Dear Sir/Madam

Rs.10/- is deducted from my prepaid by SUB STYLE for which i have never asked. I get the msg stating yr sub for style is due and for deactivate sms UNSUB STYLE. whenever I sent SMS UNSUB STYLE, i gtg the msg NO SUCH SERVICE. However my Prepaid is deducted by Rs. 10/-.
So I want to deactivate any call from 56060 in future and UNSUB style immediately.
2. Please ban all unwanted nuisence calls such as caller tune/style/etc.etc.

Same is happening on my number. What is the outcome, do I need to contact CustomerCare to deactivate the services ?
same is happening on my no also, they activate the service themselves and then deduct money.

    Dear sir I have purchased reliance GSM Sim # [protected] and from that day i am facing so many problems and feeling guilty why I have purchased reliance sim they have deducted money from my account for CRBT which I have not subscribed and they are deducting money continuously even I have reported to there cx care executive which are not help full at all. I am a student so I can not purchase an other sim due to money shortage and i recharge my account by my meal money but they never think about our problems they are making there business only I need to short out this as soon as possible and I have recharged my account online but I have not received the balance and not the refund of the money also and when we speak to cx care executive they use abusing language so can some one help me in this regard please..............

      Have taken Reliance Broadban connection in Diwali offer where Installation charges are refunded ( waived Off ) and you get a PC protect free Pamplet states " Other companies charge you extra". Considering the same i had taken the connection however realised that Engineer failed to install PC protect . I tried calling Reliance customer service for Literally 2 months and spent 5 hours on one call without any help from call centre advisors . I was initially told that my bill will be waived off till the matter is resolved and finally one engineer visited and stated I need to format my laptop , I did the same but still was not able to connect PC protect . At the same time whien asked for bill waiver after numerous call some odd 200 rs out 499 was waived off and when asked for refund of my installation charges they stated it will be adjusted in my next bill .. I anyways was not able to use the service and was annoyed as I wanted the money back in My account as considering the kind of cust service ettiquites these people had ( keeping on hold for 1/2 an hour ) was worried if i give disconnection request will never get the same back .. I am still following up for my money Infact today I was on hold for 40 mins[protected] which is suppose to be a toll free number and got charged for the same and the supervisor did not turn up .. following is the reply to my mails that I get .... IMPORTANT CHECK THE STATEMENT NEXT TO TOLL FREE

        Hi, I feel that Reliance mutual fund does jobs with irresponsiblity.Recently I have opted for Mutualfund Redmpotion and i was told that the amount would be credited to my account in 2 -4 working days, after waiting for 1 week I called up cusomter care and they said they have dispatched the cheque, but unforutantely i was shifted to Mumbai from Hyderbad, so I asked them that I was told that the amound would be credited to my account, then they said NO, they have dispatached, they didnt have any answer to say why they sent cheque.Then they said the cheque will be returned,I went to the Vashi Reliance mutual fund office, and they said they didnt get cheque yet, they said again it will take another 10-15 days to receive returned cheque.Again I waited for 15 days and called them.It was almost more than 1 Month took to get that cheque,Here it didnt end the story.......they gave me cheque with invorrect Bank A/c, when I went to Bank to deposit the cheque they said, it will not be cleared , I need to contact again Reliance mutualfund........Now it is alsmot 45 days till that date I requested for redemotion.

        Now they say they cant to anything, aagain I need to give application stating that my A/c number is incorrect, after 1week they may issue another cheque.............This is what I wanted to share the irresposbile job that they have done......Please be ware of Reliance Mutual fund..and their Customer care is just waste.

        i too agree to you as simlar case.. the fund was in my son's name who is only 2 and half year old. at the time of aplication they dont have any problem when at redumption they are making fool of me. i had clearly informed those j okers at reliance to mention rep by name on the warrent and they issued warrent in his name asking me to open an account for this. i would like to advice all investors not to deal with Reliance as they only need our money not our support and comparitively the growth with their funds are less and commission/service charges too high.
        even after making a complaint RMF/Mar/2011/038911/SR14174511 the response from reliance is pathatic as even the donkeys sitting on the top doesnt care to respond to my mails.
        if i had to take up to court i dont care. but i wont leave them.

