Reliance Communications — Outgoing not resumed since last one month despite payment of bill and increase in rental without any reason

Hi,

I am a reliance customer for last many years. Recently I was offered an add on connection ([protected]) on my existing reliance phone. I provided my id proof, residence proof, etc to the person and even then they entered my residence address wrongly. Due to their fault I am suffering as my services were suspended time and again due to non verification. And also till now I have never received any bill due to wrong address. And because of this I have not been able to pay my bill on time. Only when your call center people call me one day after the last date I get to know that bill has been generated and last date is gone. So last month when I received this call on 23rd sept. 2010, I paid my bill on that very day but my outgoing service was barred due to non payment of bill. And till now despite many complaints to your call center and your center in sector-46 chandigarh (who also lodged a complaint with sec-34 chandigarh service station in front of me to Mr. [censored]ij WWE-34 and Mr. Mohan Singh - manager). Only thing that was rectified was my address but outgoing services were not resumed. And now even though have not used my outgoing services for last one month as it is suspended I am supposed to pay the bill. I am getting calls from your call center and they are using abusive and threatening language. They are not ready to listen to my complaint but just keep on saying that your phone is working as per our records and bill cannot be generated if you have not used the services.
Also my rental has been increased from Rs.199 to Rs.259 for no reason. This is cheating.

This add on connection was being used by my mother who is an old lady and cannot visit your service centers time and again for the rectification of errors your staff has committed. So kindly look into the matter.

Reliance Communications — old invalid mobile recharge accepted

i searched for various recharge plans on internet and found a scheme worth rs.999 fr unlimited talking from reliance to reliance mobile in official site however on paying and activating the scheme the plan on my number [protected] it did nt worked,on this i called the customer care executive i was told that the site is nt updated since long and the scheme is obsolete and has been replaced with Rs. 599 scheme fr unlimited reliance to reliance talking.
MY complaint is that if some scheme is being replaced by a new scheme why obsolete schemes are shown in official site.MY RS. 999 hav gone complete waste. i dont want the money back bt atleast my money should be rembursed in form of talk time atleast

Reliance Communications — Not Responding when trying to avail the guaranteed service

Hi,

I bought a Haier TV in Reliance Digital on 16th August 2010. The Reliance Digital store has guaranteed one year of free service from the date of purchase of the product. The television is having a problem with detecting the cable signals. I have been calling the Reliance Digital store from past two weeks and reporting the problem, but the people there are not taking the compliant forward and stopped responding to my calls. Moreover, there response is not decent enough. The following are details of the product i bought:

RELIANCE COMMUNICATION LTD. — Huge amount of defective Data Card

I have HSD Card Number [protected] A/c No.[protected]. Which has been defective from the beginning. The Internet Service Provided by Reliance was not used to install properly. I do not serve the internet service provided by you properly, I was many times complaint to your customer care regarding defect in service and about above said data card and requested to replace the data card but nobody did not heed upon him from Reliance.
The bill no.[protected] dated 9.7.2010 issued by reliance is incorrect. I dont use the internet service as claimed by him. This bill is because the defective data card of which requested many times either to replace or repair the same.

So, I would like to request to Reliance kindly correct the bill amount as well as payment legal notice wide ref.no. 4495, Rashmeet_South/16.9.2010. Also request kindly replace/taken back /repair my data card which is abo[censored]ly useless.

Reliance Communications — Abusing and Blackmailing

[protected]........... A person from this number is calling my parents on regular basis and asking them to pay a bill of Rs. 2000 for any postpaid mobile connection what we never purchase. And the person is abusing a lot on phone and saying a lot of wrong words.
please help me regarding that.
i am tired to listen that so many times.
please help me.

Dear Sir/Madam,

There is an unauthoried debit to my mobile no [protected] on regular basis.I know this type o[censored]nauthorised debit is source of income of the company. But this hampers the image of the company. Mobile companies become richer by such type of income and they are enjoying with innocent peoples money.
Therefore, I request you to please don't do such act by which the common people are suffering. To day my balance has been reduced by Rs 30 saying for "Beauty tips", which I never opted for. Please credit the amount to my mobile as early as possible. Other wise there are hundreds of companies like you, who are giving the same service like you.

i have recharge of my Reliance CDMA cell no [protected] with 105 and successfullly recharge no any balance came and when complain logged in reliance with complain no[protected]/10/10 but no action taken and always demand 48 hour's 2 days etc etc.

Dear Reliance Communication,

Herewith I would like to inform you that I am so much harrased by your team during I using reliance service.And I have lots of complained against the services but no solution found at all.After that I was finally left your service.Your so many team member call me and take somuch time to rectify my those problems but when they are failed they accepted and offer me to transfer this connection to other like my freinds or relatives.But I was denied.And also my credit limit increased without any prior information.After that no body called me for any further quries.

Today a lady called me from your HO and asked me to pay Rs.1700.00 today immidiate basis or within tommorrow.I was requested to her for give the installment option or atleast 15days. She denied and talking so hardly just warn me for fine.

So,I just feel that reliance is just curse of my life, which I suffering during the using and after used.

Anyway I just requested to you that please give some time to pay this usage amount or make me a installment.

Just take it as my last request being your past customer and make installment.

Reliance Communications — unwanted service over mobile no.09015172485

My mobile no. is [protected] and it is operative from Delhi. Over this I am receiving unwanted message regarding jokes and/or dating tips etc which i have not requested for. I have subitted the complaint at this site on 23rd of october 2010 also, but still no action has been taken.

Further they are cutting me with double edged sword as first they start such type o[censored]nwanted and vulgar service and charge for it and then they charge when we contact their executive over their customer care phone

this to inform you that very early i have wireless internet connection rim [protected] of reliance communication . they already charge money from me more than their bill and said that remaining money they will pay me after deduction ,through check.
but respected sir they gave me legal notice after many months regarding non payment of rs 550 rs. this is a pure mental harrasment and kindly compensate me for that.

On 28th October i got a message from reliance that YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO CRBT SERVICE HAS BEEN RENEWED AT RS. 10 FOR A PERIOD OF 10 DAYS. TO UNSUBSCRIBE SMS UNSUB 1003 TO 155223(TOLL FREE).

When i tried to connect to customer care, the customer care executive told that technical updation is going on so they can't provide any information. When i asked the executive to take a complain he replied that due to technical updation he can't even register a complain.
This is a kind of robbery. It seems that reliance has developed a habit of making money like this.
And from now onwards relaince will deduct Rs. 10 from my prepaid account every 10th day.

What can i do in this situation?
