The subject temporary card was taken out December 2007, and yet the permanent card of the said number has not been received. Two e-mails and even a phone call requested this, but it has not provided any result. Please advise the reason for not issuing the permanent card, or else send one to the address given below:

    This is to inform you that few hrs. ago a person calling from different nos. in which two of the nos. are from your company"RELIANCE GSM SERVICE", had disturbed me so much that am being forced to write you. He used such bad laungages to me & my sister, am feeling shame to tell you.

    As if the connection is in my name but my sister uses it for her own personal use in which the call was received. I and my family is very worried about this.

    Even I am forced to give a complain in Local Police Station tomorrow morning against the no.

    So if you please give the details of the no. "[protected] & [protected]". I will be very grateful to you.

    Or else give me the details how to punish him. Please its very important.

      Dear Sir/Madam
      I am an existing customer of the so called "Reliance Big TV" known for their pathetic customer service. I had opted for Rs185/- plan and had got it confirm from their customer service executives who had also given the same details after cross checking the same and had committed that they would add Rs 15/- in my next recharge. But, now they have without our concern changed the plan and have started harresing my family members to pay the extra amount & have disconnected the services. Their customer care number the toll free no is never active the mumbai no is always busy . I got the numbers of their person incharge of the service sector who spoke to my parents in an arogant way, refuse to help and agreed that this blunder of plan change was due to migration but refuse to accepted their mistake. After continous mobile contacts done from our side to the Area Mangers were arrogant to us and finally said "Jao Consumer forum jo karna ha karo hum set top bhe nahe lejayege aur refund beh nahi hoga"thearea managershould have thought before making such a big comment.
      I request you to please look into this matter as an alert, well educated & respectable citizen of India I do not want my felIow brothers to go through the same trauma which me and my family members are going.The power of consumer forum helps people like us to stand for the Ethics & the Principles like come what may we are going to keep the faith in our system !! My subscriber no is[protected].Help me to make these Incharge realise that our system works and no one can take us for a ride. Waiting for your positive reply.

        Dear Susheel,
        I am writing this mail to you after recahing the threshold limit of tolerance arising out of my disappointment with Reliance Communication.
        The details are :
        On 24th Jan, I approached Reliance Communication at their Garia outlet, Kolkata ( E-185, Raja S.C . Mallick Road, Ramgarh, Kolkata 700047 ) for a new connection through a datacard of mine which was sourrendered earlier by my son-in-law. They took all my details and informed me that the connection will be aqrranged on 28th Jan.
        Meanwhile, I had an emergency and was badly in need of the connection by 27th evening. hence, I requested Mr Gopal Agarwal of Reliance Garia oulet several times on 27th but found him totally naive.
        Subsequently, I took details from the administration department of my organization ( BOC India Limited ) and called up one of your manager Mr Anirban and requested for the help.
        He promised to come back to me through his manager which never happened.
        later in the day, I called up one of your sr manager Mr Anand Guha Thakurata ( [protected] ) who also promised me to come back in 5 mins but to my surprise, he also remained elusive. I tried to contact him but my calls were not responded. I sent him nos of SMS but he even did not have the courtesy to return my call or SMS.
        I continued with my effot till night 9 pm and then finally gave up.
        In short, it was a very poor show from an organization like Reliance Communication and demonstrated pathetic customer service, just reverse of what Reliance Communication preaches.

        Dear Mr. Goel:


        My data card number is [protected] (datacard)
        My billing account no. [protected]

        For the above reliance service, I have not t received any bill, on my address in your records, from reliance for the past several months. Hence I have not paid my monthly dues. Now the above service has been disconnected and your service centre wants me to pay the bills before my services is activated. My current outstanding is Rs. 777/- for past two months+ Rs. 300 by the time this complain is addressed. I have called your service centre at 30333333 several times to register a complain on this. But reliance service centre representatives have managed to give me a excuse and have not registered my complain.