          Dear sir,
          i have purchased broadband data card on 29dec-2009 and my services has been activated on 31 of December and i have paid all the cost as was need of reliance web world and that was cost of broadband data card from reliance web world f.c road pune , and i have used these services from 31dec-2009 to 5thjan-2010.
          My services has been suspended on the date of 6jan-2010 without any intimation and i have complained regarding this issues, but nobody resolving my problem and i am going to their offices from past two days now today is 8thjan-2010 ,still i am facing same problem .they are providing worst services to customer.even i went to their nodal officer office but they were just laughing on me when i was talking to resolve my issues . they are very irresponsible and careless
          i want strict action should be take against these people .

          I'm got fictitious billing amount much much more than my usage.

          Reliance Data Card Broadband — Data Card Broadband Services Suspended

          I am having a Datacard of Reliance Broadband+.
          Card Number :[protected]

          16 days back (05th Aug) I lost my data card. I asked Reliance customer to get card locked.
          After few hours I got my card back (found device). I again called Customer care of reliance, asked them to activate it. The call center executive said the activation cannot be done from their, I had to visit any Reliance Broadband or web world office with address proof documents (which I had provided by the time of new connection).
          I went there with documents, there were few of the customers in the store, but I had to spent lot of time to put my queries out there.
          I explained the problem to customer care desk at the store, the person who was there to deal the customers said my card will be activated in 12 hours. I asked him to take my documents, he said "document doesn't require to be submitted, your card will be activated in 12 hours.
          I waited for 24 hours, my card wasn't activated, I called that person named Nitin, he replied it will take some time. I waited till monday (09th), I visit to the office again ,and asked he said he created again a case for the problem, it will take another 1 day.
          this daily to daily process being happing from last 10 days, I too called customer care lot of times, I called store many times.
          And I visit to office day, they are not even talking to me , not picking up my call, if i visit to the office they are very rude. I feel like I am disgusted! I don't know what to do, I have spent Rs 3500/- and monthly pay 1450/- approx bill.

            Hello Sir,
            I am Dhananjay from Gujarat, i am using Reliance Prepaid Service from last 4 years.

            communications it is work fine but know for last 6-7 months they are automatically charging it for pacakages like "khel Khel main service" Charged Rs 30/mnth.
            and I am very genuine Custemer of Reliance mobile And i Had Never Activated that Packages on my no and then also they are charging me for these all...

            I have complaint several times to there customer care(Dail *333 on any reliance mobile for customer care) but the supervisor(Named "Chand hasmi") says that "You are using this pack and thats why we are charging..and when i asked for any proof aginst it..then he replied They dont have such data.

            so sir they are really doing fraud with me..Plz Do the needfull.....Its my request sir...

            Dear Sir,

            Reliance is automatically activating yoga packs and deducting my prepaid account number [protected]. I have complained to Reliance(Ref.No: ADAG=[protected]. They are saying the pack have been activated Unstructured Supplimentary Data (USD) mode and the amount cannot be refunded.

            This is sheer cheating. I have contacted the mobile shop from where I have rechaged my account and they have informed me that this is a regular practice with Reliance. Please help me to stop this fraud.

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                Please take some time from your busy schedule to read this whole letter……….

