[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Voice chat issue

Respected sir, i am vishesh chandra using reliance phone from many years my number is [protected].sir from past many months i am totally disturbed from this services. before requesting any services they have activated many sercives like VOICE CHAT, COLLER TUNES ETC, and they have deducted amount form my phone BALANCE with out informing to me it has been repeated many times so plse i REQUEST U TO TAKE RESONABLE ACTION ON THIS COMPLAINT. Allready I have registered many complaints to the custmer care but there was no action taken from their side Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

they r bloody hole and becoming a millionaire by doing same this we have to compain against them in TRAI .and if any hacker/cracker is reading my this message then im requesting them that he made such kind of software's or find codes by using them consumers get back their money which these mother[censored]ers deducted from the customers account

i am from Siliguri, West Bengl, i am using reliance net connect, , but during one week net speed is running very slow both in download & surfing...it is giving me at around 60kbps...which was gave me one month ago approx 200kbps...I am using 2g net in reliance (RC 99/-)..plz kindly solve my problem...
