I have reliance connection from past 8 years. My number is [protected]. Now from past 4 months I have been experiencing great issues.Whenever I recharged my number every month, CRBT (caller tune) service get activated and automatically my amount get deducted (30 Rs.). Everytime I use to call CC and after submitting my complaint they refunded my money for 3months. Now this month (23 feb 10) for the 4th time, it again got activated but now when I called CC (named- sandeep) they said that they have refunded my amount 3 times and now if they refund it for the forth time then their fault will get highlighted to the snior department. So they just disable the tune without any refund. I spoke to his senior and he replied that reliance cannot activted any such kind of service on their own.

So can you please suggest me any solution to my problem, because there is no one who could understand what kind of mental & financial torture I am suffering from.

Being an old customer I dedcided to approach service assurance cell as thinking of the last hope, otherwise I am so frustrated with reliance services that am planning to disable all my 3 connections with Reliance. And will try to get in touch with the service provider who would not atleast torture me financially.

I hope you will get back to me at your earliest possibility.

i used to airtel service. before some day i have changed my service means i converted airtel to reliance service.last few day i faced the lots of problem with my service means i am not recived the balance inquiry information on that reliance toll free no. i complained about that before 8-9 days but still i am facing this problem. they give me the assurance, we solve the problem within 24hr.

      Hello,

      I Was holding Reliance Landline Phone connection at Junagadh(Gujarat), And at the time of Connection as per scheme i deposited 1000 Rs(They given me Deposit Receipt and told me it would be refund at the time of you discconnect the phone), I used their service approximate 2 years, then i decided to Disconnect My Landline phone(in mid of 2008), so i cleared all bills and submited phone device back to Relaince Store, and they told me that everything is clear from you & you will get deposit refund check within 15 days, but it was not happen so i folled them , everytime they give me next 1 week, 10 days,1 month different different time lines, But nobody was aware with correct status of my Refund Process. so Now approximate after 2 Years, they are saying that in computer your deposit has been adjusted, Even they don't know against which head Relaince has Adjust the desposit amount, They are giving answer that they are checking with head office but not any reply.....

      Can you please guide me what shuold be do in this condition? As Amount is really not big, but the way they are behaving with customer is not something acceptable, May be there would be many peoples who will be suffering with this kind of issues with company, so i decided that better to take views from experts.

          I purchased Reliance Broadband+ on 04/06/2009 paid Rs.5000/- and given all the document

          Datacard activated on 26/06/2009 after 22 day’s

          Given compliant on 27/06/2009

          Compliant numbers[protected] and[protected]

          Bill generated from 26/06/2009 to 08/07/2009 with in 13 day’s of Rs.620.40 usage of 51MB

          Datacard deactivated on 27/07/2009

          Bill generated from 09/07/2009 to 08/08/2009 with in 18 day’s of Rs.1, 250 usage of peak – 150 MB and offpeak – 216 MB

          Issue not resolved, but bills are generating

          I have details of how much it’s connected and disconnected.

          Whenever I call customer care and I have been asked check now. So my usage has been updated. Used only for checking purpose

          I have sent so many emails to Rcomnodalofficer.[protected]@relianceada.com . But there is no reply.

          Tejashwini (nodal officer) informed me that she will check with network team and if issue continuous we will give the full amount. If resolved we will waived my bills.

          I prepared to put compliant in consumer court with all my documents.

          Daily I need to follow up customer care and others. But no reply and no one are picking my calls. I am calling Tejeshwini but no one picked this is my daily work for last week.

          I am getting call for the bill payment regularly.

          I have security deposit of Rs.1500 ( They are not ready to give back)

            I'm a reliance GSM user; my name is MANDA.RAJA SEKHAR and number is [protected]. I contacted Reliance Customer care Nd give complaint on my problem on OCTOBER 30th that problem is i have no signals on Indore . Sir it was very irregulars please take my complaint Nd rectify it i am facing the problem before last 6months I'll give the complaint minimum 4times on this problem.

              my mobile no [protected] on 23 feb 2010 i took relaince mobile plan free std night plan Rs 59 accourdig to plan there is free relaince to relaince mobile across the indian 11 pm to 6 pm free communication but the company cut my prepaid blance. i complaint on help line no *333 but they also not given me proper answer. they also saying that our complaint is restered call us back two days later. this is chitting with customer by company i want want my money back which they cut during the free time communication and what about the free plan Rs 59 now.

