i couldn't get pc protect prodect key, i comblined to R-care on 5/06/2009 it is still pending upto 27/06/2009 it shows that very poor customer service so i decided to terminate my connection.if any reliance employes read this one, please contact to my mobile no:[protected]
i am not abl update the pc protect pleasedo need full as soon as possible...
here by i want to tell that i am having reliance broadband connection and i have downloaded reliance pc protect but it was just a trial version and now i want product key, so kindly send me the procuct keys...

    I am your customer from last 5 years . My Cell no [protected] is lifetime postpaid. Since last 6 months you are charging Rs. 110 for free use of 175 pulse for idea to idea use. But now i don't want this charges further. I want only Rs. 49 feature charge as callar ID.
    During the last bill payment on 27.04.2009 i told this to your representative at chichwad, but it is still charging Rs.110 extra in this month bill also.

      Hi, i am Amit Maheshwari staying in Ulhasnagar Camp - 5, i bought a new Reliance Broadband + connection in April 2009 with Mobile no. [protected] & Reliance Broadband AC No. [protected].
      Since from the day i got it connected the maximum download/upload speed that i get is not more than 1.44 KBPS, where as according to company advertisement it states speed upto 3.1 MBPS.
      Even after numerous complaints & follow ups they have not resolved my issue & now they ve sent a bill.
      According to the Emails i received from Reliance Technical team there's some problem with HSD in my area but the fact is that HSD is not available at all in whole o[censored]lhasnagar & Reliance is actually selling Broadband + Internet which can give faster speed on HSD network only. They already have a Netconnect Internet Product which works on Reliance CDMA 1X Network & is lot cheaper than Reliance Broadband + which requires HSD Network for good speed.
      Reliance is still not accepting the fact that they sold me something that doesn't work in my area & they are not eager to help me as well.
      Please Help.

      Firstly you should have checked the website for net-connect ..where they have provided the map for all the area covered with EVDO network and ulhasanagar is not covered.

      moreover you should believe the sales people, they simple dupe the customer.

        I purchased Reliance Netconnect broadband+ on 26 April from Virti Infocom, Goregaon (E) F-81 Shagun Mall near Oberoi Mall. But till date they have not activated my Device. I have send end number of mails to reliance customer care but they are just replying me with there automated mail like we will get in touch with you in 48 hours. As of now no body has contacted me yet. Everytime Customer care executive are giving promise that some body will take care of my issue and they will get in touch with me very soon but nothing is happening, I have even tried calling Virti infocom but they are not responding positively they are also giving false commitment like today we will do verification and then your device will get activated. But no one has came at my place for address verification even tehy din't called me. if they are not getting the address. Today is 16th may which mean almost 20 days but I am finding very hard to get the address verified and they get my device activated. I have called customer care arroung 30 times from 26th april but they are njot able to help me out only thing they are giving false commitments. Kindly help me to get my device activated.

          Respected Sir,
          i, wasim sarkar, use reliance line for my broadband.i was having a speed of only 75kbps.later one sales representative called up asking whther i would be interested in upgrading my speed to 300 kbps so i happily agreed to do so.they took an appointment and came over to my place.they made me fill up a form and took Rs.500 cheque and told me my previous line will be disconnected and a new line would be installed with 300kbps speed.and they also took a xerox of the current bill then and told me i don't have to pay this bill it will be waived off.after two days an engineer came and put the new line and the handset but no modem was provided.Few days passed neither the modem came nor the old line was disconnected on top of that got constant call from reliance to pay up my previous bill which i was told is waived off.i called up the cust. care to check the issue they told me that the Rs. 500 was for the new line installation and it has nothing to do with my other line's bill.they also told me that the new line is oly for telephone services and doesn't have a broadband service on it and it doesn't require a new line to be instal in order to upgrade a package, it is done automatically on the same line free of cost.i was shocked that i was misled into taking a new line on the pretext o[censored]pgradation of package.i immediately cancelled the new line and the cheque.they also told me that if i have already paid the installation amount then i would be refunded but that issue didn't occur as cancelled my cheque.but now the problem is that they have sent me a legal notice to pay up the insallation fee on top of that they have sent me a months bill i don't know how on earth they made one when i already cancelled the line.i don't know what to do now.i am stuck in a catch 22 situation.just for a stupid sales person who misled me to get a sale i won't pay up.i want to sue reliance for all the hassle and tension this issue has created.

