Calls barred

I have a lifetime prepaid Reliance Smart GSM mobile connection (Mobile No. [protected]). On 23rd Jan 09 I had a balance of around Rs 400 but the validity was expiring on 24th Jan. Therefore on 23rd Jan I recharged with Rs 500 and got Rs 600 of talk time added to my balance. However on 24th Jan Reliance blocked my connection and disallowed all incoming and outgoing calls from my number. On 25th Jan at 9:30 hrs I logded a complaint with Reliance...

Recharge not successful

I Got Reliance pre-paid connection for first time on dated 21.01.2009 which got activated in the evening. My number is [protected]. I asked the retailer (Reliance communications Sector 22- Chandigarh) for recharge of 100 bucks, which the retailer had transfered through his cell, but my phone was not recharged. I asked him about it, but he said it's not done by company. So i request you to solve my problem.

barred service of data card

This is to inform you that i am using the reliance USB data card ( ZTE CDMA 1X) from past one year and above. Yesterday i had a problem with the connection. I wasn't able to connect to the internet. I called up at the call center and was holded up for half hour for solving the problem and at last i got the response that i will be able to use the internet with in 3 hrs. but after exactly 24 hours i wasn't able to connect to the internet....

Service suspended

I have a Reliance connection, [protected], in Kolkata. My lifetime connection was to expire on 23/01/2009 and due to this I did a recharge on 22/01/2009. In spite of this my account was suspended and despite complaining on 24/01/2009, the line is still suspended. I was reassured that the problem would be solved within 48 hours....

service issue

Dear Service Provider,

I have Recharge SMS Card so that i can send sms to my dear one in festival season, but surprise to know that my balance is been deducted for sms after calling customer service they said mistake is from our end hence taking an complain as SR78892356, after 3 days i received another message as dedection is been done correctly. hence again call up the customer service and spoken with "so called Manager"...

sir,
I use a reliance gsm smart(pre-paid) connection(kolkata). whenever i try to recharge my account with any higher amount, i always get a message that the card is out of stock or network congestion in E-recharge facility. this always causes lots of problems for me. Now, i cant change my no. too...else wise i had taken a new connection a long before...but now reliance smart is giving lots of problems in issuing its top-up voucher...

Network Issue

I have stop counting reminders it really does not matter anymore!!! I think.
After several complaints there has still no action on your part. Please find the attachement letter which was send to you. Please note that there were several engineers vistied my place and they seem to find out an issue. But still we landed to disatisfaction because of no action. Unwanted commercial call

I have one Reliance Smart GSM lifetime mobile phone connection in the West Bengal Circle.
I receive unwanted commercial machine-generated calls from these numbers: [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], and [protected].
Please help me to get relief from this disturbance....

Harassment to pay bill

As a responsible consumer in Reliance broadband in Ahmedabad; i was availing the Rs 299 per month plan with 1gb download/upload scheme and extra usage would be .90 rs per mb. We started getting inflated bills withing 2 months but we paid the bills in time.
