I am using a Reliance prepaid mobile [protected] from past 5 years. I changed the plan to Lifetime prepaid about 3 years ago.

On 26/5/09, Reliance activated a callertune pack on my phone which obviously i didn't applied for.
Money was deducted from my account balance as downloading charges and now Re.1 is being deducted everyday.

As per new TRAI rules and regulations, mobile companies cannot activate a value added service without the consent of the customer. But still, reliance has activated callertune service on their own and are duducting money from my balance continuously.

I tried customer care facility of reliance but they say that we can't do anything for this.

I request Consumer Forum to look into this matter as it is not the case with me, it happens with many people.

    Well i have been a reliance custome for quite a long time.
    Now i am seeing that after getting some market the service provided by the Relaince is TOO BAD AND NOT CO-OPERATIVE.
    I lost my Mobile phone on 23/04/2009 and i went to relaince shop in marthhalli(banglore) from where i took the phone, seems thay also provide services.
    But the attitude of the person (a lady) standing for the service was very BAD...She was never in a position to hear from me .
    I requested first to block the SIM but she told that they can only Block outgoing calls, they cannot block incoming calls, i was really annoyed with that since i have taken an option of Lifetime incoming option.

    Second i told them to provide them to proviode the same SIM or number to me they came up telling that they wouil onl give a SIM if you have reliance CDMA phone and moreover i should take the set from that shop(good way of business both for Reliance and that shop).since i had one extra set i thought i can use it but they refused me.

    why is it like that ...why i cant get My SIM for other Set????Where is the Customer care ...
    I am really annoyed and displeased by this way for services

      Without requesting(lodging request) for any chargeable SMS facility company has subscribe my number for chargeable service for cricket alerts. SMS received from 53030 of Reliance Smart GSM Service, Chhattisgarh and customer care is not intertaining my phone also.

      reliance smart chhattisgarh — didn't get any balance in topup

      i am swapnil chopda my no. is [protected]. i didnt get any balance in the top up voucher of 121, in which rs. 121 balance offered by the company. company is making fool to its customers by providing half and incomplete informations. i have been told of getting full talk time in the top up of rs. 121, but i didnt got a single rupee. please help and save people like me. take some serious action agains the company.

      I am Mr.J.K.Patra, My mobile no is [protected]. My problem is that every month a sum of Rs. 19/- is being deducted from my mobile accounts arbitrarily without obtaining my consent which is totally unauthorised towards 1 paisa SMS charges per month. I have requested to the Customer Care so many times for deactivation of this facility as I am no more interested for this sevice, but the CC is not taking care for solving my problem. Unless my problem is solved wihin a fortnight, I shall be constrained to take shelter in the Court of Law.

          Dear Sir,
          Reliance communication has blocked my Sim without informing us.When I called cutomer care they told some one called and asked to block sim
          He/She told that SIM has been Stolen/lost.How can customer can do like that?

          Now they are asking to go back to lucknow or other place with proof to activatre this SIM.


          This is irresponsible behaviour of Reliance Communication Representative

          I request to all of that SIM is near to me.The SIM has been issed on the name of Shishir Shyam Sir. Reliance Communication Ind Pvt Ltd.

          I am on roaming so not possible to collect all official document.Again I want to stop doing like that plz call on alternate no before doing like that...

            I bought reliance netconnect broadband paying Rs 3500 but even after two week it is not activated. I had real bad customer service experience from them. After taking money they forget about their customers. COmpanies like this should be closed down. It is real fraud. Why do they sell things and give ads like this to fool customers? I will have to file a court case against them for fraud. Never buy a product from reliance and please STOP them selling good for nothing products with no customer value
            This is the problem with companies like reliance. They really don't care about their customers. I had a similar experience with my CDMA mobile connection. It is extreamly difficult to get connected to a reliance customer care executive. Think twice before buying anything from Reliance.
            I've had the same problem - 2 weeks, no activation yet. Writing to everyone has not helped. None of the appellate and nodal officers have even bothered responding. Their published telephone numbers are never reachable.
            I am planning to file a case against them in the Consumer Forum. The more such customers we find, the stronger the case will become.

            the worst customer care possible and i have been tryin to check my usage and bill online... and there is no response whatsoever... i have been taking rounds of the lajpat nagar reliance outlet...
            the staff there is the dumbest staff ever.. coming up with no solutions whatsoever...

            Reliance dont have a good customer care, they dont have the correct information which they r giving to their client, poor services, they think that India is big country a population of more then 100 Crs. out of them even 1 % of the population will buy their product then also they can make money.

            Poor services, no full knowledge abt their products coz of which they r giving wrong information to the customers, no manners to talk with their costomers, no proffesional attitude...

