I HAVE RELIANCE NETCONNECT WITH NO.[protected]. COMPANY QUOTES TO GIVE SPEED 250KBPS BUT THAT SPEED I AM NOT GETTING. SECOND IS REGULAR DISRUPTION IN CONNECTIVITY. I AM FED UP OF IT.BUT BILLS COME REGULARLY . I HAVE TOLD PEOPLE IN BILL OFFICE AT RANIPUR MORE HARIDWAR TO REGISTER MY COMPLAIN BUT THEY PROMISED THEY WILL DO IT AND SEND MESSAGE FOR THAT THAT MESSAGE I HAVE NOT RECIEVED TILL DATE.

ANY WAY I HAVE DECIDED TO THROW THIS NETCONNECT FROM MARCH.
i have the same issue.
It works sometimes, and doesnt work other times.

Unfortunately i had the same problem with Tata Photon Plus too, and now with Reliance NetConnect.

They chars Rs 3000 for the USB drive. WHY? They are looting the customers.

Why other wireless players are not there?
i have a reliance netconncet with speed 153kbps but i an not getting it
i have reliance netconnect with number [protected] with speed of 153kbps and download speed 42kbpc and my model is ec121 but network is not coming proper and speed is also poor. so please increase my speed .

    respectd sir,

    i humble reqest u pls take any strong action on my comlain, sir actually i dont wanted to put any complin on reliance prepaid GSM, but they hav torcherd me like any thing, from last 5 days they sufferd me lot,... actually sir my comlain is ,...i hav rechard 59rs power pack on 14Feb...... before this i alrady put power pack Rs 59 in 15jan, in this pack they hav given me 1,50,0000 sec. free talk time but by mistaklly before expired of 1st pack of validity i put another one power pack of 59rs, when i told top coustmer carethey told to me from 14FEB to 17FEB some technical problem is havin in system i cant solilve u make after 2 hr this after 2 hr he told to me compleat 3days, in 18tn Feb he told to me u put 2n 59rs pack before expired on 1st pack so it will not work beter u put another 59rs pack today means 19FEB so surelly that will work, by sayin of that persion(cstmr care ) again i put but that pack ( 59rs) agin didnt work nd they took 54rs from my main blance........ nd now i m saying any things they r abusing me nd saying bad word,they mentally harrased me sir,,,,,,,, lastelly i told i m goin to put complain on consumer forum then they told to me whereever whomever u want to put complain u put i dont bother any one.......... i really become mentlllly sick sir so pls seriouslly take action on this mater...........nd those persion hav used bad word that persion name is Mr.SURAJ,Mr.SOMES CHATTERJI, Mr.PRATAP i want to put complain on companynd this 3 persion.

        Kind attention Anil Ambani and other group of directors of Reliance Telecommunications.
        And Trai: Govt officials helping them, CC Chief C Dash,Nodal Officer Delhi Circle and Appellate authority as per web site of rcom.

        Sir,
        With deep regrets and fear I am submitting following complaints to as all above included in subject that:-
        1. As per my previous details and complaints as per details below

