Service Terminated

My[protected] Number has been terminated without any communication with us.

i have already sent many mails to relince nodal officer but there is no reply from them.

we had a very good payment track record with reliance for almost 3 years. i cant understand how come they terminated the service....

RIM DATA CARD NOT WORKING

Dear Sir/Madam,
I Mr. Rohit Dinanath Karpe purchased Reliance data card for Rs. 3000/- and i used the same in postpaid. That data card was not used by me for 3 to 4 months still Reliance send me bill of the same. I have paid all that bills of reliance and request them to close the postpaid connection and issue me new pre paid connection. They charge me Rs. 220/- for new pre paid connection but its not working from day one[at least...

My reliance netconnect high speed 1X modem was inactive from[protected]. I came to know that the problem was because of delay in payment by duedate, which was on[protected]. Unable to make a call or send a message

Sir,
I have a complaint regarding the Reliance sim that iam using now.. My number is +91 [protected].. I have been experiencing problems like iam not able to make a call to any number..Whenever i try to make a call, it shows SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED!! I tried contacting the Reliance customer service centre..They said the problem will be sorted out within 6 hours..But, still iam experiencing this problem..

WRONGLY DEDUCTED CHARGES

I WANT TO COMPLAIN THAT WHEN I CHECKED MY BALANCE ON 01/02/2010 EVENING I FOUND THAT Rs30 HAD BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY BALANCE.

INEFFECTIVE CUSTOMER CARE

I have used Reliance postpaid and i must say their billing system and their customer care is HOPELESS. It should be renamed as customer abuse and customer headache. THEY are ineffective and fleece their own clients. I was told I would be given a free GSM card along with y cDmA phone and in the end they ended up charging e Rs.500. Plan Activation

Dear Sir/Madam, I got a call from Reliance on 02/03/2010 from the number [protected] in which they asked me to listen some of their plan. After listening to their plan I told them that I do not require any such plan yet and in case if I will require any such plan in future, I will contact you from my side. Unethical and fraudulent business practice

I have taken a Reliance GSM pre-paid connection . However, I must admit here that the service is very pathetic. Infact, the company has no business ethics. Balance is deducted falsely and when a complaint for the same is made to the customer care, they reply by saying that the system is down, please call later.