            I applied for the Reliance Broadband Netconnect+ broadband sometime last to last week, and I got a response from Reliance, from a person named Lokesh (Mobile No.: [protected]). He promptly sent a person by the name of Raj to my office address on the 29th of July to collect the relevant documents. On that very same day, he gave me the USB device, collected a payment of 3500 INR. He told me that within 48 Hours my connection will be activated. I tried calling him and Lokesh, but to little avail.

            The plan I had opted for was, 5 GB (INR 1099) plus an add on pack (INR 199), which would have given me a limit of 10 GB at night. Today, I got a call from a customer care executive at Reliance, saying that night plan is not activated on my account. She also added that I will have to pay for any usage over and above the assigned 5 GB. I went to Reliance Web World at Fort and told them about what had happened. They suggested that I get in touch with Lokesh, who had falsely promised me a plan that never existed. I have not been able to get through to Lokesh or Raj.

            I have decided to lodge a complaint again them in a Consumer Court. These people should be stoned to death.
            i am also one of the victim of the reliance netconnect i bought the connection at december and i closed the connection on janauary but he never stopped me sending me bill i went to the reliance world again and again but there was just a consolidated response they say "dont worry" its not a problem we will do it right.
            finally i got a notice from court to be present before lokadalath i was shocked then i again went to the reliance world the answer was the same finally i have to pay 3000/ rs without any mistake of mine. there are 1000s of people who daily come to the lok adalath daily all are reliance company victims.
            The reliance is the biggest frauds i have paid 3000/ rs without any reason the actual fault was the companies but i was the victim.
            how do you think that they have the crores this is the reason. Never go to any reliance postpaid or prepaid products. this is a kind request to all indians never buy these frauds products.
            Even i had a similar problem. I took a broadband connection from reliance and i could hardly get it connected. The modem will be inactive forever very rarely it will be active and very rarely connection will last more than 2 minutes. Customer service is very very poor but it depends during bill collection they will be very prompt. I had a nice opinion about reliance until i used their broadband. These guys are cheap than beggars.
            Dear Sir/ Madam,

            Reliance Netconnect Broadband Number: [protected]

            I am using Reliance Netconnect broadband for last 6 months.I paid Rs. 3500/- for this USB modem but still not happy with the service. I am using it online because I paid Rs. 3500/- which is not refundable. My connection was suspended just after 15 days when I bought your line. I called up the customer care and I was told, this is because of your credit limit. They told my credit limit is Rs. 500/-. A big surprise and shocking because my package is 1099 (10GB) City wide, in which my minimum bill for one month would be Rs. 1212/-, than how could you keep my credit limit just Rs. 500/-. How can I pay before I received my bill. Customer care department now says better you put deposit of some amount with reliance, even they don’t know how much? I spoke to the supervisor regarding this and he told this is the company policy and he doesn’t have any explaination for this. After facing this problem I immediately paid Rs. 2000/- in advance using my credit card, so that if my bill will be in negative atleast my service will not be suspended. But they did it again next month and till now suspending my line for no reason at all every month for 2-3 days and making different excuses every time.

            Once my connection was suspended for just because I paid using my credit card. After the varification of my credit card, the revenue department resumed my services, thanks a lot to them.

            IS THAT THE COMPANY POLICY, JUST HARASS CUSTOMER BY USING ANY MEANS. I AM PAYING MY BILL BEFORE I GET IT ONLINE. MY DUE IS 10 TH OF EVERY MONTH AND I AM PAYING WELL IN ADVANCE, THOUGH MY BILL MOST OF THE TIME IS IN NEGATIVE OR LESS THAN RS. 500/- WHICH IS MY CREDIT LIMIT SET BY YOU AND I DON’T KNOW WHY?

            Above you can see my bill is most of the time below the limit of Rs. 500/- which is the big excuse by all Reliance employees for suspending my internet. My minimum bill for every month is Rs. 1212/- but it is in negative or less than only because I am paying before my bill is generated to get prompt service from Reliance, but still Relaince guys are harassing me.

            Realiance is always looking for some excuse to suspend my service for 2-3 days every month, I don’t understand why? I am paying for whole month and I am getting only 27-28 days. This time they didn’t have any excuse to suspend my line so they just looked at my usage. My billing cycle is 22nd to 21st of every month. My limit is 10 GB, this month till 18th I saw my usage has reached 10185 MB, so I stopped using internet or reduced too much, so that I will not be charged extra for extra usage after 10240 MB. On 21st when I checked my usage was 10185 MB, I was happy because it was under the limit of 10240 MB. On 22nd I was using my internet as usual because I was expecting my bill will be generated according to my billing cycle that is till 21st, but reliance guys were looking for some excuse to suspend my line so they didn’t generate my bill on 21st and waited till I exceeded the limit of 10240 MB. I exceeded the limit on 23rd, same day they blocked my line and charged me for 10494 MB till 23rd. I called up the customer care on 22nd itself told them, my bill is not generated and its not available online so call center guy told me not to worry, your bill will be reflected soon and it will be till 21st only. I told him online it is showing 10280 MB, he told it will be adjusted to normal very soon. I believed him but on 23rd evening I could see my bill online and it was 10494 MB till the 23rd. And my total bill was Rs. 1772/, as they are charging Rs. 2/- per MB for extra usage. My usage was recycled on 24th.