        Besides the fast that I was continuously trying to contact Reliance Customer Care Officials I am still to find appropriate solution about the speed of my data card though a blunt reply by one of your officials that nothing can be done to change your pplan or refund your money and that whatsoever I am getting has to be tolerated.
        TO MY SURPRISE WHEN THE ABOVE SAID CONNECTION WAS UPGRADED BY HELP OF MR. C. DASS/DASH WHO SENT AN EXECUTIVE MR. ASHWYN GUPTA BOTH NUMBERS ARE [protected] AND [protected] RESPECTIVELY OF WHICH MR. ASHWYN GUPTA DID COME TO MY HOME AND UPGRADED THE NEW HARDWRE AND PROMISED THAT THE SAMEW WILL WORK ATLEAST AS YOUR PREVIOUS 1X DATA CARD WAS DOING.
        BUT TO MY SURPRISE AS ALREADY BEEN TOLD TO THE CONCERNED OFFICIALS AS ABOVE THE SPEED WAS FAR LESS THEN EVN PREVIOUSLY 1X SPEED WHAT TO SAY OF 3.1 MBPS SPEED AND THAT MR. ASHWYN GUPTA DID PROVIDE ME HIS MOBILE TO CONTACT HIM EVEN ANY TIME COZ I AM A DOCTOR BY PROFESSION AND FOR SAFETY PROFILE OF MY PATIENTS I MAY BE NEEDING THE HIGH SPEED CONNCETION AT ANY GIVEN TIME . BUT TO MY SURPRISE WHEN I CALLED MR. ASHWYN GUPTA ON HIS PHONE ON12TH FEB 2010 AT AROUND 12:05AM HE BEHAVED SO RUDELY AND SAID IN HINDI “ JO KUCH BHI TU MERA UKHAD SAKTA HAI UKHAD LE” AND IF YOU WANT YOU MAY CONTACT MR. ANIL AMBANI AND THREATENED ME OF DIRE CONSEQUENCES”. APPLAUD TO RELIANCE FOR KEEPING SUCH GOONS IN THEIR COMPANY WHO ARE AT THEIER OPEN END TO THREATEN WITH DIRE CONSEQUENCES..
        7.That evn after this despite repweated complaints no satisfactory resolution has been given to me and I have to work with too slow speed. And my request to reshift my this changed connection to previous 1x was straight away decline by some Ms sharmila john .
        8. That every time the different officials are responding to my complaints making me to believe that how different people can be involved in one case.
        9. That the threatening call by Mr. Ashwyn Gupta is still a cause of concern to me and my family and that with this you issue me an complaint number on the basis of which I can lodge FIR and ask for security by local police authorities.
        10. That me and my family have stopped going outside after getting such threatening call from your officials and it wouyld be entirely on reliance official if something happens to me or my family. The same I am forwarding to Delhi Police for necessary information and necessary action.
        10. I am trying to get access to Mr. anil Ambani and as soon as I get him I think the things would be favourable.
        11. That since last weak I am getting missed calls from various numbers which again is hampering my daily life.
        12. That despite the fact that my every mail is forwarded to nodal officer, appellate authority and police officials none has been done so far nor I was been told if the official who has threatening me is under control or not.
        13. That despite the fact that so much negative publicity has been gained by Reliance eg I placed in many blogs and complaints forums of India Its amazing that I have notgot any satisfactory response till now.
        14. This is for the last time I am asking Reliance officials to help me come through
        A) Mental trauma as per threatening calls of MR ashwyn gupta
        B) That if any resolution can be given to me may be terminating of this hardware with restoration of previous connection and refundind my upgradation money.
        I hope a positive and legal and protective response from officials of Realince if they have done something enough or else I have to seek help of Delhi Police to overcome threatening call by Mr Ashwyn Gupta.
        15. that no favourable response is from CC chief Delhi Mr C Dass/Dash who promised me better outcome. If he is not able top handle these type of situations please recommend some other officials whom I can respond , meet and put my grievences all together.

        Hoping an assuring response at least for threatening call by Mr Ashwyn Gupta I requyest to take this matte as high priority before any unseen dmage is done to me or my family.

        false billing (billing for data transfer in unlimited plans)
        keeping goons
        pathetic network speed
        4x expensive than others per kbps
        really hard to get rid of once they grab your neck. they will not easily disconnect your connection
        they will keep billing you
        never give the promised speed. on 1 mbps you get 800kbps, night plan 2 mbps gives 1 mbps unless you complain.