                I lost my phone while traveling on 5th January morning, eventually I went to a shop M/s Hema Enterprises at Ranaghat, West Bengal – 741201 to get a new CDMA phone and also to get a new sim with the same no. ([protected])
                On enquiring about the procedure the person sitting on the counter told me that I would be provided with a new SIM with my old number on depositing my identity proof and Rs. 150/- and it would be done instantly.
                I returned within 15 minutes with my documents and deposited the money and got the sim, when I asked how much time would it take to get activated? The person told that he is not competent enough to do this job and another person Mr. Alok would come in the evening and activate it. On calling the Mr. Alok he told that he would be coming after 7 pm and would activate it.
                As the activation would be delayed, to avoid any misuse of the phone I asked the agent over there if I should block the card? He responded positively and I called the customer care from his phone and got it Blocked.
                In the Evening I went to the shop and met Mr. Alok who told me that the sim should not have been blocked by me and as I have blocked it, the sim would be activated in 24 hours, so I have to wait upto 8 pm of 6th January at maximum and I should try to call at *228 and follow the instructions after morning of 6th.
                As told I dialed *228 next morning and get the response that some 9 digit key has to be entered to activate the sim. Again I went and met Mr. Alok, he told that once the sim is activated you don’t have to give any 9 digit no. and he would call me at the alternate no. as soon as it is done. I told him that I work in a bank and it is very necessary for me to get the phone activated as soon as possible to do my job in a better manner as I have just joined the branch at this place, many other people may be calling me and even my family members would be worried about me.
                I contacted the customer care over this issue by Mr. Alok’s phone and get to know the procedure by the person over the phone, which is :-
                1. I have to submit my documents at the retail outlet.
                2. The retail outlet would send the documents to the WEB WORLD.
                3. Web world would send the confirmation message to the customer care and they would then activate my number instantly.
                I then enquired why the web world is not submitting the documents confirmation message to the concerned authority, Mr. Alok reassured me that he has sent the documents to the WEB WORLD and the sim would be activated by 6 pm in the evening and nothing is there to worry, I can get relaxed over this.
                I waited till 6pm and then again visited the shop, this time Mr. Alok was not there and the person sitting over the counter called him, he was saying that he cannot do it right now and I have to come tomorrow. On asking clarification, the person was just unable to tell anything, he was just telling that “Mr. Alok has the user id and password, he would not be coming now and I can’t do anything about it.” I asked him to provide me the WEB WORLD no. So that I can get to know the actual process, but he told me that he cannot provide me the same.
                On trying to get some reliable information………. He called someone and 3 other persons came there and told us that we are not authorized to get angry over there and the job would get done only when the company does it. I asked them to dial the WEB WORLD no. and let me talk I have no interest in knowing their no. Then I was shocked to know that the shop itself was the WEBWORLD.
                After a lot of arguments the person was just telling that he couldn’t help me as only MR. Alok is authorized to do this things and on repeated tries by all the 3 persons, he was not picking up the phone.

                This was the whole incident, which I have to face.

                Now the question is………
                a) Is this the way a WEB WORLD of a reputed company boasting of NO. 1 Network in India should be working, with just 1 person to handle things here and he too is not present at the WEBWORLD?
                b) No Proper/Educated person to let the customers know the exact procedure?

                From my experience as mentioned above, I have learnt the answer to both of above question is YES.

                As it is clearly self-explanatory of that I have to go through enormous pain, mental harassment, can I have the privilege to ask why should I provide you with my loyal patronage (Since 2006)? and secondarily why should I not move on to the Consumer Forum and get the compensation for such unprofessional and illicit behavior by your agents.

                  I had recharged my mobile phone with Rs 50 on 11th December 2009. Without any subscription, i was charged Rs 30 for Love tips. I immediately called the customer care on 12th December & told them i had not subscribed to it. However, they did not register my complaint & did not refund me the amount. They only confirmed that the service(Love Tips) was deactivated. Subsequently i made numerous calls to their customer care & still did not get any response for complaint number or the refund amount.
                  All their officers - Arjun Kepbari & Ravi Sunainya, Jeetendra etc only mentioned that the complaint cannot be registered, the service has been deactivated & that no refund will be given irrespective whomever i would speak to.
                  The question is not about Rs 30. Not many would be really bothered about a charge like this. But just imagine the amount generated because of such cheating of customers, refusal to return the money back & refusing to give a complaint number
                  Finally i sent a mail to their customer care on gsm.[protected]@relianceada.com there i got a response from Mohammad Shariq who promised that within 2 days, the matter will be resolved. However after 14 days i did not get a response.
                  I sent another mail yesterday & today they mention that since the matter is more than 3 days, they cannot refund.
                  Can someone please help & put this right & ensure customers are not cheated.