            THIS TIME TO HARASS ME MORE WHEN I CALLED UP THE CUSTOMER CARE REGARDING SUSPENSTION THEY TOLD ME WE CAN NOT ACTIVATE YOUR LINE AND TO ACTIVATE IT YOU NEED TO VISIT OUR WEB WORLD GALLERY. OH MY GOD, WHATS HAPPENING. I ASKED I DON’T HAVE ANY DUE, THEN WHY MY LINE IS SUSPENDED, THAN CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE TOLD, “ HERE REASON IS NOT MENTIONED”. I TOLD HIM TO TRANSFER THE CALL TO THE SUPERVISOR, HE TOLD “ THERE IS NO SUPERVISOR AVAILABLE ON THE FLOOR”. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH RELIANCE IS JUST INTERESTED IN SAILING USB MODEM FOR RS. 3500/-…. GOOD PROFIT…. AFTER SAILING THEY DON’T BOTHER ABOUT SERVICE.
            REALLY THEY KNOW BETTER HOW TO HARASS CUSTOMERS AND HOW TO MAKE MONEY….
            I HAVE A QUESTION WHY MY BILL WAS GENERATED LATE AND WHY RELIANCE GUYS WERE WAITING TILL I EXCEED THE LIMIT. IF MY BILLING DATE IS 22ND OF EVERY MONTH WHY BILL WAS NOT UPDATED ON THE SAME DATE? WHY THIS THING HAPPENED THIS MONTH? IS THAT BECAUSE RELIANCE WANTED TO FETCH MORE MONEY FROM MY POCKET.

            SURPRISINGLY, WHENEVER (ALMOST EVERY MONTH), WHEN MY CONNECTION WAS SUSPENDED FOR 2-3 DAYS, MY USAGE WAS INCREASED EVEN WITHOUT USING. FOR EXAMPLE IF BEFORE SUSPENSION IT WAS 300 MB, AND WHEN SUSPENSION REMOVED IT CAME TO 400 MB. I NEVER UNDERSTOOD THIS THING.

            I had purchased one USB Modem 3.1 mbps through Vriti Infocomm Pvt Ltd. on 30th October, 2009, they assured me that they will activate this within 24 hours, since then it is not activated and also not picking up the phone. I am very much fed up with the service they are providing to the customers.

            Reliance Netconnect broadband — Connection not activated

            I recently purchased a reliance Netconnect broadband(USB) internet connection. The agent named Manjunath from Bangalore having the mobile number [protected] did my paper work like filling the application form and collecting the required documents. But it looks like he never submitted the documents and my internet connection was never activated for over a week. I called him several times but he never picked up the call. Till date my connection is not activated. Looks like Reliance is very unethical in its buisness.
            I have cleared all the bills but still no broadband+ facility is being provided to me . I am at my home now and still i have to use hybird network system which is far slow than broadband+.As i connect to broadband+ it shows 100% signals but soon all signals disappears and connection breaks.Please do help me
            100% signal wer shown but while connecting broadband+ 0% strength is shown & no connection was made . Another complaint is that if somehow connection was made speed comes very poor 4, 5, 10, 15, 20, 30kbps which consumes a lot of time. Please someone help me . my no is [protected]
            I am using Reliance Broadband+ i naver get the speed of 140kbbs and more... i crossed my usage of 3G day and 10G.. with in 2days than after i cross choked Customer care they dont having the opetion to the Execeed cross limits.. For the 420 Reasons they saying to log on to R-care...

            Reliance Netconnect broadband — very bad service

            My Name is Ajay Kumar i have purchased A Reliance Data Card on 23-May-2011 at cost of Rupees 1400 o[censored]nlimited plan of 750 per month which is Silver Plan from VRITI, Along with it they offered me a Goa trip for two person, once my Data Card get activated.
            After Two days (25-May) my data card get activated after no. of call to Reliance people.
            however 07May2011 My Data Card service get barred due to wrong plan registered by Reliance people.after that i called Multiple time to reliance people to fix up the issue on the behalf of that i lodged complaint (1.[protected] and 2.[protected] then after 3 days my data card service get activated, and Reliance people ensure me this issue will not happen again and they have changed my plan according (750 Rupees Monthly Rental) and said i don't need to pay the amount sum of rupees 300 till the day the billed and said they will add this amount in my next generated bill they gave me call from [protected] and [protected].

