Dear Sir/Mam,

Subject: Migration of my number postpaid into prepaid..

My name is Pradeep Kumar and my number is [protected], I have been using my number for last 4 months as postpaid but due to bad financial conditions I want to migrate my no into prepaid but for the last 1 months I m wandering from customer care to Web World back and forth but no body is taking responsibility to migrate my connection into prepaid even though I have raised so many request, they closed all of the requests without my notice and now I m getting frustrated....Reliance does not have any useful customer support at all, it is ...my last request number is[protected],[protected]..I have cleared my all outstanding bill still they did not migrate my number into prepaid. I will never recommend anybody to use any reliance product. Seriously a fraud company which only know to take customer's money, thats it.


Please never think o[censored]sing Reliance Post Paid connection, because in future i[censored] wants your number to migrate into prepaid, u have to face lots of difficulties and frustration and nobody will be there to help you out. Reliance never think of Customer satisfaction, if customers start voting against reliance, Reliance will be the worst company ever in the Customer Satisfaction.

Please solve my problem as soon as possible……………..

Reliance Communications — Not activated the WLL phone even after clear all dues

Sir,

I have made payment of reliance WLL phone No. [protected] on 17/03/2012 receipt No.0473148 and agent also mention in his receipt that all the dues are cleared still the phone is not activated.

Please look into the matter at top priority as this phone is used the ill mother. Myself and my wife is working.

Airtel — wrong deduction of amount in a fraudulent way

I am a customer of airtel service provider for mobile (prepaid) communication for the past 7 years. I stayed on exclusively with this service provider because of good network connectivity. Once in a way there will be wrong debiting from my account and since it was less than Rs.10 each time, I used to ignore it. Though I have registered for DND daily unsolicited messages (15 - 20 on average) were coming and of late suddenly I noticed a huge difference in my a/c balance. On contacting I got a message that i have subscribed for india twit news and kollywoodMMS and they were debiting Rs1 + Rs.2 on daily basis. In the last week I contacted the customer care service ( Mr. Mukundan and Ms. Sona came on line) and was promised that it will be rectified in a few hours and if not satisfied I will be put with higher officials. But the irony is both did not happen till now. Now when I attempt to contact the customer care on 198 there is no response. They have blocked my access to the customer care, it seems. Now I have a strong doubt that this company is doing fraudulent act by wrong debits from the customers ( generally customers will ignore such small amounts deducted wrongly and this customer psychology is advantageous to fraud companies like airtel) but if you see / calculate on all india basis, it will be in crores of rupees. I have decided to change the service provider since customer service is very very poor in airtel.

i am suresh kumar from jalandhar . i activated my mobile no [protected] before 7 to 8 years . this time my mobile no is postpaid with the name of novelty auto spare prop . suresh kumar after some time i convert this no into prepaid and time to time my id proof is deposit to company . but after 7 to 8 years company barred my no and say that my no is not issue with my id proofs . so they barred my no.s outgoing and incoming . i am a businessman its take effect on my business . i think my proof are miss use by company . kindly do as needfull as soon as possible .

Reliance Communications — no tower location was found in chhapra dist area iswapur

reliance tower location is not found in chhapra dist of iswapur area.3g and 4g service is started but no 2g network is available in many parts of the country.this is very shame on reliance.thats why airtel is on top and reliance on 4 position.