                I HAVE BEEN USING RELIANCE NETCONNECT BROADBAND FROM PAST 8 MONTHS AND I AM NOT AT ALL GETTING PROPER SPEED AND FREQUENT DISCONNECTION.. I HAVE 2 DATA CARDS ONE IS POSTPAID AND THE OTHER PREPAID...
                THE PROBLEM WITH PREPAID IS WHEN EVER I RECHARGE THE CARD THE BALACE GET EXHAUSTED AND WHEN I CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE FOR THIS REASONS THEY GIVE IN APPROPRIATE SOLUTIONS AND ALL RUBBISH ANSWERS WHERE A CUSTOMER DOESNT GET A SATISFYING ANSWER... AND WHEN V ASK FOR THE DETAIL O[censored]SAGE THEY SAY THEY DONT HAVE ACCESS TO BACK END... REASONS THEY GIVE AND WORST ATTITUDE TOWARDS CUSTOMERS.. AND SECOND THING WHEN WE ASK THEM TO REGISTER THE COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS ISSUE THEY SAY THAT IT ILL BE RESOLVED IN 48 TO 72 HOURS...THIS WONT HAPPEN EVEN IN 15 DAYS OF LODGING COMPLAINTS... WHEN WE ASK TO REFUND THE DATA CARD AMOUNT THEY SAY SORRY SIR WE CANT REFUND,, I DONT KNOW HOW TO GET RID OF THESE PEOPLE AND THE WORST THING IS THEY MAKE US TO ROAM TO WEB WORLD 100 TIMES AND THIS PROBLEM DOESNT GET RESOLVED PROVIDED THE CUSTOMERS ARE THE BIGGEST FOOLS HER WHO BUY THIS RELIANCE SERVICE..

                  My name is B.Rajesh kumar reddy. ia have got cheated by reliance group. i got my broadband high speed datacard on 26th dec 2009. from that time i have got connection for 2 days only. they didnt tell me about free usage for one month. they have took 1000.00Rs from me and after 1 month 360.00Rs excess bill i got. i have called them minimum of 60 times they were kept on tellingn it'll come tomorrow and today. 2.5 months got overtill now i didnt get any connection. it is a mental torture for me. i have went 3 times there and asked them them then too no response about net.

                      This is Pramod Kumar Singh and have regular been used your Telcome services since 1 year.
                      These are the following below issues which I have suffered :-
                      1. On 18th of Feb one of my mates dail on customer care number to inquire about some services for the [protected] to be activeted her Mobile number or not.
                      2. During the conversation with customer care excutive , has been request to activate the no. which is mentioned above line.
                      3. There were three executives to handle of this issue thier names are :- Mr. Deelip , Sameer, and Ajay.
                      4. On 19th My Mobile connection is disconnected by any of these executives without any information from me by which the call was made.


                      5. On 20th , I asked to one of customer care executives Mr. Sandeep (TL) and Sareeta(TL). they suggested me that you have to again submmit documents to the company then the Number([protected]) will be activated.

                      why should i sufring this problem

                      i request to you plz see my problem and help me no are responseble for this matter by reliance communication we have alredy 4 time call and one e-mail to reliance communication they are not intest in my problem and give me proper information

                        Sir,
                        I have subscribe a gprs plan provided in the realince gprs home page(R-World). According to which customer can use 300 MB of free downloading and browsing after paying a sum of Rs 99. So i subscribe the plan and Rs 99 has been deducted from my main balance as subscsiption charge. But inspite of activation of the plan i have been now charged for down loading or browsing any content in the web and not get the free 300 MB. I also give complain about the above in realince helpline. But till today not get any satisfactory reply.