            Today 25-June 2011 again they barred my Service and saying i did not paid the amount of 300 that's why they barred my Data Card service and till now they did not update me about the Goa trip offer.
            on the behalf of that today again i lodged a complaint[protected].

            Kindly help me to fix up these issues on urgent basis,

But it looks like he never submitted the documents and my internet connection was never activated for over a week. I called him several times but he never picked up the call. Till date my connection is not activated. Looks like Reliance is very unethical in its buisness.

              Dear sir

              Reliance money charged in the month of march 2009 rs 619 on 31/03/2009


              The limit card charges already deduct from my accounts on 24/11/2008

              The limit card not expired

              The limit card scheme are as follows

              Promotional scheme (Pr-500) value of rs.500 - allows a cumulative turnover limit of rs.2 lakhs, in non delivery trading and delivery trading and time span of 12 months, whichever is exhausted earlier

              As i not reach turnover upto rs 2 lakhs & 12 month is not complited on what basis reliance money charged for this

              After making so many compliants nothing results


              This is happaen second times to me


              This is a not a one time issue

              Mycard is pr-500 & valid for one year

                I was sold a faulty Netconnect Broadband by Reliance store at Sector 6, CBD Belapur. They charged me Rs 3800.00 when then the cost of this announcedby reliance in Internet is only 3500.00.

                The equipment is not working properly from the date of installation & the store refused to register warranty service or accept facts. Already the first bill is raised & I have duly paid it.

                The store refuses to give contacts of any seniors of reliance in this regard. In short it is daylight robbery.

                I have purchased a USB Modem from the MG Road Reliance branch. But it is not providing satisfactory
                internet connection even after 4 months. Eventhough I repeatedly requested to rectify the complaints,
                the reliance officials told that it was due to the virus problem. Atlast I found out that it was not due to virus problem but the equipment was a defective one. Then I changed to BSNL usb modem which started functioning in the beginning itself. The Reliance official did not do anything to our grievance.

                  my mobile number in [protected].my ac balance had been deducted without my consent and unwantedly.i recieved the call from phone No.[protected] to subscribe Health package and even after no response from my side, the said service was activated and an amount has been deducted from my prepaid balance amount.So if this practice is continued no one will trust the company and will have to go away of the service.

                  Reliance Money — Not getting any type of services

                  1. Not getting telephonic line with customer care. Only music is ringing.
                  2. Not getting replies of letters.
                  3. Not getting ledger balance
                  4. Not getting limit card balance.
                  5. speed getting very very very slow. Unable to trade in due course.
                  6. Local Reliance offices working as post office only.

                  Reliance Communications — Deduction of Balance by activating MKR service without my consent

                  I an smart customer bearing number [protected], they are deducting at regular interval 10/- or 30/- in the name of MKR subscription renewal automatically. On calling to customer care they come up with some excuse some time they say "server is down". ; "Contact you later", "Problem rectified", "Complain Noted".

                  They do not seem to take action. Please help.

                  Reliance Communications ( Prepaid Mobile Connection ) — Balance deducted from my account without any usage

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  I hereby declare that i am using a mobile connection of Reliance communications ( mobile no. - [protected] ) for more than 2.5 years. Many times the balance was deducted from my balance account without any usages but i never complained for this to anybody.

                  But this time after complaining for so many times, even then the balance was deducted from my account.

                  First time when the balance was deducted from my account & i complained for it in the customer care of Reliance Communications prepaid mobile department on Nov 30, 2009 then they said that the chat service was activated from my side on Nov 15, 2009. One side they were saying that Rs.10 was deducted from the account for using the chat service for 10 days. On the other side they were saying that i have used the chat service for 15 days from Nov 15 to Nov 20. I dont know how can it be possible that for using the chat service for 10 days they are charging my account after 15th day.
                  I just want to say that i neither activated the chat service from my side nor i requested anyone to activate my chat service. Even then i requested customer care to deactivate my chat service permanently without complaining. At this they said that the chat service will be deactivated within 24 hours.

                  But it was so surprising that when again i called up the customer care on Dec 9, 2009 just to confirm whether my chat service was deactivated or not, then i came to know that my chat service is still activated.
                  Then again i requested the customer care executive to deactivate my chat service as quickly as possible.
                  At this again they said that your chat service will be deactivated within 24 hours.