        • Excuse 1 – you have dialed the wrong number.
        • Excuse 2 – This is the pre-paid section you need to call post paid.
        • Excuse 3 – The systems are down for maintenance.
        • Excuse 4 – Systems are down due to technical problems, call after 30 minutes.
        • Excuse 5 – I am a trainee, my senior is on the other line, pl. hold. After long holds listening to the monotonous music one has no option but to hang-up the phone and start all over again.

        This is not the first time that this has happened to most o[censored]s who have a reliance service. In the background you can hear some supervisor shouting, hurry-up, there are a lot of calls on hold…. Transfer the call, put the customer on hold and take the next call.

        Kindly look into this matter. I am surely not paying for the services that I have not used because Reliance has disconnected the line, but continue to bill the customers (another practice of Reliance that most of the customer have experienced.).

        Dear All Mentioned in TO and CC of this email:

        Once again, I have NOT received a bill from Reliance for the month of January. I am not sure who I should be addressing this emails as I feel I am not getting the right audience / management attention.

        Yesterday, Thursday January 229, 2009, at about 7:40pm I visited the “Bajirao - Reliance World Centre (Webworld).” To my surprise the doors and shutters were closed. The security guard informed me that the centre closes at 7:30pm. I pointed out that the store hours displayed outside the store were from 10:am to 8:00pm. I asked him to call the manager on duty. Reluctantly, he opened the doors. Once again I stepped up to the Customer Care Counter where once again I got the same excuse… Our Systems are down, come tomorrow morning. Once again I requested that I get this in writing and insisted to talk to the Manager. One again the manager refused to come out and face the issues. Your representative finally agreed to take a note of the matter and agreed to send an email to the concerned management team. He then confessed, “yes we have your complain but what can we do, we are only authorized to take note of your problem statement…the team that does this work is probably somewhere else… and the bosses who manage this process are probably in bed by this time…” Not that any of this surprised me, but I insisted some feedback in writing as I wanted to create a document trail for my records and so I got a copy of the email that was sent out.

        Later I was also informed that if I did not make the payment in a few days, my services to this number would be terminated / de-associate and that I would lose the number. Not that I am very attached to the number or that I would lose any sleep if the services were terminated, I informed the representative that I was more interested in finding out what it takes to resolve a query / problem at Reliance. It’s been three months and I am still counting…

        Not that any of you are interested in any of the above… I am hoping someone at the top would be concerned about customer service.

        Thank you for sending the bill. I have never disputed the usage of the services. The question is that the services were disconnected by reliance due to non-payment. Non-payment was due to not receiving the bill. If you have sent the bill and someone has received it, you need to track and see where the bills are going. I have not been receiving the bill since October. I have made prior payments and am sure that that is reflected in your database.

        Since the disconnection of my services without notice / intimation / etc. I am not liable to pay for the services not rendered to me. Needless to say that after the disconnection (around mid October) my usage of your services was not possible.

        I am also shocked by the fact that while all this is going on, I was informed by Reliance that my number would be deactivated in February.


        As this is going on for long and Reliance has not been able to still sere me a copy of the bill to my address, I am left with no option but to take further course of action, i.e. file a complain with the representative department(s).

          reliance smart prepaid mobile — VULGER CALLER TUNES

          Dear Sir,
          I am having RELIANCE SMART PREPAID connection from last 7 Years. Service is not up to the mark.Customer care service is very poor and so called customer care executives are not at all responsive towards complaints.Recently without my permission my caller tune has been changed and a vulgar caller tune has been activated.On calling[protected] the customer care executives are not even ready to listen to what happens to be a SERIOUS PROBLEM. As soon as number portability is open i an going to switch services from reliance to Airtel or Vodafone and if the attitude of the employees does not change Reliance standa to lose a large number of customers.

          i am having a smart sim and since last 8-9 days i am not able to send msgs to my friends having bsnl sim.
          I hav already discused the problem with customer care 2-3 times and each time they are replying with a different answer. Some are saying it was happening due to network congestion and it will take 5 days more. Some are saying 10-15 days more. What is problem originally plzz reply!!

