Reliance Communications — WRONGLY CHARGED FOR THEIR SERVICE WHICH IS NOT ACTIVATED

Reliance service is very misguiding they are activing and deactiving any service without any confirmation to customer and wrongly charge for same when we spoke to customer care then they says service are activted on our demand and no confirmation is sent by then for same and says we are sorry to search bcas their servour is slow or down and their seniour execuatieve doesnot atten any call and record any complain for that so help customer.

I RECEIVE SMS FROM RM-RELIANCE ON 18/08/2010 AT 01.44 P.M. STATING THAT "RECHARGE WITH RS.300 OR RS400 IN NEXT 3 DAYS AND GET EXTRA 50 LOCAL R-R MINS (VALID FOR 7 DAYS) IN 24 HRS OF RECHARGE.T&C APPLY.RELIANCE"

I RECHARED ON SAME DAY AFTER RECEIVING SMS FOR RS.300/-

BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE EXTRA 50 LOCAL R-R MINS

I SPOCK TO CALL CENTER FOR THE SAME MANY TIMES BUT THEY FINALLY TOLD THAT THAY HAVE MENTIONED T&C APPLY.

I FEEL CHEATED BY BELEIVING ON SMS.

i have a mobile no. [protected] of Reliance communication Ltd. since 2008. Due to charges related i was give a request to terminate my same no. (request no.[protected] on 07 aug 2010. after i call to relaince care on 13 aug 2010for asking the status , they ask me the reason for terminat this no. and i give the same previous and suggese me to convert this no. into pre-paid , i convience by them and gave a request no . to convert into pre-paid ( request no.[protected] also they assured me that ur no. will not be terminat.
on 15 aug 2010 i go to Relaince webworld (C-scheme office ) to ask the status , the executive seema told me to deposit my outstainding and i was deposited.
again i went fot asking the status to customer executive Seema told me that i have forwarded ur application forward but still in process.
again on 25 aug to know the status seema says i have already proced on 13 aug but by mistake of swati its terminated on 20 aug by the mistake of swati.(opration )
they give me the phone no. of Dilip Rana ([protected]) he say me to confirm tommorow .
on 26 aug 2010 again call to Dilip Rana , he told me that ur no. has terminated and now its not be pre-paid whethe by mistaen .same day i meet to Swati (opration ) , Ashis Kulshresta (opration head ) Mr. Abhijit (BM), and Mr Manish Saidawat . all person said me same word that its due to by mistake of SWATI becoz the no. is terminated on 20 aug and currunt request of convert into prepaid (13 aug ) was ignored but after terminated we can't do anything . (meeting voucher no. is 869 time 18:45 date 26 aug )
if they cant follow their commitment then why they are suggesting .
i want to continoue this no. with pre paid scheme ,what i can do ?plz sugges ....Nitesh Kumar [protected]

Smart Reliance Communication — Unrequired Messages Coming

Dear Sir,
I am using pre-paid SIM of SMART (reliance communication) since more than 1 year. Since about 15 days back I am receiving jokes message from unspecified location. After seeing the message it disappears from the screen. For this unwanted service daily some money is deduction from the balance. I tried to contact customer care at 198. After a lot of try ultimately at 4AM few days back I succeeded I they given a service request no[protected] & insured that within 48 hours message service will be stopped. But messages are still coming & deductions also. My pre-paid balance from Rs.200/- now its less then Rs.90/-.
Now I am waiting for balance to be 0 so that I can purchase another SIM of some other company not of RELIANCE. The company deducts amount for unrequested services. I had seen several times that balance is deducted but thought that may be I had called someone. But now I am sure the company is doing like thief’s do.
Any message comes it seems that thief is coming for steeling money. It irritating so much.
Can you do something to restrict such unhealthy activities of the company. Now I can understand how the company is becoming more richer day by day.

Reliance GSM — RELIANCE GSM DEDUCTED AMOUNT BY ILLEGALLY SUBSCRIBING TO ITS SERVICES

i am using reliance GSM service mob no.[protected]. from 10 15 days they have automatically activated VAS service which is named as HEALTH pack which is charged 3rs/ 3days. i am trying to deactivate this service but they just reply that "the request is under process " but they do not solve my problem. i was going to reliance store and they do not give proper response.and to my surprise there were many people in the reliance store who are facing same problem like me. they give vague reasons that there is some problem in my handset. my money is being wasted on recharge and i am facing unnecessary disturbance due to this. i am having all the msg which i sanded to reliance and all replies of reliance, so plz take my request. plz contact me on [protected]

Reliance Communications — CRBT SERVICE

CRBT Service invoked without my consent
Hi,

I would like to raise the issue with this forum. Reliance has activated CRBT service without my consent. I recieved a message saying that CRBT has been activated and Rs 30 was deducted my Prepaid Account Balance.

When I tried to send message to Unsuscribe to this CRBT service. I am unable to send the message.

Reliance should not do such type of mean activities of making money.

My Name is Hardik R Shah. I am from Vadodara, Gujarat. I was using Reliance Home Post Paid Landline Phone. My phone number was[protected].
I had submitted my Phone and the instrument dated 10th June 2009. It is more than 1 year and 2 months, I have not received my Deposit amount back.

I had a talk with the reliance person at their reliance terminal at below address more than 5 times
"6 7 Meghdhanush complex Near Bird Circle Race Course Baroda - 390015" .

But they are not giving proper answers. They say that it is not in our hands. They talked about some chinmay, but he also never responded. They always try to avoid me saying that we shall call you , but till now since last 1.5 months i haven't received any email or phone from them.

I have also mailed to their customer care at "[protected]@relianceada.com", but they are also saying the same thing, our manager will come back to you. But it is more than 11 days i have mailed them, but haven't received any intimation, or letter or email or post from them yet.

I am really harassed. The amount is also not huge. But I am harassed by not getting proper and responsible response. I request you to please help me out of this situation.

Now, I can't dactivation my 14rs sms pack. I tired many times as u said to me> y told just type DACT SMSDD and send it to 53739. I did but its not worked. Immediately correct this problem Otherwise its harmful for you.

Reliance Communications — Advocate letter to pay outstanding dues for an already terminated connection

Hi,

I have already terminated my FWP phone and submitted the same at your webworld. I have also cleared all the outstanding dues. Even after receiving an acknowledge for the same, i have got an advocates letter to pay my outstanding due of Rs. 1759.79/-. Can i have an explaination on this and status of my deposit refund which should have been cleared by now.

reliance GSM getting more money from the customer by offer of auto renaval..
i m deep ...i have reliance GSM connection..i recharged my mob with 19 rs for 1 paisa sms offer...
after one month auto renaval no done due to less balance..but i recharged with 19 rs for 1 paisa sms offer from outside store..then after company cut the balance from my accout for sms pack..so reliance such suck company..
