dear sir,
i m from ahmedabad and i m leveing at high poss area in navrangpura muslim society, i have apply new broadband connection in reliance boradband but he is employ is not work properly sir today is 7th day and not install my broadband connection tell me me kya karu inke wajah se mera sara kam ruk gaya he pls sent me replay

reliance broadband The executive guy took 500 rupees CHQ for installation charges and promised that connection will be given within 3 OR 4 DAYS max. Executive has collected the chq 20/06/2011, after 10 days they said that they have some technical problem with the connection I called them many times for my installation but always keep telling your problem solve in 1 hour 2 hour now they are not lifting my call itself. The person who has taken my money is (sourabh [protected]) and he is in excutive for my area.

They have given receipt/acknowledge for Rs 500 and its number is [protected].

I have found this mail as last hope to get out this junk reliance. Can you please help me in getting my refund back and penalised the reliance for harassing the customers.


I DONT EXPECT THESE TYPE OF PROBLEMS WITH RELIANCE



BEWARE DO NOT BUY RELIANCE BROADBAND CONNECTION

      Think Before you go with Reliance...
      The sales rep will take your money without the proper service and will send you email saying

      true.I second that

      Reliance sucks really. Believe me they have a poor software team and equally unresponsive and unconvincing telephone guys who have been told to resolve customer grievances.
      I have a 10gb day and 10gb night plan.

      They (freaking reliance) charged me Rs.1300 more because they say, that their system shows that i have downloaded 2.5 gbs more than my limit, whereas when I check it on the "my services page", the page still shows underused amount of data. When i call them and complain about the issue they say that their "myservices" page is still being worked upon and hence cannot be trusted. So they tell me that I always have to download the "my usage" from my services into excel sheet and then apply "filters" in excel and "some add functions" to accurately see the exact downloads split into day and night separately. This is the full proof way i can track and thus (personally) limit my usage.

      then they say: they cannot help me and i have to pay the full amount.

      Don't know what to do...these butt-heads are so freaking mean and they don't even listen to consumers properly, simply keep repeating that they have no powers and that i have to pay the bill. SCREW RELIANCE

      I would never recommend buying reliance to anyone. Buy Tata Photon...Ratan tata is such a noble man. Anil dirubhai is not...mean business man always ready to raid poor and helpless customers pocket.
      Once my friend had some complaint regarding billing from tata photon. They (tata customer grievance cell) did not even consider it twice before issuing him a waiver. Tata is that good.
      Buy tata. Reliance is not at all good. Tata has better speeds as well.

        I lost my mobile phone with the SIM card [protected]. that number is there with me since 2007. Immediately I have incormed to custmer care to lock/blockther number I have also provided all the information about my identity still then executive became hesitate to lock the number. There are chances of misuse of the number. Once again I request u to please blcok the number till I go for the same number after fulfilling the formalities.

          I am writing this email to you because of the misleading behaviour of the Reliance web world Representatives located at CMH road Bangalore. Many times I have been misguided by the reliance web word guys. The names of these guys are follows:

          1) Iftkaar (Manager)
          2) Neelkant
          3) Alwin

          Here is the problem, I am using data card # [protected] from past one and half year. I have not faced any problem till it was post-paid connection, but as if I am not using the internet frequently, I converted this number from post-paid to prepaid and then I stared suffering problem with this.
          I went to Reliance web world (#540, C.M.H. Road, Indira Nagar, and Bangalore 560038) and discussed the issue with customer care (Neelakant), he gave two offers

          1) Recharge with 110 rupees and get life time validity and then recharge with the amount which you like most
          2) Recharge with 111 rupees with which you will get one month validity and 5 hours internet usages

          I accepted the second plan and asked him to recharge the number, but unfortunately I got 5 hour usages only without any validity, I contacted the customer care again and they said they have taken may complaint and forwarded to backend team, in this way they told me to follow-up with them, after following with them 3 or 4 times they said that, I have to recharge with 110 rupees and there is no other option.

          During this period I found how inefficient guys are working in the Reliance Web world located at CMH road Bangalore, they don’t respect customers time, they never full fill their commitment, more over the worse thing is they are misguiding the customer which is shameful for the reliance. The manger Mr. Iftkaar he don’t know how to talk to customers, he himself misguiding customers, then what we can expect with other staff of the Reliance web word. So far at CMH rad Reliance web word, I have not seen a single person who is good in communication and knowledgeable. The time I asked to the manager Iftkar, that I will escalate the issue to higher level, he become very furious and said you can do whatever you like we don’t care any one, the comment made me write this email to you.

          Here I am not saying that everyone is 100% perfect but the behaviour shown by these guys is totally un-professional and unacceptable. So request the concern authorities to take strict actions against above mentioned reliance Web world guys (#540, C.M.H. Road, Indira Nagar, and Bangalore 560038), who is trying to make demolish the reliance respect for the customer.

            I have given net connection in month of septomber & after two net not working properly I in form the reliance officer but he donot give any positive reponce , I told him dissconet the connection after that he dissconet the connection . after one month later i have given the net bill. I complaint the custmer care but donot give any positive reponce .untill now I receive more than 5 monthly bill.what can I do pls give me suggetion.

