Reliance Communications — Fraud commitment of plan and acquire my Money

I am very sad to say that I am really dis-satisfied with post paid service of Reliance. I started receiving calls from 6th Sept 2011 continuously. I was a prepaid connection holder of Reliance, and was happy.

This postpaid service of reliance, Waste my time, money efforts and gave me mountain peak of stress.

I was using 599/- plan, they offered me 399/- plan and told me that you will get R to R local and std free. And also told me that you will get 800 free minutes talk time for other network.

But, They took my 500/- money as a security and after a week, the number was migrated and while the plan was activated, I received a message , with message body::

"250/- was created in your account as security."

The 199/- plan was activated to my account, and it was informed me after a week after the welcome call from reliance on 20th sept 2011.

I also complaint against and tried to claimed for my loss. They told me that we can't do anything, we can only terminate your numbers.

And forward a request to terminate a number [protected].

Please help me, I want to claim this retailer of Reliance.

This broad win franchise of Reliance , spoil my life.

Please help my sir/ma'm.

India please help. Reliance should take this money from franchise.

My name is MUKESH KUMAR RAO, my mobile no is [protected], I was recharge RS 50 as on[protected], it is very bad to inform you, my balance is always cut 2 rupee from my account without any reason.
I had a call to your costumer care regarding this matter, they refund some balance on that day but problem is still go on.
It’s a kind of robbery and not good for your company. If you will not stop robbery within 24 Hr I will go to the consumer court and get the solution to my problem.
For good relationship between us please take serious response in the matter.

Reliance Communications — DND service still not activated

Dear Sir /Madam,

Greetings !!!!!!

My name is Puran Singh S/o. Sh.Har Singh, I had one Mobile No.[protected] (CDMA), which I had gifted to my sister as rakhi gift.
In this number we rcd at least 15 to 20 calls from Reliance & more than 10 messages from your end for some sort of paid services. Which we donot want to receive any more , for this we had spoken many times to Reliance customer care executive, but it had helped nothing.
Still I am receiving same calls & Same message every day. I am feed up with .
So, concern person is requested to look into the matter and activate the DND service as early as possible , otherwise I have to change the service providing company.

Reliance Communications — Fraud commitment of plan and took away my money and pushing me to pay for wrong activated plans

Please note that the main concern is about the number [protected]. I was the prepaid subscriber of this number for a year.

They offered me for migration of this number to postpaid and took my money and activated the plan 199 instead of 399.

Reliance communication is hungry for money.

They fraudulently activated the 199 plan on my number instead of 399 and also activated a new number with 199 plan on my ID. They told me that this new number will for plan 99 only and will be activated for U.P. Region.

I continuously confirmed with them that they were to activated the number for U.P., otherwise simply deny to me. But, they told me , don't worry, your new number will be for U.P. and your prepaid connection will be migrated in 399 plan and the new one will be for 99.

I also received a confirmation call from Bombay.

But all are fraud here in Reliance Communication.

No one is here to help me out.

It is going to pass a month. All just promise me to wait for sometime and your plan will activated in 399 and you will get the weaver on your old number.

Someone told me to pay this all money to re-migrate the old number to prepaid.

Why should I pay for it.

This was not my fault.

I was crying since the first day.

I was happy with the 599 plan.

I was not interested about the 399 plan, but they also told me that you will get 800 free minutes on other network and reliance to reliance will be free for STD and LOCAL.

All seems to be fraud commitment, while I talk to customer care service.

No one is helping me out.

Reliance Communications — Unsolicited Services

Dear Sir,
I am a pre-paid customer of Reliance GSM operator ( Cell No. [protected]). I am sorry to say that I am deeply frustrated by the unsolicited services charged by your company.

For no reason I have been forecfully subscribed to "My Feeling" service without my permission on 15th Sep 2011 charging me Rs. 10 for 10 days. I had immediately requested for unsbscription of the service on 16th Sep 2011 by sendingan SMS "Unsub 2229" to 155223. The Company did acknowledge my SMS on the same day. But the company didnot reverse the charges.

Surprisingly, the Operator forcefuly renewed the same service on 22nd Sep 2011 at Rs. 30 for 30 days even though it had my request for unsubscription and had also acknowledged the same.

Is this the way the great Ambani Brothers accummulate their wealth to proove them as the richest people in the World ?

This apathetic approach is forcing me to leave the Reliance network.

I will expect the Company does not cheat others like me.

