Reliance Communications — Reliance saving his sales executive instead of taking action they justify that this guy is right

Dear Concern,

I have got a call from some lady from Reliance by[protected].She has instead of resolving the issue she has just complicated the whole thing as she is believing his guy and saving him from consequences.She has taken Vikas on Con call and vikas has denied that he has not committed me that he will give me the bill by 27th August.I have spoken to his boss and he has committed me the same how they can be so irresponsible and lied like anything.One thing he has told that your bill cycle will be 27 of every month The lady was on con call you people can ask her.He has accepted that then again she insisted on saving him.

One more thing your guy has not given me any receipt for the sim taken.This is where she has told me that my complaint is weak.That's not my fault if your sales parson is not carrying the receipt book what would i do.

I don't know what is your criteria to resolve the issue or you will save your guy.Vikas has never responded to my calls and he told her that i abuse him by calling him in the night at 11pm.

I am challenging you people that you people can take my call list and his as well.And show me when at night by 11pm i have called him and abused him.If he prove me wrong I'll atke my complaint back and if i proved right what will be your step.

If you people don't want to take action against him let me know I will leave this unnecessary practice.

She was justifying that he is right what ever i have told is absolutely doesn't matter to Reliance..

I know you reliance people will do nothing.

Reliance people are very lazy kind of a people...They actually don't know what should they do in these situation...I have defaulted reliance number all because of this only...Values And principles are vague words for them...Nothing will happen my friend You are wasting your time by shooting mail as they are irresponsible company saving his sales executive ...

Dear Sir,
I purchase five Postpaid sim cards of Reliance on date 27.08.11 for my busines purpose.These sims are still not activated and the executive of their company uses abuse languages. they are not cooperatimg with us . every time when ia cal them they use abuseive langauge which is truly embaricing. iam getting mentally & economically harresed by them please cooprate with me . they are forcing me to visit their different branches at delhi & gurgaon.

my account has nearly Rs.45/- in my sim card [protected]

but when i saw it yesterday it is Rs.11+ only
when and why this happens without any message or information

why is it ?

But, still my problem is not resolved. I therefore, request u to refund me Rs.44 paid to u. (Rs. 33 for SIM Card + Rs. 1 for recharge + Rs.10 for another recharge) If you dont want to retain the customer, there is no compulsion from my side. give me my Rs.44 which I have paid you & agst which you are not able to provide services. Atleast, pls dont harrash me any more.

Reliance Communications — talk time related issue

i have purchase reliance gsm no.[protected] on 06/08/2011 from retailer, my retailer made FRC of Rs.86 on the same. but i did not get any talktime as promised by the co. of Rs. 40 will get as talk time.

I also made complaint to reliance communication for said issue,customer care executive logged my complaint with complaint no.[protected] and told that u will get it with in 2 days, but i did not got any talktime.

i again logged a complaint with no.[protected] and this time executine said same as they said earlier but til today i do not get any talktime.

kindly resolve my issue.

I have Reliance GSM connection my number [protected].i have actvated SMS pack on Jan 2011.after that i have deactivated.Since March 2011 Every month 22nd Money was deducted on bases of SMS pack actvation, even though i fought with customer service operator with same issue, still its repeating. good thing is they are adding my money back after struggling so much.

Firstly they are dedecting my balance continuously since last 8 to 9 month by activating services.

So i decided to change my operator.

For this my requesting to reliance people to give me my upc code so that i can change my operator. But this people are not providing UPC code to me.

I've been using this number for almost 4 years now and have submitted all relevant documents many a times.

Last week I decided to go for MPN only because of all this reasons.

My number is again blocked under the pretext that I've not submitted documents. It seems like it's been done intentionally to harass me as I've decided to quit their services..

Request you to please intervene and do the needful.

Reliance Communications — Bill payment.

Hi,

I was using reliance internet service till may 2011. suddenly due to house construction near my house the wires got disconnected. I called up the customer service and raised a ticket. The technicians came to my palce and after checking the wires. they told me that they cannt provide wiring for my house as it would be around 200-300 meters. inturn they asked me to cancel the services. Based on this i called up the customer care and placed arequest for cancellation of services immediately. I paid the complete bill for month of may. however i got a bill for the month of june inspite of cancellation of servicesrequest from my end. I spoke to customer care executive and he told me that it happened mistakenly and would go ahead with cancellation which dint happen. I have also the termination letter from reliance on july 10 and july 12 , 2011 starting they would cancel the services.

couple of days back i got an email to pay outstanding amount of 1500 for june and july month failing which i would facing court law.

i want to complain against the relaince communcaition against the nuisance it has caused to me.

When there is no wiring not internet accessible how can i use internet.

i called up the customer care yesterday sep 5 th 2011, they are forcing me to pay but they are not listenign to my words at all..

please advise how to go about filing a case against them in consumer court.

I am highly upset that from Reliance Communication side that VAS automatically activated on My no.( [protected]) without any request for my side. I have so many times complaint through telephonic conversation with customer care executive but again today it has been activated again on My no. It is going on for last 4 months and for that i have to pay extra amount for the same each month. So take appropriate action so that it will not happen in future again.

Reliance Communications — Very Poor Service, in fact no service

Two months back i got the Reliance broadband connection but two weeks before my landline phone went dead and the internet connection stop working. Even after complaining for 4 times, they have not fixed by problem. Their reason for this problem is, my plan has not been updated till now.If they don't have my plan then how did my bill got generated. Everytime I call the customer care, they assure me that it will be fixed within 24 hours but its been two weeks they have been telling me.

Now I regret why I took the Reliance connection because everyone was telling me that their service sucks. All my friends recommended me to use Airtel service. I should have never got that connection at all.

Reliance — MNP rejected by RELIANCE

Sir,
i have requested to port my number [protected] from reliance M.P. to tata docomo. I have generated Porting code and applied for MNP by submitt documents to tata docomo. they informed me that porting will be done within 7 days. But after 15 days when i contacted them they told me that it is rejected by reliance. when i contacted reliance they told me that document does not matched.then i showed the document submitted to the person sitting there, he told me the documents are correct so u apply one more time for MNP. it will done this time.
So i have generated a porting code no. EY787153 on 05/09/11 which is valid till 19/09/11. I have submitted documents again in docomo on 08/09/11.
Sir please ensure that my no is ported out this time.

Reliance Communications — customer harrassment

I purchased my number 12 days back from reliance retailer after submitting my documents and then after 5 -6 days suddenly all outgoing and incoming calls & msgs are barred on my number. Nt even customer can be reached. I tried contacting the retailer but they have such retailers who doesnt knw wht after sales service is. Anyhow i managed to talk to customer care and they say they cannot help and they dont hve any information. after 3 days i finally went to reliance gallery @ Lokhandwala and the height is there also they say we cant do anything got to the retailer. I really dnt knw y they dnt educate their people on customer service & after sales service. After so much of fight with them it finally got activated and then after two days they again did the same and barred by number. u people r worthless. stop bothering me and activate my number else i will sue u in consumer court for the harrassment . my number is [protected].
