even my 3 to 400 friends use reliance network an dth services please i requested to take the action...if action has not taken i forward a message to all my friends and relatives that what all happened..
