Reliance Communications — In Reference to Post Paid 440 plan

Dear Sir,
I am using reliance communications postpaid plan 440 (mob. No.[protected]) since Aug 2008. All calls to reliance mobile including smart GSM in Bihar was free in this plan. But, from 18 Aug they stopped free calls to smart mobiles without any intimations. My complaints are as follows:
1. No intimations by any mean to change the plan tariffs.
2. I made call to customer care after found unexpected unbilled amount but he assured me that there was no change in my tariff and everything will be cleared only after generation of bill. Company should take action against such executives.
3. After some time I came to know that they have stopped free calls to reliance smart mobile which was continue since starting of this connection and it was promised to continue on this mobile also.
4. No prior intimation caused Rs. 3000. Extra unbilled amount. This is unnecessary burden on me.
5. In Postpaid Connection , Company can not change the plan, I have taken this connection because calling on smart numbers are free, but comapny has changed the plan and making charges on smart calling also,
6. I had word with Customer care Executive but No reliance executive has given satisfactory answer on this and always I was told that matter is forwarded. Even after 1 week my problem is unsolved.
7. On asking about change in tariffs they are telling this is TRAI rule. But company should fulfill there promise that made to customer.
8. Company should waive the amount that was charged without intimation.
Sir, my case may be considered properly so that I and other customers like me can get justice and company's cheating could stopped.

Reliance — NO CREDIT OF AMOUNT GIVEN

I HAVE DONE RECHARGE OF RS. 100 FROM MY ICICI BANK ACCOUNT.
BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY MESSAGE FROM RELIANCE COMPANY OR FROM YOUR SIDE.

Sir,

2. On 22 Aug I made call to customer care (Mr. Dattatrey) after found unexpected unbilled amount but he assured me that there was no change in my tariff and everything will be cleared only after generation of bill (bill date on 8 Sept.). Company should take action against such executives.
3. On 24 Aug I came to know that they have stopped free calls to reliance smart mobile which was continue since starting of this connection and it was promised to continue on this mobile also.
4. No prior intimation caused Rs. 1680. Extra unbilled amount. This is unnecessary burden on me.
5. Due to security reason only I kept credit limit to Rs. 1000 (from Rs. 6000) only. But, unbilled amount is more than credit limit. No reliance executive has given satisfactory answer on this.
6. My outgoing barred on 25 Aug while I had complaint about this already on 24 Aug. I continue calling from 24 Aug to customer care but always I was told that matter is forwarded. Even after 1 week my problem is unsolved.
7. On asking about change in tariffs they are telling this is TRAI rule. But company should fulfill there promise that made to customer.
8. Company should waive the amount that was charged without intimation.

3. On 20 Aug I came to know that they have stopped free calls to reliance smart mobile which was continue since starting of this connection and it was promised to continue on this mobile also.
4. No prior intimation caused Rs. 700. Extra unbilled amount. This is unnecessary burden on me.
5. I continue calling from 20 Aug to customer care but always I was told that matter is forwarded. Even after 1 week my problem is unsolved.

i agree with Dhananjay kumar and vikas sharma...
i have a reliance broadband connection.
when we call to costomer care for some assistance, they miss guiding us and that leeding to the over billing...
luckily due to my system failure(i have not used much data), i got the bill RS 1330/- that is around 350/- more of my regular bill...
if my system has worked properly for about 2 or 3 days more, my bill will be around 2 thousand...
This all happened only due to their miss guidance... and there should be some programming errors or bugs and thay leeding to over billing...
Even after they got their mistake, their response is too ugly, that is far from honesty and their promises.
they talking like they can't able to do any thing after the bill has generated...
Is there nothing to do..? Is their computers dont accept less money then the bill produced due to their irresponsibilities?...

I fully agree with the kind of agony faced by Vikash.

I too had faced a similar problem.

Reliance must inform its users in prior, in case there is any kind of change in the plan.

reliance gsm (postpaid) — always extra charges in bill

they always give incomplete/wrong details to consumer and make there bills of high amount.And when consumer try to make it right then they do not solve it. they only gives excuses to consumers.
