I want to surrender your data card. So, please tell me about the procedure for surrender.

Reliance Communications — secret policy to be profitable company.

sir, Iam a customer of reliance communication from last two years. but from last two weeks Iam facing a lot of problem regarding automatic deduction of blance from my mobile. my mobile no [protected]. I have some details which I want to share with u.
on 25 th nov - they have deducted RS 15 from my account at that time my balance was. 14.97 after deduction - balance is -0.97. again after complain they revert back and balance came to my account - 4.97 .time[protected] h.
another deduction they did for RS 3 from my account at around 1758 h. When I put a comlain to 198 thay said money will be revert back within 48 hrs. They said they have taken my complain. but they didn't. after enquiry I came to abt the details after 2 days, that they didn't.

another deduction they did on 27th nov of RS 30 automatically. after complaining they revert back my money after one day. from thet deduction my balance reached to -ve. I have to do some important call but I am unable to do. because i WAS ON TREKKING that time. there were no shops facility to recharge. I have to wait for 01 days.
so many times they did without any notification through phone and any sms.
after complain they are not also entertaining the issue seriously.

Reliance Communications — regarding activate the services without permission of customer

I am the customer o[censored]r company.I have prepaid no. [protected] by the name of gaurav mukhija.MY complaint is regarding the service provided by you.On 7/12/2010 a call was made to me by the no. [protected]. The call is from ur sevice centre and was abut the music station.I have listened abut the service and didnt activate it but it was activated automatically and rs.49 was deducted from my account.Then i talked to the customercare of the companyon 198 .I talk to the cust. exe. and he passed my call to the floor supervisor mr vabhav.The floor incharge mr. vabhav talked me very rudely and behaved like a illetrate person.I told him that i have not asked to activate this service but he said only one thing that io have activated it. His behaviour was so much rude that i cant explain in the words IF i have activate the service why i vl request to deactivate it and moreover this has been happened many time before that the service is activated automatically by you without my request and after my complaint the waiver has been given to me
Kindly look into the matter and solve this as soon as possible and please tell ur floor incharge to behave like a literate not like an illitrate.

Reliance Communications — non receipt of itemised bills

I recieved bill for the motnh of oct in Nov. I had requested for itemised bill without which i wont make payment. Since mid nov till as on date i am continuously following up with them. Inspite of vigorous followup with customer care and various request to nodal office.. Nobody bothered to pay attention to my request.

My out going calls are deactivated. I am ready to make payment.. but without bill how will i make the payment. No one responding to my complaints.

Hope Consumer complaint forum will sort out my issues with no further delays.

Reliance Communications — activation of replacement SIM

I am a Reliance GSM([protected]) customer since 6 years.My mobile & Sim were stolen since 12 days.I have submitted FIR copy,photo and voter identity card in Reliance local customer relation center.They have issued me a duplicate SIM on 3rd Dec 2010.But that SIM is not been activated till now ie 8th dec 2010.

Reliance Communications — unnecessary deduction of balance from my account

Sir,regarding above subject i have to state that i am a reliance GSM customer of kurukshetra(Haryana) region.yesterday evening i recharged my no ([protected]) and without making a call of even a single second at night around 12:36 suddenly i got a message from reliance that your caller tune subscription has been renewed,as i checked my balance i came to know 40 Rs had been deducted from my account. I called to customer care then the customer care representative told me it's all have been done by you.you must have subscribed this offer but i didn't do anything. Actually i already suffered 3 times such circumstances with reliance so before recharge i verified from customer care that is there any offer is activated with this no or not and he assured me there is no offer with this no then only i recharged. At morning my rest of balance again deducted and i was sent a message written your missed call alert has been renewed though i had unsubscribed all the offers 15 days earlier.
I request you to kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.

From 3 month there is unwanted deduction of balance from my mobile no.[protected] and there is no response from customer care they refund me once but after one month they again deduct. Approximately 100 rs cut from my balance

Reliance Communications — Service Activation

Hi,

I am from kanpur using relience cdma from last one and half year. Every time from relience they activate any service from their own side and it create problem for us when unexpectedly balance reduce. I have asked to Customer Care for complain entry but they said that no any complain regarding to this is entertained so they can't.

If these are the strategy for the Mobile Service Provider to earn the money (profit), it is not good for customer.

So i am here with my complain for Relience Communication.

illegal charges
Dear Concerned,

I have been charged more than couple of times rupees from by prepaid mobile number by various fraudulent ways which I brought into the notice of the service provider many a times but even than unable to get a proper response. Every month without activation they cutting “Collar tune” “Health Tips” & "VOICE CHAT". So every month I have reporting, they will say we will remove, again they will cut next month same process from one year. The Reliance service is very bad not responding only cheating to public. We will take out your service and then say peoples don’t take Reliance service.

but i had not get any balance & minutes also my available balance has been deduct in my account without any intimation,

So pls stop this type of mistakes,

after talking with reliance customer care representative he asked me that scheme has been stop from few days back but why my balance had been deduct & why had reliance not been gave me the intimation for the same...

It's not good !
