[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Regarding Bill generation after 3-months of broadband termination

I terminated my connection in the month of may 2009.Till now my account is not closed in the data base.Last month I raised a complaint regarding extra bill.Customer service persons came up saying that I should pay Rs840.And they told this is the last amount I should pay and I will be not getting any further bills.But again in the month of august 2009, they came up saying I should pay again Rs440, and they are saying that this is the last bill.If they keep on saying this word every month then how much money reliance is taking from customers.I am getting disturbed every month with these reliance customer care calls.They are no generating the bills Efficiently.

After three months of my terminations now again customerservice called me up and asking termination reasons and termination request number.What work the people doing for this three month I am not getting.I will be busy in my work so how can i keep all these details after termination of connection?

Please take necessary action and take proper action so that reliance communication will not repeat this extra bill and take money from the customers.

As a customer with a belief of reliance group I opted for this net connection.In future I will be advising my friends not to take up reliance connection.This is very irritating every month generating bill after termination and saying that I have not returned the instruments.

Reliance Communications — Bill generation after termination of postpaid connection

I've submitted the written applicaiton for disconnecting the Post paid datacard on 11th july 2008 and paid the o/s amount till date vide cheques to Ganpati communicatio, sec 15, gurgaon.
but to my surprise i'm still getting bills and calls for payment of bills generated after the application.

They(Ganpati) say just ignore the bills as these are generated due to the system problem but on the other hand customer care says your connection is active and we have not received any application for disconnecting of connection and you have to pay the bills.

We have to visit the Ganpati communication again, they made me to talk to Mr Suresh Singh, incharge of termination & customer retention dept, Reliance comm. He assured me that your connection is disconnected but ignore the bills. I will forward the bill waiver applicaition but pay the current cycle bill as disconeccting takes 7-8 days. Point seems valid to me so i paid the current month bill of Rs 387 by credit card on the spot.

But again next month i got the bill for the minimum rent ie Rs 730 and after few days i started getting calls from Reliance comm for payment of o/s bills ( 2 bills o/s) - one which was supposed to be waived by Mr Suresh Singh ( [protected]) .

I'm really frustrated by this whole incident. i'm not using my datacard but was being forced to pay the bills...

customer care service record is not updated or doesnot tally witht the records of their service /web world... amazing ;-)

My last payment was Rs.530 dated 24/10/2008 through Receipt no: 162709.



As confirm with customer care as off now this connection is not in my Name. So they are unable to take my any information.

But bill is coming continuously.

Till date no body has came to collect the instrument from my location.



So we are requesting to send the person to collect the instrument and reverse all dues regarding this account.

We have not used this connection since last three month back.



So please reverse all dues and close my account immediately.

I will not responsible for any payment against this connection after my last payment of Rs.530 dated 24/10/2008.



Please confirm the same as soon as possible.

I've been your customer for past 1 year.I have taken Rs.449 plan and my add on number is [protected].Recent days iam facing the problems like lack of service availability, payment of my bill till due date.etc., After due date iam able to pay my bill with penalty.Iam paying the bill for caller tune which i have not requested you to add it.Please sort out this problem as soon as possible.Otherwise I can choose a better service provider

Reliance Broadband Connection — Non termination & generation of bill

This is absolutely bizzare situation, I am facing for Relaince braodband.

I got my number disconnected in Sept'10 still bills are being generated. I thought lets get over this. So paid the amount whatever was left in Dec'10 still bills are coming. For the sake of no complaint I agian submitted Rs.500/- for termination but reliance is not giving any written receipt for that.

I am IndranilKundu , take Reliance Broad Band Connection Unlimited Plane.But in April I apply for terminate Connection & telephone Line
My complain No:[protected] &[protected]. But They provide Bill Rs 650/- April month. In This bill they Charge late Fees Rs100 Bcoz we Pay late.
It is Not my fault Reliance representative every month come my home & collect bill. he came late. So its not my fault . i inform customer service .
They Tell me reduce my charges 100 this month bill.After payment the Terminate My Line . But This month They call for payment May month Bill 650.
why I pay bill? Full May Month They Terminated my Line.

So I there Fore request u Plz take a step quickly.
