      i m munazir rafi advocate, resi baddunagar mobile no. [protected] i recived a message on date 15.06.2009, recharge with rs.125 &get rs.113 and s.t.d. as low as 0.50 paisa, after it same day i recharge with rs.125 but nither scheme or nor balance come in my account i recived only .02 paisa why? pls solved my problem thanks 19.06.2009 that's my IInd complaint for you Ist complaint on date 19.06.2009
      I request to u pls returns full balance against 125 Rs others I go in the consumer court for this matter. thanks

        Hi,

        The Reliance broadband and telephone server installed in our Nakshatram society, chinchwad, pune was down for around 22-25 (Apr 20 - May 15 approx) days. The server was down because the Electricity connection to server has been removed by the society because Reliance is a commercial entity. They have applied for the commercial meter but still not got the commercial meter. Initially, the broadband and telephone services were down for around 22-25 days but when all people of that society were shifting their connection from Reliance to another service provider, they have started running that server through generator.

        I have complained lot many times to reliance customer care that what will happen to the bill. They told that the bill will be only generated for the period when the server was working but I was surprised to see the bill for entire month. When I have complained to customer care, they have waived my bill for only 7 days and now again I am complaining to reliance customer care for waving for the entire period of 22-25 days, they are not waiving and also not taking the fresh customer complaint. They are mentally harassing and torturing me. I have beena calling around 3-4 times in a day and just wasting my office time for around 30-40 mins on daily basis. Reliance customer care service is pathetic service.

        I request you to kindly resolve this matter at the earliest and waive of my bill for the period when the server was down.

        I've planned for reliance combo plan with 100 kbps speed & unlimited download and i was told that it will work as you've told & even better than that but after getting connected i am so frustrated with again & again disconnection of internet that i want to just throw it away. Every few days i am getting call from reliance that my connection will be improved but the results are just zero.
        So i've decided that i will just wait for 2 more days & if it won't work then i am going to disconnect it.

          Pl refer my Mobile No-[protected] I have given a request at Reliance Customer care for Activation of DO NOT DISTURB Call facility on 26/02/09 at 8.40am and I got a Mail from 52811 Reading "Success" at 08.43am on 26/02/09 and I was told that as Per TRAI norm it will take 45 Days Time for Barring Advertisement calls, After 45 Days I Reminnded that I am receiving number of such unwanted calls made by Reliance for Advertisement of Caller Tunes, Mobile Radio, Cricket Etc. I was told by customer care that there is no such request showing in system of Do Not Call Facility given by you, However we are taking your fresh request with request no-[protected] and got confirmation SMS from 52811 at 02.33PM 16/04/09 Still I am getting unwanted calls of Advertisement of Reliance Mobile services from differrent types of Reliance Mobile numbers. Please do needful as I am facing great inconvenience of this irretating calls and also Facing financial loss while roaming and Fines by traffic Police for using Mobile while driving.

          I fully empathise with you. Even I have a Reliance gsm number of Mumbai. However if I want to do it online they have not included it in the list of circles. On trying through SMS we receive return SMS stating that they are unable to register my request for the time being.

          I think it is the way of telling, "better luck next time" at the time of choosing your service provider.

            Dear Sir,

            This is with reference to the data card that I had bought through the company representative two months before.After that I gave more references to these representative and they sold more than 5 data cards on my reference only.
            But when I asked them to give the bills they told me is it under process and it will deliver shortly.Inspite of several follow ups still they have not produced.Now all the reference connection is asking from me the same.
            It might be possible that representative had charged more than as compare to actual.

              hhhhhhi, this is from sandeep i'm using reliance broadnet since 4 months as i have the same problom as u all people have of slow speed .On 9th june i had terminated my phone connection which i got with the broadband on 15 june one of there executive visited to me...and said to my brother i'm from reliance and he has talked to me and came here to take reliance phone ..my brother told him he is not here and he doesnt know as well ..but he entered the room and take it away ..my brother asked him for any slip as they provide he refused to give it...now i'm tense as this man has submitted the set or not when i talked to the local reliance coustmer care they are coming on me and telling it is yours problem ..i also hav sick off from there services as well...kindly help me i[censored] can we shoul do collective affort to get the waiver of torchored by the reliance

                Hi, I am rakesh recently moved to Hyderabad City from warangal, as a IT professional I need to send some software related stuff to my boss over internet and at times I work from home ... after relocating to Hyderabad I approched Local reliance dealer for Broadband setup and asked if the setup can be done within 2 days and he promised that he would followup the case and would make that sure that setup would be done within 3 days at max (In written in the Bill) but, no one turnedup till now (8th day) and all my reports are pending and the local marketing representative is cutting the phone whenever I call .