                  But i was shocked when Rs.30 was deducted from my balance for this chat service again on Dec 13, 2009.
                  When i called up the customer care, this time the story was totally different. They said that earlier SMS chat service was activated on my no. & this time Voice chat service is activated on my no. and that too from my side by accepting the service on an IVR call. But i didn't received any IVR call from Reliance on Dec 13, 2009. The executive was continuously saying that the service was activated from my side & i was denying again & again. I spoke to the senior person also but he was also repeating the same words again & again. I even told him that all your calls are recorded for quality & monitoring purpose so they can just check those calls that whether i requested customer care to deactivate my service or not. But he was not ready to accept there mistake.

                  Now at this stage i am not able to make them understand that i never requested for any kind of service. That's why i am requesting you that i need justice in this case. Rs.10 or Rs.30 doesn't matter anything for me but what i want is that if a company is doing any mistake then they should accept it without putting the blame on customers. Because of such kind of activities of company, a customer has to suffer a lot financially & mentally both and this is not right.

                  So kindly look into this matter as soon as possible as i dont want that whatever i am suffering, others should also suffer.

                  I'm fed up with Reliance service because every month they subscript a new service into my account without any intimation and deduct Rs 30.

                  I have balance of Rs 16 from few days and there is no deduction from my account but when i have recharge of whatever amount there is Rs 30 deduction which I have been watching from 3 months.

                  I called many times but not a proper response they said the amount is not reversalable into my account and I ask that there is any service activate in my account then they said no. You can check my call record. Then I have been watching daily into my account there is no deduction but recently when i recharge there is deduction. Now where i got this service.

                  I really fed up with service what i can do how i recharge my account if there is deduction in my account on regular basis.

                  Recently there is deduction of Rs 30 in my account on 21st Dec'09 when i got the message (your subscription to MKR service has been renewed on 2010/01/20 for Rs.30 for 30 days. On the same day I called customer care 8 times but there is some technical issue.

                  Then I visited Jail Road showroom and there I got shocked when i heard that in my account 3 services are there. then i ask question when i get these services activated they said this i can't checked.

                  Active on 29/08/2009 CNB INDIES
                  Active on 18/11/2009 MKR
                  Active on 21/12/2009 MKR

                  and more fraud i have seen when ur executive say to me that why u don't take service of DO NOT CALL FACILITY then i said to check you. then i asked ur executive to active this DO NOT CALL FACILITY in my account so i don't face these type of situation.

                  And then i got message and show to your exective see this message.

                  Then ur executive got shocked this service is already active on my account on 06/07/2009.

                  Then i say u cheat customer very smartly.if a person don't record you make a lot of money. If a person call on the same day that I got a message of some service activation. Wht is that message I don't want that service. Why my amount is not reversable into my account.

                  From last 3 months I have deducted Rs 90 from my account without taking any fraud services.

                  And before than that i don't watch my account i think at that time u also deduct some amount from my account.

                  So please reverse all my amount into my account.

                  Please treat this case very urgent otherwise I can contact consumer court.

                  Hi,

                  I have purchased Reliance SIM bearing no.[protected] on 6th October-2010. At the timeof purchase, I have opted for Rs.0.50 per call Life time Validity. I have been informed by Sales person that I will get free talk time of Rs.30/- and Free Internet Connection 2GB valid for 1 month, (I have not received GPRS Settings till October 25th-2010 after having huge email-fights and lost Free offer for 20 days) on purchase of New SIM. In addition to that I have recharged with Rs.20+Rs.20/- (total of Rs.40).

                  When first time I made my first call to Customer Care the call is automatically terminated and I get a voice message that there was no Balance.

                  When I checked with Customer Care, they told that "You have opted to VAS 9easeMantra)' for that balance is charged.

                  Actually I have not opted any of Value added services. The same I wrote to Reliance Customer Care, but they didn't responded except to give an apology mail.

                  Again I have recharged with Rs.50/- on 10th December opting for life time validity.

                  On my friends suggessions, I checked for balance, and it showing Rs.13.40 only. Again I raised complaint to Reliance Customer Care.

                  For this complaint also I have received same mail replay that' you have opted for VAS (easeMantra) pack. I know that I have not opted/activated any of VAS.

                  Like wise Reliance GSM eating Customer's money without their knowledge and showing un-reliable reasons.

                  I have been cheated twice with Reliance Mobile Services.

                  Hence I request the authorities to look into the matter and arrange to refund of my hard earned money, which is eaten by reliance GSM.

                  I also advise the people to think before buying any of Reliance Product. Because there is No Reliability in Relianse Services.

                  I am holding reliance mobile having number [protected]. I do not having any service activated, at least from my side not registered for any service. Whenever I recharge my prepaid mobile automatically 30 to 40 rs gets detected from my account with out my knowledge, initially i ignored this and thought that I might have some service activated, but this happens every time I recharge now.