            Dear Sirs,
            I had bought a reliance netconnect on being assured by their dealer at Ulsoor, here in Bangalore about the speed and all India connectivity.
            This all India connectivity was the main objective of mine when I decided to go in for the product.
            I went to a neighbouring state on April 10th, for my vacation and when I tried to go on the net I got this message error 687 remote computer did not respond. This happened every time.Calls to the dealer was not effective since they had no clue to what this message meant. Later we got through to the custome complaint of the company and lodged a complaint -the customer care gave me the complaint acknowledgement number[protected] and said that within 24 hrs it will be rectified., but nothing happened, nothing ever happened despite constant calls and reassurances from them (Reliance) on coming back to Bangalore, and complaining the response was that I was welcome to discontinue but the Rs.3, 500 odd which I paid would not be refunded.
            I never expected this callousness, I bought this product in good faith.
            Its rather sad that I implicitly trusted in the brand name Reliance.

            i have taken reliance netconnet some 1 month ago my no. is [protected] and i just got embarrassing downloading speed like 2059 bytes and sometimes it's average speed is this.I just hate this service.Any solutions for slow download speed.

              Hi All,

              Many o[censored]s have purchased the Netconnect device called CDMA 1X for approximately Rs 3000 where the speed was so slow that most of the buyers have disconnected their line and stopped using it.

              Now Reliance has introduced a higher version device CDMA 3X (much better speed) and this needs to be purchased again. What will you do with the old one? Ask Reliance, they may ask you to dispose it in the dust bin, indirectly cheating you with Rs 3000.

              It is obvious that no customer will re-purchase a device to be used for the same purpose AGAIN from Reliance AFTER PAYING SUCH A BIG AMOUNT for a CDMA 1X.

              The LEAST Reliance could offer their customers is a replacement with a nominal amount to be paid.

              More than an offer it looks like a theft.

              I totally agree. Reliance Netconnect is the Biggest Cheat I have ever seen. Stay far far far away from it.

              They will run away with your hard earned money, even in this bad economy!!
              I am completely agree with the views against reliance netconnect. It is the worst internet connection. Your guys keep on posting your complains on this forum, did ayone responded and solved your problems.
              I know many people has bitter experience with reliance, but i am the happy one. i am using netconnect broadband plus since a month, and it has best download speed (reaches upto 300 kbps sometimes) in wireless broadband class. all i can say is go for netconnect broadband plus and i am sure you wont regret
              I totally agree with the complaints made by others who were cheated by Reliance in purchasing the ZTE CMDA 1x MG 880. Because, many of the times it does not get connected, besides its slow speed. Every times when we press the connect button it will check the username, password and after authentication verification is over, it will connect for 5 to 10 seconds and thereafter it will automatically disconnected and again you will see that that it is reconnecting. The same process will go on unendingly and certainly you will not get the internet connection. Certainly Ambanis are minting money by cheating the poor and Indians. They cannot do so in other countries lime America and Erurope countries, where consumer service/forum are backing their nationals.
              This and in my case. I went for reliance netconnect and they said it would be replaced for me in 1 month and made me buy CDMA1x..

                i havent received gprs setting from 10 days...
                i m using relience gsm sim...fr 3 days.i want to avail internet through your network.i want gprs setting for my mobile (nokia 7210 supernova) .kindly sms me the setting on my no [protected].

                I have recharged Rs.303 for accessing internet in Computer..it was recharged on 18th July, 2009.This schemes tells that customer can access internet freely for 30 days.so according to them it will be continued to 18th august, 2009.but still my recharge had done, i was unable to access internet.so i called to their customer care.and they filed a complaint against this problem in 11.55 pm. on 20th July, 2009.and i was given a complain ID[protected].and was given 48 hours.They assured me that "Your request will be addressed in 2 days".It was over in 11.55 pm. on 22th July, 2009..till then i called so much to get help..But alas every time i got oral assurance. But everything was false.At last i come to your site.Please Help me so that i can access Internet and get extended time.