        this is what i concluded from several posts about reliance here

          i have booked the connection as on 28.08.2010 and the CAF number is [protected], ur sales person as commited me for 3 days the connection will be done.
          there has i was presently useing the internet + voice of bharti airtel from last 7 years. for monthly rentel 499 combo. and again if i goes to airtel connection i will get the of 799 monthly rentel i will be haveing the loss of rs 400 every month because airtel doesnt have unlimited plan less than 799 Rs
          this was my official connection which i disconnected my airtel connection because of reliance now I am suffering from last 16 day i have no internet connection my work is suffering from.now if i am talking to reliance person they r saying me that they will terminate the connection, there will be a loss for me every month that should i have to if i goes again to airtel, and if reliance was unable to give me the connection then why they gave me the voice connection

          Reliance has activated CRBT service without my consent. I recieved a message saying that CRBT has been activated and Rs 30 was deducted my Prepaid Account Balance my no is [protected]
          I have portabled my rim cdma to rim gsm . but I didnot get new gsm sim till now( about 15 days). my pre cdma sim have blocked. from bikaner my cdma no. [protected] plz solve muy problem
          why u stopped sevices on mobile num [protected]. I alrady submit all documents whats u want. U maigrated my number from prepaid to postpaid on 4th march. Today u stopped my services, this is not good for ur company reputation. I am an insurance employee, so i loose all my business calls today. I really said to u " I lost 5lac isurance premium today". The comission is 1.5lac. I[censored] not respond immideatly, i will go to consumer court then i recover my loss from u.
          I recharged wid 77 STD pack from reliance official site, they send recharge reciept at my mail id and call rates were not according to it. I called customer care more than 50 times they misbehaved me pretended.All of them told differeltly most of them told that there is technical upgradation and cut my call.twice I filed the complained at reliance no 198

          the person who filed complain accepted that there was something wrong and assure me that problem will be resolved but nothing happened neither my plan was activate d nor extra call cost was refunded

            my mobile no. is [protected](reliance smart gsm connection).the company is reducing my balance day after day illegally.they released night calling promo card advertised as unlimoted calls to reliance no.s between 11pm - 6 am.but after recharging they have reduced my full balance.they r not responding me properly.just said that it was cut in proper way.they r doing that day after day.so i am an being a student of an engineering college seeking guide against this unethical illegal process of the mobile operator.
            My mobile no. was [protected](W.B). Several times they cut my balance by giving hello tunes, Once Rs 30 for 30 days & again Rs 20 for 20 days, which I did not opt. Also they gave a cooking tips & deepavali message tips of Rs. 30 for 30 days, although the charge was written Rs. 10/10 days. Their customer care executive gives all responsibility to the customer & declines to reverse the balance.
            balance deduction without any reason...customer care number is a bull number. nobody is there whether it in working condition or not...

            Smart GSM service — ILLEGAL DEDUCTION OF BALANCE

            SMART GSM SERVICES IS DOING ILLEGAL AND UNWANTED DEDUCTION OF ACCOUNT BALANCE WITHOUT ANY CONFIRMATION FROM THE SUBSCRIBER.

            My mobile no. was [protected]. Once they cut Rs. 15.00 to download a animation mp3 form motorola L2 mob. But acctually I use NOKIA 1208. when I contact with R Care from N1208 they told me that I use motorola L2 instead N1208.
            Once again they activate football alert. when i complain they checked it all correctly.
            In one month i suffer with my smart mob no. If this problem again occure I release my no.
            My mobile no. was [protected](U.P.). From last 6 months they cut my balance by giving India Today News pack, each time Rs 30 for 30 days, which I did not opt. In the month of December, 09 they gave a Jocks, India Today News pack & deepavali message tips of Rs. 90 for 30 days, but when I complain they told it was applied by me which was totaly illigal. Then I deactivated all these but from January, 10 till July, 10 every month they activated the India Today News pack and deduct Rs 30, This way till now Reliance GSM Stollen my Rs. 270. Their customer care executive gives all responsibility to the customer & declines to reverse the balance.

              I am using relience mob. no. [protected] for last one year.
              During this period I am very hars by unwanted calls & sms from relience .

