[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Online Recharge not done | |
I had recharged (top-up) my prepaid reliance mobile no. 9377450 for Rs. 200/- on dated 17.09.2009 using the ONLINE recharge option available on the official website of Reliance Communications. The payment was routed through HDFC Bank account. However, my number was not recharged following which I had complained about it at the Reliance Web World, Wardhaman Nagar, Nagpur. The executive’s response was surprisingly that Reliance Mobile does not provides ONLINE recharge facility to which I argued as the link for same is available on their official website. However, as a cross verification action, I took up the matter with the HDFC Bank to which their response is that they have verified the success of transaction with my mobile service provider & they have confirmed about the successful recharge. On my continuos persistence for reimbursing the said amount on account o[censored]nsuccessful recharge, i was told that the account was top-up by an insignificant amount of Rs. 0.02/- (Two Paise Only). However, my argument to this is as mine is a Life Time Prepaid Card, i don't need any another monthly recharges, hence only my talk-time should have been topped up. Besides this, their is no mention about this anywhere on the website. I am using Reliance No. [protected]. I would like to complaint that without any request from me, I have been charged for Voice chat and caller tones on so many occassions. I have requested to your customer care to unsubscribe the same. I was told that needfull will be done after 45 days. I again have been charged the subscription charges. Now I request to kindly credit the amount charged to me without any request from my side, failing which I have no option except to close the aforesaid No. or move to Consumer Court.

I had recharged my mobile with Rs. 201/- on 6th oct 2010 and it will works for two days and now today it goes to under suspension I don't know why it is happen. I also go to the webworld but those peopel cant help me. now my mobile is not working. i do not know what to do??
please help me on this. If you do not help then why you run the communication services? Such a poor service of Reliance. If you do not update your system regarding any offer then please close down these services

I am using reliance data card no. [protected], , , , , , , it was post paid, , , , , i request web world to shift it to prepaid on approx 12 sep...after contacting them many times, , , , it was changed but still not working, , , i go to web world they say come with ur laptop v dont hav usb ports, , i dont hav laptop, , still not working, , , , today i went service centre they demanding exact date of purchasing, , , , , my data card is under warranty, , , after 1 & half month its still not working, , , , wht i do can anybody suggest me
i had purchased a GSM connection on 24th of october bcoz of Saturday and sunday problem firstly it was started on 27th and then shopkeeper made a recharge of ruppees 51 for making the call rate 0.50 paise and till now this service is not started on my moblile and compony sent me message on 28th of october that your call rates wil be shorten after 48 hours and till now this service is not start on my mobile when i was talking to Customer care they was talked with me with a very rude behaviour so i wiish to make complaint to Reliance main office. so i wish to make solve my problem as soon as possible.

Dear Sir,I did a recharge of rs 800 for reliance data card internet connection. But, it was unsuccessful. Now the retailer is not returning the amount.

RELIANCE COMMUNICATION PREPAID RECHARGE — Recharge of Rs. 0.02 only given on payment of Rs 200/-
On 16.12.08 I paid Rs. 200/- through internet (ICICI BANK) against recharge of my prepaid mobile no. [protected] (Life Time Validity connection).I got SMS :"Dear CUSTOMER, YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN RECHARGED WITH Rs. .02, Amount payable is Rs 200.Thank you. Reliance"
On contacting CUSTOMER SERVICE on 17.12.08 at Mumbai I WAS TOLD THAT SINCE RECHARGE PACKAGE IS OF Rs. 201/- and you have paid only Rs. 200/- Reliance on their own have given talk time of only Rs .02 and rest goes to validity.I told him (Mr Samir at Mumbai that since I have got life time validity and if 200/-topup was not available, the company should have denied(not allowed to proceed) this recharge and money should have been refunded to the same ICICI a/c.Mr Samir told that nothing can be done and company has no policy to refund the money.Itold him that this is high-handedness(MRTP).Atleast he should register my complaint, on which he pleaded helplessness.
Pl take up this case and help me and many other likewise sufferers.