                  I have taken Reliance broadband 2 years back and it was disconnected only after 8 days. I got a bill for 3166 for 8 days.

                  After arguing for long I had to pay the whole amount. I have already deposited the amount 2 years back at Relaince shoppe in Ghaziabad.

                  Now after 2 years, I was surprised to get a notice from Relaince lawyer firm 'D & A Associates' for paying Rs. 3166.00, the amount which I have already paid.

                  Could you please help me to save me from this continous mental harrassment by Reliance.

                    this is rajendra singh. i m a customer of reliance prepaid. two month before i have purchased a number [protected]. it was runing quite smoth. but from last 20 days they have bared my outgoing service. when i went to reliance world at daryagang. they asked for documents. i have submitted documents two times. still they are not active my service. whenver i went there they just try to make fool. and not activating my service. my acknowledment no of document submitted is [protected]. i m very worry about this pls look forward about this case.

                      Though 15 shares were allotted against my application but on wrong name and wrong Client ID and recieved a refund order for Rs.88050 that too on wrong name.

                      I approached to Karvy Computershare Pvt. Ltd in his Delhi office for above corrections. They asked a letter and copy of my client master list, original refund order and on 18.2.2008 I fulfilled their requirements.

                      Though correction were made and 15 shares are allotted in my name on my client ID but I have not received new refund order, I have contacted many times Karvy office at Hyderabad on telephones and sent three e-mails as desired by them but till date((9.4.2008) I have not received my refund amount of Rs. 88050.

                          My self Devendra patil. I had Reliance mobile connection on my name. I had not activated Caller hello tone from end. Reliance communication forcefully applied charges of Rs 45 on my MDN for caller tone activation. After contacting customer care, they are not accepting their system fault & replying that caller tone has been activated from customer/my end.
                          This is a just forceful thing which telecom companies continuing to increase their revenue.
                          I know that in some cases when you press ‘*’ key then caller tone has been activated on your mobile. I suggest their should be confirmation call/ sms required before accepting such service, this will also help in cases where ‘*’ key pressed by customer unknowingly.

I asked you and company is it a epedemic type problem by touching a button, Company flatly denied to take any complaint against this problem and charged for this services if I pressed a button to copy a caller tune then why I require to discontinue the tune but company says in any circumstances you will be charged.

                          I want to say why typing a button caller tune shoul not be copied as by mistake it can be copied on any no. it should be copied by pressing any 2 or 3 digit of mobile with special character of phone key pad, as this accurance can only done if you require to copy.

                          I too got a caller tune without any request from my side. Besides, its the cheeziest song I have ever heard.. Wonder where you chose it from and why!!.. I never asked for it. The worst part is you dnt even realize you have a caller tune unless some frenz point it out to you.. It can get very embarassing while receiving official calls..                           Sir, i m sachin nema,i own a cdma service of reliance communication with no.-[protected].often Rs 5 cut from my balance telling me that i activated cricket pack this time balance was cut on 26.12.2010 by saying i activated service by IVR calling but i was out of station on the date and i live alone so nobody can use my phone.THIS HAS HAPPEN WITH ME AROUND 10 TIMES.every-time they activate the service and i get it deactivated.MANY MORE OF MY FRNDS ALSO COMPLAINT THE SAME.sir i m deeply harresed by the behavior of the company and feel cheated.The company is looting its consumer and i want ur intervention in the same "THE COMPANIES SHOULDN'T PROVIDE THE "VALUE ADDED SERVICES" IF THEY CANT GIVE THEM PROPERLY".m feeling very cheated and helpless in the issue and feeling that i will have to accept whatever co. says every time.as a consumer i have only one option to leave the service.but what about the cheating company making to its consumer and making crores of rupees...

Need to take up the step on this. its heights of the nuisance things made happening to the customers, my no. [protected]. wherein i unsubscribed all the unwanted hello-tune and other services and then again today they again disturbed with the unwanted activation which i haven't made n neither i wanted and made to happen my balance to Rs. -7.00. n its very humiliating n i need take a strict step for such all activities and i want compensation for my mobile balance.

