Reliance customer care center service is very bad.
Better go for best service providers IDEA, AIRTEL.
Okay, Reliance 3G is one of the fastest data plans outside of Kolkata. BUT, I have had at least 50Rs deducted from my TT balance after my last recharge. It seems they like to taker CRBTs? and Caller Tunes fees on a daily basis. Even after speaking with customer service, more has been taken without reimbursement. What gives?

Reliance pre paid Netconnect+ urls are not working in the place few days, http://www.reliancenetconnect.co.in/ecare_balance.html and http://rcom.co.in/Rcom/personal/internet/ecare_balance.html both are not working, any one can help me with the new url where the pre paid balance can be checked, Not able to reach the customer care on phone, and even with the instant chat option

    I have reliance mobile(Classic 202).Last Month I got my SIM Block(Entered PIN wrongly three times).
    Then I went to Reliance Gallery in GhatKopar and requested to provide me another SIM which is suposed to b provided to customer at cost of Rs 100.
    But they ask me to get this Sim card from local vendors who charge around Rs 200-250.
    Why should I go to local vendor When I m supposed to get it from Reliance at low cost.

      My prepaid smart mobile number is [protected].On[protected] I made an easy recharge of Rs.399 from my local dealer and 'Recharge successful' massage was instantly received but activation of the said recharge is yet to be made.During the last 7 days as many as three complaints had been registered through customer care center with distinctive complain ID numbers.But nothing has been done as yet.
      Am I to believe that a company like yours will be so indifferent towards customer grievance and would force the customer to find redressal through the intervention of regulatory bodies or consumer courts?
      I shall be glad enough if I am proved rong.Waiting for an immediate resolution of the matter.

      This complain is about a wrong recharge and of doing misbehaviour upto extreme limit by dealer of reliance communication.I requested for a calling card recharge of Rs. 125 and said him to do only STD calling card recharge.But he make a wrong recharge and make it to the simple recharge.I got nothing in that recharge.Only 0.2 paisa was provided by company.When i requested dealer to do something with this recharge then he start shouting on me and do'nt help me in any manner.He also use some very adult abuses and throw my handset from his shop.
      So i request to higher authority to help me out in this case by taking appropriate action against that dealer.
      Here i am providing some details of that dealer.

      My prepaid reliance no is [protected].A week before on various dates i had got 4 messages from RM-651234 that"Enjoy all India UNLIMITED R-R calls!Recharge with Rs. 399 & get unlimited Local & STD R-R calls for 30 days.Limited period offer."...So yesterday i did a recharge of 399 from my nearest retailer.Recharge done but facility not given to me (neither free reliance calls nor simple talktime)... When i called to reliance customer care on 198 they told, " Free Offer is not there...& there was no talk-time for this wrong recharge."and he told me that he cant help me...For your kind information m using reliance since 6 yrs (on various numbers)this is not a small amount that i can bear.400Rs is a big amount for me.its not 40Rs that i can afford.Please do the needful and let me use the plan or give me the main talk-time of 399 Rsor return my money within a week...Please reply me on swadheen.[protected]@gmail.com .waiting for immediate solution for this matter.

        Reliance India Mobile — Vry poor response of complaions

        They have automaticaaly activated on my number nd there ws msg that is free for me.
        Next day 5 Rs. has been deducted frm my acount balance. Then i have complaint on*333.They note my complaint and told that this will deactivate within 24 hrs.they dni do so.
        after that day i have continuously 4 days call on custmor care..
        every day they say that they have deactivated that. but daily same balance is deducting frm my accouts and cricket scores comes on my cell.

        This is not the 1st time with me........


        Nw i m going to remove this SIM if there is no action quickly.

