I am writing this email to you because of the misleading behaviour of the Reliance web world Representatives located at CMH road Bangalore. Many times I have been misguided by the reliance web word guys. The names of these guys are follows:
1) Iftkaar (Manager)
2) Neelkant
3) Alwin
Here is the problem, I am using data card # [protected] from past one and half year. I have not faced any problem till it was post-paid connection, but as if I am not using the internet frequently, I converted this number from post-paid to prepaid and then I stared suffering problem with this.
I went to Reliance web world (#540, C.M.H. Road, Indira Nagar, and Bangalore 560038) and discussed the issue with customer care (Neelakant), he gave two offers
1) Recharge with 110 rupees and get life time validity and then recharge with the amount which you like most
2) Recharge with 111 rupees with which you will get one month validity and 5 hours internet usages
I accepted the second plan and asked him to recharge the number, but unfortunately I got 5 hour usages only without any validity, I contacted the customer care again and they said they have taken may complaint and forwarded to backend team, in this way they told me to follow-up with them, after following with them 3 or 4 times they said that, I have to recharge with 110 rupees and there is no other option.
During this period I found how inefficient guys are working in the Reliance Web world located at CMH road Bangalore, they don’t respect customers time, they never full fill their commitment, more over the worse thing is they are misguiding the customer which is shameful for the reliance. The manger Mr. Iftkaar he don’t know how to talk to customers, he himself misguiding customers, then what we can expect with other staff of the Reliance web word. So far at CMH rad Reliance web word, I have not seen a single person who is good in communication and knowledgeable. The time I asked to the manager Iftkar, that I will escalate the issue to higher level, he become very furious and said you can do whatever you like we don’t care any one, the comment made me write this email to you.
Here I am not saying that everyone is 100% perfect but the behaviour shown by these guys is totally un-professional and unacceptable. So request the concern authorities to take strict actions against above mentioned reliance Web world guys (#540, C.M.H. Road, Indira Nagar, and Bangalore 560038), who is trying to make demolish the reliance respect for the customer.
reliance broadband The executive guy took 500 rupees CHQ for installation charges and promised that connection will be given within 3 OR 4 DAYS max. Executive has collected the chq 20/06/2011, after 10 days they said that they have some technical problem with the connection I called them many times for my installation but always keep telling your problem solve in 1 hour 2 hour now they are not lifting my call itself. The person who has taken my money is (sourabh [protected]) and he is in excutive for my area.
They have given receipt/acknowledge for Rs 500 and its number is [protected].
I have found this mail as last hope to get out this junk reliance. Can you please help me in getting my refund back and penalised the reliance for harassing the customers.
I DONT EXPECT THESE TYPE OF PROBLEMS WITH RELIANCE
