[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Regarding Bill

THIS IS VERY SURPRISED THAT AFTER SEVERAL REMINDER THROUGH PHONE, MAIL AND COMPLAINTS TILL DATE I AM NOT RECEIVED THE SAME, AND FOR THIS I SUFFER MAINTALY AND FININCALY.

I ESCALATE THIS MATTER TO MR. AMIT SINGHAINA (CHAIRMAIN'S OFFICE), MR. SAYED (APPELLATE DEPARTMENT), AND MANY MORE IN YOUR HEAD OFFICE, MUMBAI, BUT ALL OF THIS VERY USELESS.

THIS IS GREAT EXPERINCE WITH RELIANCE COMMUNICATION (A ANIL DHIRUBANI AMBANI GROUP)

Till date I am not received the same and today I lodge new complaint No.[protected] regarding bill not received to your executive Mr. Deepak at customer care.

A part from this I have received a call from your bill collection department (Mr. Sanjeev Mb. No. [protected]) on[protected], he used very tough language with my wife because at that time I am in office.

I AM ALREADY TOLD YOU THAT I AM NOT PAY MY BILL UNTILL MY BILL NOT RECEIVED.

I am using you connection since 1.5 years and pay my bill timely, this is first time I facing lot of problems from your side.

I request you kindly look into this matter and do the needful.......URGENT.