                  I called reliance customer care and logged the complain ( The complain id was[protected], while talking to customer care i get to know that the even i have not activated any service but still reliance is detecting money for some service. In response to complain ID[protected] they returned my 10 rs and told that 30 rs will be returned with in 42 hours. I waited for 4 days but the 30 rs not came to my account, then I again called to customer care, now they tells that you have already received 10 rs and the complain is now closed, you will not be receiving any further money back.

                  I requested them to show my account statement and tell me where and all the money gets detected for this month, they are telling that they don't have this service available for free and you have to log a complain to get the last 3 month statement and you have to pay rs 25 for this.

                  Sir In summary =>
                  1) I am worried about any further recharge, every time I recharge the money gets detected with out any reason.

                  Could you please help me out here.

                    I have analyzed the logs sent by reliance, my observations are as follows

                    Fact 1
                    Start of connection : 09/04/2009 5:30:37 PM
                    Connection Disabled on : 23/04/2009 10:25:34 AM

                    The Connection Live for: 13.70 Days
                    Total Duration spent connected as per Log: 10.5 Days

                    Expected behavior: The session created stays active
                    Unexpected behavior: Data transfer still continues irrespective of the fact if the user has requested the data or not if the device is connected to the laptop

                    On complain reliance gave a session dump, but did not give me the URL details as it is this security policy

                    Fact 2
                    Assumption: The file given to me is not tampered and data dump is given to me without alterations
                    There is something wrong which happens every midnight in your servers, the times are reset, check the examples below
                    "
                    Not able to attach the log in this web page, but every midnight they have time issues if you look at the session log given by reliance
                    "

                    Look at the other data in the excel attached the time issue is consistent every mid-night on your servers

                    Observe this data classic example
                    This is classic example, multiple connections were establizhed over a period of 3-4sec each where data was send out and it is billed to me as usage.

                    This is how I interpret all the above mentioned facts

                    1. You charge customers if they stay connected to the internet even if the customer is not
                    requesting any upload and download
                    Reason: You have to keep the connection live and this is done by sending consent data to your base station
                    Why should you charge customers for this, it is like i go to shopping mall and get changed for viewing the items displayed on the selfs without buying anything

                    2. You load a page every time the connection disconnects and connects; this also gets charged to the customer ...it is like you go to shopping mall and it is mandatory to by a product of Mall's brand
                    3. The connection frequently disconnects and connects again and there is a data exchange to establish the connection which gets charged to the customer this becomes serious if my laptop is connected 24hours
                    4. Some activity on your serves in the mid-night gives wrong data o[censored]sage... proved by Fact 3

                    My suggestion is you do the following test

                    1. Take a USB Net connect Modem on a Unlimited 10 GB Plan, reset the usage reading to Zero
                    2. Now connect this USB Modem to the Desktop and open www.google.com
                    3. Leave this system On for 30 hours, check the reading

                    My estimate you will get approx 1 GB usage, if you are able to reproduce this then your billing systems have to be fixed.
                    If you still did not understant what i am trying to communicate here, please help of the guys from the switch to call me, i will explain him.
                    Please let me know why when you will revert on this.

                        I have appllied for new CDMA Connection from Reliance Communication at Jaipur (Kiran Path, Mansarover) outlet. I bought new CDMA handset alongwith new CDMA sim in the month of March 2009. For this new connections I Paid amount in cash alongwith security. They activated my sim and with one week they disbared my out going without giving any reason in the month of march 2009. I approached Reliance communication outlet but they didn't responce to me. I follow-up different department customer service also but neither they start my outgoing nor they give any reason. In the month of April they send Monthly bill for 6 days to me amt approx Rs.250 and asked me to pay the amount. I again discusse my issue with them but they didn't resolve it. They assured me that once you will pay this amount your service get activated automatically. I deposited Rs. 250 in cash dated 25 april but they didn't resolve my proablem. My services didn't get activated. and within 2 days they send me new bill for the month of April 2009 dated 27 April amount Rs 1200 (Aprox). Now they are sending recovery people which are using abusive language with us and presurrising me to pay the amount. I am not benefited by their services.

                        I request you to resolve this proablem with compensation.

                          my landline number is 32957099 after end number of times i have requested to cancel my caller tune subscription they havent done that i request to permenently cancel my caller tune but there is no reply nor any action is taken on the complaints every time i get it cancled they again activate it without any information i come to know when i get my bill and see the charges . plz i[censored] like giving people caller tune so much i beleive u should give them free of cost or else plz cancel without harrasing them

                            this is letter to Reliance officer...

                            Hi,
                            I took new reliance net connect broadband+ wireless USP drive on 8th may 2009 and still the connection is not get activated. I have called many times customer care and the outlet who gave me hardware but no positive action from them and they are not able to find out what is the status of this card.