                          I applied for reliance wi-max internet connection in september.Due to certain complications in network company could not install the net connection at my place.Though the amount of Rs500 was already charged as installation amount by then.When the company could not install the net,it was told to me by the person incharge that the installation amount will be returned in 45 days.Almost six months have passed yet I am waiting for the cheque.Though I have called the executives a couple of times,I am still waiting for my cheque.Please take necessary action.

                            Sir,
                            I am a common customer of reliance mobile services having mobile no. [protected] which I purchased in july 2009. I am using this mobile no. since then. On[protected] my sim card became registration failed. For checking when I made a call from another mobile, call connected & a person named Amit shukla told that I liked this mobile no. so much that’s why I got swapped it for me & I am a reliance communication official from Kanpur cluster (uttar Pradesh). Now this mobile no. is mine & you can do nothing to take it back. If you will try to take duplicate sim from your ID then after 1 hour I will get terminate this number, and reissue from my I.D this time you can’t do nothing. Now he is continuously threatening me by sending message day and night.when I complained in customer care & reliance office MR. Prasast Bhatnagar (mobile no: [protected]) (Gomti nagar near fun republic,lucknow),they told me that sim is still from my ID & this is clear that it is wrongly(intentionally) swapped by reliance official but they did not give any complaint no. & three days have been past but my mobile no. is still using by him.
                            After getting mentally harassed from 3 days I am sending this mail about my problem to you , in Hoping that you will resolve my problem earliest & punish the responsible person . so that I & my belonging could trust your customer services in future. Also please tell me if a reliance official is doing such type of deed then to whom common man complained.

                                I had applied for converting my Net connect postpaid account to prepaid at Second week of the Jan, and also paid all remaining dues as per the policy, the
                                Customer care executive said to me that I will be receive a call regarding confirmation within 7 working days and your account will be convert. but even after one month my account is still showing as postpaid account and even there is a bill generated on my account for this month for which I had paid all dues. Once after talking with web world guys they told me that there was a call from our side and the customer accepted to have a three month discount and had agreed to stay with postpaid. Now I want to complain about that what is this Reliance service that they are saying there was a such a call .I want to claim here that I had not received any such calls. and now they are saying that request has been closed and if I need to request again I will have to pay again remaining dues that is this month’s generated bill that I haven’t used any more.

                                i am surender kaushik. i have recently purchase reliance net connect CDMA data card. i have a plan in which i am getting 40 hours in day and 40 hours in night. as this i smy first month so i am getting this plan free of cost for this month. recently i am using it but the problem is that i am not getting the number of hours used and number of hours remaining. i am in a dilemma about this problem. now as reliance is known for their better customer service so i am hoping a promt and quick action from your side.
                                kindly let me know about the methods of getting the information about my account so that i can check my status.

                                  Hi,

                                  I had reliance broadband (NetConnect) connection, which I took in bangalore and the number for the same is [protected].

                                  While taking the connection I gave 1500 rs. as Security deposit.This connection was suspended because the payment was not made and the outstanding amount is ard 1290 rs.

                                  I submitted the application to discontinue the services on 16th of january in Mumbai ( Hiranandani, Powai Branch) and the adjustment was suppose to be made against the deposit amount.

                                  Later I called up Call Center (around 27th January or so) to check if the request has been taken care or not, there representative told me to visit reliance web world and asked me to deposit the outstanding amount, I had to tell the representative that there is already a security deposit against which all the clearnce can happen and it's inface reliance who should be returning money to me.

                                  This story continued for many days and the connection was not terminated, Finally I contacted Reliance web world (Indiranagar - Bangalore) from where I bought the connection and the Store manager told me that my request will be considered.

                                  Afterwards I called up call center on 15-Feb-2010, where I was told that [protected] is showing as an invalid number.

                                  Now I want to know :

                                  Why there wasn't any communication sent to me regarding the cancellation once it is done?

                                  What happened to the Money, which is still with Reliance?

                                  and Why suddenly the number is showing as Invalid?

