Reliance Communications — set caller tune without my permission

My RIM No is [protected] and it is a prepaid connection.I con not contract with the customer care executives from my cell. I assume that my number has been blocked by customer care. Please do the needful as I can contract with you.

My RIM mobile no is [protected], prepaid connection, without my permission they activated caller tune & deducted balance, it is my request that pl deactivate the same & return my balance, & pl do not act such type of activities in future.

I Iqbal shaikh kasam have ask for internet connection for which i paid cheque of Rs 500 date 12/7/09 of Maharashtra coperative bank ltd cheque no 631596 and he gave acknowledgement of payment no [protected]
but after waiting for almost 10 day they call me telling that we can provide the connection when i inquire about my document they said it ok but they have some problem
now plz tell me what to do my contact no [protected]
plz see my complain and solve it as fast as u can