                          Reliance — charge for smsing to toll free number

                          MY phone number [protected] was charged for smsing a toll free number i.e. 1900.
                          As you might already know this is the number to be smsed if a customer wants to change his service provider to another (by the Mobile Number portability process).
                          though the amount cut was small(Rs 1) but still it was unethical and inappropriate on the part of reliance to have levied charges for the same.

                          Reliance Communications — Lost my balance due to unsubscribe offers

                          I have lost my balance due to some meaningless offers which has been subscribed without my knowledge and by default. No proper response is given. Daily am receiving 7 to 10 calls from reliance for setting caller tunes or asking to subscribe to some offers... i ignore n disconnect them carefully. But somehow they have by default subscribed me to "Missyou" pack by which i have lost 60rs till now.. Am afraid to make a top up. And inturn they r blaming me for not comlaining when i lost the money the first time.. They renew the pack every 15 to 20 days n reduce all the money... And worst thing is till now i am not aware how i got benefitted by this "Missyou " pack..
                          my line [protected] has been barred both incomimng and outgoing for reasons best known to u. i have deposited rs1500/- with u. in addition to this one of your personnel has collected rs250/- for restoration of the line. immediaitely restore the connection. failing which i shall have no other option but to discontinue with your services.

                          reliance-email on sms — unsubscribe, how to

                          I wish to unsubscribe the "email on sms" service which was activated on my cdma handset last month and was automatically renewed this month. On sending a sms "Unsub 1912" to "155223" as directed to unsubscribe from the said feature i receive a message (repeatedly) that says, " Dear customer this pack does not exist. Please send request again with correct Keyword".

                          Dear Sir,
                          1. I am having a Reliance prepaid GSM No.
                          2. On this No. the service provider activated a callertune of its own around three months back.
                          3. I have sent numerous requests to them for unsubscribing the same.
                          4. Service provider responds through message everytime by stating that request has been accepted and status will be intimated shortly.
                          5. But till now callertune service has not been unsubscribed causing financial and emotional setback to the undersigned.
                          6. It is rquested to look into the matter at the earliest.

                          Reliance — balance cut by own

                          I took CDMA RIM connection my no is [protected], i am suffering like anything as whenever i recharge then money is not coming in my account and by default some services like Khel Khel me , caller Tune kind of thing is activated by own. I deactivated even so many times but its not deactivating and even Customer Care people are not helping . I am fed up with the Reliance service please help me.
                          The above complaint was in February 2011. However, Reliance is still at this scam and fraud over an year later.

                          My mother (senior citizen)'s phone kept mysteriously getting depleted of balance even after recharging with large sums. On calling *333 on May 26, 2012 she was told she had subscribed to India Today alerts (when?!! by whom?!!!) and was being charged Rs. 30/- per month. She requested that it be turned off. She was told it would be, within a day.

                          Thus reassured, the old lady recharged with Rs. 111/-. The next morning her balance was Rs 81/-, the phone was leaking again.

                          At this point she worried that she had recharged too soon, and Rs. 30/- had been cut for India Today alerts which she had not given time to get deactivated. Right??

                          WRONG! On calling up customer care (*333) the old pensioner was informed that she had been subscribed to another service (she had not even touched the phone out of fear in the last 24 hours), the above mentioned "Missyou" pack for which Rs. 30/- had been deducted!!!

                          At least this time the young lady on the phone was polite (unlike the last two times that my mother got shouted at for wanting to know where her money was going) and said she would refund the balance at once.

                          Hence, lessons from the ordeal:

                          1. Be POLITE to Reliance Customer Care Executives. They get nasty pretty fast if they get annoyed with you.
                          2. Keep an eagle eye on your phone balance. Hourly checks are recommended.
                          3. If your balance is lower than it should be, call them and ask for a refund. They can do it, but will create problems if you are later than some arbitrarily specified time.
                          4. Start finding out about mobile number portability!

                          Cheers to all others stuck with Reliance.

                              I have gone through the various advertisement of Reliance NetConnect Brodband +. I received the brochure issue by the company. Two Unlimited Usage plans are there. But that unlimited usage has limit of 10GB, then why its called "Unlimited Plan". This is the pure case of misguide. Is there any authority to stop this all.