              I have given lot of request to stop such type o[censored]nwanted calls & sms but no responce or action from relience.

              l had recharged for rs 500. on 4 th of this month through easy recharge. but my balance is not credited to me instead the plan l was on has been changed. . i called the customer care they said ihad no option other than to change my plan which is of no use to me at all .because of this i am not able to make any phone calls and has caused a lot of inconvenence to me . today when i approached the customer care personally they said they could have done that only in period of 72 hrs. kindly help me in this.

              I have been receiving unwanted phone calls from Reliance Mobile numbers [protected], [protected] of Bihar & Jharkhand Circle. Despite repeated appeals to not to give calls, the person on the other side continue to make calls by changing numbers frequently. It is therefore requested that The service provider (RelianceCommunication) should be asked to stop the service at the said numbers.

                A month ago i had purchased a sim card no [protected].Immediately after i purchased the sim card the problem with the msgs started it was delaying in sending msgs as well as i was not able to recieve some msgs as well so launched a complaint 3 times still the issue has not been resolved apart from this half the timei use the sim its shows no network this is ridiculous and i strongly admit that we should stop using relaince it has worst network ever.

                    Reliance Netconnect - Upgrade to broadband+ offer is disgusting, pathetic and frustrating. They give you a very lucrative offer that if you upgrade from 1xCDMA to Broadband+, you will get a waiver of 250 per month for 12 months on certain plans. I fell prey to these promises, and ended up being fleeced of my money. Launched complain with reliance customer care after i got the first bill that was NOT adjusted for any waivers, and then started a painful ordeal of calling up customer care every alternate day to follow up. The problem was promised to be addressed in 48 hrs, but they closed it today, after one month the complain was launched. And guess what, the resolution is THERE IS NO PROBLEM IN YOU BILL, IF YOU WANT TO TERMINATE THE CONNECTION, YOU ARE FREE TO DO THAT. Sure I will terminate this connection now, as I have simply run out of patience. And I warn others not to fall prey for this funny offer they are extending.

                    I purchased Reliance Netconnect + datacard [datacard No : [protected]] on 28th sept,2011 with 3 months unlimited plan and paid Rs 2523 for it as advance.
                    The speed claimed in the unlimited plan is 3.1 Mbps.

                    But since the first day o[censored]sage,I am getting poor speed of 3-5 Kbps.Even opening of gmail takes 10-15 minutes and I am able to open it in a basic html view only.
                    Inspite of repeated attempts to get the issue resolved with customer care no and reliance nodal office no,they are not able to resolve the issue.
                    Moreover when I asked for refund, they are not willing to provide it inspite of being aware of this problem.

                    Please help me in this regard to get the refund asap.

                    Rcom has been giving lame excuses on my complaint that they have escalated the matter.

                        I want justice for my wrong bill from reliance I have made complain several times on *333 & sent mail also to reliance customer care executives.But i did not found any solution except they sent me wrong bill & harassing me menatlly.I was unable to go reliance web world due to some health problem.But thye did not given me any solution via email or making calls on *333.why rel;iance made customer care helpline no if they never provide solution & their executives even misguide to customers some time they said we have activated 149 pack in your no for 50 paisa calls all over india Than again activated 299 pack for super std pack plan than after my question wrong bill they said we have already activated 2 planms in your no both are for making std calls @ 50 paisa.than they said one 149 is not valid after 299 pack than why relianec sent me both vaklue pack added service in my bill .is it possible if one pack is not valid with aniother pack than still you peole charging from customer for both & aftter customers request you are not deactivated that service & customer is bothered to pay monthly rental that is totally unwanted for him & he never got benefited from that value pack as still her bill you are sending high .Why so???
                        .As I have also suffered a lot from Reliance people i was using postpaid connection of reliance no ([protected]) & they have sent me wrong bill higher than my expectation.they have activated unwanted calling pack that i never requested to activate.Than I have requested so many times to terminate my no immediately but they did not & sent my bill till 3 months while i stopped using their service before 3 months already my outgoing call was barred but they have sent me bill of 2700.That i was unbale to pay .why should i pay if they never supported me for my request what ever i told them.Relianec people really dont know how to talk with customer they behaved rudely & never provide proper solutions to custiomer except giving mental harrasment.I am really fed up with this disgusting service of reliance .I was using that no since 1 year & i have alway paid more than amount that they have sent .But still they did such type of behave with me.& i did not expect such type of mental torture from well reputed organisation like RELIANCE Communication.I want full & final settlement for this bill.                           Reliance Smart — Deduction from the Balance of my mobile