          I am S. Tiwary using the Reliance smart prepaid mobile ( [protected] ) from 2003. From three days I am not getting the sound from incoming and outgoing call in Kadma Area. There is a signal and calls are coming but no sound. This mobile is working in other area. I am facing lot of problem pls do the need ful.

          My second problem is every 5 minuts advertising calls are coming for this I have complain earlier also but till date there is no action has been taken from your end. I am facing lot of problem and this is disturbe me very badly. Pls stop this type of calls and messages otherwise I will complain to tri. My alternate no. is [protected].

            Mera Reliacne GSM Mobile No. is [protected] hai. Maine jab naya connection liya tha tab muje bataya gaya ki Rs.25/- connection charges & Rs.20/- Recharge value. card activate hone ke bad prati din Rs.10/- ka free tolk time any moble & rat 11 PM to 6 AM night calling CDMA & GSM Reliacne totally free hai. Lekin aisa kuch bhi nai huwa hai.Custmor care pura din lagrta nahi hai. Towers ka bhi kafi problems hai.

              I was working for the company from 24 july 2006 to 05 May 2008. On 5th may 2008 i have resigned from the services of that company. The company hasn't provided me any salary for the same month and hasn't done any full and final settlement. Moreover on 18 th october i have also applied for my P.F. but the company hasn't even submited that P.F. form in the P.F. office. It was very poor experience with the company. I'll suggest to every employee not to trust on that company. You will not find any worth working with this company.

                I have a lifetime prepaid Reliance Smart GSM mobile connection (Mobile No. [protected]). On 23rd Jan 09 I had a balance of around Rs 400 but the validity was expiring on 24th Jan. Therefore on 23rd Jan I recharged with Rs 500 and got Rs 600 of talk time added to my balance. However on 24th Jan Reliance blocked my connection and disallowed all incoming and outgoing calls from my number. On 25th Jan at 9:30 hrs I logded a complaint with Reliance Customer Care ([protected]) and was told that the fault would be rectified in 24-48 hrs. Thereafter, till now (28th Jan 1630 hrs) I have made numerous calls to restore my connection but I keep getting the stock answer, "Your complaint has been forwarded to the relevant department". Also, I was told that there was no one else I could raise the level of my compliant to and that I had to wait. For no fault of mine, I have lost thousands of rupees in my business for not having this connection restored promptly.

                Reliance Mobile Smart GSM — Incoming call barred

                My Reliance mobile No.is [protected].i am recharj on 26th november in 498/-Rs but all incoming call is bard.and out going call is a ok.please shout out the my problem.my no.is
                Do not distrub me unwanted machine generated calls.
                I have a lifetime prepaid Reliance Smart GSM mobile connection (Mobile No.- [protected] ). Reliance blocked my connection and disallowed all incoming and outgoing calls from my number. Always showing your number is barred. Requesting you to Plzzzzzzzzzz, help me.

                Reliance Smart GSM — outgoing call barred

                MY MOBILE NO IS [protected] HAVING LIFETIME VALIDITY BUT ALL OUTGOING CALL BARED SINCE LAST THREE DAYS. MY BALANCE RS. 598.20 AND VALIDIY[protected]
                I have disconnected the sim. It has taken 100 rs/- from my prepaid balance. when i asked the customer care for the cause they told me that they did not know anything. I have started the callertune service when i did nothing.

                each time they told me a new things when i ask to speak to the senior executives they told me that we can't transfer ur call.
                specialy the behaviour of the executives was so rude that i can't tollerate in myself.
                is it the reliace policy to make bussiness by insulting the customer.
                your executives have no time to listen the problem then what they r doing as cce ?

                let me clear you few things now and also my problem:-
                i have submitted my all documents and as your network of gsm is unavailable inside my flat, i have to g to balcony to make a call.
                so generaly i avoid this riliance no to use so how would i get your confermation call whenthere is no network ?
                and if you don't get meon this no for vrfication then what for i have submitted m alternate no along with my documents ?
                you should make a call on that no. for any kind of varification. thats very siple.
                now as your executives were unableto clarify the reason they tod me to visit webworld, , , boss they can tell me the adds. o[censored]r webworld
                but they don't have time and i would like to say they were too busy to insult me rather than solving my problem.