                                  I must say that through out I had horrible experience dealing with CC and WebWorld people, Inface when I visited Hiranadani Webworld for the cancellation of connection, the person sitting over there was not listening to me, I told him that I deposited 1500rs while taking the connection but he insisted that there is no such amount, and after continous request and shouting he checked that.

                                  I even tried to escalate the issue to nodal officer whose phone kept on ranging and no one answered. I then sent the mail regarding the same to nodal officer (both Mumbai & Karnataka) which is yet to be answered.

                                  I hope there will be some action now.

                                    My Data card no [protected] , for the last 15 days I am facing frquent disconnection of internet while browsing. Registered a complaint 15 days before, After making a complaint I vist nearest relaiance showroom , but no solution . after many follow up 7 days after one service visited my home but find no solution, simply blamed some virous in my PC. I formated the PC and installed once again. but the same problem is repeating. AS IT IS AFFECTING MY BUSINESS , NOW I AM PLANNING TO MYGRATE TO PHOTON+ please advise. I paind Rs.3450 for the data card. only 4 months over.

                                    The average speed currently I am getting 0.0 to 0.0 Mbps and not able to open any web page.
                                    Issue:
                                    My Net Connect is stop working since 16 September while I connect it will give me speed down load 0 and Upload 0
                                    I put a complaint to customer care of Reliance net connect,
                                    I have called many time to reliance and got response till November 2011 problem wont resolve and I have to wait till November 2011 and pay my bill continues while I am not using it
                                    I have asked reliance that I don't want to use their service and I want my money back by returning the Equipment (That costs Rs.1200/-) but they told me 1200 is not refundable, now it’s your device you can keep with you.

                                      BROADBAND CONNECTION STOPS ANYTIME

                                      It has been observer for the very first begining of the connection taken that the LAN LED stops at around 10 O' clock at night. Complaints have been lodged earlier on phone and Reliance service team came in the morning when I cann't show them practically what happened at last night, however, they gave their precious (?) advise and gone. But the same problem still exists and I keep on complaining in their toll free number and prerecorded...

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      My neighbor - Ms.Debdutta Nag, had a Broadband connection from Reliance Communication. In July 2008, as she was going back to her native, my family asked her to transfer the connection on my name. Reliance Communication assured her that the connection will be transferred to us in 7 days. I was in Brighton (UK) during this period (from 10th Jun’08 to 02nd Aug’08). However, as we did not receive the connection even after 10 days, and I was about to return in 10-15 days, Ms Debdutta contacted Reliance Communication on the 11th day and requested for the connection to be cancelled and she paid the complete balance she owed. She was assured by the agent over the phone that the connection has been cancelled (and not transferred to my name) and when she requested to have a confirmation No. she was advised, there is no confirmation No. for cancellation. However, a month later, after she had left, the bill came on my name.

                                      As I had not requested for the connection and never received the connection, I ignored the bill. However, the bills continued and after a few months, I received a letter on 20th Dec’08 from - M/S. SA Associates (Advocates & Solicitors) dated 15th Nov’08, Ref.No. SA/RCL/DLN/1/NOV/08, advising me to pay Rs. 3400. I sent them a letter on 21st Dec’08 for which I have still not received any response. I had requested for an early reply from them to enable both o[censored]s to play our intended role of a citizen in national security.

                                      This is not a matter of Rs. 3400 but, it’s an Identity theft concern as I have never been a customer of Reliance Communication and it seems someone else is using my identity which is a matter of national security concern. I am a corporate employee working in a reputed MNC and I hardly stay at home for 8-9 hours. Whenever I need internet connection I take internet on my Mobile. I do not even have a post paid connection for my mobile phone as I have seen people struggling to get the connections cancelled in spite of clearing up full balance. I have not signed any of the Documents neither submitted any address or Identity proof to get the connection.

                                      I wonder, how a company like Reliance can give connection to people without any legal documents or signatures, in this period, when we have so much of crime around. Also, they are threatening me by sending legal notice (as mentioned above). Kindly, help me in resolving this issue. Please let me know what I should do to stop further action.
