respected sir.after receiving legal notice from reliance reference no hr/oct/0624 i ask their customer care name monika in reliance office near lal batti. she talk rudely with me and said that i need to pay the bill without even check my status on computer and listing my view completely.this is one more example of harrasment. i m sory tht i use services of reliance and bcoz of tht thy r harrasing me. kindly take action

Reliance Communications — CHARGING WRONG CHARGES
Dear Sir,My Name is Ramesh Bhadra. I am using Reliance CDMA mobile since last 10 years. From Since Last 6-7 Month Reliance is Charging me Rs. 60 every month for VAS pack Called Naz S GarmGupshup and Nazara Comics pack.
Which was not Activated by me but they charge me for the same. I have given many complaints to there higher authority and there customer care in last 6 months. But till now they charge the same. while confirming to there customer care people they tell me that this 2 pack has been deactivated from your no. but when i get my Bill they charge me for the same again and again. And if i dont pay that charges only after deduction of that charges i pay my bill regularly. They people harass me by calling again and again and disconnect the phone and ask to make payment forcefully. My Mobile no. [protected] in which there is a problem. Sir please give me a solution as i m getting frustrated by this matter. As they people cant able to solve my problem and asking to pay that wrong amount forcefully.

I am using Reliance prepaid connection([protected]) and I am facing the problem of Balance deduction automatically again and again. When I told the same to the customer care Executive he told me that a caller tune is subscribed on my mobile.
When I told him that I didnt subscribed any caller tune then the said it is subscribed on my responce when I did not respond any call or did not do any message. Then he told me your caller tune can be unsubscribe not more than this can be happen. On my request customer care representative unsubscribe the service but next month again deducted the specific amount from my account.
I REQUESTED THEM TO UNSUBSCRIBE ALL AUTOMATED SERVICES ON MY NUMBER AND I NEVER REQUIRED ANY TYPE OF SERVICE ACCEPT INCOMING AND OUTGOING CALLS. AGAIN AND AGAIN THEY DEDUCTED THE AMOUNT FROM MY ACCOUNT AND NOT STOPPING THESE SERVICES.
Please do the needful for such companies which are shuck the blood of the concumers by doing such activities.

My reliance no. is[protected] one day aaproximte 24th oct.. i recharged my account only wid 20 rs and i obtained 16rs with the detection of service tex.. after about half an hour. the company deduct my 7 rs automaticaly.. when i tried to confirm dat why my money is deducting.. the the customer executive replied dat. now i can't chk your account properly b'coz of some technical prblm.. so kindly cal me again aftr 15-20 minutes.. i called again after some time.. but i dint get any +ve rspnse.. den after some days.. approximate ab 29th oct.'s night i recharged ma acount with 50rs but on the morning time i saw dat my balance is only 4 rs.. i called the customer care again.. then ram singh(customer executive) received my phone and said to me dat sir, there a some prblm in our system, i will forwd. your complaint for solution. your prblm will solve within 48 hours. your deducted money will be back in your account.. now i called today (1st november) den "pappu kumar" received my phn and said dat ur money can't back in your account, b'coz u activated a msg pack.. (but i reacharged with 39rs on 28th oct. for msg pack. comp. deducted my money abt two times) den pappu kumar transferred my call to his senior (Parveen Kaur) she did miss behave wid me and said dat u can do anything. But i can't give ur money back its not possible.. and disconnected my call.. so dis is my humble request dat kindly take action against dis frod company..Thanks with Regards:

Reliance Communications — Payment due notice for connection terminated about 2 years back
As I Got another Broadband connection from Airtel, I have given request to terminate my broadband+phone connection of Reliance communications on January last week of 2009. When i requested, customer care executive said that without paying the last bill(January), it is not possible to follow the request. But I got the bill on February first or second week only and i paid the amount immediately to fasten the terminating process. And on March, i Got the bill for unused month February. So again i called Customer care and what they said is, termination process is not yet started. How can it become my fault and pay for unused? Again on April another bill came. So i gone in person to local reliance office and discussed the problem and they assured, that was some technical mistake, there won't be any more bills due. After that 2 persons came from Reliance and took back the Modem and Phone. NOW after 1 year and 9 months, Two days back, i got One Advocate Letter mentioning Rs.1349 is due from 2009 and with 2.5% monthly interest, i have to clear the dues or Legal procedures will be followed. I'm totally confused and don't know what to do. It can be very clear that i've given termination request, if checked My Usage List. I've not even switched On the modem since the termination request is given. What procedures should i follow to get the Justice, Please help to do the needful. i will never agree wid reliance company. b'coz everyone is tired off frm dis compay

SIR, My mobile no is [protected],of reliance.Today i have received message from company that VOICECHAT pack is activated at Rs 30/30days.renewal on 03-12-10.call[protected]Rs2/min) to enjoy the service.to unsub send UNSUB 2388 to 155223(tollfree).time 6.02pm.i have not requested for any extra services from company.so how they can activate such type of services without my willingness? they have charged Rs 30/ for this services.today i have send message for unsubscribe for future.please do needful in the matter.company is cheating by activating such type of services without permission.

First 2 months I recharged my no. with 1 paisa/sms and used it, I dint knew that it automatically deducts the amount from my balance and paying for the same twice.
Then I applied to stop this scheme. For 4-5 continuous months I was approaching your Reliance Center, Jail Road, & everytime they told it would stop, but no positive result was there. I was having no other opption but to close the connection, but I also cant do so as my account mostly have more that Rs 600 balance which they denied to refund, neighter accepted to stop the scheme.
This month also as usual I approach your center on 27th Oct as my final try to stop the scheme. but the scheme was again renewed on 28th Nov & on 29th Nov it was withdrawn.
Now I shown My Request Id of 27Nov :[protected] to stop the request so atleast my current months money may be refunded, but got the reply as It cant be done.