                      I am customer of Reliance Braodband internet service, with a wireless antena connection.

                      My User id is[protected].

                      I have paid my last bill on 12th Nov 09 and that was my last login, as per my information. After which I was not in town till 5th of Dec 09. When I tried logging in the internet connection onthe 5th Dec 09, it said it is temporarily disconnected as my usage has exceeded Rs. 10,000/-

                      I am unaware how this has happened. I have not logged in after paying my last bill on 12th Nov 09.

                      I was not in town till 5th Dec 09. I am also not able to check how this has happened as i cannot check the login logout timings of the usage.

                      I have raised complaints, but as per your billing department, all the logins have been from my id (I dont know how).

                      Please try to resolve the issue at your end (not just from the billing perspective), as I am assuring you this has not happened from my end, as my house was locked from 12th Nov till 5th Dec 09, the connection wire is in the house & I was carrying my laptop with me to my native place. Hence there is no chance that the usage been done by me.

                      As an regular bill-payer customer & a responsible citizen, I need to know how this has happened.

                        I have requested for termination of this connection for the second time and paid the due amount for the second time in last 2 months.

                        This connection is already been terminated after I have paid the last outstanding amount Rs 750 on 27th November 2009.

                        i have purchased broadband data card on 29dec-2009 and my services has been activated on 31 of December and i have paid all the cost as was need of reliance web world and that was cost of broadband data card, and i have used these services from 31dec-2009 to 5thjan-2010.

                        I had a problem with my Reliance broadband connection in march of 2011.
                        Due to network problems in march, I registered the complaint in reliance customer care in march and they checkd out and asked me to terminate my connection as they couldn't rectify my issue.They said they will waive off my bill amount in march and took the my request on termination.But,even now i am receiving bills

                          I am Dileep Gandhavalla. I have applied for Reliance internet connection on 3/11/09.I paid a deposit amount of 1500 to the reliance executive in cash . His name is RaviKumar.He told that in one week i wil get the connection and you will get one verification call from our executive in one day. I got the verification call on the next day but the connection is not provided.                             I am Reliance Netconnect user. I was using netconnect with Rs. 300/- per month plan. but last month I have changed my plan to Rs.400/- per month. which gives free usage of 40 hours in day and 40 hours in night. the activation process takes 48 hours according to the inquiry. but now, my last month bill amount is Rs.1199/- according to the previous plan(my usage time is 41 hrs day and 5 hours in night). So, my bill amount should be within Rs. 500/-. I talked to the reliance care but they denied the change of plan. I have the confirmation message of change of plan. what else I can do in this matter?

                                This is Sandeep Kumar seen a ad in net get a 3.1 mbps on reliance data card with Goa holiday trip. I paid through net then I got a call from Vriti Infocom Pvt. Ltd. Noida. Mr. Dinesh told me that you get it delivered within a hour at your place. well I got that on next day. but not the Goa trip voucher even i got that Date card unsealed that gentlemen told me that first 2 monts will be free of any charge and unlimited usage after that it will be 400 Rs. per month and I'll get 80 hours in that if I could not use that 80 hours within month then they will be carry forward in next month or in case of more then 80 hours that will be chargeable as per usage. I didn't use for two months i purchase that as on 21 Jan 2010 andI got a bill on my email id with the period of[protected] to[protected] before two months it should be till 20/03/2010. infact that I paid also but within 10 days i got a sms on my PC that Dear Reliance customer, your outgoing call facility has been barred. Please contact Reliance customer care for assistance.
                                Now tell me none of them inform me about my plan like this and now asking me to pay more then 2000 Rs.

                                3 months back I and my friends are also offered Goa trip with Purchase of reliance data card but Not given yet. Never purchase anything from VRITI INFOCOM. HE IS A CHEAT
                                THIS SITE ALSO HAS THE ADVERTISEMENT OF VRITI INFOCOM RELIANCE DATACARD WITH GOA TRIP. NEVER BUY IT...

