sir,I want you to pay attention towards this. RELIANCE COMMUNICATION is makin false deduction of money. I have a reliance mobile ([protected])and within last 4-5 days they have deducted above Rs 80 from my account with different service activation like radio mirchi pack, voice pack etc. Whenever i call on customer care either they say their system are down or they say that their computer are showing that we have activated these facilities.
i never pick up the call from their side, then also they deduct money saying u must have recieved their call. This type of complaint are normal sir. people who belong to rural family can't able able to complaint since on customer care they are " not registering complaints". Moreover sometimes they make miss call and if sumone calls back they say u have activated some kind of service and deduct money.
Please take a serious action as they are cheating whom they are serving. This is ridiculous, such a huge company aur "choron jaise kaam".
I[censored] take action, i promise you to meet 100's of people having same complaint.

I want to have some plan for STD rates cutter, so i asked customer care representative about it. I asked him is there any tariff voucher available for night chat plan. He said "yes", as you are old customer of reliance you can easily use our 79 rs pack and have 3lackhs seconds free for one months for RtoR.
so he confirmed me that i can have that recharge on my cell.
after his confirmation i logged in to http://www.rechargeitnow.com/ site and recharged my mobile no [protected], and soon after i get the a confirmation of successful recharge with transaction id[protected].
even after that i did not get any recharge balance on my cell.
so i called up again to customer care, he said no sir we are having technical problem issue so not able to answer, so i said him to transfer my call to your customer care executive senior then he said no sir it is really a technical error problem, after so many trials he finally agreed to transfer my call to customer care senior, but soon after that he said "sir i checked your balance ".i.e. he was lying to me. and he said your recharge of rs 79 is not in your account.
after that i again tried customer care, and he said sir your mobile no is not comfortable with the recharge of Rs. 79.
now tell me how much more misleading your customer care representative will do?????
Now i want my 79 rs back and a action against the misleading customer care representative guys.

Reliance Communications — debit of balance from my prepaid mobile account without information
Respected sir,I,the undersign Mr. Devang Panwala had the prepaid reliance mobile connection. On 23rd November there is auto debit of money from my prepaid account. And when i came to know then i spoke with reliance customer care about this[protected]. And that day customer care executive told me that after some time the money is credited to your account. But when i check it after some time money is not credited. So next day[protected] i talk to Executive named chandrekela for the same. But she denied to credit my money in my account and said that there is no complain was registered by you and now no money is credited to you. So again i talk to other executive on 29-11-10 for the same & he also denied to credit my money.
So, please sir help me for the same and also for other customer who can be the next to be cheated by Reliance Communication

Reliance Communications — CRBT service has been activated without prior information
Hi,I would like to raise the issue with this forum. Reliance has activated CRBT service without my consent. I recieved a message saying that CRBT has been activated and Rs 30 was deducted my Prepaid Account Balance.
When I tried to send message to Unsuscribe to this CRBT service. I am unable to send the message.

Reliance Communications — balance deduction and less than third class services

I had made a complaint in last week regarding mobile balance deduction, today reliance executive( Deepak) had also called me but , he have show me whatever complaints post through this site by general public will not solve carefully, he told me if problem not solved again i have to make a complaint for the same, and this is my third complaint for the same. if the Anil Ambani have financial problem then ask us we will donate same money, but do not behavior as non sense and do not develop bad impression of company.[protected]@gmail.com

i wantd to go 4 internet urgently. reliance people mislead me sayg browsing free and only upload r download i do will be charged. but my bill came 4 3500. i complaint it bfr it was sortd out next month came my bill increased to 1100 ten next month another 1100 but no body ready to sort out the problem i ended up payg 6000 and disconnected it inspite of tellg them not charge me any more until the problem is sortdREAL CHOR RELIANCE COMMUNICATION

Reliance Communications — Billing, Service Issue and Legal action
This is to inform you that I had disconnected my broadband services long-time back (9th Aug 2010) because the high speed (3 Mbps) was not available in my area which was promised while taking the new connection/data card and due to frequent disconnect in the internet. I paid Rs 2999 to purchase the datacard with promise of getting high speed (3.1 Mbps) from reliance which I never received while surfing the net and after logging the complaint with CCare, reliance customer care told me that high speed 3 Mbps is not available in my area and so I can just use 1X option available in data card so finally i disconected my internet connection and applied with some other provider for new connection.I also confirmed for any remaining balance/due on me from reliance customer-care and there was no due as confirmed by them after disconnecting the service.
Today,I got a call from reliance communication Legal department about some pending balance of approx Rs 900 so please suggest as I did not receive any bill or other letter from reliance communication for the same. Request you to look into this matter and suggest so that my issue can be resolved.
