LAST COUPLE OF DAY MY BALANCE DECRESES AS WELL AS CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE NOT RECEIVED CALL.IF YOU NOT RETURN MY BALANCE I AM COMPLAIN IN CONSUMER COURT.

my name is ankur pandey . i am a regular customer of reliance prepaid customer and my mobile number is [protected]. i never use Rworld services from my mobile and they deduct 40 rs. on 5th of dec. than i make them call and then they give my 30 rs. back than on 15th of dec. they again deduct 30 rs. and now i am calling to their customer care and they are saying that my money will not refund sir i am mantally disturb by the service of reliance.

Reliance Communications — net banking payment not reflected

Dear Sir,

everytime i have made my postpaid payment through the net banking option and it is immediately reflected in the reliance myservice option also i get mail as well as sms of same.

but at[protected]. i have made a payment of rs.479.25 to the reliance through net banking.

the amount is deducted from my bank account but there is no entry is reflected in reliance myservice as well as i have not receive any sms or mail from reliance.

Hi,

My name is yogesh malde and i am having reliance connection for the past one year. In the month of nov there was been debited of 30/- for some music pack which was been activated from r world on 15/Nov/10 **as per your call centre executive**. On 16 it was been refund to my account as it was been wrongly debited from your end. And no the same time i have given to deact the pack permantely from my no.

But again on 15-Dec-2010 again 30/- is been deact from my account, stating that again it is been activted from my end through rworld. But when i have not enter in the r world service why the pack is been activated with out my information. I want in writing to my email that i have act the pack through rworld. or else refund my 30/- amt which wrongly charged to my account. which is your system error.

I have Reliance GSM connection, they seem to be charging for services that i do not use and do not listen to complains. I sent a complain email and all i heard from them was that it was my mistake and i had asked for the service. That has happened a couple of times. reliance seems to be doing this quite often nowadays. I have heard this compalin from many more people.

I Dot have signals in my mobile.i called 2 complaint no 198 but they are not giving proper answer.im facing lot of probems.the reliance customer care CSR are also very carelss persons.they are disconnecting the lines.please do something.

Dear Sir,
This has reference to the previous mail which I had sent few weeks before. I had complaint against reliance communication that I was charged Rs 30 without intimation and it was charged for jokes pack which I had not subscribed. After few days I received a call from reliance communication that the amount will be reverted back to me and it was done as a result of consumer court complaint. Again I have the same problem, few days back on 12-12-10 again I was charged Rs 30 for activating jokes pack in my mobile which I had not subscribed. When I spoke to reliance customer care people the response of the executives was same as before and they refused to refund the amount. I never subscribe for all these packs and they do it automatically without my consent. Please look into the matter and please initiate action against reliance communication so that I get my amount back.

Reliance Communications — Automatically activates services without any permission.

Hi,

I am an exising user of your network, but I am facing few problems since last few
months. Automatically your systems activate your services like simply music,... on my phone
and my amount gets deducted automatically and when I called your customer care I got a
response that if you have called us within 48 hours of the services activation time, your
amount would have been refunded. So just wanted to know as I dont want your services
activated on my phone why you people without having my permission activating it???? And in case
you are doing so why you are deducting my amount.??? Also when I am calling your customer care I am getting amount deducted for that also, That means you people are playing a wonderful game, as firstly you activates services on our phones and then when we people are calling to get our money refunded you are charging money for calling customer care as well.

I expect a response on this complaint soonly.

I would like to say that in my mobile some pack was activated bydefalt on Date 19/12/2010 and Rs 30 was deducted from my balance .For that I have complained to customer care and Relaiance web world also. I am getting irreted continously due to this kind of activities from Relaince Communication.But I still did not get money back.So I Kindly request you, take the action against it and I should compansate also.

Reliance Communications — Not connecting in Broadband+ mode

I had purchased a Reliance Broadband+ datacard([protected]).In intial days it was very fast and now it is not at all connecting.I called customer care many times and they were not able to rectify this issue.Now i am unable to work from home due to slow speed.Please understand my situation and rectify this issue ASAP.If not give my money back.

Reliance Communications — Reliance Communication is cheating me.

I am using reliance Pre-Paid Connection from last 3 years Name Amit Kumar Agrawal, Address :
104, Sector No. 3, H.M., Udaipur (Raj.) - 313001.

But Before 3 days on date 18-12-10 suddenly my connection is deactivated by company without
giving me any information. After inquiry at office they tell me that you have not submitted any formality
(ID) regarding your connection and now connection is closed forever.

If you want same no. you should have to pay Rs. 500 & you will get only a new post paid connection.
(Not Pre Paid).

My no is very important to me & this is a number related to my goodwill that's why today I urgent deposit
RS. 500 & they assure me to activate a post paid connection with same no. ([protected]) in 24 hours.

I am asking only one simple question that the way they deactivate my connection is correct or not.

I think the only reason is that for disconnection my number [protected] is that i am not using any recharge
from last 4 or 5 month & i am using this number for only incomming purpose. & for genrating a revenue
company deactivate my no. & they convert forcely me from Pre paid to Post paid.


Please help me I am cheated by reliannce & i want person who help me & other consumer like me.
I am posting this mail to all department who can help me. Please take this matter seriously. I am
waiting for quick response.
