I have got a new mobile number & my number was not shred with anyone (not even my friends) but I applied for broadbrand services of Reliance and shared a number with them.
Later (within 2 days) I got a call from some number which is from Pakistan.

This clearly shows that Relinace is sharing/selling numbers to other people.

Please look into this urgently

Reliance Communications — MNP Rejected (09336189794)

I was apply for Mobil No. Portability from reliance([protected]) to airtel on 20jun-2011 .but the reliance rejected that application due to the following region.(there are subsisting contractual obligation from the subscriber agreement) i dont know when and whrer i agreement with the reliance.
After that ,I was received a phone form Kanpur office (mr. vinay verma-Reliance Kanpur)that there are subsisting contractual obligation from your end and its validity will be end on 17-july-2011 and he request me again mnp on 18-july-2011.

On 18-july I have done again mnp and after 16days when I call to airtel ,they told me that reliance rejected your mnp again .I call again reliane customer care on 4-Aug-2011 to Mr. Rajendra , he told me that your application was rejected on 23-july but the mnp was on process 23-july evening and this time he is on process.

Dear Sir, what is this happening with me, kindly help me

Reliance Communications — Regarding PF return

I am Navas Ahamed A(Emp no:[protected] working at reliance communication as a COE from[protected] to[protected], due to some personal reson i leave the job, after that i fill form with complete detail & send to Chennai on 5 month back. But there is no response upto till date, kindly help to collect my PF.

Reliance Communications — CREDIT OF 1199/- RECHARGE

Sir/ Madam
Regarding Recharge issue for Reliance GSM number [protected]. Kindly note that complaint logged vide Service Request ID[protected] was resolved on 4.8.11 at 12.56 pm with a promised by Reliance executive Firdause Khan that Rs 900/- will be posted on my no [protected] within 48 hours ,but till today after 90 hours no action has been taken. This is really disgusting that my problem is not solved after one month.

Reliance — False Charging

Sir,
For last 3 years i am using reliance prepaid connection. At the end of June 2011 an execute from reliance called me and described me one scheme in post paid, in that reliance to reliance call is free (Local and STD) and rental for this particular scheme is free for three months and after that it will be Rs. 199. I agree to the scheme and submitted the documents, but till July end my no. is not converted to postpaid. I went to thane customer care centre to know about the delay, they said that they have not yet recieved the request to convert it to postpaid. I called the executive who described the scheme, she replied that all my document was with her and she assuerd me that she will forward the documents. After two days as usual i recharged my prepaid with Rs 50. and i got istant message from reliance that my account balance is Rs. 57.77 and then after half an hour again i got a message saying that my account balance is Rs. 5 and again within a minute again i got a message saying that my account balance is Rs.15 and again i got a message that you have been migrated to post paid. I called up complaint no.198 to register a complaint for my hard earned money back. they told me that there is no provision to register the complaint and there is no scope of getting money back.
Above all today i got an SMS from reliance that they have not yet recieved my complete application form. Please submit your details immediately to enjoy our service.
Sir if they have not recieved the documents why they migrated to postpaid from prepaid ? Can i get justice ? or in our country any big shot can cheat anybody and there is no action can taken. Why is it happening here?

Reliance Communications — Non-Refund of Full Deposit upon termination of Reliance Number 8431878445

Hi, I had taken the above GSM connection in Feb 2011 from Reliance Webworld, Srinivasanagar, Bangalore and it was not working from day one. I had shown the error message to the concerned person MS.Usha and she told me to check for few more days, and if the problem persisted, she agreed to terminate and refund the entire deposit of Rs.250/-. When it did not work after couple of weeks, she took the request for termination and forwarded the same to concerned department in Reliance.

Despite several reminders and personal visit to above webworld, Reliance never bothered to refund and I had to write to their Nodal officer and appellate authority. They did not even bother to acknowledge complaints and finally I got a cheque for Rs.43/- in August 2011 that is dated 21st July.

This is the way Reliance communications is cheating through their day light robbery of their customers. All these folks should be given the highest punishement possible in this land as these are no better than our politicians.

I request everyone of my friends here to return their reliance connections and spread this message to their friends as well.

