Worst Customer Support ever and worst network ever used

A month ago i had purchased a sim card no [protected].Immediately after i purchased the sim card the problem with the msgs started it was delaying in sending msgs as well as i was not able to recieve some msgs as well so launched a complaint 3 times still the issue has not been resolved apart from this half the timei use the sim its shows no network this is ridiculous and i strongly admit that we should stop using relaince it has worst network...

Disgusting after sales service

Reliance Netconnect - Upgrade to broadband+ offer is disgusting, pathetic and frustrating. Signal Latching problem

AUTO DISCONNECT

Rs.26 GPRS pack available in reliance gsm service.But if it is connected to computer means after 1MB usage or after a particular time exactly 40-50sec the network is automatically disconnecting.If asked about this to customer care means not a good response and the simply collecting our details including our home address.Please taka action for this problem because this problem arise in all over the country....

Number suspended without prior information

My post paid number was suspended by the company without any prior information.When i asked customer care to reactivated the phone, they said you have to visit the web world. As there no web world in my city, I will have to travel 50 km for that. They are not even giving the reason for the suspension of my number. CRBT Service invoked without my consent

Even i have not subscribed for Reliance CRBT service I received a SMS ( Mob no. [protected]) that "Your Subscription to CRBT service has been renewed at Rs.30/- for a period of 30 days" To unscribe SMS. UNSUB 1003 TO 155223.(toll free)"When I send SMS TO UNSUB 1003 TO 155223.