                Reliance Prepaid Connection 'Smart' — All services are barred

                I am reliance Smart pre-paid consumer. The connection of mobile No. [protected] was taken on 12.11.2009. All the required documents i.e. xeroxed copy of I.Card issued by Income Tax Tribunal (Govt. of India) and PAN Card has been submitted on the same day. Alternate mobile no. [protected] has been mentioned on the form submitted for connection but all services of outgoing and incoming etc. are barred without any intimatiion neither telephone nor written whereas my alternative mobile no. is mentioned in the format. I enquired from the retailer about documents, he told, after confirmation from distributor, that the dully filled up application form for connection a/w required documets has been sent to reliance co.
                Request is to re-store all the services immediately. I may be contacted on alternative mobile [protected] until services of reliance mobile no. [protected] is started .
                my problem is my outgoing call is barred

                  I Got Reliance pre-paid connection for first time on dated 21.01.2009 which got activated in the evening. My number is [protected]. I asked the retailer (Reliance communications Sector 22- Chandigarh) for recharge of 100 bucks, which the retailer had transfered through his cell, but my phone was not recharged. I asked him about it, but he said it's not done by company. So i request you to solve my problem.

                    This is to inform you that i am using the reliance USB data card ( ZTE CDMA 1X) from past one year and above. Yesterday i had a problem with the connection. I wasn't able to connect to the internet. I called up at the call center and was holded up for half hour for solving the problem and at last i got the response that i will be able to use the internet with in 3 hrs. but after exactly 24 hours i wasn't able to connect to the internet. i had some important work on the internet and i use the data card on my laptop and whole of the data to be used was in it. So, i can't even use the internet cafe for the work. When i called up to the call center from data card i wasn't able to connect due to some problem with the Data card. Than i contacted to the mumbai call center from my personal cell phone which charged me a lot because i was on the call from 18:00:52 to 18:34:23 on 23rd january 2009. I again got the reply that the problem will be solved in 3 hrs. Any how after long request to Mr. Dibya jyoti placed at Kopar Kharina, Mumbai i was able to recive the request no. i.e 86740754. although i was able to use the internet by 19:10 but due to relaince i have suffered a lot and i need full waiver of my next bill. i have requested for it and the request no. is 86741163. if i am unable to get the full waiver by the company i will be compelled to take the legal action by filing the case against relainse in consumer court.

                    i am paying my bills in cash but in respond to the quaries i am getting the answers that my bill payment was made by cheque and it got bounced. in relation to my barred services they are saying that my credit limit has exceded but i am using the plan with unlimited usage.

                    i have purchased the reliance data card (usb modem)
                    for internet purposes, for that i have submitted the necessary documents including the address proof.
                    i have received my first bill also on the adress specified
                    but now my services have been barred saying that adress could not have been verified.
                    how can it be????????

                    This is to inform you that i was using a number [protected] but suddenly the number has been de-activated, the number has been taken in the name of my father Mr Iqbal Ahmed the connection was taken on 30.05.2009 and the connection has been dissconnected on 09.06.2009 . As I spoke to your customer care executive rgarding my de-activation of incoming and outgoing they said me that my document is not submitted yet but i had submitted my document to the retailer. So there is not my fault regarding this.
                    I would be very thank ful to if you kindly look into this matter and solve this problem as soon as possible.

                      This is to complain about the newly bought data card connection dated 16.01.2009. The receipt cum acknowledgement number of Reliance Communications is [protected]. The cash Rs.2820.00 has been paid to your representative with the desired documentation. The formal enquiry for the said connection has been done on 20.01.2009

                      After this there is no call from any of your office / call centre / responsible authority or representative to give further connection number or user id etc. to make the card functional.

