I am purchaced new coonection of a reliance netconnect 'hi speed ix (modem no [protected]) on[protected] at reliance world kottayam; in amount of Rs 1719. After one week it will not working .Then I will complant it in kottayam reliance world .but they are no respose ,he said they are helpness and ask me to saw service center at kottayam (onida customer relation center[protected] .After two week they give me a new modem ,and said "the modem will be activated next day ":. but till the day modem didnot activated .i will complant it ,but they are no respose from both side

I am postpaid subsriber of reliance from 6 to 7 years. In March 2010 i converted My no. [protected] into prepaid. Till now i am not geting my refund amount. so many times i talk with dealer there is no respose. it's pathetic bad service of reliance communication. My communication Mob no is. [protected].

Reliance Communications — refund of unauthorized deduction of charges

I have been a loyal reliance cdma mobile customer for many years now. Recently on 15 th August,2010, I
received a message from[protected] that Rs. 30 have been deducted from your prepaid account for renewal of reliance mobile box office pack service . I had never requested for activation of such or any other type of extra service any time . on lodging a complaint with the customer care the executive informed
me that they have activated the service since January 2010, a service which I never requested for. thus the company have collected a sum of Rs 240 totally in an unjust manner. They started deducting this charge
from January and without any message went on deducting Rs. 30 every month henceforth. I came to know of this only when the message came first time on 15 th August. I would like you to represent my
case and help me get the complete refund of unauthorized and uninformed charges collected in an unfair manner.

Reliance GSM Service — unauthorized charges

Good afternoon
My name is Ajay Mishra my cell no. is [protected] was switched off since last 3 months and i have never used it in this duration . Yesterday on 19th of August i started it,in that i found only rs.24.67 balance inspite of 70 rupees i was shocked because when i swithed off my no. at that time my balance was 70. so i called at reliance customer care the guy whom with i talked told me that dialer tone has been activated on my no. on 23rd of july, i told him that my sim is switched off since last 3 months how is it possible .finally he told me that he cant do anything .
finally i want to say that this is not the right way and if there is any by that i want my balance back

Reliance Communications — Illegitimate Activation of Services

Again and again, some service is getting activated without any notification or acceptance from customer, and balance gets deducted. For Do Not Disturb service, they are not activating before 45 days of request.

The Reliance mobile custmer care staff are calling to lady for abusing chat frequently. The Reliance shold take action against it.

I too have had terrible experience with reliance communication. In a different case my request to transfer my broadband+landline was supposed to have got executed in 7 days but they took more than a month. With me making many frustrating calls and talking to almost everyone at Reliance customer care I resigned to my fate and asked to cancel the connection when came many calls asking for reason for cancellation. I was requested to give another opportunity and this drama continued again. While almost on the verge of snapping I was told connection will be restored on a given date and connection was restored by which time almost 2 months had passed. The next day I couldnt use the service and when I checked with customer service I was told the service was disconnected since I had requested for it..I was shell shocked and could not react..so unprofessional they work like sheeps without any system. BTW, I refused to pay them outstanding month bill as Reliance communication did not meet their SLA to serve me, for the inconvience I had suffered and having to spend another 1 K for a new connection for a new service provider since reliance forced me out. I have begun getting bills for two months followed by a legal notice. I am seriously considering taking them to consumer court. If you have any experience of this kind please share your thoughts.

i agree reliance communication is worst company. i was its customer but due to such types of complaints i dont like its services.

RELIANCE COMMUNICATION LTD. — activated services without asking me

i m using a reliance connection, but one month back reliance activated one service on my number without asking me through sms or through call.after one month i came to know about this, when a message come to me that "a service MITTI KE RANG" has been renewed on my number for rs.30. after this i called reliance customer care for complaining about this, but they are not ready to listen any word from side, and they are blaming me that u have been activated service on ur own. i was asked them to file a complaint against this and give me a compliant number, but they are not ready to do this also.

now i request you to kindly take some immediate action against them.

I have received a message from Reliance Communications Ltd [Mobile] on 17-Aug-2010 at 5:59:33 pm about Ramzan offer saying that if I recharge my pre-paid account with Rs.350/- they will credit 786 promotional minits for Local and STD calls with 30 days validity [in the message they haven't mentioned any T&C apply]. Hence I have recharged my Mobile: [protected] [which is in roaming at Chennai] on 18-Aug-2010 at 04:59:44 pm with Rs.350/- by confirming the same Ramzan offer validity from rechainging agent at Chennai. He also spoke to Reliance Communications Ltd customer care and confirmed that offer is valid even if I am in roaming. On recharge I have received the message saying that my mobile is recharged with Rs. 0.01 paisa and amount payable is Rs.350/-, then I have questioned him that why RCL hasn't credited paid amount Rs.350/- at least as a balance, then he replied by talking to customer care there after my Main Balance will not be reduced and talk time will be reduced from promotional balance only. Where as my Main Balance has reduced by 24-Aug-2010 and I am unable to call anybody inspite of my promotional balance. Then I have qnquired at customer care nos 333 [Ms. Shanta] and 198 and explained my problem, then they have revealed that this offer is not valid in roaming, then I have questioned them why don't they inform customer when they are sending message about Ramzan offer, they don't have any answer. Then I have asked them to convert this offer to as a normal recharge of Rs.350/- [which is my hard earned money] they have replied that they don't have any power/rights. It is literally cheating of customers without providing clear information. Please take an action to stop this plan immediately which is a sort of cheating on the name of holy festival RAMZAN month. I have strongly decided to cancel 2 of my Reliance Mobile connections immediately.
