NO SPEED AND FREQUENT DISCONNECTION.....WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I HAVE BEEN USING RELIANCE NETCONNECT BROADBAND FROM PAST 8 MONTHS AND I AM NOT AT ALL GETTING PROPER SPEED AND FREQUENT DISCONNECTION.. I HAVE 2 DATA CARDS ONE IS POSTPAID AND THE OTHER PREPAID...
THE PROBLEM WITH PREPAID IS WHEN EVER I RECHARGE THE CARD THE BALACE GET EXHAUSTED AND WHEN I CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE FOR THIS REASONS THEY GIVE IN APPROPRIATE SOLUTIONS AND ALL RUBBISH ANSWERS WHERE A CUSTOMER DOESNT GET A SATISFYING ANSWER......

i got frustrated about reliance and time waste and mental torture

My name is B.Rajesh kumar reddy. ia have got cheated by reliance group. i got my broadband high speed datacard on 26th dec 2009. from that time i have got connection for 2 days only. they didnt tell me about free usage for one month. they have took 1000.00Rs from me and after 1 month 360.00Rs excess bill i got. i have called them minimum of 60 times they were kept on tellingn it'll come tomorrow and today. 2.5 months got overtill...

not been able to check my prepaid balance by *367# method

sir,
i have given 06 complaints to reliance prepaid department that i was not been able to check my prepaid balance for the last 45days...im having so much problem that i cnt check my balance...despite so my complaints my problem remains the same.

Gprs plan subscription

Sir,
I have subscribe a gprs plan provided in the realince gprs home page(R-World). According to which customer can use 300 MB of free downloading and browsing after paying a sum of Rs 99. So i subscribe the plan and Rs 99 has been deducted from my main balance as subscsiption charge. negligence in return of security amount

sir,
I applied for reliance wi-max internet connection in september.Due to certain complications in network company could not install the net connection at my place.Though the amount of Rs500 was already charged as installation amount by then.When the company could not install the net,it was told to me by the person incharge that the installation amount will be returned in 45 days.Almost six months have passed yet I am waiting for...

Account transfer Issue

I had applied for converting my Net connect postpaid account to prepaid at Second week of the Jan, and also paid all remaining dues as per the policy, the
Customer care executive said to me that I will be receive a call regarding confirmation within 7 working days and your account will be convert. but even after one month my account is still showing as postpaid account and even there is a bill generated on my account for this month...

Non-refund of security deposit

Hi,

I had reliance broadband (NetConnect) connection, which I took in bangalore and the number for the same is [protected].

While taking the connection I gave 1500 rs. as Security deposit.This connection was suspended because the payment was not made and the outstanding amount is ard 1290 rs.

Frequent disconnection while browsing

My Data card no [protected] , for the last 15 days I am facing frquent disconnection of internet while browsing. Registered a complaint 15 days before, After making a complaint I vist nearest relaiance showroom , but no solution . after many follow up 7 days after one service visited my home but find no solution, simply blamed some virous in my PC. BROADBAND CONNECTION STOPS ANYTIME

It has been observer for the very first begining of the connection taken that the LAN LED stops at around 10 O' clock at night. Complaints have been lodged earlier on phone and Reliance service team came in the morning when I cann't show them practically what happened at last night, however, they gave their precious (?) advise and gone. But the same problem still exists and I keep on complaining in their toll free number and prerecorded...

SLOW SPEED & REGULAR DISRUPTION IN CONNECTIVITY

I HAVE RELIANCE NETCONNECT WITH NO.[protected]. COMPANY QUOTES TO GIVE SPEED 250KBPS BUT THAT SPEED I AM NOT GETTING. SECOND IS REGULAR DISRUPTION IN CONNECTIVITY. illegal way to cut balance
