My name is jagdeep singh i was using the reliance broadband for last 2 month. But iam very unhappy to there service .there network is very poor and not working as good that they told to me.i face this problem daily the server is down and not connect this problem is countinusely repeat every single day .It will work only few hours on a day and some time it will not work 2 or 3 days.When ever i talk with coustomer care they tell me that they fix it and then the same problem is come on next day.My neighbours are also using same broadband and also face same problem.please help us we are very Disopointed from ther serviceses and give justise to our money that we give to them on every month.Thankyou.

Reliance Communications — Not Connecting New Connection

Hi,

I have complaint regarding Rcom - Broadband Services. I had applied for a new connection 11 days back and a marketing executive of Rcom confirmed and guaranteed the set up of connection in 3-7 days. I have business of share trading and due to such assurance I did not renewed my connection from my previous ISP and now RCOM guys are daily saying "Bhaiya aaj nai kal pakka lagwa denge", with all sorts of excuses like technical problem, verification problem, lineman problem and all and my business is daily suffering a loss which in no case i know they are gonna compensate me.

When a asked them to return my cheque as I got my connection restarted from my previous vendor, they firstly denied that it cannot happen, and there is no way of refund and now they say, some processing fees will be deducted and then a DD will be returned in 1month or more.

What should I do now. Pls suggest.

Reliance Netconnect Broadband Services — Harassment for bill payment by using unscrupulous ways

Hi,

I have requested Reliance netconnect to terminate my wireless device connection for my number - [protected] almost a month back. Although I paid the major part of the pending bill, they did not terminate my connection and were making repeated calls asking me to pay the bill. The last Saturday, I got a threatening call from someone with mobile numbers ([protected] and [protected]) telling me that they have filed a case in high court and that I need to speak to lawyer to get the case closed. I called up to the guy who pretended to be the lawyer and he was asking me to pay an amount of Rs.2332 while the actual outstanding amount was just Rs. 458. He told me that if I don't pay the bill, the matter will become serious and that I have to attend the court (All of this just for 2000 rupees amount!). I have been harassed to pay the bill (Which I paid out of fear) by making calls like this and using unscrupulous ways to get the money. I want to launch a consumer complaint on Reliance for such acts.

Reliance Communications — unusual deduction of call charges

Hi Team,

My mobile number is [protected] and my plan is Rupee 1/- for 3 minutes however from 14th Aug 2011, charges deducted are 1.20 per call. Iam not able to reach to the customer care for complaints ie., 198
Kindly investigate and reverse the same. Do call me for further details.

Reliance Communications — Complaint against Employee Davinder Kumar

My Reliance netconnect Data-card number is [protected] circle office Noida Up, currently using in Pune. I have been complaining to terminate my services for some reason since July 2011. Despite of my subsequent requests team is not responding.

You may want to refer my requests numbers,[protected] ,[protected]. I got a call from reliance legal dept some other day to clear my outstanding by Mr.Mitesh.I cleared all outstanding against number [protected] on the same day.

It looks like services are still active, prior to that on 21 Aug 2011 services were suspended, somebody called as Davinder Kumar has activated the services, I don't know who ask him to activate my services on [protected].

I don't want any future billing disputes, kindly look in to this matter, please.

Reliance Communications — Deficiency in Basic Services

Even after repeated complaints about poor network coverage for the past Eight months, nothing has been done and i am simply paying rents and for call drops. Also after giving request for GPRS plan activation, deliberately they didn't activated my plan and forcefully charged me for Plan as you go. Most of the time i am struggling for getting GPRS data connection and even if i get a data connection a file size of 10 kb will take more than a minute to open. In a city like Mumbai the commercial hub, if one does not get basic telephony services with 2G, i wonder it would be nightmare with 3G.

Also all the repair work are carried out during the business hours where there is no data connection avaialble and whenever we complain about any deficiency in services, most of the time we get to know either the systems are down or are running very slow, so please call later. So all faults are carried out at our cost. This is how they are minting

I urge to all please do not switch to Reliance Communications (GSM service)

Reliance Communication Pvt. Ltd. — Network Problem and not enough speed and customer harrasment

I had made a complain to customer care twice (in the month of Mar'11 and Apr'11) regarding network problem in my area (Raja Bazar, Patna). I was not given the request number and customer care representative said that it will be repaired within 15 days and we will call you also to confirm that to check the current status. But neither it was solved nor i was informed any thing by service provider. And when I my usage made then I saw some extra charges have been added to my bill. And then i decided not to use this connection and will not pay the bill from the month of june'11. Then they started calling to pay the bill in the month of July and August'11. They never reverted back to me on my complain made to them but now they always calls any time to pay bill. They started harrssing me by calling any time. Now they have crossed the limit when one of his staff has threatned me.

so I am making this complain against my service provider (Reliance Communication Pvt. Ltd.) and their employee.
On 27/08/2011 at 17:49 hrs, I went to MTS Store at Chembur-Mumbai-70 for again port my no-[protected].my porting request code number is RM395995, VALID TILL 11/09/2011.Please take action ASAP.

Reliance Communications — 40 Rs Debited from my Reliance GSM

Dear Sir / Madam,

I m using Reliance GSM No.[protected]. My GSM Balance is 170 Rs. on dtd.28.08.11 & i m use SMS pack Services of RS.26 monthly its renew every 28th of the month but due to technical problem they are not able my renewal a/c of the same date without any information to me & debited extra 40 Rs.with 26 Rs. SMS Pack.I talk to Reliance Customer Care but they saying we are not abble to reverse in your a/c

So you are requested to please reverse my 40 Rs.by Reliance GSM