Reliance Communications — Not make any call for customer care and telemarketing sms received while dnd activated

I have face a Problem as per Reliance GSM [protected]. this has been converted in gsm from 28/04/2011. I am unable to make any Customer care call after 14 may 2011and telemarketing sms are start after 28/04/2011. I have contact to web world 4 to 5 time for solution but I am not get any solution. So please provide me solution for this problem.

HELLO SIR,
I AM VERY SORRY TO SAY BUT THIS IS THE 5TH TIME I AM COMPLAINING ABOUT RELIANCE GSM SERVICES.I DONT KNOW WHY THIS COMPANY FOUNDS MY NUMBER TO DEDUCT THE UNAUTHORISED BALANCE. ON 9AUGUST 2011, THEY DEDUCTED MY RS 70/- FOR SOME PACKS WHICH I HAVEN'T SUCBSCRIBED, AFTER SPEAKING TO CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE, I GOT MY BALNCE,BUT YESTERDAY AGAIN THEY HAVE DEDUCTED MY RS.74/- FOR SOME OTHER PACK, AND WHEN I SPOKE TO EXECUTIVE, THEY HAVE GIVEN ONLY RS29/- AND WHEN I SAID WHAT ABOUT THE REMAINING BALANCE, THEY SAID THAT I WILL TAKE DOWN YOUR COMPALINT, BUT THEN HE SAID THAT THERE IS SOME TECHNICAL PROBLEM IN TAKING COMPLAINT...WHAT A LIE.........?
I REQUEST YOU TO HELP ME IN GETTING MY BALANCE OR ELSE I WILL HAVE TO TAKE SOME LEGAL ACTION AS I BELONG TO LAWYERS FAMILY.

Reliance Communications — Harassment in promo offer

I am Saurav Ghosh,using reliance smart network,and my no, is [protected].There was a promo offer of reliance of rs.49 which gives unlimited reliance to reliance call free for 7 days.I have been using that promo for last 3 month.At 10.08.2012 the validity of my last 49 promo expired,so i recharged rs.49 again at 11.08.2012 through easy recharge and got a balance of rs.01,which i do get every time after rs.49 promo recharge.But this time reliance to reliance was not free and the balance got deducted from main balance account.I called customer care and they told the 49 promo is now increased to 60,but no such information was given!!!!! Now if there is no such promo of rs 49 is available then i should get the talk time balance against the recharge of rs 49.Now every time i call customer care to complain,they says there is a problem of system upgradation and tell me call after 2 hours!!!! They are harassing me each and every time i call customer care.Please take my complain seriously.

I want to set caller tune "Tu Mujhe Soch Kabhi" in Vodafone & its not in list. Hw can I set it to relince india mob. [protected]

Reliance Communications — Yet another unwanted service activated

I have been bugged beyond belief. At one point of time there were so many services activated on my number [protected] that I was charged exorbitantly. I had to pester customer care for a month to get them cancelled (being charged 50p/min everytime obviously).

Today I got another message from 54646:

'Thank you for subscribing to Bollywood Box Office Application. You will be charged Rs. 7/week.'

Needless to say I haven't voluntarily activated the same. Pissed off. An advice to everyone reading this: NEVER GO FOR RELIANCE'S TELECOM CONNECTION. THEY ARE LOOTERS.

Reliance Communications — deducted my balance

i salil lightwala have recharge my mobile no [protected] on 13/08/2011 time 8.17pm by rs 100/ and got talk time of 87.66rs.i have received message today at 00.19am that my balance is rs 5/ only.i have dial only 1 call on 15/08/2011 at 7.57 pm.i have not activated any extra service from reliance.how and why my balance is deducted from my account?pls do needful in the matter and take strict action against reliance so in future they will not do any mischief . if i have to complain to TRAI against reliance pls guide me so i can take necessary step for that.

BIG TV — Poor Response

My smart card No.[protected] I have given a complaint on 09.08.2011 after making more than 50 calls to the customer care one technician Mobile No.[protected] turned and checked on 12.08.2011 and informed the set box to be replaced. Since the warranty period is on, he told me to wait upto 15.08.2011. Till Now there is no response either from the technician or from the customer care center.
