This is Koustav Roy from Kolkata. I have a big Complaint against Reliance GSM. On the dated 26th i had receive call from reliance office and inform that " If I again choose Reliance and Port in My Number then I will get this Offer:

Local : 600 minutes
SMS : 400 Local
Internet : 2.5 GB Free for Every Month
Reliance to reliance Local Unlimited for 2 Months.

The offer is Provided by Madhumita, Calling From[protected] / 95 this number and told that she is calling from Reliance Office so i was excited to grab that offer and they are send a executive to my Residence. From that time the confusion is started, he show me a Plan chart of 199 plan where internet charge and R2R unlimited is not mentioned so He called up his manager Mr Amit Roy at [protected], He assured me that i'll get the internet usages and r2r free for 2 months, So i gave all the required documents to him, Now suddenly after made of my payment ( Billed + Unbilled ) at Idea for my Both Number, Suddenly they are told that i'll not get that internet for Every month and R2R free. I get the better plan in Idea and Also was a bad experiance at reliance in my Past. So in that case what should i do sir they are really cheated with me and i dont want to Port out my number from Idea to Reliance.

I made a recharge of Rs 69 on my mobile number on 18/05/2012, the recharge was successful but my Reliance to Reliance is not free from 11PM to 6AM.

The Pack is not working please help me out asap.

Reliance Mobile — unauthorised deductions for unwanted subscription

The service provider is sending Health Alerts on my mobile automatically and deducting a charge of Rs.30/30days.Every 15 days he is asking me to unsubscribe eventhough I have not subscribed in the first place.When I am trying to Unsub as per the requirement the is showing a failed delivery to the stated no.
How can the service provider start sending chargeable alerts suo motto without my specific request and then even keep on renewing it.It is unfair trade practice which should be discontinued immediately otherwise their licence should be cancelled.

Reliance Communications — Charges against not apply for any services

Hi

I have serveral contact your customer service number 198 & also your stores but no one is able to help on deduction of 5 rs per day GM services SMS.
Every day my 5 rs deducted from mobile [protected] & finally decided to disconnect reliance service & go for Vodafone.

I also filed complaint in consumer court.

I wanted my all deduction from you.

given request for termination of connection vide Customer ID[protected] on[protected], against the provided request number[protected], no confermation call or action is taken for it by the customer care of the company. given so many reminder but making excuses for it and sending undue bills for no use of internet.
