Reliance Communications — Bad Service and not responding to complaints

Sir ,
i have issues with Reliance CDMA that they had been providing a very bad service and there is no clarity in voice and signals and the message pack they are providing are also a fake . i recharged my account for Rs39 for a message pack and i need to send a message 4 times then only it get delivered and when i ask them for the reason they have only one answer "SERVER DOWN" . i think its the problem of service provider not the problem of customer to check the server .
i also recharged my mobile with Rs 50 and got Rs 43 as balance and after 5-6 hour my balance was Rs 0.66 without making any call or message and when i ask the Customer Care they dont answer properly and being RUDE and the answer they give is Server Down .

I think that Government should take some steps while providing bandwidth so that proper utilization can be done and the interest of customer can be saved.

Reliance Communications — Income Tax deducted from Salary, but NOT remitted to IT Dept.

Hello All

I worked with Relaince Communications during FY 2007-08. Relaince has deducted an amount of Rs 76638 towards Income tax from my salary earnings, but remitted only Rs 63441 in to IT Dept. account.

Now I received a letter from IT Dept. reminding of the difference and asked me to pay an amount Rs 16720, inclusive of penalty.

Did any of you have similar experience in either Reliance Communications or any other Corporate? Please share similar experiences in this website.

Reliance India Mobile — unauthorised deduction of balance

My wife(Jyotsna Ranjan Humane) having reliance mobile no [protected] from last 4 years. Today i recharage of rupees 100 and she get balance 88Rs. in evening on 22/9/2010 at 7.27 pm the above phone number received message that u have been sucessfully subscribed to Monthly Cricket pack of Rs 49 only. and suddenly the amt deducted from the balance. She didn't demand any service or facility. without informing the balance is deducted. I tried to call customer care number 10 times but no response. I want my money/recharge back to the above number.

Reliance Communications — company automatic activate any service plan on my cell number

i am continuouslly calling yesterday night in Reliance customer care but they are not give any response,and they are automatic any service activate & minus balance on my mobile connection. So, please take any strict action on this company behaviour.

Reliance Communications — deduction of balance from prepaid account

i have takena reliance GSM prepaid number ([protected]) one and half year ago. few months ago i activated the SMS Pack 19 which has validity till 25 of every month. but since the past two weeks Rs 20 has been deducted from my prepaid account without any intimation or without any reason for deducting the amount. there is no satisfactory answer on contacting the customer care executive. this has been happening several times and has caused me immense mental stress as i am unable to use my phone due to uninformed deduction of balance from the prepaid amount. the customer care department of Reliance Communications (*333) is not giving me any solution to my problem. i request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve the same at the earliest. i also seek compensation from Reliance Communications for the harrassment and mental stress caused to me.
i hope you will do the needful at the earliest.

Reliance Communications — Overcharging of SMS Service Pack

With putting stones onto my heart i am bound to write this to you only because of pathetic service of Reliance Communications.

I am using this no. [protected] which has the SMS service pack of Rs. 39 being activated since 3-4 months.

Starting of SEPTEMBER the same service was being reactivated again without my consent and was double charged this month alone. i have tried to communicate to customer service person on the same issue and he replied that money is being charged only one time in this month.

But i am 1000 % sure that Rs. 39 is being charged 2 times from the balance. if there is some body in Reliance communication who can help me (kindly do please) as this kind of fraud has happened second time with me and i am not at all happy with the practices prevailing in Reliance Communications.

This is my request you to rectify the problem asap and revert.