                            There are few details which im having it:

                            Customer contacts So far:
                            Third party outlet Name: Reia international, State building, Mg road, Bangalore.

                            Please see the history of the communication to activate this card..

                            8th May2009: the person collected the documents.
                            11th May 2009: Verification happened on call & home verification in person.
                            12th may 2009: I requested the reliance person to activate the card.
                            13th May 2009: I requested the reliance people’s priya & Vivek and Kysh & reliance customer care to activate the card. Customer care told me the card number is not entered in the system - No outcome.
                            14th May 2009: I requested the reliance people’s priya & Vivek and Kysh & reliance customer care to activate the card. Customer care told me the card number is not entered in the system - No outcome.
                            15th May 2009: I requested the reliance people’s priya & Vivek sh and Kysh to activate the card. - No outcome.
                            16th May 2009: Again I requested reliance people’s priya & Vivek and Kysh to activate the card and again I called up customer care then they created compliant about this issues to forward the concern department. Customer care told me they will get back to me with in 48 hours.
                            18th May 2009: I haven’t got any call so far and called Priya about this issue and she told me, it will get activate today.
                            19th May 2009: I did not receive any calls from reliance so far for this issue even after 48 hours. Again I called up customer care to the person name called Mr. Hidndra and he created another compliant and he told me same answer like they will get back to me with in 48 hours and he gave compliant number [protected]. I called up priya again and she told me, card will get activate today. But today also they failed.
                            20th May 2009: I did not receive any response from reliance customer care. I called up priya and she told she will check and get back to me but she never called up me so far and she told its problem with reliance customer care people, it will get activated 12O clock.
                            I called up customer care again, there is a lady name called shruthi who picked up phone. I told her all my stories and gave to her compliant number. But my bad luck she told she can’t able to check the compliant number. Again Shruthi asked few details about outlet but im not in position to give all the details. So I made conferences with outlet Priya & Shurthi then Shruthi collected all the information from her and Shruthi told me again the same answer without hopes.

                            23rd may 2009 : again called up customer care they created one more complaint, customer interaction number is :[protected] but no use with this same status after two days.
                            Im pointing out here. How the reliance customer care not in position to help customer in this case whether the card was sold by third party dealer.

                            One connection itself we found that reliance will not give even if we face some issues in between and we lose the hopes from reliance customer care service.

                            Note: Still my problem is not yet solved; I don’t know when the card will get active.

                            Im pointing out here. How the reliance customer care not in position to help customer in this case whether the card was sold by third party dealer.

                            I was looking my team more than 50 data card connection but one connection itself we found that reliance will not give even if we face some issues in between and we lose the hopes from reliance customer care service.

                            Note: Still my problem is not yet solved; I don’t know when the card will get active.

                            Please find out some solution instead of asking appologies to customer.
                            Make customer happy with service not to just words & commitments.

                              I have bought a reliance Sim-card from Reliance Communications, Patel Nagar (New Delhi) by submitting proper documents, i.e. my license and my photo, but after one week they stopped my outgoing calls by saying that proper id was not submitted. When I inquired about this in reliance office they told me that they have sent the documents and your number will be started in 24 hrs. But from last week I am continuously going to their office and they had not yet started my number. Everyday they are telling that today it will be started after 1 week they start my no. after this I do top-up my no. with 25- SMS pack and do SMS on 2352009 at local no. [protected] but reliance cheat me they deduct 28- from my account an when I inquired about this they told me that when this money is deducted you are in Roaming. Which is wrong, that time I am Delhi at my home? SirMadam that time I send some more SMS’s to my friend. SirMadam if I am in Roaming then why should they did not deduct my other SMS’s money. After this I send 2 more SMS’s on 2452008 at same no. and they deduct 4- from my account then I talk with reliance costumer care to and launched a complain against my wrong deduction of my money. And they give me same reply which is wrong and tell me that some time your no. is caught Roaming tower so that we deduct money from your account. After long time they give me one more request no. SR 98546231 after one day on 2552009 they SMS me with same reply which is wrong 1 more time. SirMadam if my no. caught Roaming tower then what I should do it’s not my fault. This fault is network fault which is paid by Reliance as legal then why should I pay for this wrong deduction. After some time they will say that sir you are in America so we deduct your money from your account which is not a good reason. Reliance network is not working properly for hide this fault they cheat there costumer. SirMadam For check this I do SMS at [protected] on 2452009 from my other no. with out any Roaming charges. SirMadam if I pay 25- for free SMS’s then why Reliance should deduct money from my account. Sir I get this problem with this no. only which is the fault of Reliance tower not mine.
                              I request you please solve my problem. I am student and belong from middle class family.