              I purchased the card on net through Vriti interactive.com Mr.Amit Yadav on 20 Jan. Reliance delivered the card at home took all documents, payment in cash and assured it will start working by 22 Jan'10. On 22 Jan they carried out the verification. regret the card is not activated. 23 different executives in reliance have been contacted from call centre person to Nodal Officer in Pune. mails have been sent to corporate office, customer care, assuarance centre etc. And all have promptly forwarded the complaint up but account is still dead. It looks Mr.Ambani's ancestors have left lot of funds and his team down is just sleeping and warming chairs. But till when will this happen. I earnestly request all who wish to have such ineternet service go with TATA if not BSNL. I have in the mean time go BSNL which is working fine. My contribution to reliance I shall write of as alms to Mr.Ambani and his team. I would term people like Mr.Amit Yadav as criminals even worst then terrorist who are looting this country. Nodal Officers like M/S.Preeti, it is shame and it speaks of quality standard of Reliance customer service. I am surprised how she gets sleep in the night by earning her salary for which she is not doing any service.
              I shall pray and see that day when Reliance crumbles and their employees are on the street.

              Reliance Broadband — Regarding the network and all the employee staff criminals

              There is problem in their network. I am not able to login to internet as there is problem in the relaince server. We cannot directly login, we need to change some settings aswell as need to reset the network adapter as well as router then only it accept the connections, and i am able to connect to the network. These all takes more than hour to connect me to internet by doing all these.
              Due to the frustration i had not paid the bill. The have all the criminals and indeciplined staff for customer relation ship, and bill confirmation. First thing this anil ambani dont know what he is selling. Really act like a stupid, consumer are need to happy with the service provider is the key to success, and primary goal then only he can able to generate revenue he desired. He dont know what he is doing, one time may happen we will not know where he disappeared from the market, real stupid.
              TOTALLY AGREE same problem faced frequent disconnection speed much much slower than promised
              These customer representative are the worst humans ever met they give wrong information and fool people they should be made to stand in the line and shot.
              Harass during official hours give wrong information wrong charges

                i have lost my reliance net connector, it was bearing number [protected] and was postpaid connection. i went to the reliance store to block that number completly, but they said we can stop outgoing only.. but you will receive monthly rental.. now tell me for what service i should pay the rental.. i want to block it completly so that i should not receive any rental please help me out...

                    I went to the reliance world at sector-7,,the person their told me that it will be activated again within 2 or 3 days...
                    I went again after 3 days they told me that don't know anything and suggested to ask the customer care..when i asked customer care they told me to ask the reliance world again...
                    when i complaint to the executive manager of the customer care he told me that go and buy another sim...
                    so i just want this to your kind attention that i want my sim to be active or i want my money back...

                        I have a mobile connection of Reliance GSM in Dec. 2009 & I give my Voter ID & Photo. when i came out from shop a another person went in shop for purchase SIM card. Due to reason that i go back to shop than i saw that the Retailer of Reliance has copied my ID & photo for his number also. when i ask to the person whose number has been activated he told me that the retailer has charged Rs.50/- extra from him due to not giving ID. Retailer's address is "Priya Etterprises, 33/2, Hari Nagar, Opp. new anaj mandi, Near NH-8, Gurgaon (Haryana). Please take some actions.

                          Hello,

                          I am residing in Bangalore and decided to go for Reliance Netconnect+ Broadband connection. I regeistered my phone number online on 10th Jan'10 and next day got a call to buy it. A sales man came to my house same day at 8pm itself, sold the datacard for 3500/- and took all the required documents for verification(Rental agreement , Passport copy, Driving License). Fortunately After two days my services got activated but on 22nd Jan10 they discontinued my services, when i called them tthey told me due to negative address verification your services has been discontinued. I lodged a compliant for that, next day the guy called me on mobile and told me that your mobile number(Imagine calling on my mobile and saying it is invalid) is invalid that's why we have deactivated your connection. After that I visited reliance webworld forum.Response waas negative stating that this problem is from backend team we cannt do anything.They have given nodal office number I called several times they told me that after 10 mins we will call you back ...never got call. I called call centre people they replied your case is in process..

                          I am really frustrated by their response.
                          Now I dont want to use their services because I dont know in future again they will disable it without informing me.
                          I want my money back
                          Please help me in this regard.

                            Respected Sir,

                            My mobile no is [protected] which is a reliance gsm prepaid sim card,and my problem is that when a call is made the opponent receives the call but my voice is not heard and therefore i lose my balance without talking from past 3-4 months.
                            i have tried complaining about the same and the reply i receive is the most shocking one, they say that the problem is occurring due to network congestion and it will continue occurring.