                And it is very Idiotic that reliance doesn't have any control over these Local Marketing and sales agents .

[protected] amount 500 i have given. executive vinod kumar. after some days they put rejection cz DP point is 150m away from my house.

                after 4 months new executive Mr.Ashish Kumar has met with me and checked the DP point set at my home nd i told him everything about my broadband connection after dat 22/2/2010 he collected 1500 rs with 3months advance rental from me against caf no. [protected] and next day verfication executive came at my home and check al the id proofs and said dat within 2 days ur connection will b started but after dat day mr.Ashish kumar didn't pik my phone nd even their team leader mr, Dinesh pahwa [[protected]] has stopped pikking my call.. and den i called mr.KApila Relience ASM [[protected]] said dat ur home is far away from DP point and i m very much frustrated by their behaviour and help me pl i will b very thankful to u and take some strict action about this..

                  I have taken three GSM connection but I am unable to receive SMS form other operators I have been loding complaint since FEb 2009 till date my problem has not be solved I do not know what the cusomer care and R&D are doing I thin they cannot solve because they do not have well trained staff, as such it is a beggers company

                    My name is Pradnya Vedant and I have red advertisement about Reliance wireless broadband internet in news paper. I've inquired about the captioned advertisement with Reliance Web World - Mulund Check Naka (Visghal Mega Mart). I have been told by concerned department that the offer will be introduced very soon and they have taken my contact nos and informed me that they will call me once the services or product is available. One day I received a call from that Reliance outlet and called me on my cell and informed me that now product is available with them. Then I've inquired about the network & connectivity. They informed me that it is roming free and you will get acess from anywhere. Since I am residing in Badlapur near Ulhasnagar so I've given my documents and residence proof of my Badlapur address only. Dispite of submission my Badlapur residence address, this people are not informing that I will not get HYBRID speed in my home location. They have kept me in dark. All they wanted to acheive their sale target. Now I am not geting Hi speed and since last one month I am not able to access my internet connection. Some times I do get connected but I am not getting desired speed. In this regards I have lodged complain with Reliance Customer Care center but regret to inform you that despite of their repeated assurances, my problem is still unresolved. I've lodged complain on 10/06/2009 and to-day is 20/06/2009 and yet nobody has taken any serious action. So, guys I strongly recommend not to go for Reliance Netconnect Data card. Still you insist to purchase Reliance, then God only will help you. Please do not expect sales after service at all.

                    Reliance netconnect data card — careless service

                    I have purchased one data card from relince online portal. The service rep was chim into me in order to book the product and he send one rep to my home to sell the product which i got by paying on the spot. But after purchasing the card they forget me and also not responding to my calls. As a result my data card is still not activated and when i call to customer care they say your CAF data is not uploaded into our database even after 10 days of purchasing the card.

                    This SUCKS indeed, I am now looking to file a consumer case..

                    Reliance netconnect data card — Poor service

                    I purchased netconnect datacard online from Vriti infocom and their executive delivered it to me on 9th Dec 2009. The card got activated on 15th Dec. but I was unable to activate it on my computer. I called customer support many times but they were unable to solve my problem then I met their executive Mr. Nandkishor (Mobile: [protected]) for this and he found that the RSN number of my card was different from the one which is registered on my name.

                    He collected datacard from me and assured me that I will get the one which is registered on my name on next day. But from that day he is not picking up any of my phone call and even his senior Mr. Aamir (Mobile: [protected]) is not replying to my calls. I again called customer care and registered complaint against these executives many times but still I have not got any proper feedback. I also wrote emails to '[protected]@relianceada.com' but have'nt got my datacard back though my datacard is activated from their side.

                    These are fraud and they don't disclose you many things while purchasing the data card which you must no as these things matters 80% of your decision.

                    When I spoke with executive before purchasing the card that person was ready to give me passes/coupons on 31st of december as well, but now when I received the coupon following are the terms and conditions for it and none of these was disclosed when I spoke with customer care executive though I asked about payment more than 4 times during call, PLEASE DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS, read the fillowing terms and conditions and you will get to know why I am saying this...

                      I got an email from Reliance Infocomm which was an advertisement for their new peoduct Broadband+ which promised me upto 3.1 MBPS Download Speed and two months of free service

                      As I responded to that advertisement it displayed a message that I would be contacted by thier local representative

                      I got a call within few days about the same and I got two conections fro them on pretext of two months free usage suddenly to my surprise I got a bill from thier side for both connections and I called the same person who delivered me the USB Modems, he said that they are going to send the mail and the bills would be waved off

                      I started getting calls from reliance for non payment of bills and I clarified each caller about the offer I got and each caller took details about the dealer who sold me the connection with a promise that they are going to forward the compaint to higher authorities

                      One fine day both data cards stopped working and when we contacted the dealer he said that he is going to send the mail again and my services would restart in 24 hrs.