                                  To whomsoever it may concern,

                                  I feel sorry about hooking up with reliance lifetime offer. I had taken the offer 15 days back and have not been able to use it since then. I have not been able to make any calls. Whenever i call the customer care they have a new reason...address notification, balance (which they state wrongly) or something else. I considered Reliance to be a premier league company however this unreasonable and irresponsible behavior has compelled me to vow against any future purchases.

                                    My Name is Manish Jha I buying a data card last week Model ZTE from reliance. According to company the service is one month unlimited free but data card is not properly work till date. I tell problem in reliance customer care. They didn't given any solution about the data card problem. Plz give me proper advice. The cost is data card is 2500/-. I feel a fraud by Reliance.

                                    I had bought areliance data card but they were not sending me my bill on time every time i need to walk to their reliance web world to ask waht is the bill and pay i have filed a complaint in webworld regarding the same but their was no changes one day my net was disconnected and i was unaware and after 3 months i have got a bill of 4000 even after not using and now i have got a notice from lokadalth, i really dont understand first of all experencing a very bad service they have sent a notice to me, Please any one kindly advice

                                      I Bhavesh Bajaj have requested for new wireline broadband connection for my office on 18 of december 2009 on customer care no. on urgent bases they said that i will get the call from sales department within 5 working days, i waited for 5 days after lodging request but havent got any call, then i called to the same no. again for checking my connection status they said we are making reminder to the sales department and you will get the call from the sales department withing 24 hrs, i waited more 24 hrs but havent got any call i again call the same no. for knowing status of my request they said there might be problem we are again mailing the reminder to the sales department and you will get the call for that within 24 hrs, again i havent got any call or respond from any department, then for few days i havent called because was busy in somework, i called customer care no. again on 28th december 2009 for again knowing my status of connection, they again said that we are mailing reminder for the same wait for 24 hrs you will get the call from our sales deparment at that time i also said to add my alternate contact no. [protected] if my registered no. [protected] come not rechable for any fault or problem they said okay. then i again waited from 24 hrs but i havent got any call, then i called again on the same customer care on 29 dec 2009 then again they said we are mailing reminder to sales department you will get the call within 24 hrs but havent got any call till today. and i also have called the same customer care no. today i was angry because of these problems from your reliance broadband services and asked him about your complain e-mail id for mailing you all the details of problems that i am facing from you department and today also on your customer care no. they said that we are mailing your reminder to the sales department you will get the call within 24 hrs but this time also i m for sure that i will not get any call or respond from any department

                                        Hi !

                                        My name is Sunil valecha from Ahmedabad. I have Reliance broadband connection since last 3 years.

                                        In the last 12 days, there were several complaints about the reliance internet service. Like some times, no connection, sometimes no speed and more.

                                        I have registered around 10 complaints with there customer care through phone , email & IVR. The problem gets resolved but for one or two days and then again new problem.

                                        Every time I register a complaint they give the time of 24 hours and like this my business is much affected.

                                        Now I have decided to change my Internet service provider, Hope they cancel my account on time, so that there is no more problem from them.

                                        Right now also my internet connection is completely down.

                                        I request you to please forward my complaint to the higher authorities in Reliance so that they can at least provide me the reversal of monthly charges for last 15 days.

                                        needless to say, the WORST BB connection i hv ever used, useless customer service who dont know what they talk about, i have this connection for 2 months & have gone down for more than 5 times in last 8 days. The funny & ironical part is that when you lodge a complaint, you are given a complaint number & a time frame of 24 hours, you wait for 24 hours, no one turns up, no calls, you enquire again, just to know that the complaint has been closed (& please dont expect any explaination, bcoz u wont get any)...Reliance is getting into every market, without realising that being an ISP is nothing like running a grocery shop, the whole approach is crap, i wish if i could have Airtel coverage in my area, had a connection for 3 years & BB was off only for once, thats too got fixed within 24 hours.