        I am a regular user of Relience india mobile and i have been facing problems like, in the middle of the meeting ,i'll get a call from the said company about the offers and sms's too. they by themselfs activate any plan for me say jokes, dating etc... and deduct the said amount. when i called the customer care, they asked me about my native place i hail from and when i said i m from bihar , the lady from the other side said "that is why u are like that" and disconnected the call.

        what should i do... i found out that send a sms to 1909 with text "START DND" will stop these calls n sms to come on my mobile, but i couldnt do it successfully. i called on 1909 and it was transferred to relience customer support ... and sms's wont be delivered.
        i m struck and i want these calls and sms to be stopped. apart from that i have no issues with the services of the company.
        My mobile no. is [protected], pls activate do not disturb on my number as soon as possible. I have already complaint with customer care service also.
        I realy disturb with unwanted massege and call. Please !

        Reliance India Mobile — False amount cutted

        dear sir,
        last night(03.04.11)my mobile balance was 55 rs and today my balence had auto cutted by RIM and to ask for a customers care they told that i have used data card from 5 am to 11 am while in thia period i was in journey, I told them taht i was in journey how can i used my data card to drived my motorcycle they told that they cannot do any thing ,
        I asked them to where i make a complain , they told me that no one can do anything in aginst of this.

          I booked one broadband connection with reliance on 2829 at Mall Road, Ludhiana office of Reliance communication. But even after 10 days my connection is not installed and not even the company employees giving any explaination on this and not picking up the phone. The executive present there was Mr. Puneet Kalia.

          Dear Sir,
          I have one problem ( Complain ) against Reliance Service which is given to customer.
          I write here my complain.
          I had applied for a Broadband connection on their website on 16th July, Thursday. I got a call from Reliance Office on the next day. They told me their executive will come to xplain me the plan and to collect the Deposite amt. I told them ok. and the next day the executive (from C.G.Road, Reliance House, Name:- Arun ) came to my home. Explained me the broadband plan. I agree for that plan. ( Plan:- 499 Rs/Month Rent, 100 Kbps speed, Unlimited Surfing Downloading 24x7) I gave him deposite at a moment(18th July, Saturday). BCoz i want to do the online business from home.
          I told him all the things that i want this connection as soon as possible. They gave me commitment that the connection will install within 5 days. after verification and all the things. I agreed for that. then i got 4 to 5 calls of verification everyday for 5 days. they did verification and commit that connection will be install within 2 days. then i was thinks ok. but after a week i didn't got any call or any executive from their side. I was just frustaid. When i called to Mr Arun he told and commited me to install connection within 2 days. I could not understand actualy what happen. it is so lazy service. then after two days i called him again. and he gave me the number of his senior person. his name is Mr Kinnar. but i forced to Mr Arun to do the installation as soon as possible. I trust on him. coz only that person with whom i met face to face. then i was wait for another 5 days. at last the wiring person came at my home (30th Aug, Thursday). and he did his work. and told me that the installation department will come within 2 days for installation. i wait anther 2 days. On saturday 6 PM i was frustaid and i called to Mr Kinnar. Who is the incharge of their process. But he gave me very bad answer "I cant do ur installation process this time coz the 1st Saturday, sunday of the month are weekoff for us." I was very disappointed bcoz of that answer. But luckly two installation person came at my home on Sunday 2nd Aug.. I was really very happy. they told me they will come after check the DP. (DP=from the line was come to home) they checked the DP and came at my home and said me that sorry sir we cant do the installation today bcoz the DP is not working so that department person will check the DP and then we will come again for the installaton.
          I was shocked. I called to Mr Kinnar again. he also talked with the executive and Mr Kinnar said that installation can be possible on monday surly. and today is Monday I dont know what will happen. After this all the thing I really disappointed from the realince service. Actually till today i faced these problm before installtion of the landline. I am thinking now what will happen when installation will done.

          If installation will be not done today then i will never apply for any Reliance Services.

          Please If possible solve my problem as soon as possible..

            Hello, i am using Reliance(CDMA) from last 2 years, But now a days i am not able to call from India Calling Card(650). Many times i complained but customer care are telling that it will solve soon but till now its not solve.

            hi, i'm using the Reliance Netconnect usb data cable. the Reliance company would be coment the speed of netconnecting will be high speed, but i w'd the use of after 2 years, i.e the speed was very poor.