                      Its been more than 4 days now and I am still not able to use the service and also I am getting calls from Reliance for payment of my dues

                      I am not able to understand exactly what should I do to get the two months service free from reliance.

                      Reliance Broadband + — issuance of wrong bill and non-cooperation

                      I purchased reliance broadband+ device and connection from Reliance Communications Bhopal outlet.My MDN no. is [protected].At the time of purchase I was told that I would be getting initial 1 month rental free of any cost and the personnel enticed me to take a heavy postpaid plan and asked me to change it to a lower cost desired plan after completion of the first month.I did as was agreed.But soon after that I got the whole month bill due to paid for that month.When I called the same personnel, he told me that by mistake they have put me into a plan of which i had never heard of. He advised me not to pay the bill and he will take care of the issue. The due date for the payment of the bill has due passed and the connection has been closed since then.Whenever I call the personnel, he either refuses to pick up the phone or give me an assurance that it will be done by tomorrow. Now it has been over a month since my connection was terminated and I got the bill for the second month for not using the internet only because of there fault.I am really frustrated and tortured by these people and I dont know whom to go to.Please help me out.

                      Reliance Broadband + — Placed termination request, still active

                      I have raised a termination request for Reliance broadband + because of bill tamperining. The termination request number is [protected]. Its been more than a month. The account is still active. when I communicated them it was is in suspended mode, now its again active and bill is getting generated as asual. They ask me to place a new request. The process is very hectic, I am being screwed for this. Please help me.

                      Reliance Broadband + — prompted after 2 months that document not submitted

                      I brought a net connect broadband + connection and I was using it .When I was in roaming and having issue with connection then I was told that your document has not been submitted .
                      It was ahuge business loss for me.

                      Reliance Broadband — False Commitments

                      I have given my details with all proofs they required for Internet services on 13th August 2011. On the time of Proposal they commited me for the Phone Line with Phone,Wireless BroadBand and Rs.500 as Security Charges. But on giving me the connection they were fail to fullfill their 2 of their 3 commitments,but I compromised in that with the Phone and Wireless connection. But three days back I recieved a call from their Head Office Mumbai on my no. [protected] for verification connection and they cleared me for the plan opt. They have taken Rs.500 as installation charge as they commited me for the security charge. They are fail to fulffill all 3 commitments they done. As I am very annoyed with their services and wanna explanation on the complaint.

                        Since the IPL cricket season i have requested for activating the cricket score update sms service on my reliance cdma no [protected]. it was activated for every match my rs 5 is deducted from my account.

                        i gave request to deactivate the same service but even after 2 month my service is still active and my account balance is deducted every time there is a match after IPL season now they are deducting my balance for the ICC T20 world cup it is now a headache for me as my balance is wasted in this service.
                        i tried calling customer service several time but no difference i visited nearest reliance web world bu they instead of solving my problem ask me to call customer service department .
                        please help me sort off this problem.

                            Hi,

                            My Data Card Number is [protected]

                            I have been facing acute issues with Reliance Data Card. For past 1 month I had given a request of transferring the PostPaid connection to Prepaid. But all my requests has been wrongly closed.
                            The description of the issue is as follows:

                            On 27th April, 2009 I had given a request for converting my postpaid connection to prepaid because of the limited usage. The WebWorld CSR launched the request on 29th April... Down the line my request was wrongly closed stating that the retention guy had given me a call and I have agreed to retain the Postpaid services. But I did not have any such talks with any of the Reliance people. During the time of request web world people told me that I dont have to use Data Card till 1st May and after that I could recharge my account. I complied to the same.

                            On 4th/5th I called up CSR to enquire about my prepaid status and they told me I had agreed to retain Postpaid. They told me this could be sorted out in Web World. I immediately rushed to Web World where I had launched a request (Vashi, Navi Mumbai) and they told me that I have to raise a fresh request. Again after some days when I enquired about it they told me I got some bill due on my end. But this was all due to fault of Reliance Backend people for false entry.

                            I visited web wrold again and this time the employees were very rude stating that I had to pay the bill in spite of the request and they were not ready to admit the fault. On 18th May I visited Powai, Mumbai web world and there the associates were very helpful. They looked minutely in the details and they told me that when the first case was wrongly closed the Vashi web world people ha to raise an issue against it but they did not do the same.. Instead they raised a new case and they could not help with it now. The only option they gave me was to pay the bill and launch a fresh request. I paid the bill till 22nd May of Rs 672 and they raised the request for Post paid to prepaid conversion.. They asked me to enquire the status after 3 days... On 22nd May they told me again the case was wrongly closed stating that I have agreed to retain the postpaid connection. But I never got a calla bout the same and this time again the case was wrongly closed.

