Reliance Communications — non delivery of bill , arbitrary charge of late payment
from January 2012 , i am not reciveing bill as used to be.thay advice to go to web shop and get the bill.
they insist on E bill.
I DO NOT WANT E BILL
their callcenter lady harrasses for payment remider with out sending bill, then on
2nd last day her represenattive delivers bill. collects cheque before due date.
But next bill will charge late payment.
Agian bill will not be send - promise to waive charges , avice to pay after deducting the wrong charges.
But same is show as due in next bill.
Their failure to up date results in to de barring out going calls ( Rs. 100/- late fee)
and harrasment continues every month.
Their applete authority do not respond to mail.

The request for the termination of the connection has been submitted on 14/09/2012.The complaint no. for the request is[protected]
A number of call has been made to the customer care ,but the problem has not been solved .
Only false promises are made that the complaint has been put on fast track.

Reliance Communications — not providing me connection
I bought reliance netconnect+ broadband with postpaid connection. later i found that reliance is charging me huge. Iwanted to change my plan to prepaid, i'he paid all my pending bills with additional charges and applied for the same.
they suspended my connection in the same week but they dint activate my datacard to prepaid. I reached them but they
said me to pay some amount mentioned as pending amount, i paid that also. after a month i reached them again to inform
that they dint activate my connection, after that i've reached them 4 times to insist to activate my connection but till
they dint activate my connection. every time when i ask them the will promise to activate my netconnect+ in 45 hours.
i'm vexed.
from july 7th 2012 till now i'm struggling with it.

I want a lodge a complaints against Reliance GSM services.
i have recharged my other no. i.e. [protected] through NET banking of Rs. 111/-
but i got no balance in my phone as there is no recharge voucher of such amount at Gujarat, while my money got deducted
So, regarding this i want to refund my deducted money or recharge that no by amount Rs. 110/-
I request you please take the serious action against the mobile service provider.

Reliance Communications — Cricket messages
I haven't activated any cricket pack. I am getting cricket messages all day. It's cutting into balance. Have called the customer care thrice. First two said the messages will stop. The third one didn't have a clue. Have called 198, have called 1909. All to no avail. Somebody from reliance better take care of this because the unnecessary messages are causing me endless aggravation. Moreover, a company like reliance should not resort to cheap tricks to earn a few bucks and should be more responsible to the fact that the customer's time is important.Name -- Pushkar Deep

09/11/2012 - I am getting automatic VAS Subscriptions and Reliance gsm The company deducted 30 Rs. I tried to call 198 .My important out going all calls totally stop...Already i got this same problem in Aircel net work.So i have change to Reliance gsm network.But Same Problem i got it.SO I THINK BSNL IS BEAST NET WORK

I have made a recharge of rs 149 through oxi-recharge(ICICI mobile banking) txn ID[protected] at 1100hrs on 16 nov 12 for using 1gb 3g data service. Same time a confirmation message has been recd from no. 52811. When no data is recd till 48hrs, I approached cust care. I spoke to miss savita, miss pooja and sr. Executive mr. Manjeet on 18 nov 12, they tell I have not made such recharge. I also told to them that I have a confirmation message from your service, but they don't agree. The ivr service(*333 option last recharge) also mentioned about the recharge of rs 149 that was also not agreed to cust care executives. Kindly help me from your side. Reliance Communications — Wrong information on website
I tried recharging my number [protected] reliance number through online recharge on their authorised site. I was looking for minute pack and when I entered my number recharge option shows minutes pack for rs.98. So I do for rs.98 but I didn't get the specified offer. So I called customer care and they said that 98 is GPRS offer instead I have to do with rs97. I convinced customer care representative showing the exact problem and they asked me 48 hrs time so that they could fix the problem. But now it's been more than 1 week,every time they are asking 48hrs,but of no use.
