Delay in connection and responsibilities of department

I have applied more than 20 days ago for the connection of broadband in Gurgaon DLF Phase-3.I realised I had the worst experience in internet services provided by Reliance.These people are so irresponsible that it has been mroe than 20 days since I applied for the connection and still they are telling lies that it will be done in today,tomorrow etc etc...I was shocked to see the initial verification they do took more than 10 days to happen...

unnecessary cutting the balance

Gali gali main shor hai reliance wala chor hai.
I have complaint so many times for subscribing the miss call alert. Without sending any sms for subscription they subscribe for miss call alert and so on. While complaining they say network has got some problem, please call after some time. I got the same problem 3-4 times. I got fed up with their service so i have change my service provider....

illegally reduce prepaid amount for unwanted services

Reliance Communication even after having lodged complaint several time for not to disturb sms are received daily. Further, even after having lodged complaint several time for not to start caller tune they send SMS and reduce prepaid balance from our prepaid amount. If Commissioner of Police mumbai Economic Offence wing investigate this type of lloting from prepaid balance of lakhs of customers then the amount looted on daily basis will be...

excess bill and first month rent free service

I had a reliance broadband connection since more than 1 month. My first month 10GB was free rental service. All of sudden after 25 december 2009 bill came approx. 489.00/Rs. From that saved tables, I found that my usage data was 5.579GB afterwards in 11 JANAUARY 2010.
We paid the bill and compalined upto higher authorities also. But there is only one answer -without even looking our print outs-- that the bill...

i have fedup with reliance VAS services

My no is [protected] (MPCG circle) and
1st Problem is that, In this number enumerously activation of caller tune without taking my permission and deduct balance unethically. Then as always i call to customer care who doesnt care for customers.

2nd is that, Before 1 month the Mantra pack had been subscribed by you without taking permission and even i dont know about that. Again balance was deducted. WHY?

deactivation of unwanted service

Sir

I have a complaint against the Reliance mobile co.
i had asked the local customer care centre to De-activate the service of
FM India for Rs.30/-but to No avail.and I was chareged the amount.

same message again for activation of the same service repeated next time.and this time I was given a Number to Deactivate the service. the No i called up said to press No.1 to 9 for the if my service comes...

Rs.10/- is deducted from my prepaid by SUB STYLE for which i have never asked. I get the msg stating yr sub for style is due and for deactivate sms UNSUB STYLE. whenever I sent SMS UNSUB STYLE, i gtg the msg NO SUCH SERVICE. However my Prepaid is deducted by Rs. 10/-.

Pathetic Broadband connection

Have taken Reliance Broadban connection in Diwali offer where Installation charges are refunded ( waived Off ) and you get a PC protect free Pamplet states " Other companies charge you extra". Considering the same i had taken the connection however realised that Engineer failed to install PC protect . I tried calling Reliance customer service for Literally 2 months and spent 5 hours on one call without any help from call centre...

suspended my services without any intimation

Dear sir,
i have purchased broadband data card on 29dec-2009 and my services has been activated on 31 of December and i have paid all the cost as was need of reliance web world and that was cost of broadband data card from reliance web world f.c road pune , and i have used these services from 31dec-2009 to 5thjan-2010.
My services has been suspended on the date of 6jan-2010 without any intimation and i have complained...

Fraud:Charging for autoactivated packages by company

Hello Sir,
I am Dhananjay from Gujarat, i am using Reliance Prepaid Service from last 4 years.

communications it is work fine but know for last 6-7 months they are automatically charging it for pacakages like "khel Khel main service" Charged Rs 30/mnth.
and I am very genuine Custemer of Reliance mobile And i Had Never Activated that Packages on my no and then also they are charging me for these all...br...

PF Not credited to my Account

Dear Sir,

I was the employee of Reliance Communication Ltd from Oct-07 to Jan-09.During this tenure I have submitted my PF in A/C-- MH/VASHT/118056/08258.My complaint is till date I have not recieved my PF in my given bank a/c.Pl do the needful.I have already marked the mail to Vashi PF office.
