once i activated adult jokes but now i wanna dump it.twice or thrice i called customer care but no appropriate respond received.Please help me out...

Reliance Communications — deducting balance on the name of activating reliance services

on the name of activating different services,reliance communication is deducting balance.it has happened
many a times.even the customer care executive are not very forthcoming.my mobile no is [protected]..

Reliance Communications — Cheating by Reliance communication: Autoactivation of services and balance deduction

Myself Anil Choubey, a reliance communication GSM prepaid user, my prepaid mumber is [protected].

From the last three months I have been charged Rs 30/ month for the "Reliance Voice Blog - Amitabh".
I know for sure I have not activated any such service from my side.

They send me a sms after renewing mentionig to stop this service send sms BSTOP to 51234. To my horror when I send the sms to stop the service I got the message

"ERROR : No Appld found"

This clearly indicates that I have never applied for the "Reliance Voice Blog - Amitabh"

This is happening for the past two months and so far they have pocketed Rs 90 without my permission.


Today I decided to talk to reliance customer care at *333 and on talking to the executive when I tried to register the complain they simply tried to wash their hands and asked me if I want to deactivate the service? Hey what about the money you already deducted from my account?

When I said to discontinue the service they told me there is one more service activated some "MTV mahabakwas" do you also want to deactivate that too?

That was so tourmanting I called reliance customer care to register complain regarding the autoactivation of one service and they are telling me I have one more service activated.


I want to register complaint to Reliance through this forum that I have not applied for any of the above mentioned services

"Reliance Voice Blog - Amitabh" and "MTV mahabakwas"

I want full refund of my money ,i.e., Rs 120 (Rs 90 and Rs 30 for "Reliance Voice Blog - Amitabh" and "MTV mahabakwas" respectively)

I did not expected companies such as reliance communication of doing such an act of shame.
I will expect if Reliance has the true ethics and if they value their customer they will definately refund my money.

Please do the needful. Reliance are you listening

Reliance Communications — Deduction of Caller tune charge

Caller tune charges are being deducted without subsribing against my Mobile no-[protected] .The SMS option for de-subsribe is not working with the message "Nodefault configured".It is disappointing to contact the customer service executive who always responds with "Server problem /Network problem".De Subsribe the caller tune service and restore the balance.

Reliance Communications — Recharge Balance has expired without use of any service.

I have recharged my Prepaid Reliance Mobile Connection having no. +91 [protected] with Amount or Rs. 50/- on dated 08/11/2010 at 09.00 PM appx. My above balance has expired without any use of mobile services.

Reliance Netconnect Fraud — poor broadband cheater company

I am using this fraud company's device since two months. The company's services sucks and they have poor speed and poor everything, poor customer representatives, poor call centers and all of the workers of reliance are sadists including "ADA" the biggest of them all.

I have a 10gb day and 10gb night plan.
I have attached a image below which clearly says that my off peak usage is 1.7gbs, peak usage is 3.34gb where as my total usage is 16 gbs. what does this mean.....POOR SOFTWARE MANAGEMENT.
Reliance.....please hire some expensive software and computer engineers who can work well without any bugs......money is not everything. @ADA: you cannot take everything with you up there.Your mother is such an angel (i met her at udaipur temple) and you are such a beast. STOP harassing consumers along with your team....you will end up nowhere but HELL.

Now i get a bill which says i have used 2.5 gb more data than 10 gb limit for night usage. How do i get to know about this? when the software is poor. How do i get to know the exact breakup??? When i call these "" .........then......"poor me", what the heck am i doing? Why am I calling these irresponsible sadists who wont help me but instead repeat the same thing again and again."Sir, you used it so you have to pay it.....you will not be given a waiver".

How do I explain them that due to their poor software response, I was not correctly able to track my usage and hence mistakenly downloaded more data. They simply wouldn't listen to it. They dont care about consumers. For them consumers are like a box of [censored]can who pays Rs1500 to them every month and they don't give it a .

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT "BUY" RELIANCE NETCONNECT.please do not be another victim to fraud and dupery.

Buy MTS instead.....at least they have better after sale service.

I also registered in Do not disturb but again i got so many calls(advertisements call).

I have Reliance CDMA -[protected].
Again i got so many unnessary addvertisements by reliance telecom.

Please take any action.