                          Dear Sir,
                          This is to inform you that I recharged my mobile on 03, 04.09 with a Rs. 333/- ( mobile no. is [protected] )
                          and next day (04.04.2009) my service provider(Reliance Smart) deducted Rs. 20/- . I called to the Customer Care and asked why that amount was deducted. They told that a service with "Background music" was active and that Rs. 20/- was the charge for that service, though I never activated such service and it was done by the company(Reliance Smart) forcefully and without my permission. The Customer care Executive gave me a number[protected] and asked to call that no. to deactivate the service. I called and another 12 rupees in two calls( 1st. call -Rs. 2/-, 2nd call-Rs. 10/-) was deducted but there was no option to deactivate the "Background music". So want to launch a complain against the service provider(Reliance Smart) for the harassment and I want that Rs. 32/-(Rs. 20 + 2+12) back to the balance of my mobile.
                          I need your kind attention to the problem and hope you will help me.

                          Sub : Unjustified Deduction from Pre-Paid Balance

                          On 21.03.209, Rs.40/- has been deducted suddenly from my Pre-Paid Balance. I lodged complaints thrice (No. 92465014 dated 21.03.09, No. 92562933 dated 22.03.09 and No. 92898451 dated 25.03.09) to get refund of Rs.40/- and ultimately I got the refund.

                          But on 31.03.09, again Rs.20/- has been deducted on the ground that I have opted for "background music" which is totally baseless and when I enquired about the same on 01.04.09 and on 04.04.09, in both the instances the same reason has been cited for deduction.

                          I am really totally un-satisfied with these kinds o[censored]njustified deductions. In addition to the above, I am trying for the last 1(One) month to record the change in address of myself and for this I have contacted several offices like Reliance Customer Care Office in BBD Bag and they in turn sent me to 91, Battala Street (near Satyanarayan Park, Kolkata) and they told that Reliance has stopped to record change in address since last 2(Two) Months.

                          I have send this complaint two times through email to your nodal officer Mr. Mahendra Kumar Pandey (Kolkata zone) but till the date[protected] I don't recived any mail from your Officer/Company.

                          I hope a response to solve the issue o[censored]njustified deductions will be addressed from your end once for all.

                          I have been facing a problem with my number
                          [protected].The connection is from Burdwan. There is no
                          network coverage. Sometimes there are 2 bars in the
                          set, but all other times there is no signal at all. I
                          had called up customer care on saturday and a
                          Mr.pinaki answered the call and said that he womt be
                          able to take my compalint since there was some issue
                          with the system.So he asked me to call later.I again
                          called up the customer care and a Ms.thapa answered
                          the call and said that she will take down my compalint
                          and it will be resolved within 48 hrs. However when i
                          asked for the complaint no. she said that the system
                          is not working and she wont be able to take down the
                          complaint.
                          At this point of time i am actually quite frustrated
                          about this issue because this no. is being used by my
                          mother and she doesnt have a lot of idea about
                          mobiles.And because of this issue, she is facing a lot
                          of problem. I hope you can consider the situation and
                          solve my problem as soon as possible.