I have submitted all the documents regarding the connection. Till now i have not using your service. If i have called to PGPL either many time calls are not reachable or person not responed up to mark. I request to you, Pl. do needful.

              i am sumit kumar sahu having data card no [protected] is very slow and
              i have gone to the service center and they gave me the solution and i
              am sending the attach file of the job-sheet. If i am giving the data
              card to the asp then they are taking more than 15days to give us the
              service which is very late. When i complained on this matter you have
              not taken any action. When i am contacting to your customer service
              then they are not giving me the proper solution and they misbehaved me
              4 time till now. When i am telling to give the solution they are
              writing a complane and telling me two wait for two days. Like this i
              have waited for 5 months but till now i have not used the internet. So
              i want my money return. I am asking a question that why are they creating these
              bustard things if you have no solution. when your engieneer called me
              on phone to guide i also helped him but it also not worked and i told
              me that the web page is not opening. They told me that we will call
              you with in one day for this solution but they not called me for 3days
              and not till now. If you want anything else then contact me on my

                I Activated My DND on 4/12/2007 .Since 2007 to 2009 continue Getting Promotional SMS & Calls . Like Recharge Offer, Caller Tunes, Inaam Jito & Calls About caller Tunes, Find a friend Within this Period i call Customer care Several times .

                  Hi,
                  I am using a Reliance smart no.[protected]. Some one month back, I got a SMS from RMS(Reliance Music Station) saying that my music subscription is activated, although I have not called for any such service. I called Reliance Customer care[protected] and called customer care executive. He told me that this is done only when the customer opts for such service. I also noticed that my balance was reduced by Rs. 30.

                  Now, today (i.e. 9th March 2009), I again got a SMS saying that my RMS subscription will be renewed tomorrow. I called up the customer care which told me that to deactivate it, I have to dial 57777 and then 2324. But this no. is not recognized in Kolkata. It means that I have to carry my mobile out of Kolkata, and then do as told. I was also told that since I have got the sms, Rs. 30 will be deducted again today or tomorrow whether I deactivate it or not.

                  Now my complaints are as below:
                  1. Deactivate the service ASAP. I haven't activated it at all in the first place.
                  2. Refund the first Rs. 30
                  3. in case extra Rs. 30 is debited for the renewal, refund that too.

                  Please note that we expect a standard company like yours to follow the basic do's and don'ts of service industry. I will forced to bring up the issue to limelight in case this is not solved ASAP.

                  RELIANCE SMART GSM SERVICE — wrongful deduction of money

                  oN DT. 21ST. NOV. 2008, time 11.40.47 am. i received a phone call from
                  no. [protected].on receiving the aforesaid call i learnt that was a
                  recorded one in which a song was sung. after that i did not bother to
                  listen more as i am not interested in these things. same day at 8.38
                  pm (21.11.08 ) i noticed that my balance was shown as rs. 2301- 02
                  which wasactually rs. 2331-02 on date 20-11-08 around 11.40 pm. i won-
                  der what happened to the missing amount of rs. 30 when i had not made
                  any calls nor sent any sms nor subscribed for any caller tunesfrom
                  my number. as a mature, well educated person i am well aware of your
                  antics through which you deduct this sort of amount from many numbers
                  i.e. smart gsm subscribers. i find this act of yours as well-intended
                  ploy to earn money unscrupulously from unsuspecting consumers .
                  As a law-abiding indian citizen i am well- aware of my rights . unless
                  my missing amount of rs. 30 is immediately returned to my account, you
                  will leave me with no optioons but to seek redressal from competent
                  authorities.
                  Further, please do not call my number anymore for advertising or for
                  similar intentions / activities .

                  I was surprised to receive a message at 4:26 P.M on 12.03.2009 in my above mobile that a sum of Rs. 30/- has been deducted from my balance towards renewal subscription for Radio Pack Music, which I never wanted. I am even not aware about the operation of the system in the mobile.

                  Immediately on receiving the message I lodged a complain vide Docket No. 91573711 on 12.03.09 at 5:10 P.M for de-activating the same and refund the amount debited.

                  It is very funny that you take your own decision to activate the services and charge for the same without the knowledge of owner of mobile.