                              Reliance Telecom — Deduction of money

                              Reliance telecom is making money by activitating users cricket pack and cut the amount. I have complained against this on 6th jun and they have deactivated my service on 13th evening and cut my all amount @ 5/day. And returned me only 15/=. And while talking on senior team leader Miss ROOPA. she says "no balance will be given", and without talking more and giving information she cut the call. Her co junior Mr. Manish Sharma talked rudely and said i will not tell you anything more. i think they have made it their business.
                              Ya i m facing same probs.

                                My Name is Chetan Suhasaria, nand want to complain about reliance GSM Service Connection NO. [protected], of Calcutta. This is To inform that i am not being able to send SMS For the Pat 12 Days and have been complaing for this Quite a long time.
                                I was told by the cust. care Exec that it will be done within 6 hours...but it wasn't solved for 3 days..Again, helpless and after long trials got thru the Cust. Care, talke to the Person there was assured that the Problem will be Resolved within next 2 days.
                                It wasn't, again Called up to the Cust Care department...Same response will take 2 days after talking to the Senior Executive.
                                After Getting Frustrated with Whole of the Process i m really ashamed that using Smart for so long earlier also faced some problem and now also facing the Problem again and again. I think my complaints are going in some kind of trash bin where there is no response to the service that i complaint for. PLEASE NOTE THE TWO COMPLAINT NO'S[protected]Exec. Name: Srija) and the other no. i don't have iot handy with me otherwise i would have provided u with that no...and will provide if needed.
                                Sorry to inform u but if Someone asks me whether he/she should opt. for Reliance the answer would be "NO"...please look into the Matter and Do the Needful as i think i m helpless at the Moment..

                                Furthermore its the bare truth just because of this kind of service people are gradually hating to use Smart GSM SERVICE.

I have 500 times lodge complain against sms but till date no action taken from reliance office. Hence I request you to kindly scarch out the problem and solve.

                                I m using reliance GSM number. My number is[protected]. I am using company's sms plan of Rs. 11 in which i should be charged 1ps/sms for 1 mnth. But from last two days company is charging Rs 1/ sms. They are saying my number is in renewal process and due to some technical reasons, the renewal process is taking time. I have spoken to customer care around 10-12 times but none of them are giving any satisfactory solution. They are not even ready to refund the amount which they have charged in excess. And also they are nor commiting when my problem would be solved.
                                subscriber wants to un-subscribe the value added service within 24hours from the time of its activation on the ground that the subscription to such service was unintentional or accidental, the service provider shall un- subscribe such value added service and shall reimburse or credit to the customer's account the charges, if any, deducted or levied for subscription to such value added service

                                  I took new RIM connection on 21st May 2009. and recharged my account with Rs 999.00 to get the RIM to RIM STD free for 30 days and with Rs 50.00 for main balance, after 2 days my account balance become Rs 2.00 and now I am unable to call any other mobile number. when I called Customer Care he told me u didn't recharge with 999.00 but still i am having the msg which is got after recharging the account.


                                  This is the Reliance India Mobile and their Service .

                                  Reliance India Mobile — Service bad and also cheating customers.

                                  I had charged [protected] with Rs. 365/- on 03.04.08 and assured by the salesman that the call rates will be reduced for a year but after about six months it has been changed to normal rate plan. Customer care nos. are not being connected since a month.
                                  This is what called the best service.
                                  Deducted the balance by subscribing caller tune without noticing me.
                                  Yes their customer service is very very very bad. Yesterday I was not able to send sms so i called at 198(the customer service no.) but when i choosed to talk to customer service representative the they disconnected the call

                                      Myself Jateen Kumar Mahapatra working in Bangalore. I have a unlimited Reliance to Reliance std pack free post paid plan (it includes local number and any other Reliance gsm). I was not been informed or was not been educated or was not given any written intimation that the smart card which is also under reliance group will be charged while calling to those numbers. I want a clarification regarding the smart phone. are there any other source or number by which we can call to the Reliance number which will make it free. It is disgusting that the calling to smart card in Bihar and Madhyapradesh is free but while calling to Orissa smart card it we have to pay .why there is hypocrisy. If there is a business concern it should be for entire county why a partiality with the other states. If you are taking the credit of being the second best cellular provider in Orissa then why a discrimination for Orissa people...?

                                        I had recharged my reliance prepaid number [protected] using my ICICI Bank Net Banking facility on 12.05.09.

                                        The recharge amount was Rs. 799/- as I want to have RIM STD Free facility (was existing user of this facility).

                                        But I came to know that the facility was withdrawalled and new scheme of Rs. 999/- has been introduced.

                                        RELIANCE MOBILE has never communicated this and as a result my phone was not recharged because of wrong amount.

                                        I had contacted Reliance Customer Care and lodged compalint. They have given Compalin ID three times and though almost two weeks have been passed, the issue has not been resolved.