                                I had made one top up via internet through ICICI account of 200rs on 9th may 2009, 200 rs was debited from my account, but no top up was added. when i called the Reliance Telecom (cheater's company) customer care, i came to know that they had extended my validity by 180 days plus 2 paise talk time with the 200 rs instead of top up.Best thing is that my connection is already life time free.NOW i want to ask the Reliance Telcom officers, that, how they can extend the validity period on the connection which is already life time free ???? Its the clear case of cheating the public, which they are doing for many years.
                                When i asked the floor supervisor, the process of disconnecting the prepaid connection, I was surprised to get such viered answer.I was been told to stop refilling the top up, & dont use the service . Karlo Duniya Muthin Main.GOD knws what next they will be doing. Guys STOP using Reliance product.."Precaution is Better then Cure " Can any one help me in escalting to Ambani's

                                  I had applied for reliance broadband connection in Jan'09 by paying three months advance rental. After March'09 i was called up and asked to pay bill for next 3 months although i was informed that i would be receiving only monthly bills after March following which i asked for termination of Internet connection. The people who had provided the connection kept telling me that they have sent the monthly bill to my address which i never received. Finally i asked them to terminate the connection to which they asked me to call mumbai office call center, which i did on 9th April. However i am still receiving a bill of Rs 3448.98 which is surprising to me considering the connection has been already terminated a month back. I have been asking the call center people to send me the exact bill for the month of March, instead of the bill for the next three months which is not applicable at all since the connection has been terminated. But they initially told me that i have to pay the bill amount and rest of the charges will be refunded. Another call center executive told me that since my billing plan is a quarterly plan i will receive the correct bill upto the date of termination after June and i can ignore the current bill. Today (May 12) i have received a legal notice from L.V Vijay Shankar & Associates again asking me to pay Rs 3448.98. On calling the customer care i have been asked to ignore even this notice and they are again telling me that i will receive a proper bill. I asked them for a email confirmation regarding the same since earlier also i have been asked to ignore bills and still i am receiving these notices to which they are saying that their system does not allow them to provide any e-mail confirmation.
                                  All in all their billing process and customer handling seems to be highly flawed.

                                  this lately, i am not getting what is my usage of this month or no last month bill has came yet at door or at rcom.co.in profile...it shows zero since last week or more than that
                                  so, when one don't know how much he is using now and what was the last month bill...how he/she will be satisfied with the bill which will come ahead? sure it will be of big amount, as the customer don't get any data of his usage, and benefit for the I/C provider to get more money and apply any amount to his/her credit

                                  do this called a quality of work?

                                  when the data is provided there...no email verification is seen to the data entered or no sms can be seen :S?

                                  Hi, I am facing the problem against disconnection. I bought a connection on March 2011. Now i would like to disconnect my connection. So i have visited to reliance web world center. Executive said we cant disconnect upto six months. They are forcing me to use the reliance broadband connections. Not only for me. In salem circle most of the people are facing the same problem. Customer care executives said not mandatory for six months. You can disconnect at any time. But webworld executives dont agree with that. Really it's a worst service. I already complaint to Consumer association against reliance broadband.

                                    R Com is a very common name in deduction of charges without the consent of mobile subscriber .
                                    I am a prepaid mobile customer of Reliance Communication Ltd. They have charged thricely in past for activating a service in mobile without my consent. Recently they have charged Rs.49/- for activating cricket score sms service on dt 09/05/2009. On enquiring from Customer Care on dt.10/05/2009 they have told that the amount charged will be refunded in 48 hours. The wrongly deducted amount has not been reversed so far.
                                    I request your good selves to kindly take up the matter and try to resolve the issue at earliest.

                                        sir i purchase mobile no. [protected] for net connect for 2 months free scheme but my plan changed before expire of 2 months and demand for rs.906 and my phone closed as non payment after request and check the matter co says paid such amount in this period one more bill receive for rs. 1621 after that letter received from advocate balance payment rs. 1620.77 paid immediately or connect with no [protected] and [protected] mr vinay tripathi or mr rishi tuli talk with mr vinay and recived adjustment paid rs. 821/- and request for close this connection but till date my connection not closed properly and demand rs.227/- again please close my phone and returned my early payment rs.821/- that is wrong demand by company without using connection after free period ..
