relince communication not responce my MNP application
My name is Bibhu bhushan paul I am using Aircel gsm no [protected] (kolkata) for the last 2.5yrs . And i have to change my service provider to relience Through mobile number portability from other network . after portability to relience they are running my connection near about 14 days from 18th august.
But at persently they are stop my connection. when i would call to relience executive told me we r don't about your portability you can contact Aircel. now what can i do ! still now i have face big problem & also i cannot communicate my business party...

Reliance Communications — Cont Cut off balance and activation of unwanted services without request

I am also reliance GSM unfortunate customer..[protected] for last two years all the time I faced lot of problem like activation o[censored]nwanted service and on complaint they insist that we have received activation SMS... like wise every time it was a big fuss. they without asking activate a cheap songs and cut 30 rupees. and in last two years consistently i had been requesting for DND, fortunately last week a good person activated it and apologised for this. But now I am facing severe problem yesterday they cut off around 120/- and I recharged it with 222 tomorrow (10 Sep 2011) but to day these good people sent me sms on 1510 that.. Dear customer your prepaid account is rs 0.07.... I made a complaint vide complaint no.[protected] dated 11 Sep 2011. Now i am jus help less I dont know when I will be able to again call... I am in fix right now..... I know they will check and return it... but i feel its over now... we are paying them still we are in trouble why I should have my loyality towards Reliance ... its enough I bore it for two years , on all high ways it towers went off, let it be delhi to Gurgaon. towaaads Noida , towards Sonipat....and they are not improving they start doing more teasing their customer i[censored] complaint... Reliance Communications — Mobile Port

Sir,

I am having a Reliance Mobile connection and my No is [protected]. I have applied for PORT on 2nd Sep and received a code for PORT and I had send the code to Vodafone. Vodafone issued me a Sim and for the same No, but reliance is not allowing me to get PORT to Vodafone. So I request you to help me in the matter and get me to PORT to Vodafone as soon as posible

and when nothing happened around 2000 hrs I again reminded them... they simply said that u have been charged for internet three rupees for one min, I told customer care when i had a monthly plan of Rs. 99 why you activated that service which i never wished... Till now Reliance has not come up nor my balance is refunded yet

Reliance GSM — Activated service without notification

Hi,

My number has been activated without any notification for some service & balance 30/- also deducted twice. We have tried to call 4-5 times to reliance customer care at 198 but these guys replied very rudely & said that our system is down, could not deactivate as well as refund the amount. My number is already registered in NDNC. We spoke to Sanjay Kapoor, he spoke very rudely & very disappoint with such kind of behavior.

Please deactivate my number & refund my amount Rs.60.

Reliance Communications — Not got the scheme of recharge after receiving confirmation message

On 7th sept. 2011, I had recharged my Reliance GSM no.([protected]) with Rs.60, in which we get free reliance to reliance unlimited talktime for 7 days. On the very next day, i.e., on 8th sept., I got an sms from reliance gsm,
"Good news! Local unlimited @ Rs.49 sirf aapke liye. Recharge kijiye Rs.49 aur paayiye UNLTD free Local Reliance Calling 7 dino ke liye!"

Following the above sms, after the expiry of my previous recharge, I had recharged my no. with Rs.49 on 14th sept. (today), after which I got a confirmation message from Reliance,
"Dear Customer, your account has been recharged with Rs.01, amount payable is Rs.49. Thank you."

But when I am calling from my no. to any local reliance no. (after recharging with Rs.49), they are saying, "You have insufficient balance."

I had called up the customer care, but they are saying that they will not be able to do anything about this.

Kindly help.

Reliance Communications — lethargic behaviour of reliance representatives on registration of the complaints

I am nutan ,I went to register my complaints at indra puri (Sona giri) relicance communication office bhopal (M.P) three times regarding unauthorized activation of mobile message services but the customer care representatives were adamant at not to register the complaints regarding activating DND service and stopping the services which were activated without any intimation from my side, so i went to to the branch head for the same purpose but the reaction was same as the customer care representative shown to me .Finally i had dropped my sim card at reliance office .I request to take necessary actions regarding the matter. with due respect i m going to say that sir earlier i was the subscriber of AIRTEL on 12 sep i got the porting in reliance i have submitted all the documents which is required by the company dear sir two days back they stops my outgoing calls without any information sir at that time i was out of the city thats why i suffers a lot sir this is purely harassment for the customer i made lots of calls to reliance but sir they did not respond to me sir in this condition tell me what should i do is there any justice for me my cell no. Reliance GSM — Unsolicited Services

Dear Sir/Madam

My Reliance GSM mobile number is [protected]

It is a Maharashtra prepaid Number and i am on roaming

I have been subscribed to the following services WITHOUT my consent and Money deduced from my prepaid balance. I am NOT ABLE TO GET THRU to cust care on mobile.

PLEASE ask the company tp DEACTIVATE THE FOLLOWING AND REFUND THE MOUNT IN MY ACCOUNT

1. On 13/9/11 i got a message from 52345 that " Jyoti Jalaile has been downloaded/renewed at a charge of Rs10/-.... I have never asked for this.

2. On 14/9/11 I got message from RTMSSCH at 8.32 pm that "your subscription to CRBT service has been renewed at Rs 30/- for 30 days. To unsubscribe write UNSUB 1003 to 155223" THIS NUMBER DOES NOT WORK ON ROAMING so how do I unsubscribe?

I would request you to kindly take action and intimate how to book reliance communications for unfair trade practices.

Reliance Communications — Filed Case

I got a call from reliance mobile that they have filed a case for me for the payment due. I was having reliance data card for internet connection in 2006-07 and I disconnected this service on 2007 from their store and they have filed the case for pending amount Rs 2105/-. I had purchased 01 RELIANCE GSM SIM card from Reliance communication at Trumulgherry and my No. was [protected]. But it is not working and i was asked to contact customer care in this regard and when i went to enquired they checked in the system and found that status showing working. For a surprise it was found that my documents was attached to some other CDMA customer. When i asked for correction they are asking me to submit one more photo and address prof to activate. But i Kindly request you do the needful by activation my connection as my documents are already by sent.

This is Ashwani Sharma, using Reliance GSM. My mobile recharged with 99 rs (GPRS plan) last week I was in roaming area and used GPRS service, and they charged me for this service.

Disgusting connection!
These people would only send an apology letter and would do nothing to solve the customer's problem. They are paid for at the end of each month for providing us with such services.
It is better to change the connection than to bear such harrasment.
One should also let their chain of friends, who are using reliance gsm connection, know about this and advise them to change the connection as well without delay.

That is why, I have changed my reliance gsm connection to vodafone and it is doing well, I would say.

Reliance Communications — Unwanted deduction of Rs 30 for 30 days towards MI feeling services

Hi,
I am reliance GSM user for last 10 year plus.
Recently I am facing a problem of automatic unwanted deduction of Rs 30/- for 30 days, towards "Mi Feeling services". This service is neither subscribed by me nor I want to continue to any such subscription.
Up till now this amount has been deducted three times. Every time I tried unsubscribing through SMS as recommended by you by "sending 2229 on 155223". Your reply SMS indicated that my request has been processed and I shall be intimated about status of my request subsequently. Later on Digit "6" is received through a SMS, which is beyond my understanding and the said "Mi Feeling services" continues as ever.
This amounts to deficiency in your services and I am being charged for services which I really do not want.
Kindly refund said Rs 90/- and discontinue such unwanted services.