                  In the premises, I shall like you to refund the above amount together with the earlier one immediately when you activated the same.

                  I shall above like you to ban sending me messages from immediate effect and note that if any charge is levied without my written consent. I shall not be liable for payment

                  Dear sir, on my reliance Gsm no. [protected] some so called FUN PACK was activated in sep 2009 which was never activated from my side. i called Reliance Customer care but they said we cant do anything right now except to deactivate the pack. i agreed. after 2days i called Reliance Customer care(*333) to confirm the deactivation.they confirmed deactivation of FUN PACK .
                  But i was astonished when i received a Sms on 10 Oct 2009 that FUN PACK will be renewed on[protected] i called Reliance Customer care again.they said it was not deactivated earlier. but confirmed deactivation of FUN PACK on that very movement.
                  but heights of fraud or negligence, whatever u call it, came, when on[protected]/- more were deducted. and when i called Reliance Customer care(*333) to register the complaint and give me the complaint no. they refused to do so.&to make the situation worse they have stopped attending my calls from that day.
                  what u can do to refund my money or suggest me to withdraw the no. i am an Advocate cum doctor & i do not want to be a part of Org. where such frauds are played & no complaints are attended.

                    I have recharged my RELIANCE NO. with Rs. 110.00 and a tariff plan of Rs. 23.00 which was valid for 1 month. But suddenly after 10 days I saw that my calls are charged at normal call rates. when I enquire about the same, they told me that the tariff plan has been stopped and I can not avail the facility further. Is this right to take full amount for a month a shut the facility before the valid time. It is totally unjustified act by reliance. Due to that I loss a good amount of my talk time, assuming that the tariff voucher is working but the reliance was charging at Normal Rates. When I talk them they say they can't do anything.
                    In my view reliance is the worst kind of mobile service in India where people are charged more than they use.

                    i have reliance connection, now i feel, i have taken a idle connection.becouze i have done with recharge rs.59/- on 27march'09 which services from 10pm to 8am we call free rim to rim. but when i call on 19april '09 at 10.10pm i saw my account balance which is rs.30/- had decucted and a/c balance is nil. when i call to the customer care excutive all of them are said that the plan is changed it is 11pm to 6am. how it is possible, without information reliance mobile has changed their plan.

                    i am very sad that we can not provide satified service to your customer.

                    i request you to kindly re-start the same plan and refund the my deducted balance to my mobile no.[protected].

                        even my 2 sim cards([protected] & [protected]) are inactive on submitting proper proofs (driving licence) to the retailer.
                        reliance people are fooling us they are doing this so thatthey dont have to give daily 4 rs credit to the 1 7357652 people who have taken reliance gsm sim this mostly happen to those who have paid Rs 49 for the sim

                          From Last Few month i am seeing that Reliance is debiting my mobile balance without making any calls, they are setting the caller tunes without client request, when complaning at customer care they are not accepting the complain, and if accepting then giving fake complain nos. i have given several complains and emails also but i found that this is thier pattern of business or company has found new way to come out of Recession. I also like to give a suggestion that company should shut down thier customer care because they customer care is originally Company care. If they wont accept the consumer complain then what is the need of the same

                            the said company has deducted Rs.30/- from my account for caller tune which I'dnt activated.when I complained this to thier customer care they said it was done by mistake and they will deactivate the service n remitt my money to my num.but what they did is they deactivated the service but said it was done by me n they will not refund the money.When i said them that this is not true they said we cant do anything n u do whatever u wish.

                              I strongly recommend NOT TO GO FOR RELIANCE BROADBAND CONNECTION because the speed and support provided by them is worst. It's worst than governament support.

                              I have a loged a complain with reliance about my speed problem 100s of times, with customer care help line. They are not intrested to solve the problem, even after proving that I am getting speed less tan 20 kbps, most of the time even 8kbps, with the site the customer care executives asked me for.Then I asked to stop my servece on 12 feb 2009.customer csre executive name Rana.complaint no.88883852.I asked him to stop my service. But till date it is not stopped, and Reliance is demanding bill payment and issuing me bills for which I had stopped using service. They are not interested to solve the problems, but issue next bill and make people defolters. Shame on Reliance Support...

