[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Caller tune code i want

Reliance Communications — fake call from +923082025682

I have received fake call from number starting from [protected]. First i got a mis cal from this number and unfortunately i called back and the person who picked up the said about fake lottery please avoid to answer calls starting from +92.

kindly submit my complaint regarding the activation of VAS MyCRBTDummy, VAS CRBT subscription without my permission from reliance gsm. reliance gsm has activate the following vas services without my permission and deduct my Rs. 15 + 1 from my balance. kindly deactivate the following VAS and refund my money from reliance gsm. along with this, a caller tune has also got activated from reliance gsm without my permission. kindly, deactivate that calller tune also and refund my amount from reliance gsm

Reliance Communications — when i recharge on dt 10042013 rs 510 and tarrif vr rs59 by dealer he recharged invalid mobile no and said your amt not given back by company

I also called reliance customer care so he said fault is your u hav to check the no but Isaid what is the system to revrse back the money because where recharge is done this mobile no is invalid.so how is it possible to recharge in invalid mobile no...he said sorry there is no any system to back money.
