Dear Sir,
I am Rohit Gupta from Indore using Reliance connection ([protected]) From last year. But from last 4 month i will face many problem regarding services & billings.

1.) I will complaint many times that i am recieve my bill timely but after that they will not do any thing.

2.) I activate a caller tune on near about 20 days before but it is not working, customer care on 198 tell me we will note down your problem it will take 24 hr to solve.

Reliance will make 50rs. penalty for not make payement timely but this is not possible for me because i not recieve any intimation.

Pls do the needful asap.

Reliance Communications — Balance Deduction / Voice calls

My Reliance GSM Prepaid number is [protected].
I have a list of issues to be resolved.

Firstly balance is deducted from my number without any reason, i do not call, did not activate any service or anything else. Just out of the blues i recieve an SMS from reliance, that my balance is so and so...please get a recharge done.

Usually the deductions are in the sum of RS 30 , 25.

I have the Rs 77 STD and RS 30 SMS plan activated on this number.

A day back i received a call from Reliance Executive who said that they will help me with such problems. Earlier i use to get irritating cricket updates and other messages from reliance services. After conversing with the executive the alerts however have been stopped. They also promised that the unnecessary deductions would be refunded to my number.

Today after noon i get checked my balance and found out that they have credited Rs 30 balance for my number but after an hour's gap Rs. 25 was deducted,.
It was agonizing for me to go through such mental trauma, Reliance should either refine its offerings or quit cheating their consumers.

Was not aware that such incidents were to happen with reliance.

Also the actions taken are really late, please do not delay the process. The Consumer is not a fool but the decision maker.

Reliance Communications — Activated two data cards on my name and threatening to fill the bill of other card that i am not using

My name is Vishpal Saxena. I am one of the customers of reliance netconnect broadband+. My data card number is [protected]. I am using this data card and paying regular monthly bills.

Dharamveer, the executive, who activated two data cards on my name when I purchased the above number data card from my documents. The other data card number is [protected] that I am not using. I got regular bills and calls from customer care to pay the bills. I contacted Dharamveer to close [protected]. He told me that he would change the ownership of this card as he knew who was using it, but he did not do so and I got regular bills and calls. Dharamveer resigned the office. Then, I contacted Mr. Manmohan ([protected]) at Sector 15 web world. He assured me that he would close this number, now the number has closed, but 1997 rupees amount still due on this card. I sent a mail to him regarding that he replied the mail by saying that he escalated this problem to his senior and they would do the needful. Now, I am getting calls from recovery agent in the form Tees Hazari court agent. Her number is [protected]. He threatened me and forcing me to fill this bill otherwise they will charge me with legal penalty. They are mentally torture me and disturbing me daily. I also told them that I informed reliance team to rectify this problem, but they threatened me to fill the bills.

Reliance Communications — unnecessarily activate plan

Dear sir,
My name is Abhimanyu Sethy, mobile no [protected], for last 20day ,reliance communication, service provider deducting or charging from my balance, whenever i asked to customer care executive they were saying , sir you active this plan or that plan, but i didn't activate any plan, some time they waived and returned the amount. whenever i asked please provide me transaction id if i have subscribed any plan or package, but they didn't give me any transaction id, on 4th July i talked one of customer care executive why it like so.
she said me sir u active gprs service rs 5 form 1st July t to 4th July that's why rs 20 deducted and subscribed 20 20 game pakage
please do the needful action

Reliance Communications — All the Telecommunicator are BAD

Getting frustrated by reliance, Debited 123 rupees from my account, when I noticed then I call your customer care, they said that no deduction happen from our side.
Very bad experience with reliance.

Reliance Communications — Mobile Phone disconnected

My mobile phone number [protected] was with lifetime validity, However the phone was disconnected all of a sudden due to non recharge and was not pre -intimated to me before disconnection.
I had been using this number since 2001. Reliance communication should allow the same number portablity as per TRAI directive.
Please help to resume service of this number.

on 11th june I went to reliance "Reliance Communications Shopprix Mall Sector 61 Noida for porting my number from dolphin to reliance.
The executive Ramesh assured me that number will be ported to reliance within 7 days..
Since then I have visited them 9 times and no action has been taken.
They rather do not attend.
Please kindly look into the matter

I hv rechareged my mobile with the GPRS pack of Rs.29/- but i hv download some ringtones and videos, Wallpaper from Mrp Store so my balance has deducted everyday Rs.30/- although GPRS pack. so i want to discontineou this service. i wanna retunred my balance.
I had Reliance data card # [protected] for Broadband Services. However, inspite of paying them a monthly bill of Rs.1122 for more than 10 months, their service was very poor. Everytime I complained to the customer care, they would tell me its a technical problem in my area. This problem continued for a period of over 5 months from July 2010 to December 2010 when I finally terminated the service. During this period, I had paid all the bills before time inspite of the poor service and inspite of me not even using their service. I was even offered a discount of Rs.600 by the company in my bill for the month of November as a compensation for their poor service. My last bill was sent to me by the company on December, which was again cleared by me. I had asked the company to terminate my services, however they kept on giving me various offers and reasons to not terminate. They even asked me to go to their outlet, if I wanted to terminate. When I went to the outlet, they told me that my service will be terminated and that I shall get an intimation directly from the company. However, till date I haven't recieved any intimation from the company, but suddenly last week I received a notice from the company's lawyer Mr. Shadab Peerzade for some recovery of Rs. 3390!! This notice, I recieved after 6 months of the termination of the service, so obviously I do not have any records or any information about the termination details. The company is mischievously and fraudulently harassing the consumer to extort money from them by sending legal notices. Not only I want to claim the Rs.3390 charge sent to me by the lawyer, but now I also wish to recover the money that I have paid for the 5 months for the services which the company promised, but did not deliver and also for causing mental agony by sending such legal notices.

Reliance Communications — UNNECESSARILY DEDUCTING AMOUNT

Dear Sir,
i have lodged complaint on 6th July. on 8th July morning i have checked my balance it was credited Rs 70, after that my balance was Rs 194, at 2:30pm when i have checked my balance it was deducted Rs5.On 9 th July again they have deducted Rs 5. On 10th July also deducted Rs5.

Reliance Communications — Excess Debits

I had upgraded my no for outgoing / roaming incoming charges to be charged @ 0.01 INR paise, whereas from last 5 days I ma out of State & they have charged me @ 1.50 INR per call.

Why does charges are been made extra without my notice.
Kindly refund the excess debits made with out any more delays.