                          After using of nearly 2 years sudden cutoff from service gives me lots of problems..Is it the proper services to the two year old customer?What shall I do now?

                          I have Reliance connecton [protected], Patratu Thermal Power Station, Ramgarh, Jharkhand .In July 09 I got the Sim For Rs. 50 and after activation for calls I asked for GPRS connection Plan for Rs. 303/month to work in my PC . Intenet is connected but the message shows on screen "the page cannot be displayed" I contacted Customer Care whole the month from July to now 22August 09 but no result.I have never able to see any page open by Reliance SIM. Now I am fed up of their response. the Most Worst thing in the world - "Nami bania ka nami Dukan Maila bhi bikta hai" - my money lost for nothing. While BSNL provides GPRS connection just for Rs. 122.00/month with very easy settings and more faster service and Broadband of BSNL Home Plan for Rs. 250/month and 1 GB download is the most cheapest connection for Internet Service provider. Pl help me if it is possible.

                                i bought a postpaid sim frm reliance dey didnt give me any no. instead they said that dey will giv me a choice of various numbers if i buy dere no. i bought the sim nd now after two days of my repeatedly calling them they have neither given me ne no. against my sim neither they hav sent ne team for verification. they r not even recieving my calls. even one of their executives hanged my call wen i made an enquiry. i dont hav ne other option dan to go to consumer forum. reliance has live upto its name of not doing wot it promises. its the worst mobile company in the world. even the MTNL customer care is better dan reliance never trust reliance dat is wot i want to say to u all.

Now, i cant change my no. too...else wise i had taken a new connection a long before...but now reliance smart is giving lots of problems in issuing its top-up voucher of Rs like 500, 1000, etc...

                                    I am usning relinace landphone no[protected]Located in Koyilandy, Calicut, Kerala) for the last 6 months. I am using this mainly for internet. usually I am recharging this wih 25 or 50 cards in one day i am recharging 2 to 4 times. now the customer care informed me that there is a plan or 999 thar i can use internet unlimitedly for a month. I asked them "is there is any problum will hapen when i recharge" they told me that there is no other hidden thinks in that if you recharged you will get it unlimitedly for one month. and i recharged it . But i got internet only for 2 days and the customer care telling that i used internet unlimitedly before it recharging and i have a balance or 14000. I never used it unlimitedly when ever it cuts i recharged it again again, i told u earliar 2 to 4 times in a day. if it not cutting properly thats not my fault, I am a poor handycaped girl i cant go out of my home to complain or other thing, i doing some online jobs related to graphic design. so please dont stolen my money and my life

                                    I have done a complaint over my mobile phone at about 08.40 p.m. on 27.08.08 regarding Unexpected Reliance Tune (English) activated (suspected activated date 23.08.08) in my Mobile Phone. So, according to your rules every day 50 paise was deducted from my account balance, as a result my account balance is now Rs. – 3.41.
                                    Now I use my mobile phone only for received call where I get the connection as a life time connection.
                                    Several time I asked to your customer executive, namely 1. Mr. Sudip 2. Mr. Sahnawaz 3. Mr. Amarnath 4. Ms. Sudipta 5. Mr. Tridip 6. Ms. Sanyukta from dated 27.08.08, 29.08.08, 31.08.08, 01.09.08, 03.09.08, 05.09.08 & 07.09.08 respectively to inactivate the Tune & refund my balance. Among them one executive says “work in process” one says “within 24hrs we will done this” one says “ we will call you later” another says “ Wait for a long time” etc. etc.

                                    My Reliance tune is now inactivate recently but the balance is not return till now. So, I can not make any call from my mobile till date (i.e. 10.09.08).

                                    So, you are requested to step necessary action very soon.

