Reliance Communications — Plan Activation | |
Dear Sir/Madam, I got a call from Reliance on 02/03/2010 from the number [protected] in which they asked me to listen some of their plan. After listening to their plan I told them that I do not require any such plan yet and in case if I will require any such plan in future, I will contact you from my side. Being saying this, Reliance has activated that plan on my mobile phone and has deducted the amount of that plan from my balance account which is totally unfair. When I made the complain to the company regarding this, then they said that this service has been activated from your side which is totally verbose. Reliance Communications — Non activation of change of plan
Sir,My reliance mobile number is [protected]. I requested for a change in plan from postpaid to prepaid and cleared all the dues. But the bills and consequently notices keep coming asking for payments for post paid. We visited the local office ' n' number of times but all that is only futile. Moreover, they say that our request has not been updated in their records due to some problem that existed with their franchisees. This is highly embarrassing and the harrassment over phones is highly irritating. Please help us resolve this.
