But i M not use this Talktime and Mobile no is switch OFF. After some Month On JULY or AUGUST month on it I surprised my BALNCE s Rs.-2.99/- and Rs.0.00. I Talk with HElPLINE . But they tell Me ur ACTIVATE CALLER TUNE SERVICE. BUt MY MObile NO. S switch OFF they tell me ur ACTIVAE CALLER TUNE. But they not response me and not refund me. through this mail i tell u pls REFUND MY BALANCE RS.51/- + RS. 51/- on MY TWO MOBILE NO.

I am a customer of Reliance Communications for their mobile services for many years and my phone No.is [protected]To-day ( Ocober 6, 2010 ) I have got a sms message in my phone stating that my subscription to Voice Devotional Pack pack service has been renewed on 23/09/2010 for Rs.30/- for 30 days. To unsubscribe sms unsub2148 to 155233 ( Toll free) 6 October,2010.
In the first place I have not subscribed to any such service. It is simply day light robbery on your customer's prepaid account. May be it is an easy way out for your company to boost your corporate profits. I believe it is quite unethical.
The message also imply that you have been deducting my account balance for this service in the past though I have not subscribed any such nonsense service you are offering.
I request you to stop such criminal practice of fleecing millions of your subscribers.Primarily you are a mobile phone service provider not devotional songs propagator.Deducting money from the customers accounts on the sly amounts to modern day technology savvy robbery which the Reliance Communication Company should be ashamed of.

Reliance Communications — improper service
Dear Sir/Madam,i am a consumer of the above said company with relaince post paid connection (GSM) , my mobile number is : [protected] (Madhubala) since last 15 month.
there is a call drop problem in my number from starting .
i have made many complaints to Customer care number (*222) and met to the personnel of the company but they always pretend about the poor network or server down problem but still the problem is same.
i am requesting you to please consider my problem and try to resolve it as soon as possible.

Rcom customer service officer are asking for making payment for (proportionate rent) for next 7 day and also advising not to use the mobile phone.
These is clearly cheating on the part of service provider. Why should a consumer pay proportionate rent for not using mobile.

Reliance Communications — PF amount not received
Dear Sir,I am submitted my PF form on OCT-2009 to my Co (Reliance Communication) they submitted to PF office on Jun -2010 (Vashi office) but still i am not yet received the PF amount last 15days i trying to contact to your office but no body giving me a correct response also no one is picking the calls.
15day back some staff told me the cheque no:889105 is deposited to your account but when i am checked my account there no cheques deposited in my account, today i called to your office some one picked the call & told me wait for 2min i will transfer the call to Cash department but no one is lifting the call upto 18min i am on hold ,so kindly help us in this matter asap...

Reliance Communications — start any service without permission
i have reliance GSM mobile no. reliance communication had subscribed voice chat facility without my permission. after i objected then they returned my balance. again they subscribed one caller tune own.when i got one message from company that your callertune will be renewed on 15-10-10. then i got to know about caller tune service after one month. i also didnt get any response from customer care. i think they are ripping the customers. hello i wud like to get a song of enrique iglesias as my caller tune on my relaince gsm mobile phone

Reliance Communications — Poor service from Reliance
I am Jim John residing in X-624, Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi bearing user Id [protected], Reliance phone no.[protected]. I am writing this letter to complain in the strongest terms about the poor service that I received from Reliance communication.From the last three months I have been complaining about the internet and tele-phone connection under complaint ID[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] and[protected]. Every time assurance has been given that the problem will be rectified within 24hrs and I had been getting SMS stating the problem is resolved but actual fact is that problem is not resolved and even nobody is bothered to call me and understand the problem. Also, would like to highlight from the last three months nobody from reliance visited my place to rectify the problem.
This is the pathetic service I have seen and I was not expecting this from Reliance. Also, on 11-oct-10, I received a call from Mumbai form reliance that they required some more time for rectification as they do not have required stock of materials to rectify the telephone on internet fault, this was most surprising statement. Finally I have I have given termination connection on 13-oct-10 under ticket Id.[protected] and[protected].
My question is that how much time reliance wants to measure the customer patience from the last three months my phone connection and internet was dead and nobody cared to rectify the problem but yes everybody from reliance taken extra effort to send the bill to my billing address without any fail.
I have no further resort; I have compelled to highlight this matter to TRAI so that no other customer becomes victim of these kind of situation.

I have taken a broadband connection from Reliance Communications Ltd. since last 2 years and making regular payments to them but due to shifting of my office i have made an application on 18/06/2010 to them to stop the service from that day i have stopped using the services also my billing cycle is on 10th of every month so i have paid the dues to them but then also they are asking the dues of Rs. 935/- and they have filed a case against me before any notice to me.