                                    I eagerly waited till 19th of this month and I called to Customer care (*222) and asked for the update to Mr.Abhijeet ( Call Ref no:[protected]), and he told initially that there is a out standing amount pending thats why migration from post paid to prepaid is not given. After checking the records, he cleared that there is no such outstanding dues from my end. He asked me wait for 24 hrs. But with in 24 hrs there is no reply or call from your customer care end.

                                    On 21st Aug I again called to customer care and talked with Mr.Ravinder ( call ref no:[protected]) and he also told to wait again 24 hrs.

                                    on 22nd August, i called again and talked with Mr.Divya jyothi ( call ref no :[protected] ..22/08/09), he also said wait for 24 hrs...

                                    I again called on 23rd Aug to customer care, and talked with Ms.snehal- and now she is asking me to wait for 48hrs and she said we will make a complaint on that particular reliance web word ( s-37- green park main market).


                                    Initially 24 hrs now it went to 48 hrs...

                                    Is this is the services you are providing for a customer, who cleared all his outstanding amount before bill date and asked for post paid to prepaid migration ?????????

                                    Without any information Reliance communication had disconnected my account.When I inquired ,I got to know that ,When they called me for address verification ,they got a reply that "I am not reachable".Since the network of "Smart " is poor in Sukanta nagar ,Salt lake ,sector IV ,kolkata,is it my fault?

                                    Not being able to contact customer care from 15 days.when ever trying to call in Customer Care getting Voice error network busy.Need to work on this ASAP.
                                    It’s already more than a month since I filed an incident report regarding the plug and talk device that I purchased in SM North Branch. An agent that goes by the name of “Benny” (a girl with short hair) told me that she’d call me to let me know of the update. And I think the cp number that she gave me is bogus since I can’t get through it. The useless unit is still with them and the money used to purchase the item that I returned yet they didn't even bother to contact me. I've tried to call their hotline but all they do is make me wait on the line for more than 10 minutes everytime.

                                    I want to draw your attention towards the harrassment caused to me on trying to have my problem solved by the CUSTOMER CARE (Reliance Communications).

                                    I have been availing the SMS service pack for the last two months but when tried to deactivate my service, Customer care executives provided me with wrong procedure of deactivation and noted my complain on the basis of that.
                                    Again, my service was activated in the end of month. I called the Customer care and ask them about this confusion and requested to remain my service activated, since the money was already deducted. they assured me of returning my money. But the next day they deactivated the service and kept the charges also.

                                    On querying, they harrassed a lot and replied bluntly that, neither would they activate my service nor return the money in my cell A/c.

                                    My question is that why the services are offered to customer - for their facility or harrassment? When the deactivation service is not done in the correct way, it seems Customer care executives are trained to provide wrong info, becuase all of them have same reply. Mistakes are done by their division and customer has had to bear the loss.

                                    Reliance smart GPRS connection is also useless. They dedeuct the money very easily even after no acces to web pages. They just make their money, with no concern to customer satisfaction.

                                    I had recharged the gsm rel no-[protected] with Rs 58 for pay per sec tariff plan on10 Aug 2012.Also I had recd sms fm 52811 Recharge of Rs 58 successful. Pay per sec tarif activated and before this I was already having call rate @ 1.2 ps per sec. I had recharge it again for 1ps per second which is not activated. I had talked to Pradeep on phone and also talked to Devendra on phone for the same at the customer care *333 but to my surprise I came to know that the recharge I have done will not benefit me.
                                    There fore I request you to either make the tarif rate 1ps per sec or the money to be adjusted to my phone for talk value.

                                      I have stop counting reminders it really does not matter anymore!!! I think.
                                      After several complaints there has still no action on your part. Please find the attachement letter which was send to you. Please note that there were several engineers vistied my place and they seem to find out an issue. But still we landed to disatisfaction because of no action. And it is almost been 3 years and we still trust the false promises been given to us. Please take care of this issue in a priorty. Your necessary actions will create a satisfied customer.
                                      Will i get a false rpomise again or this would be done in a professional manner and have a resolution for sure.
