Wrong debit & no refund of Love Tips

I had recharged my mobile phone with Rs 50 on 11th December 2009. Without any subscription, i was charged Rs 30 for Love tips. Unjustified bill

I am customer of Reliance Braodband internet service, with a wireless antena connection.

Ghost bill generated even after termination of connection

I have requested for termination of this connection for the second time and paid the due amount for the second time in last 2 months.

This connection is already been terminated after I have paid the last outstanding amount Rs 750 on 27th November 2009.

illegal bill generation

I am Reliance Netconnect user. I was using netconnect with Rs. 300/- per month plan. but last month I have changed my plan to Rs.400/- per month. which gives free usage of 40 hours in day and 40 hours in night. the activation process takes 48 hours according to the inquiry. but now, my last month bill amount is Rs.1199/- according to the previous plan(my usage time is 41 hrs day and 5 hours in night). useless data card

I purchased reliance data card (1 year nation wide plan) for my laptop from delhi bearing no [protected] on 27.12.09, right now I am in SAHARANPUR, UP I am not getting any connectivity before 11 pm, I lodged complaint to reliance helpline they gave me a complaint no[protected] on 31.12.09, no action has taken so far, everyday I contact with helpline and the answer is same i.e. your case is under investigation...

8 Complaints regarding Inernet in 12 days, but still no permanent resolution.

Hi !

My name is Sunil valecha from Ahmedabad. I have Reliance broadband connection since last 3 years.

In the last 12 days, there were several complaints about the reliance internet service. Like some times, no connection, sometimes no speed and more.

I have registered around 10 complaints with there customer care through phone , email & IVR. The problem gets resolved but for one or two days...

Hello Sir,

I applied for reliance broadband connection on 5th Dec 2009(Application number [protected]) but till today I didnt got any feedback from them when I called to the numbers [protected](Patavi) and [protected](Jaydeep) they keep on telling will send a person for address verification. Charges apply when i am in sms plan

Dear Sir,
I am Adnan Imran a 3 years old custumer of reliance CDMA and i am in sms plan with 11 rs. where every sms charges rs. 0.01 for local And std.and it renewal automatic every month.
but when i sms @ Morning it apply charges @ 0.50 Rs.