                                I have received so many calls each and everyday from reliance communication no [protected], [protected], [protected] for activating caller tunes since morning 7:00 AM TO 10:00 pm for this i had called to customer care to stop all these calles as on 02/02/2009 and they gave me a request no 87778569 which will be addressed within 30 days or minimum 12 hour but that all process was wasted because still i am getting all this type of call.

                                please take a hard action against this company

                                      We've subscribed for 600kbps speed Reliance Broadband for 3 months @ Rs. 4715.75 from 20-Jan-2009. The service so far is PATHETIC and I feel like using the word 'It Sucks' for the following reasons:

                                      #1. They took the payment in advance and now show irregularities in providing services and consistent poor/no network connectivity.
                                      #2. The network connectivity is never 600Kbps as assured. My Vodafone mobile Internet with 56 kbps used to have better connectivity.'
                                      #3. The net connection is so slow that I can personally go and deliver the mail instead of composing an e-mail. Moreover, most of the times the internet fails to get established.
                                      #4. When complained to customer care, they promise to resolve the issue in '24-hrs' time which is on much higher end. The customer care executive gives harsh responses and false promises to resolve the issue and keeps one waiting till decades.

                                      The latest of the several complaint numbers we got is 90854284. The earlier one was 87516389 and we've talked to customer care dogs named Praful, Vaibhav and Nikhil (all from mumbai location) who did nothing but to agree upon Reliance Broadband's pathetic service and connectivity issues.

                                        RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS LTD — TEARS FOR THE REFUND OF SECURITY

                                        My self KAMLA DEVI(65 years old SENIOR CITIZEN), Prop. Of M/S KDM COMPUTECH, AMRITSAR. I was working with Reliance communication Ltd. as a Local Business Associate.
                                        I was resigned from distributionship of reliance on TWO YEARS AGO with one month notice period. I have sent so many mails to contact persons but still wating for our settlement.circle head/Local Business Heads are unable to gives me any committment for settlement. They all fail to fulfill their committment and making fool to others and again appointing Local Business Associates so that they can eat ther security money too. I want that the concerned person should be investigated and sent to JAIL, if found guilty. I have written so many complaints to TRAI regarding the irregularties. I THINK THAT AMBANIS ARE INFLUENTIAL AND THAT'S WHY THEY ARE CHEATING THE PUBLIC.

                                        Reliance Communication — REFUND OF AMOUNT

                                        1. I have a reliance communication mobile GSM No [protected] in Delhi. Company frequently provides any service without my any type of confirmation and deduct amount from MY BALANCE. Whenever I tried to connect their customer care they reply now service has been stopped now but they do not REFUND MY BALANCE. This type hapening occures thrice with me.

                                        (a) First time deducting amount was Rueees - 30/-
                                        (b) Second time deducting amount was Rueees - 59/-
                                        (c) Third time deducting amount was Rueees - 30/-

                                        2. In view of the above may I kindly request you to kindly seek the mater and make comapny to refund my amount and also instruct to the company not to harash any customer in this regard.

                                        Reliance Communications — Awaiting refund for the past 11 months

                                        To Reliance Communications,

                                        This is to complain that i am awaiting my refund of Rs. 277.49 ever since my account[protected] was closed last year on 21/06/2010. I have called their customer service several times, last spoke to Usha Mandal the manager in customer service on 07/04/2011 who said she was forwarding my complaint to the rapid assistance team giving me an interaction id [protected]. However i am yet to hear from anyone. Also she asked to mail [protected]@relianceada.com which i had done on 12/2/11 and did so again on 07/04/2011. The only response i received was an response on 09/04/[protected] saying they have already escalated my issue to the concerned team and they would contact me at the earliest. Somehow the earliest has translated to months...which is yet to come. The customer service for Reliance is certainly pathetic. I regret and will never again make a mistake of taking another Reliance product. If they want to resolve this they can call me on [protected].