                          I hav taken two new connection of Relaince Smart Gsm service 15 to 20 days back, on 11th June at 11.45 pm I have received a message from reliance that incoming and outgoing have been de activated on my number.Next day when i went to the retailer regarding the message i have received from reliance the retailer told me that he have receipt same complaints from some other customers as well. i had called up ur customer care service, they told me that they have registered the complain and given me a docket number[protected], and said that the problem will be solved within 48 hours but now it had been more 4 days and till now there have been reply from your side.

                          the retailer had a talk with top administrator of reliance he said due to some system problem this incident has happened and conformed that its going to solve as soon as possible.

                          kindly please look at this matter as early as possible, its crearting a lot of problem to me otherwise i have to lodge a complain at the higher authority.

Problem#[protected] on 5 February 2010 regarding network disruption.According to their standard procedures network issues are to be resolved in a time period of 24 hrs.I have followed up with their help desk every day and spoken with them close to 50 times still no action has been taken this regarding this complaint when ever i ask them about the status of the ticket they say that problem is in resolver status and the problem has been escalated as a high priority ticket.No,action has been taken yet.                                   I own a Nokia 6275 phone. My phone catches signals from 2 towers namely, "Rajkot" and "Kotdasangani" simultaneously. Sometimes it is 'Rajkot' and sometimes it is 'Kotdasangani'. In my phone, or generally, in most CDMA phones, when the phone catches a signal the name of that tower is displayed in the phone and it turns ON the display, ultimately lowering the battery life and also heating up the phone.

                                  This issue has also been confirmed by many other reliance operators in our Industrial area, since I have also spoken to many other neighbors/fellow industrialists. They have shifted their connection to another operator because of this problem ultimately losing revenue for Reliance. Due to this problem, many calls would also get dropped, as the phone would 'catch' signals from 2 towers simultaneously. This is a serious problem in our Industrial area, and it needs to be rectified immediately.

                                  I am writing this to you with lots of expectations and I hope this issue would be resolved in the least possible time.

                                    Rs.26 GPRS pack available in reliance gsm service.But if it is connected to computer means after 1MB usage or after a particular time exactly 40-50sec the network is automatically disconnecting.If asked about this to customer care means not a good response and the simply collecting our details including our home address.Please taka action for this problem because this problem arise in all over the country.

                                    * You are surfing the internet or are engaged any type of Internet activity when suddenly all your Network activity goes to hault. You can still see the Internet connected icon in the tray but you cannot surf, browse or do anything.
                                    * You get an error message something like "Generic Host Process for Win32 Services has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
                                    * Error message reporting about faulting netapi32.dll and svchost.exe.
                                    * You try to disconnect your Internet because of no activity observed but the Internet icon wont disappear.
                                    * You recieve an error message something like "Your PC has recovered from a serious problem" etc.

                                    Solution:

                                    Follow these simple steps and your Windows will be fully cured of this menace :D

                                    Close Port 445:

                                    1. Start Registry Editor (Regedit.exe) by clicking Start menu, and then click the Run icon.
                                    2. In the small box that Opens, type: regedit then click the OK button. The Registry Editor will now have opened.
                                    3. Locate the following key in the registry:
                                    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE System CurrentControlSet Services NetBT Parameters
                                    In the right-hand side of the window find an option called TransportBindName.
                                    Double click that value, and then delete the default value, thus giving it a blank value.

                                    Close Port 135:

                                    1. Then you must now navigate to the following registry key:
                                    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE Software Microsoft OLE
                                    2. You will see there is a String Value called: EnableDCOM
                                    Set the value to: N (it should currently be Y)
                                    3. Close the Registry Editor. Shutdown and Restart your computer.

                                      My post paid number was suspended by the company without any prior information.When i asked customer care to reactivated the phone, they said you have to visit the web world. As there no web world in my city, I will have to travel 50 km for that. They are not even giving the reason for the suspension of my number. I have also asked for address change for the past 6 months and have submitted the documents twice regarding that. I have also complained regarding this to the customer care but no action taken again. The service of the company is much below the required level for this.
