Reliance Communications — Making Fool TO customers

I am using mobile services on Reliance Communications. I found that reliance communication is really doing some great frauds...let me explain " There is a missed call from No. [protected] and this is a paid VAS service call no. of Reliance as we all are not aware who is given the missed call As most o[censored]s are doing call back to the same no. Once the call connnected to the no. Rs 15 will automatically debated from account.

This is happening from last 2 months and i am sure lot of peoples are affected from this fraud.

Please take the hard action against this fraud company.

Reliance Communications — cheating on mobile top ups

I did an online recharge for my Reliance GSM number on 17/11/2010 that was a top up and it was mentioned in the site as the amount will be credited to my core balance but instead of crediting the amount in core balance the credited it in some promotional balance which is valid only upto 23/11/2010 and when i enquired about it in the custumer care they simply said that you have recharged your account in different that is why the amount is credited as promotional balance. So why have they started this online recharge when we cannot recharge the account from any where in the country they should have mentioned this thing in there site and now they are making some stories please look into this matter.

Is this the way to Earn the money ?

I have called on Reliance customer care for code to activate reliance internet day pack.

They said M5 is the activation code

I have typed M 5

Surprisely Missed call alerts activated for deduction of 15 rupees

Is the only code they have for both services.

This unknown number also disturbing me kindly give me the detail of the same.

Reliance Communications (Adag) — unnecessary Charging by activating unwanted services

Hello, I m Ashutosh Maurya a reliance cdma prepaid mobile customer. I have one reliance cdma prepaid number [protected] (UP west). My balance was deducted Rs.10 every week from my number several time on the name of service activated by reliance themselve on my number. This service was not activated by me. But if i complaint to customer care, they say that I have requested for this service and therefore the balance is deducted from my mobile. This unnecessary service is 'regional pack' ,. This was automatically set on my mobile. On requesting reliance for refunding my money to my prepaid mobile account, reliance is simply denying for it. For about four times it has been done with me. About Rs. 40 has been deducted from my number. How can i get my money back. Please help me

I am using Reliance mobile phone no.[protected] sinc elast eight years. Few days back they have deactivated my mobile no. I contacted the Reliance Office at Girish park- Kolkata office and after discussion I have submitted all the necessary documents like photocopy of pan card, One passport size photo to get activated on dt.11.11.2010, but unfortunately they didn't activated my mobile no. till date.

Again I contacted them for activation and they send me to Kalakar street- Kolkata office and in return the Kalakar St. office send me back to Girish Park Office for the activation.

Sir, I am a sr. citizen and this is not possible for me to move here and there for this activation, so it is requested to you that please help me to get the mobile no. activated.

Reliance Communications — Service Activated Without Permission

Dear Sir,
I got a outbond call from reliance[protected] at 05:21pm.
On my no. [protected] , summary of conversation "I am calling from Rcom,
and company has launched Panchang service package, thanks for ur time." that's it.

After that today on 22nd nov Rs. 30 deducted from My account, without asking whether I want this or not.I was not even notified that I have been subscribed.

Was this my fault that I picked his call?

And when I contact to cust. care they refuse to refund my money back. And when I talk to superviser even he also talk very rudely.

And in midnight at 12:37am I start getting lots of SMS that I hav been subscribed for VAS Pack, Dadi Maa Ke Nukse, Devo Islam, Joke, Bolly Service, DYK Service, Mobile Radio, Girl Service, Panchang Service....etc total 13 packs have been activated on my no. Today my total balance was Rs.201 but now its Rs. -6.99(minus). Am I fool that I will activate all the above packs that are useless for me.

And finally I got a message at 01:12am that my request no.[protected] will be resolve in the next 3hrs. And after 5mins at 01:17 I got a message that request no.[protected] has been processed. Thank u for being with reliance. And finally my no. get barred.

And let me tell u that I hav never requested for activation of any package u can check ur call log or records. And my mobile is still with me its not lost.

This is not a matter of Rs 200 but the matter of cheating consumers.I want all my money back ASAP.

I would also like to request to take appropriate action against the agent.

Respected Sir/Madam,
I hav purchased reliance connection no. [protected]. On Oct,2010 I activated a gprs plan worth rs 51. but find the services very bad so i deactivated the plan in October,2010 but still they are charging Rs 51 for the same in every 15 days. even though I have complaint against the same many times on customer care of reliance, but they are not hearing any one. Please take necessary action against reliance comm.

Reliance Communications — unauthorised deduction of charges

I called in Reliance customer care.
Rs 40 was deducted from my a/c for callertune charges
Rs. 10 on 24/11/2010 and Rs 30 on 25/11/2010
I called customer care executive but he talked very rudely and didn't solved my problem. Infact he disconnected the phone in order to avoid me.

Actually you are automatically being subscribed to the caller tunes once you activate it. to completely unsub from the caller tunes

Please sent a sms as UNSUB and to the number by which you activated the caller tune.
