[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Not getting Talktime as per scheme | |
Dear Sir / Madam, I Mr. Prashant Waghole wish to inform you that I have purchased Reliance GSM card on 31st Jan.09 from Ideal Communication which is located in Kalwa Naka, Shivaji Chowk, Kalwa (W), Thane – 400605. At the time of purchase of this GSM card the above said dealer told me that you will gate talk time of Rs.10 every day till 90 days & your card will be activated in 48 hours & accordingly you will gate message of activation. On 4th Feb.09 at 3.16 pm, I got the message and I made first call to start my validity as stated in message but from 2nd day i.e.5th Feb.09 I am not getting talk time of Rs.10 as stated by dealer at the time of purchase of card, I inform the above said dealer about this problem he said he will look in to matter and will gate this problem solved and I also spoken with reliance customer care but still I am not getting talk time. I have contact the above dealer 4 to 5 times and sent mail 2 times on [protected]@relianceada.com but not getting any reply.
