Dear Sir,

I have been followingup on the refund with Karvy, Chandigarh office.
In Feb 08 i was informed that the cheque has been dispatched vide Regd Post : 963169 dt 2/2/2008 .Since then i have been also following up with post office also.
Later in March 08 iam told that the cheque has returned back and the cheque has been redispatched again on 9th march 08.Courier Details yet not provided !!
Pls be informed that my parents stay at the address and there is no question of address locked / not found.
My request, pls send the refund at your chandigarh office and inform.

I have applied for Reliance Power IPO and paid Rs. 25875 vide cheque no. 179996 application no. 55714360. The cheque was cleared from my bank HDFC on 23.01.2008. I was not allotted shared but even till date I have not received the refund from the company . Even repeated reminders to their agents, Karvy consultants did not yield any result.

I had applied for 120 shares in Reliance power IPO via application no 52445965. Transaction was made on 17/01/2008. Cheque no is002037 of SBI Ganganagar, Meerut branch no 04422 dated 22/01/08 for Rs 13800/-. I have also taken the matter up with SEBI. On 04/04/2008 i recieved a letter from them (ACK.REF.NO.2008/0027497/01). Though no shares were alloted to me but the money has still not been returned. This mail is one of many ways which i have tried to get to you and get the money back. I do not understand that if you people were so incompetent then why did you took responsibility of such a huge amount of money involved in mega ipo. With so many pending complaints you have not only shown that you are horribaly incompetent but you also are not concerned about the problems of small investors and general public. The day is not far when people like me will settle the matter in a Court Of Law. Handling of Reliance Power IPO is shining example of your proffessionalism.

It is matter of great regret that despite of repeated reminders, I have not received my refund order of Reliance Power. I have communicated many times through mails and phones giving my complete address. Many times you are replying with the same mail giving no status. But still the same position is there. I am still awaiting for the refund order. More than 4 months have been elpased, but still I am not able to get my money. I request you to send me the duplicate refund order with interest at my address which is given below
