Register DND But getting Sms & Calls

I Activated My DND on 4/12/2007 .Since 2007 to 2009 continue Getting Promotional SMS & Calls . Like Recharge Offer, Caller Tunes, Inaam Jito & Calls About caller Tunes, Find a friend Within this Period i call Customer care Several times .
But they are not listened my Query .Daily Getting 5-6 Massages from to My Number [protected].
Please Guide Me How i Go to Court ? What is the Charges? How it Will Stop.

Wrongful deduction of money

Hi,
I am using a Reliance smart no.[protected]. Some one month back, I got a SMS from RMS(Reliance Music Station) saying that my music subscription is activated, although I have not called for any such service. I called Reliance Customer care[protected] and called customer care executive. He told me that this is done only when the customer opts for such service. I also noticed that my balance was reduced by Rs. 30.

Complaint about Reliance Mobile Tariff Plan

I have recharged my RELIANCE NO. with Rs. 110.00 and a tariff plan of Rs. 23.00 which was valid for 1 month. But suddenly after 10 days I saw that my calls are charged at normal call rates. when I enquire about the same, they told me that the tariff plan has been stopped and I can not avail the facility further. Is this right to take full amount for a month a shut the facility before the valid time. It is totally unjustified act by reliance....

sir...my reliance number [protected] is inactive for last 20 days...!! i had submitted proper documents( my driving license's photocopy)...first it worked well for starting 20 days and then got inactive...

deduction of money without my knowledge

the said company has deducted Rs.30/- from my account for caller tune which I'dnt activated.when I complained this to thier customer care they said it was done by mistake and they will deactivate the service n remitt my money to my num.but what they did is they deactivated the service but said it was done by me n they will not refund the money.When i said them that this is not true they said we cant do anything n u do whatever...

I strongly recommend NOT TO GO FOR RELIANCE BROADBAND CONNECTION because the speed and support provided by them is worst. It's worst than governament support.

I have a loged a complain with reliance about my speed problem 100s of times, with customer care help line. They are not intrested to solve the problem, even after proving that I am getting speed less tan 20 kbps, most of the time even 8kbps, with the site the customer...

UNWANTED CALL RECEIVED FROM RELIANCE

Dear Team,
I have a reliance mobile phone which no is [protected].
Complain:-
I have received so many calls each and everyday from reliance communication no [protected], [protected], [protected] for activating caller tunes since morning 7:00 AM TO 10:00 pm for this i had called to customer care to stop all these calles as on 02/02/2009 and they gave me a request no 87778569 which will be addressed within 30 days or minimum...

Bill paid 2 times but money not refunded

Unstable and very poor network connectivity

We've subscribed for 600kbps speed Reliance Broadband for 3 months @ Rs. 4715.75 from 20-Jan-2009. The service so far is PATHETIC and I feel like using the word 'It Sucks' for the following reasons:

#1. They took the payment in advance and now show irregularities in providing services and consistent poor/no network connectivity.
#2. The network connectivity is never 600Kbps as assured. My Vodafone mobile...

I have requested an Internet connection from Reliance Communications for house hold purpose on 05/Feb/2009, also I told them I have a Wireless router and the connection which I am looking for should work for that, and they took 9 days to get it setup at my house and finally they show up on 14/Feb/2009 and set the modem and found it requires to pass through login screen every time and it can not be connected...

Reliance is the worst Telecom Service provider in India

Dear Sir/Madam
I got made Reliance One card at Reliance Outlet in Reliance Werllness Outlet, Jaipur in 2008 .The Temporary Card No.: is [protected] but till now Permanent Card has not been received. On asking reply at Customer Care Desk was requirement of 10 transactions. I have done more than the required figure but no trace of card till now.

all calls are barred

i am a regular user of SMART GSM service and had been using my no:[protected] since last one year. To my astonishment i found that my no is not having incoming and outgoing facility when i received a message from +52088. How is this possible . I tried calling the customer service 1000 times but all in vain.they gave me a complaint number for reference i.e.90249934 They even don't know the reason. Tell me where should i go with this complain....
