[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Caller tune code i want

The stupid CRICKET updates have again been continued at my number. I did not SMS or subscribe for them in any way. What does it take to save the consumer from such an agitation?

Reliance Communications — Do not update my document on your record

I am a customer of RIM with last 8th year's but required again a document as add & ID Proof by RIM,so submitted 4th time on reliance web world,MI Road,Jaipur.

But not update of my profile till date and not found satisfied reply by RIM than very problem us,because can not be seen and found to any services and facilities.

kindly request to solve my problem.

Reliance Communications — deduction of balance in every 2-3 days

dear sir,

My mobile no is [protected] in the name of Mr sarvesh kumar singh..in every 2-3 days my balance is deducting since one month without giving any notice through sms or call.yesterday my balance also deduction of Rs 3.00.Because of this i have to face lot of problem regarding my emergency calls...

I hope you will sort out this matter immediately otherwise I will have to port my number to other operator.

even aftr writing complaint on 7 july...no action has been taken..
my number [protected] which was being proted from dolphin to reliance is still out o0[censored]se...
all of its incoming and outgoin have been stopped.
that is why ive been unable to recive all my important calls

and till date no action has been taken..

Hi, I am Vaibhav Baghela. My Reliance CDMA number is [protected]. I have activated my DND service long back and not getting any promo sms till last month. But from this month i am getting hundreds of sms from 3600. I have contacted Reliance customer care also.. but always give same answer it will be solved.kindly do something.

My mobile No. is [protected].I used the reliance GSM service from many days.

I did not activate any kind of service in my SIM like cricket SMS.but these kind of services get activated automatically and i receive some messages every day, its too annoying and these services get charged everyday like Rs 5, 2 why should we pay unnecessarily for the services which we don't even want?Reliance is a very fraud company all these cheat activities are really ridiculous and i am totally fade up.I request to stop that all unnecessary services and refund my money.

I never activated Cricket SMS for my SIM. Unsubscribe it form my mobile as soon as possible.

Reliance Communications — not giving approval for portability

I have given request for portability of my reliance number [protected] to Airtel.When airtel has process my request then reliance is not giving to change the service provider.As per tri customer can move any other service provider if he not happy with current service provider.I want that reliance release my number to airtel.

I didnt recrived the benifts for recharging against Rs.45.
Actual benifts: Full talk time and 20 Min for other mobiles Per min

Reliance — they are cut rs30 in my account

yesterday they are cut rs30 in my account. this is my second complaint. pl return back my money. my reliance no is [protected]

i do not get my voice chat balance plz send it with in 48hrs my mobile no. is [protected]

I am a reliance user,
They have charged me a sum of rs 120 for the services i never asked.I complained several times to customer care they will say they will refund money but nothing happened .Even their site need pack ,(How could I know that if i didn,t asked anything,such a rubbish),so i am not able to complain online.

Reliance Communications — No connection

I had applied for a connection on the 4th of July 2011. I had been given a commitment that it would be done in the next 7 days. After the initial period of 7 days was over, I contacted the company employees asking for the reason for the delay. They said that they had staffing issues.
After a couple days, the company representative called me up and told me he would do it that evening. But he didn't show up and since then has been ignoring my calls.
The cheque that i had given them was cashed on 13th July itself.

Reliance Communications — Internet too Slow

dear sir,
here the internet of reliance is too slow, even the google page need 2 or 3 minutes to open.
i have given complain in reliance customer care but of no use.i have already recharged Rs 99 the internet pack of reliance for one month.but now they are not responding me.please help me sir.
