somebody gifted me apple 3G phone but I have never activated internet I have never asked for that though since than they charge me 147+Rs+ 12.5% service charge on them which I have never use it I have given complain in writing & on *222 but there is nobody to see in mater I have paid 990/Rs extra but there is no reply as this is my business phone

i have recharged my phone([protected]) on 29 with 100 rs top up and without any call my balance rich to 0 rs on 31July then i again recharged my phone with 100 rs then i found the massage in the evening my account balance is reach to 12 rs . then i call to customer care executive and have a word with vipin .he told that there is system problem he will not help me out .then i again call and have a word with floor manager shair bahadur and shain .and manpreet and sandeep every one making me fool .then i again recharged my phone with 100 rs top up again my balance is dictating .please help me out .

Reliance Communications — Disconnection of services

I received 5 calls as reminder for outstanding bill amount for June 2012 of Rs. 1289.36 upon which I requested to send the collection officer at my residence address the person on the other side agreed to it and disconnected the call.

My cell phone got disconnected (both Incoming and Outgoing) on Aug 10th 2012 the same day I contacted Customer services and asked him to lodge the complaint on the matter. The complaint number was[protected] and I was been ensured that a prompt action will be taken ASAP. However, my services are still not started.

Please look into the issue.

I have the recordings of both the calls made to Customer services.

In my reliance number my balance is deducting due to certain packs activation without my permission...im calling customer care but they are not giving correct reasons and activating some packs without my permission...so please go through this matter and take immediate attention