                            The web world people asked me to stop using the data card and they mailed some Relinace executive about the wrong closure of the mail. They got a reply stating that they are facing some issues with Post to Pre migration with Data Card and it may take a lot of time... I enquired about this in DAKC, Navi Mumbai web world and they told me that they haven't faced any such issues on migration with Data Card.

                            I have no clue how to proceed when the company people themselves are giving false assurance.

                            on 30th july i have recieved a call from the company to convert the present prepaid connection to a postpaid one as they have offered me a good scheme and i agreed to and they asked me for a sum of 600 towards security and connection charges which i paid and have reciept of it but till date the connection havent changed though i have replied them three mails but hasent got any information fromn the company side also visited there retail outlet which assured me on changing the connection within two days but till date my connection remains the same and have been mentally and physically pressurised and also suffered losses due to non activation of my phone.

                            I have contacted n number of associates of yours and also personally went to Naurangpura main office of Reliance at Premchand House, here I met Mr. Balaji whose mobile number is-[protected].He suggested me to go to Rutu Communication at Shahpur to make the request for change of connection from Postpaid to Prepaid which i did and Service number mentioned here is of the same request.But the problem has not been solved yet.
                            This is not the first service number i have been given.These kind of service numbers have been given many a times but nothing has happened.
                            Also I asked Balaji that give me Localpack 49 so that i may continue as Postpaid customer only, but Balaji straight away told me that this Plan no longer available, whereas today when i visited Reliance site it shows this Plan on this site.

                              Company’s distributor & retailer in concern of a connection provided to me.
                              Myself Bhaskar Lahiri, an unfortunate connection holder of Reliance smart prepaid connection, my Mob.NO.[protected].This connection was taken on 20th of Feb.2009 including the offer of 35paise & 15paise.But the SIM provided by the retailer was itself defective one, it was showing Insert proper SIM card, after inserting it to the phone. The retailer told me to wait for a while this problem will be rectified automatically, the same happened & as a result of which I have made a recharge of Rs.333, on the same no.& it worked showing this notification 1 & on to the phone after few hours & again I have to reinsert the SIM a go with this trouble

                              As a result of the same I have mailed to the company regarding the same for several times, but no reply or help from their end.

                              So I'm enclosing all the details of mail along with the same plsz.take serious concern to punish the responsible.

The retailer told me to wait for a while this problem will be rectified automatically, the same happened & as a result of which I have made a recharge of Rs.333, on the same no.& it worked showing this notification 1 & on to the phone after few hours & again I have to reinsert the SIM a go with this trouble.
                              As a result of this I have visited the local web world Barrackpore Web World regarding the issue & they told me that its SIM problem, so this SIM has to be replaced demanded Rs.100 for the same.
                              As it’s not my fault so I should not pay for this, as a result I refused to have the same. Again I visited the retailer from whom the connection was taken; he told me leave the SIM with him & the SIM will be replaced with the distributor, still date its with the retailer & he is now telling that the distributor is refusing from the replacement.

                              So what should I do now? Will the company will provide me the same offer with the extended validity? Will not the distributor or the retailer anyone should be punished for this inconvenience.

                              This type of questions R unanswered to me, if it doesn’t works then I will be bound to move to consumer form & relevant media to show what the bad uncooperative system a company like reliance has.

                              Hope for at least regret.

                                Recently i have taken a new Reliance Netconnect High Speed Data Card, they said they have a good high speed coverage in Dombivli East. From last 4days i cant able connect also i have given the complaint on customer care but still it is not solved.

                                    We are having Reliance Fresh outlet near Astalakshmi Temple, Hyderabad and phone No,64607615

                                    But the staff never returns 50 paise to any customer unless they insist. It is a loss to the company and to the customer. I suggest to make the bills rounded to the nearest rupee instead of 50 paise.

                                      From May-09 onwards it is observed that Reliance Mobile is deducting various amounts (Rs 30/15/10 etc) on account of various services which get activated on its own without our consent. I have lost about Rs 80 worth of recharge ion account of these. The customer service executives do not understand our grievance and keep repeating their version. They insist that the service has been activated by me only when I do not even understand meaning iof these services.

                                      I hope many more would be facing this problem.

                                        No distributor is saying the right way to make unlimited STD calls. Presently I am serving in Border Security Force and working in West Bengal my home town is in Kerala. My other friends are making unlimited STD Calls for their native place at Bihar, Orrisa & Andhra Pradesh Etc. Kindly tell me the right and cheapest way to make unlimited STD Calls.

                                        An early action is highly appreciated.