Reliance Communication Ltd — Excess bill Raised by the company

a was used Net data Card though Post paid Conection of Reliance Communication Ltd . Nos is [protected]. on the month of july i was received a bill of reliance company is Rs 1459 .
my objection is that my credit limit is Rs 900 againest our bill month bill so how can posible bill was excess the our credit limit ,
i was complained to RCom Nodel Officer UP and Complain cell on Dt[protected] to through email and telephonic for to disconect our connection , weeb off the bill excess bill amount and get the detailed bill ( Daily Uses Vies ) . up to till date no responce received by Reliance Communication

Reliance Communications — not getting 3g data on frc 103

Respected sir,
i am amit parwani i purchaced reliance 3g sim for my data card and i purchaced 103 frc for my sim. all information are provided by reliance custmer care. i got 100mb data from 103 frc but i didn't get 2.93gb post data that will be provided within 72 hrs.

Reliance Communications — Fraud by Brod win (associate of Reliance)

I got a call from Reliance(Divya- [protected]) offering to change my present pre-paid connection to a post paid on payment of Rs 199/- and they offered me Reliance to Reliance Free for Local and STD both + 15000 SMS. For me the plan was unbelievable so I showed them interest. After that divya asked me to talk to her senior Rohit ([protected]) and he brief me the same plan. I submitted 500 Rs. Security amount and documents required to a Reliance executive. The executive came and collected the money and the documents on behalf of Broad Win, E-1/48 lower Ground Floor Sec-7, Rohini Delhi-110085, Tel[protected], associate for Reliance.
Few days later my plan got activated but when I confirmed with customer care neither local not STD was free for me and call rates were very high. When I checked my uses in my service total unbilled uses was above 500 within few days. Now I am trying to connect with Brod Win but they are not picking my calls and customer care is saying that they don’t have such plan to offer so better to ask the person who has given you connection. I am really frustrated that what I should do now. I have recording of plan brief from reliance associate.

i was close my all dues clear after my telephone connection for reliance communication for the date 30/04/11 but still today i have not received my deposit amount 1400/- i was complain for this matters many times for the company's nodal officers & send mail many times but not any responce for the companys in this matters & not interested refund my deposit amount 1400/- please help me & book my complain for this matters

Reliance Communications — Reliance is Rejecting my Request for MNP

Dear Sir,
I have applied for a Porting Request from Reliance CDMA Prepaid Number [protected] to Idea for my ..
After all the Application Process is done by Idea, they have informed me that my Request for Porting is rejected by Reliance..
They have also informed me that they ( Reliance ) have stated that my Number is Converted from Postpaid ( initially ) to Prepaid & also that it is a Fancy Number, so they have rejected my Request for MNP..
This feels so Insane & Against the Rights of A Person to avail MNP..
I would like to know if this is possible & it would be grateful if anyone can tell me the rule psoition of the Grounds for Rejecting a MNP Request..
Im fed up of Reliance's Poor Services & Poor Call Clarity & Poor Signals and most important of it, its Ignorant & Arrogant Customer Care..

Please Help me free from the Clutches of the Reliance..

Reliance Communications — Reliance rejected MNP request without enough reason

Hi,

This is to let you know that Reliance has rejected my MNP from reliance to vodafone. I raised MNP request on 22nd Sep 2011 and submitted document to vodafone on same day.
To avoid any rejection I also made advance payment to reliance, however on 27th Sep 2011 I received SMS from vodafone "Hello! Your porting request xxxxxx dated 27Sep11 has been rejected by your current operation due to There are subsisting contractual obligation from the Subscriber agreement. Pls contact your current operator for further details"

I called to Reliance Customer care and I was not given the satisfactory answer, however they have given me a request number:[protected] and advised to followup for further details. I am not sure if I will get the satisfactory reason from them. I still want to port it to MNP if not let me know if I can surrender this number alongwith 10 more reliance number.

Reliance would not like to retain their customer, so never prefer to give the satisfactory answers/reasons and moreover no help from customer care executives. Please advise what action can be taken against reliance for my above complaints.

Reliance Communications — Connection disconnected with no reason

hi, my name is manish i have a connection of Reliance GSM([protected]).
i am not able to make call from this no though i have recharged this no with Rs 100.
when i talked to customer care they said to submit me my ID again. i have submitted my ID two times but still my no. is not working. I am afraid that these guys can miss use my ID, if it happens who will be responsible?

My phone no is [protected], from last few days reliance is daily deducting money from my balance, some its 8rs., 5rs. on 27th September they deducts 5rs. n on 28th 10rs. When i had talked to customer care, they said this deduction is because of INTERNET which you are using & when i asked for the applications which i am using as per their statement, they were having no details. I am not using net thru my cell. i have my own net connection. I want my whole money back. or the details which they said of NET using. Its a 2nd time when i am again writing against reliance, they always do like this.Fed up from reliance services.
Please help me in this.
