On 6/3/14, I have recharged in our three family-gsm mobile no - [protected], [protected] & [protected] with Rs.32/- each following my offer ( valid till 7'th march ) Now to my utter surprise none of the above account has been yet credited with any balance talktime, though I've received recharge confirm message. Meanwhile I have contacted the customer service, registered complain (service request no[protected] dated 10/3), but to no avail.
Now my earnest request to you for crediting my basic recharge amount Rs.96/- ( 3× 32), if offerred talk time (40 each) cannot be credited now.
Please let me know your's action at the earliest. I strongly believe i don't have to complain anybody further.