                              I have applied for reliance netconnect Data card (Reliance Netconnect High Speed 1x ) on 21-Dec-2009. I've made payment through internet banking (website Connectindia.in) of Rs.2,250/-. The sales official of the website committed me the delivery of card in 24 hours. I have not yet received the data card (till today 25-Jan-2010). We are trying to contact reliance data card officials (Mr. Kamlesh Ozha [protected]) on phone but he is not answering the phone neither he is willing to deliver the data card. I was about to get a assignment from a company to do for which we needed internet at home. The opportunity (of Rs.50,000/-) is lost due to non availability of the internet and I would blame reliance company for loss of opportunity for me due to their faulty sales network. Please help me to get my money back alongwith the damage they did to me.

                              Reliance Netconnect High Speed Data Card — Data card is not activated yet

                              Hi Sir,

                              I purchased one Reliance Netconnect High speed data card at 18th July 2009 through internet booking but the card is not activated yet.
                              I call to the customer care but every time I got same resolution that your request is in solving stage. I brought this connection through Vriti Infocom (channel partner) but now nobody is replying me why the delay is happening.
                              I would like to bring in to your notice that at the time of purchase vriti infocom persons told me that your connection will be activated with in 72 Hrs but now it one week and still they ask for more time.

                              I also send mails to reliance customer care/vriti/reliance net connect but still I haven't received any positive response from them.

                              Now I request you to please look into the matter and suggest me what I have to do.
                              cancel the my online order of reliance data card
                              i can not want to purchase reliance data card, please cancel my online order.

                                I bought a new connection of simply reliance prepaid (mob no.[protected]) on 22 November from aggrawal gallery at defence colony.on 5 Dec 09 my call facility has been banned .when I asked customer care they told ur document has not reached.when i told shopkeeper about this he said there is some technical fault &u have to again submit document.after handover document again on 20 Dec09 my connection started on 25 Dec09 .but after this on 16Jan10 my calling facility again banned at that time I am out of city .on contacting to customer care i could not get a satisfactory reply.this new connection has been become a headache for me.so you are requsted to do needful as early as possible.otherwise I have to consult consumer forum for the case.

                                  7. Hereafter it is mentioned that this type of cases should be dealt with very seriously. It is the matter of shame for company, or internal corruption.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    Reliance calling me. if i will receive their call. they are cutting 30 rs. by sending message.
                                    I gave same complaint before 15 days. they said me some services you are using which i was not knowing. It was happening from last 1 year they said me. i have all mail related to that. they didn't inform me, that you have some scheme by which you will not get this kind of call. same thing is happenning to my friend also. they are hammering me. why they are making this kind of scheme. by just calling they are cutting 30 rs. no communication regarding you required this scheme or not. no any thing. i want my all money back and i want they should stop to do same things for other also. they are really hemmering. i gave same complaint to you before 15 days.

                                      Hi,
                                      I was using Reliance Wmax connection and facing continues connection so I tried to upgrage to Higher bandwidth. So i applied for the highe speed connection but the problem remain same. So I asked customer care people to Discontinue my connection. As per telephonic conversation(around 20th sept) they told to continue atlest till the billing date(23rd sept). I paid that month bill in Oct month but hte connection still not disconnected and they are still sending the bill. After 1 month when i got bill of next month asked again about the problem . Now they are telling you have to submit all pending bills to close the connection. Even they are telling that i have not applied for closing the connection. I have not saved any complain no. But i have all email which is clearly showing that they well known about the issue. Its bull customer support.

                                        i have purchased anil reliance data card which is third class-huwei instrument.after two year i have decided to terminate this connection so gone to relia.web world which is situated in maninagar-address opp.axis bank nr.farki,ahmedabad.at that time was august-2009, at that time call centre fellow was agreed to terminate myservice.he said me kindly pay bill amount,on themoment i had paid full amount for disconection of service.he said yu will receive termination letter within a week.i said OK. i had waited more than 20 days for termi.letter but after twenty days i have received another bill of @Rs.150.i was shocking.i studied bill.they had put my service in safe custody and its charge was 100 rs/month.again i was gone to 7 jan-2010.for this complain to same web world.a that time he had gave me another req.no.for termination of service.today my bill is 364.50(the bill is for safe custody charge) actually i had applied for termination not for safe custody.they are demanding for 364.4 rs. for termination.oK it is not my fault to put data card in safecustody .however i will pay of this bill amount but they are not give me termination letter at that time.they are saying it will be received within a week.but iska week he kabhi poora nahi hota.ye kaise bdmash he jinka data card chlata nahi hai to bhi bill bhejte hi ja rahe hai or jab aap termination karane jao vo bhi aap unke galat charge vale bill ko pay karne ke liye teyyar ho to bhi wo termination letter dene ko taiyyar nahi hai.anil ko ye batao ye llot jyda chalne wali nahi hai

                                        Reliance Data Card — termination

                                        Hi

                                        i m facing a problem after terminating the connection cause they didnt stop sending bills

                                        and now when i called them they say that ur card is in use

                                        Reliance — data card services

                                        SERVICES SUSPENDED AND BILL BEING RAISED FOR MY POST PAID BROADBAND PLUS ON [protected]. WHEN CONTACTED NEPTUNE TOWER OFFICE, THEY SAY WILL BE LOOKED INTO AND NOT SOLVED SINCE MORE THAN 2 MONTHS.
